The food was delicious. The service was friendly and attentive. The prices are fair and reasonable. The negative reviews I've written here are uncalled for. I'd be happy to come back. Back here after a year. The food is still delicious, and you're greeted and treated warmly.

Great food.....good and friendly service,,.... Atmosphere...well, dogs 🐕 while eating...in the restaurant....I love animals, but not next to my plate in a restaurant...

Unfortunately, it was just terrible! I ordered pollock fillet with grilled vegetables and fried potatoes. The salmon was fried to a rock-hard boil, the vegetables were lukewarm, and the potatoes were cold. Unfortunately, NOT recommended!

We spent our vacation there. I ordered a Jägerschnitzel (hunter's schnitzel). The schnitzel was horrible; it was made in a hairdresser's, and the salad was old. The worst thing was that it was very dirty everywhere. There were dead mosquitoes all over the windowsills, and the parasols were so full of insects that you were afraid they'd fall off when you opened them. No, thanks, never again....

We ate here. The schnitzel was fried. The salad wasn't fresh. But the worst thing was the filth everywhere. Dead flies and dirt on the windowsills. Bird droppings on the parasols. The food was terrible, the atmosphere was terrible.

Whether it was the food or the ambiance, everything was very good and delicious. Pizza, currywurst, burgers, or Jägerschnitzel, everything was very, very good, hot, and delicious! Thanks for the great food!!!

We ate here on Friday, August 22, 2025. We had the cod fillet with mustard sauce and fried potatoes. The food came quickly and was very tasty, although the sauce could have been a bit runnier. The service was attentive and friendly, the beer was cold and well-tapped, and the Pinot Gris had a good temperament. We'd be happy to come back. The price-performance ratio was okay. We don't understand the complainers.

Sorry, but we've eaten there several times in recent years, but unfortunately, this restaurant has declined considerably. The pizza used to be very tasty. Then there was a change of management, and that was the end of the delicious food. But... we kept giving them another chance and were always disappointed. In June 2025, we ordered currywurst with fries... Oh well, it's just a campsite. We weren't expecting Michelin-starred cuisine. But we'd never had anything this bad before. But things can always get worse. Today, August 2025, the whole thing was surpassed. A table was reserved, but instead of welcoming the guests and showing them to their tables, they left them standing in front of the entrance. And then the food 🤮 Burger with potatoes. The potatoes were okay. The burger patty was still raw on the inside. When we complained, they said it had to be that way. 2nd order: cod fillet with fried potatoes. The fish was edible. But the fried potatoes were the absolute worst! I don't know when I've ever eaten so badly. Or rather, tasted such bad food. Because this inedible junk had to be returned. And for €21.50, that too!!! Unfortunately, neither the owner nor the staff were open to criticism. Never again at Meeresbriese 🤮.

I've never eaten anything so disgusting. We ordered a pizza tonno and spaghetti bolognese for the kids—both actually simple dishes. The pizza had absolutely no flavor, and the bolognese tasted like it had just been touched by water running over a tomato. A glance into the kitchen clearly showed that they use ready-made products (Knorr Riesenfix). I asked the owners about it. Their simple response was, "That's the way it is and will always be."

Ordered a Margherita pizza and received a burnt, unappealing, oily pizza. The chef was unwilling to accept criticism, which is unfortunate for future guests.

We discovered it by chance today and were pleasantly surprised. Three different dishes, and all of them were really good.

Don't let the negative reviews deter you from visiting this campsite restaurant! Today we had freshly grilled Ukrainian shashlik – very tasty! The food served at other tables also looked very good! The restaurant was full, and the young staff were very dedicated and friendly. It should go without saying that you should be patient and tolerate waiting times when the staff are working at their limits, right?

We ate here twice. The food was good both times. The portions were really generous. We would eat here again anytime. The staff is very friendly. It fits in very well with the campsite.

