Great food, great staff. Our first stop almost every day of our vacation. Everything was wonderful, and we hope to return next year. Unfortunately, we couldn't say goodbye today.

A very beautiful and idyllic spot right on the lake – simply fantastic to eat here with a view of the water. The service is friendly and attentive, and you immediately feel welcome. The food is truly delicious, mostly Italian (wood-fired pizza, pasta), but there are also classic dishes like schnitzel or burgers 🍔. In the afternoon, it's worth enjoying a coffee and cake – perfect for lingering. The atmosphere is lively yet relaxed, and you'll enjoy sitting here so much that time flies. A great place that we highly recommend!

Our visit was a huge disappointment. Our two dishes unfortunately didn't match what we expected based on the menu description. This is certainly relevant when it comes to allergies. We were particularly disappointed by the way our criticism was handled – we found the staff member's reaction unprofessional and not customer-focused. They were upset, outraged, and uncooperative. Ultimately, we were asked to leave the restaurant. We found this behavior disrespectful and inappropriate. Professional interaction with guests is something else entirely.

Excellent food and location! We combined our meal with a visit to the beach. Very friendly service, and the value for money is excellent.

The restaurant was very busy during our visit, so we expected a longer wait. My dish was only lukewarm and very dark in places. We mentioned this to the server and were offered an espresso as a courtesy, which we declined. When paying, we explained the reason for our dissatisfaction to another server, but they didn't elaborate. About 30 minutes after our meal, my companion started having stomach pains – we can't say for sure if this was related to the food, but we'd like to mention it. Overall, friendly service and a nice location, but there was no real response to our complaint, and the food quality didn't meet our expectations.

A very idyllic location on the Untersee. It's a perfect place to linger, especially since you can jump right into the water next door. A lovely, trendy ambiance with friendly service. The food and drinks are delicious. The value for money is excellent.

The water slopes gently, first rocky, then muddy.

Food was delicious but staf can improve. Asked for the bill twice and waited more that 20mins... and still waiting as I wriite this comment. So if you are in the hurry, I would not recommend.

First-class food. When we were there, there was only one large party going on, and we had to wait a bit longer for everyone to arrive. Otherwise, it was fantastic!

The food in the restaurant was really lovely and tasted great, and we were also served very well by Mr. Vali. I'll definitely be back. I can 100% recommend everyone to go there and try the fantastic food.☺️

A beautiful place. Delicious food, exceptionally attentive staff, and a wonderful view of the lake. Seats are available for large groups of up to 10 people, maybe more. But make a reservation. Afterwards, take a walk along the water.

Reservations are strongly recommended. There were four of us without a reservation. After discussing it, they were able to get us a table near the entrance. Absolutely fantastic. It wasn't uncomfortable either. Everything from the table to the food was excellent. We were also impressed with the food. The price/performance ratio was definitely good. We were also served very friendly and attentively. What more could you want? There was also a great view of the lake for free.

Unfortunately, it was a disappointment. The lasagna and especially the farmer's pan were inedible. The vegetables were swimming in 2 cm of oil, and I didn't feel well afterward. The service was friendly, but they didn't make eye contact with the guests. And a chef who constantly bangs on the kitchen doorbell like a madman and hysterical is extremely annoying.

Absolutely. We were particularly impressed by the very friendly staff; you don't find that everywhere these days. And of course, the delicious food and the ambiance right on the lake were also impressive. Very nice...

We ate at the Strandbad Reichenau restaurant again. As always, it was excellent; we think the value for money is perfect. The location directly on the lake is unique and harmonious; you immediately feel like you're on vacation. A big thank you to the entire team for this oasis in our sometimes hectic everyday lives. Disappointing visit with poor service and inedible food I am truly disappointed with my last visit to this restaurant. The wait times were unbearably long, which made the evening very frustrating. The food was consistently oversalted, and the problem was evident with other dishes as well – it wasn't just my food that was bad. When I made a friendly comment, my dish was brought back even more washed-out and watery, which seemed very unprofessional. The server, presumably the head waiter, was extremely rude, reacted insultingly, and shouted loudly at us guests. This was not only inappropriate but also very embarrassing. The other servers, although friendly, were unable to salvage the bad impression. I have visited the restaurant several times before, and it has been okay so far, but this time everything was different. The location by the lake is beautiful, but the terrace seating is quite cramped, which limits comfort, so the waitresses seem to have difficulty providing prompt service. The menu is too extensive—which could also explain the long wait times. Overall, I probably won't visit this restaurant again, as the service and quality were completely disappointing this time. You don't want to go home hungry after three hours!

We ate delicious spaghetti al olio with shrimp at a beautiful spot right by the lake. The service was super sweet, friendly, and very competent. We've been here three times this year, and every time it was excellent. Thank you so much, and we'll definitely be back.