We ate there three times during our vacation. My wife was deeply disappointed three times. I was twice. The first time was okay. At McDonald's and Burger King, the burgers are three times better toppings, and yet they cost only half as much. The burger patties were cooked in the deep fryer, and accordingly crispy. The schnitzel was also cooked to death in the deep fryer. A salami pizza was topped with a whopping seven small slices of salami. All in all, more than disappointing. We gave the Meeresbrise restaurant at the Klausdorf campsite on Fehmarn two chances – unfortunately, we weren't impressed either time. On our first visit, we ordered a Wiener Schnitzel and a grill plate to go. The total bill was €40.40. The food tasted rather average – not necessarily bad, but not particularly well-prepared or lovingly prepared either. Nevertheless, we wanted to give it another chance. On our second visit, we ordered takeout again: another Wiener Schnitzel and a burger. Back at the caravan, we discovered that the burger patty was unfortunately badly burnt, almost black. The accompanying iceberg lettuce didn't seem fresh either. The schnitzel was also rather tough, thickly sliced, and didn't seem to have been pounded. I went back again to politely ask for a new burger. The employee took it and prepared a new one without much ado, but also without an apology or further question. The second burger wasn't completely burnt, but unfortunately wasn't cooked all the way through. The taste, too, fell far short of our expectations. The bill for this visit was €30.30. Overall, the food unfortunately didn't meet our expectations. The quality and preparation of the dishes left a lot to be desired on both days. The handling of feedback could also have been a bit more attentive and customer-friendly. It's a shame, because the restaurant's location is actually very nice.

That was nothing, folks! And I don't think it was a slip-up. If you like unseasoned frozen fish with remoulade, sloppy, partially burnt, pre-cooked "fried potatoes," and a tiny portion of oil-drenched "grilled vegetables," this is the place for you. Plus, the prices are hefty. Even if the season at a campsite is short and a decent return on investment has to be made, you can at least expect the kitchen to put in some effort. The obligatory question about whether we enjoyed our meal was met with grumbling from us and the neighboring tables. There are alternatives nearby!

We ate here on June 2025. The service was very friendly and the food was also very tasty. We had Jägerschnitzel with fries, a tonno (a kind of pasta), and spaghetti with spinach and salmon in a creamy sauce. We were completely satisfied and can recommend it.

We can't confirm the negative reviews; our food was excellent! I had the hunter's schnitzel with fried potatoes and my wife had a burger; both were very tasty. The schnitzel was very large and nicely crispy, the hunter's sauce was also delicious, as were the fried potatoes with bacon and onions. (See photo) My wife also enjoyed the burger and it was a good size. It should be clear to everyone that the fried potatoes don't taste like home, but they were absolutely fine. The side salad, which only had balsamic vinegar, wasn't really my thing, but it was fresh and crispy, and there's no accounting for taste. The service was attentive, and everything went quickly. We definitely recommend it.

We ate here today; the burger and spaghetti bolognese were both delicious. They have a small menu, but it's perfectly adequate. The restaurant was very busy. If the quality stays this high, we can recommend the place. They still need to work on their customer service a bit.

We ate there again after 2 years. Unfortunately, the schnitzel and the fries were subpar. The schnitzel tasted like it had been left in the freezer last season and unfortunately the fries were still too blonde and without salt. The burger was okay, run of the mill, but unfortunately also very well done. The two dishes definitely don't justify this price! The service lady was nice. And the ambience is really nice. Would actually come back if the food hadn't been so bad. Too bad.

Tastefully maritime-themed restaurant at the Klausdorfer Strand campsite. We are thrilled!! Friendly, considerate service staff, the food was delicious, the portions were generous. Absolutely recommended. Since the outdoor area is still closed in spring, you should reserve a spot. But all dishes are also available outside the house. We would love to come back.

Anyone who expects a star restaurant at a campsite clearly has the wrong hobby. Pleasant atmosphere on the outdoor terrace, friendly, attentive and quick service. Solid, delicious food at fairly reasonable prices, what more could you want.

Despite many bad reviews, we were probably lucky. We were there to eat pizza and schnitzel. Everything was very tasty and the service was very quick and friendly. We'd love to come back.

We ate at the restaurant during our last stay. We were immediately given a seat inside. Service arrived quickly and took the order. The drinks were cold and the glasses were full. The dish we had was the Jägerschnitzel. The portions were huge, the schnitzel was crispy, hot and delicious. I don't understand some of the comments here. I had to smile because no one inside actually had a pizza. I'll test these next year. So pull yourself together, Team Meeresbrise :)

For me, spagetti Bolognese is something different than what I ate there, ready-chopped stuff in a ready-made sauce and the pasta was lukewarm and there were old pasta from the day before mixed in. Thanks but no thanks

The worst pizza we have ever eaten. The edge is flat, with only tomato paste three fingers wide on the outside. Towards the middle the dough has not risen and is extremely thin. Coverage minimal. I can absolutely confirm the bad reviews. No recommendation. But service was nice. We took the pizza with us and only saw the quality when we got home

Rarely have I had such bad pizzas in a restaurant. Especially for the price. There is a pizza machine at the campsite, they are supposed to taste better there. Small update, the pizza from the vending machine really tastes better, I tried it.

Even an unskilled housewife can do a better job with a side salad with dressing. Just pouring balsamic vinegar over the iceberg doesn't work at all. Schnitzel from the fry... A huge impudence. Once and never again. 🤬😝

At first we were unsettled by the negative reviews, but then we went anyway. We (6 people) cannot understand the negative opinions in advance. We were warmly welcomed and served. The service was very courteous and attentive. Even “extra requests” were fulfilled with a friendly smile. The food was delicious, the salad was fresh and the drinks were pleasantly cold. I can't understand the bad reviews at all. Sometimes I think it's up to one or two guests themselves 😉 We are currently on site, have eaten there twice and picked up once. We (and all the other guests, which we were able to observe during the time) were always warmly welcomed. Space was always immediately made available, reservations were possible and no food was refused outside the house, which I could certainly understand if the kitchen could no longer manage it (other restaurateurs do the same). The food has always been of good, consistent quality and the two types of fries are also very tasty.

Just incapable, you just want to get something to eat and they say there's nothing left out of the house today, but the store is only half full. That's how you run a restaurant, I then got food from the Greek restaurant at the Katharienhof campsite so it's never a problem.

Very unfriendly service. Reservation wasn't possible, we were supposed to just get there at 7 p.m. There was a free table inside that was still full of dishes, glasses, etc. We were NOT allowed to sit at this table, but were supposed to sit outside. Even when asked, the service was not willing to clear the table. It was windy and cold that day, so we went straight and got a pizza from the vending machine at the campsite. You have the feeling that you are disturbing us as a guest!

I can't understand the many bad reviews. We've been coming here several times a year for the past 5 years - we've tried pretty much everything on the menu: it's been very good every time. The ambience is also wonderful. The staff is always friendly and attentive - and given the shortage of skilled workers, things always go well! Fast service, you don't have to wait long for your food and the prices are perfectly reasonable.

Very small but attractive restaurant. Service was super friendly, the food was great and the portions were very large, we would love to come back and we can highly recommend the sea breeze! Update: we've eaten here several times now and simply can't understand the negative reviews! We have never been disappointed here, food great, service great, staff super friendly, atmosphere very good. We always enjoy coming here. Maybe some guests who give a negative review should look negatively at themselves!

Not overly good, not overly bad. You can just go there when you've already lost weight and can't/don't want to cook anymore. Still not a culinary revelation. What was noticed negatively was the cleanliness of the guest room. Dead flies on every window sill, cobwebs clearly visible on every lamp...

I can barely give the restaurant 3 stars, the food itself is good, there is often a lack of spice here and there, but the prices have risen significantly in recent years and are simply no longer suitable for a campsite for families. What's not possible is, for example, that you have to pay extra for everything that is part of the standard meal, in my case 5 small mushroom slices (end pieces) on the salami pizza, or sauce on the mini salad, bruschetta that doesn't deserve the name, 3 slices of unroasted white bread Tomato and onion pieces, no olive oil, balsamic vinegar or spices, a pollack fillet consists of two small morsels (total size is similar to 4 kibbelinge) with lightly sautéed "fried potatoes" and costs more than 16 euros. Grill plates for more than 20 euros. Everything has become more expensive overall, but the price-performance ratio is no longer suitable for a campsite. We will not visit the restaurant again in the future.

It was now my second Pizza Margherita in this restaurant. The first one was delicious, which is why I was looking forward to my second one just a few days later, but this one was on a completely different level. Very hard and firm edge, little cheese and hardly any dough towards the middle. Some frozen pizzas even taste better... It was a similar story with my companions. The schnitzel we ordered was very dead and tough. The fries were simple frozen fries with no seasoning. Some of the employees seemed very inexperienced and sometimes couldn't open their mouths properly, which meant you had to ask what they wanted to tell you. At least the atmosphere is quite nice. I was able to sit comfortably outside, although the chairs show clear signs of wear.

Actually very nice, although not well maintained. We had a delicious cold wheat and asked for some water for the dog because it was very warm...it wasn't there. We didn't understand that, as a take away snack bar could certainly provide a plastic bowl with tap water...it was assured twice that this didn't exist...then we left without food or other drinks..... Staff is nice, had a fish platter, the fried potatoes were really oily and some of them weren't cooked through and unfortunately the fish died twice.