We've been here several times, with indoor and outdoor seating. We really enjoyed the food. The service staff was extremely friendly, especially the lady from Ukraine and the gentleman from Albania. We always felt welcome as guests and can highly recommend this restaurant. Reservations are essential, especially in the evenings and when the weather is nice. The selection of food and drinks is very good. We can recommend it 100%.

Unfortunately, I can't say anything positive. The owner is a very unfriendly man. Everything is chaotic!!!

A beautiful spot by the lake with a magnificent sunset, it's very well maintained. The food is so-so, and very salty, probably to encourage guests to order more drinks. The tables are quite close together. As a guest, you feel like you're in the way of the staff. The service bustles around too much, but is friendly. However, you do have to be patient and wait quite a while for the drinks and food to be served.

Nice place with a beautiful terrace, on the water. When we went there to eat, there was rain and thunder coming. We ate our starter (salad) outside; the main course (schnitzel) had to be inside. Very friendly service and delicious food. With a beautiful view!

We went there on our last day of vacation based on a recommendation. We even had a reservation, which worked out great with our dog. Our meal, as well as the location of the table right by the water, was a dream. The service left nothing to be desired. We had a truly enriching time there. Thank you very much.

The food is delicious. Not just pizza and spaghetti, but also sophisticated dishes, especially fish! They also serve meat cooked on a hot stone—highly recommended.

The location itself is nice. Unfortunately, it's difficult to judge because after waiting 30 minutes, you haven't even ordered yet, and you're just constantly being asked whether you've ordered yet.

Just great! It was our first time there and it was lovely all around. We spontaneously got a table, but inside, as all the tables on the terrace were occupied. But we were able to move to a table outside later in the evening. The service staff were just great! Everyone was very accommodating and attentive. When there was a small faux pas while eating, we responded very hospitably and apologized without hesitation. The food was also really tasty. Although the price is a bit higher, the quality is also very good. We'd love to come back when we're in Konstanz again.

Pleasant restaurant which mainly serves Italian specialties. The pizzas and pasta were excellent. The restaurant is located directly on the (pebble) beach and on sunny evenings the sunset is magnificent. To recommend.

We'll try it again on our next vacation! Something went wrong with our pick-up order and we received completely the wrong food. The boss was super friendly, very committed and apologized profusely. After a stressful day, things like that just happen. We are looking forward to our next island vacation and our visit to the Strandbad restaurant.

I absolutely loved this restaurant! The atmosphere is very cozy and stylish - perfect for a romantic dinner or a meeting with friends. The service was first class: the staff is attentive, friendly and professional. The dishes were not only delicious but also beautifully presented. I was particularly impressed by the calamari with sauce - simply heavenly! I'll definitely be back! 💯

Beautiful place right on the lake, very friendly and courteous staff and great food! I think that was our fourth visit to the restaurant and it is rare that the experience gets better and more beautiful with each visit. The team on site was extremely attentive and friendly. There were 7 of us and everything worked without any long waiting times. As expected, the food was delicious! 😌 You more than deserve the 5 stars! Thank you!

A very nice place to take a break

The restaurant is beautifully located on the water. It was busy, but we managed to get a table in the sun as the weather was nice in March. The service is very friendly and attentive, the food came quickly, despite the restaurant being full. We had a bikini salad, a Caesar salad, spaghetti garlic, penne broccoli and bruscetta. It was all very fine. We'd love to come back when we're in the area.

Go good service! Food came quickly and tasted great.

We were clearly advised to sit in the shade, nothing bad in itself, but when we asked for pillows or blankets we were denied these with the statement that there were no more, but were handed out to guests with sunbathing spots without question. Only after repeated requests from another waitress was there any left. When the boss saw this, he just said: “That’s enough for now.” I have rarely experienced less service or felt more uncomfortable. The food contradicts this, although pizzas were not cut, the quality was sufficient. There were also no paper towels or soap in the toilet. The location and view directly on the lake were otherwise very nice. All in all a nice location with subterranean service

Wonderful moment in this Italian-style restaurant, by the water. We were lucky to have a table but in view of the crowds, it is better to reserve.

Quiet location, directly on the beach. Fast and extremely kind service, good dishes and very generous portions.

Unfortunately the service is very poorly organized and you wait forever for drinks, food and the bill. We waited 1 hour 15 minutes for the food. This wasn't the first time we were disappointed with the service. Last time we waited a long time and no drinks came. Actually a nice place with good food and a great view.

An absolutely fantastic location! At sunset there is almost no better place nearby to eat right on the water. The menu ranges from classic, home-style dishes to pizza, steaks and fish, and of course fresh Reichenauer salads are also a must. In the evening it is often very crowded, the service is very quick and so is the kitchen. You can also jump into Lake Constance for a refreshing swim right on site. The restaurant is open all day from 11:00 a.m., so you can also stop by for a cappuccino. A favorite place for us.