Leckere Stärkung und nette Gastgeberin.

Sehr freundliches Personal. Es gibt einen Spielplatz direkt neben an und das essen war auch sehr Lecker.

Nettes Restaurant Sitzplätze außen und innen. Leider wurde die Reservierung welche erst eine halbe Stunde zuvor erfolgte bis zum Eintreffen vergessen. Haben trotzdem noch einen Tisch bekommen. Essen war soweit gut. Die Kinderportion sehr großzügig, da waren wir positiv überrascht. Beim Salat könnte man die Tomaten und Gurken doch etwas feiner schneiden- Dressing war kein Highlight. Pizza war gut. Schnitzel solala. Burger ok. Wartezeit aufs Essen war gut- nicht so lange. Leider ging bei der Bezahlung dann das Internet nicht, so dass keine Kartezahlung möglich war. Preise waren in Ordnung. Personal war freundlich. Kinderhochstühle vorhanden.

Hatten Pizza zum mitnehmen bestellt. Das Restaurant ist neu renoviert und wirkt freundlich und sauber. Das mit der Pizza hat leider so gar nicht funktioniert. Erst gab man mir die falschen, danach war eine noch falsch und danach war es endlich nach Bestellung. Meine Pizza (mit Schinken und Ricola) war erst eine Margarita. Ich bemängelte es und sie wurden mit Belag einfach wieder in den Ofen geschoben. Dadurch war sie ziemlich dunkel (doppelt verbacken). Es war echt etwas chaotisch, aber keiner fühlte sich verantwortlich. Das Personal war nicht besonders freundlich und von das was ich durch die anderen Gäste mitbekam will ich nicht sprechen. Wir werden dort kein Essen mehr mitnehmen bzw. dort essen.

Letzte Woche haben wir noch von der Pizza geschwärmt, diese Woche leider nicht mehr. Der Belag ist gut, aber der Teig sehr trocken. So wie es aussah, gab es einen Besitzerwechsel.

Es ist unser zweiter Aufenthalt auf diesem Campingplatz und wir waren zum zweiten Mal hier essen. Die Auswahl ist reduziert, dafür wird das angebotene Essen frisch zubereitet. Es empfiehlt sich, dass man einen Platz vorab reserviert, vor allem bei schlechten Wetter. Ich hatte bei einem Stück Lende Pech, es war wirklich noch total roh und kalt in der Mitte. Ansonsten war das restliche Fleisch/Essen von uns beiden in Ordnung gewesen.

Sind dieses Jahr etwas enttäuscht, letztes Jahr im Juni und im September mehrfach da gegessen, war wesentlich besser. Nach einem Grillteller für fast 20 € hungrig gegangen. Bedienung sehr nett wie letztes Jahr auch

Nette Bedienung, aber das war es auch schon. Das Essen war unterdurchschnittlich.

Die Burger waren sehr sehr lecker. Ich war erstaunt über die Beschaffenheit des Gemüse-Burgers, fand ihn aber umwerfend lecker! Meine Frau hatte den Smalls Burger und war ebenfalls sehr glücklich damit. Die Bedienung war flink und sehr freundlich. Es war nicht das letzte Mal in der "Meeresbrise"....!

Der Gastraum ist recht klein. Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich und das Essen war wirklich lecker. Bei einem Preis von 22 Euro für einen Fischteller hätte ich dennoch einen kleinen Salat dazu erwartet.

Ich mache es kurz. Ein schönes modernes Restaurant, mit einer tollen Bedienung. Das Essen war lecker aber überteuert. Der Grillteller gleicht einem Seniorenteller... Frisch gezapftes Becks findet man in SH ja nicht so häufig. Dafür gibt es 5 Sterne.

Sehr schöne kleine Gaststätte.Das Essen ist auch zu empfehlen es ist nicht ein 5 Sterne Restaurant dafür ist das was auf den Teller kommt lecker und auch schön garniert. Die Portionen sind ordentlich und man wird auf jeden Fall Satt.Das Personal ist freundlich und erfüllt jeden Wunsch der machbar ist. Kann ich so nur weiterempfehlen und schlechte Kritik finde ich nicht angebracht. Ich war Drei Mal da zum Essen und jedesmal war alles bestens eher perfekt. Macht weiter so, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Haben am 08.09.22 dort Seelachs- und Dorschfilet gegessen. Als Vorspeise Bruschetta. Die Filets waren lecker, aber doch mehr Kinderteller. Die Vorspeise wurde vergessen und kam hinterher. Das Lokal war aber nicht so voll.

Das Restaurant ist sehr hübsch gestaltet. Das Personal machte einen nicht so freundlich Eindruck. Waren irgendwie überfordert. Haben Reservierungen abgewiesen mit der Begründung das sie das nicht schaffen. Das Essen war okay, leider waren die Bratkartoffeln versalzen. Man kann dort essen gehen muss man aber nicht. Geschmäcker sind halt unterschiedlich.

Wir hatten dort sehr gutes Essen, das Restaurant hat ne schöne Lage und die Bedienung war hervorragend. Kann ich nur jedem empfehlen.

Die Lokation liegt zentral auf dem Campingplatz und ist modern eingerichtet. Man sitzt windstill unter großen Sonnenschirmen. Das Schnitzel kam aus der Fritteuse, war aber lecker trotzdem es trocken war. Die Bedienung war aufmerksam und nett und alles in allem kann ich es weiterempfehlen. Fü die Kinder ist direkt ein Spielplatz nebenan.

Personal freundlich, Essensauswahl ist gut. Leider ist das Essen nicht grade warm. Portionsgröße Kinder und Erwachsene ist kein großer Unterschied. Das Personal ist etwas unflexibel. Hat man draußen reserviert muss man dort auch sitzen bleiben egal welches Wetter ist.

Sehr freundliches Personal und echt gute Küche. Aber würde ich gerne mehr vegetariache Gerichte in der Speisekarte sehen. Allerdings ausgezeichnet!

Wir waren heute nach langer Zeit mal wieder Gast in der Meeresbrise. Es war super lecker, das Personal freundlich und die Atmosphäre entspannt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir waren zu zweit dort essen. Die Nudeln mit Lachs und Spinat meiner Frau war echt sehr lecker. Trotzdem war meine Frau fast neidisch auf mein Jägerschnitzel. Es war sehr üppig und die Champignonsoße war sehr lecker. Auf Wunsch hab ich Bratkartoffeln bekommen und es war alles echt toll. Die Bedingungen war sehr nett und freundlich. Wir gehen da gerne wieder essen………

06/2022 Nach einer schönen langen Radtour zum Mittagessen eingekehrt. Das Personal war freundlich und im Außenbereich konnte man sehr schön sitzen. Die Pizza war in Ordnung aber unglaublich viel Thunfisch drauf. Das Schweinefilet war rappeltrocken ( das bekomme ich besser hin) die Böhnchen im Speckmantel waren kalt, aber die Bratkartoffeln waren sehr lecker und schwammen nicht in Öl.

Pizza Tonno war gut, bei den Bruschetti vermisste ich das Olivenöl, ansonsten waren sie sehr lecker. Zum Nachtisch gab es nur zwei Desserts zur Auswahl. Der Apfelstrudel mit Vanilleeis und Sahne war auch sehr gut. Die Bedienung war umsichtig und freundlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Heute lecker Pizza gegessen, anschließend Bruschetta und als Nachtisch Apfelstrudel mit Vanilleeis und Sahne sowie Espresso… alles sehr lägggeeer

Wir sind Gäste auf dem CP und wollten das Restaurant unterstützen. Wir haben uns zwei Pizzen geholt. Das Restaurant war gut besucht, trotzdem war die Pizza nach knapp 15 Minuten fertig-wirklich top (dafür gibt's die zwei Sterne).Mit 9 Euro pro Pizza nicht ganz günstig zumal es "nur" ne Schinken und ne Salami Pizza war, aber nun gut, wenn sie schmeckt zahlt man es gern. Das war leider das Manko, beide Pizzen hatten kaum Geschmack und waren total trocken, was beides bei einer Salami schon ne Kunst ist. Zu den anderen Gerichten kann ich leider nichts sagen, da wir so enttäuscht waren, werden wir weitere Gerichte aber auch nicht probieren.

Wie auch in den vergangenen Jahren waren wir auch in diesem Jahr hier in unserem Urlaub wieder essen. Und was soll ich sagen? Ich finde hier kann man sehr gute und leckere Burger essen, der Spielplatz um die Ecke bietet einen netten Zeitvertreib für die kleinen und die Bedienungen sind immer freundlich. Sowohl der Innen als auch der Aussenbereich gefallen uns sehr gut und sind richtig gemütlich! Alles in allem ist der Besuch einen Ausflug wert.
