Hier gibt es Giros frisch vom Spiess. Der Kellner war so nett und hat es mit einem Video bewiesen. Gemütliche Terrasse und wichtig, das Essen war lecker.

Essen war sehr lecker, Bedienung sehr freundlich, und sehr schönes Ambiente auf der Terrasse. Hat uns direkt an unseren Kreta Urlaub erinnert.

Ich hatte ein schnitzel Wiener Art bestellt, es kamm schnell an und war schon ziemlich groß, die Kellner und Kellnerin waren sehr freundlich, kann ich nur qeiter empfehlen

Als ( Tip ) von einen Bekannten empholen bekommen und total begeistert. Von einem sehr herzlicher Enpfang über Service , Gastfreundschaft und Essen alles wirklich super . Ist nicht überteuert und das Essen ist auch den Preis wert. Ich werde definitiv dieses Restaurant weiterempfehlen. Ich denke das wir gestern Glück hatten ohne Tischreservierung einen Platz zu bekommen.

Waren schon öfters hier. Sehr leckeres Essen und freundliches Personal. Immer wieder gerne Tisch vorab bestellen ansonsten kann es schwierig werden mit einem Platz.

Wir haben hier zweimal gegessen und saßen auf der Terrasse. Trotz gut besuchtem Restaurant waren die Servicekräfte nett, freundlich und gut gelaunt. Wer griechisches Essen liebt ist hier genau richtig. Unser Tipp ist das "Schweinefilet Spezial". Alles ist sehr lecker und gut bekömmlich. Gerne wieder. Update: Das Essen ist immer noch gut. Die griechische Gastfreundlichkeit ist leider verloren gegangen und die Preise haben angezogen.

Wir wurden sehr schnell bedient und alle Bedienungen waren sehr freundlich. Wir waren zu zweit mit Hund. Das war auch kein Problem. Waren draußen auf der Terrasse. Als Vorspeise hatten wir das Tsatsiki mit Brot. War vielleicht ein bisschen zu viel Tsatsiki aber ansonstenwar es gut. Zur Vorspeise gab es einen Ouzo. Kurze Zeit nach dem wir mit der Vorspeise fertig waren, kam auch schon der Hauptgang. Ich hatte die Nummer 47. War sehr lecker! Besonders das Tsatsiki. Kartenzahlung möglich, aber nicht mit Trinkgeld. Würde definitiv nochmal wieder kommen!

Sehr schönes Restaurant. Wir waren an einem Abend zu viert dort und haben direkt einen Tisch bekommen (außerhalb der Ferienzeit). Schnelle und nette Bedienung mit Getränken und auch das Essen hat nicht zu lang auf sich warten lassen. Wir hatten ganz unterschiedliche Gerichte, die aber alle wirklich lecker waren. Große Portion, von der man auf jeden Fall satt wird. Wir kommen wieder, wenn wir unseren nächsten Urlaub auf Fehmarn machen.

War jetzt wieder da. Hatte Gyros, Suzuki und Suflaki. Mir hat’s bestens geschmeckt. Die Portionen sind auch groß. Auch wartet man nicht so lange

Wir waren zum Mittagstisch ohne Reservierung da und es war alles gut. Das Ambiente ist gemütlich, das Personal nett und das Essen sehr lecker. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt. Wir waren zum ersten Mal bei diesem Griechen und es war super lecker. Sehr empfehlenswert. Nachmittags oder abends sollte man besser reservieren.

Wir haben vom Campingplatz Klausdorfer Strand zum abholen bestellt. Es war Pfingstmontagabend und trotzdem konnten wir unser Essen innerhalb von 15 min abholen. Als wir dort ankamen war es sogar schon fertig. Geschmacklich kein besonders Highlight, wir haben uns mehr erhofft.

Sehr gutes griechisches Essen.Terasse zum draußen sitzen...guter freundlicher Service.Gibt auch einen preiswerter Mittagstisch.

Wir haben dort sehr lecker zu Mittag gegessen. Das Essen war sehr lecker und die Bedienung (Chefin?) war super nett.

Wir haben ohne Reservierung einen Platz bekommen, was für einen Sonntagabend in diesem Restaurant schon einmal positiv ist. Enttäuscht war ich allerdings davon, dass der Beilagensalat lediglich aus Eisbergsalat mit etwas Karotte und einer Honig-Vinaigrette bestand. Bei einem Griechen erwarte ich zumindest auch Krautsalat. Darauf hatte ich mich besonders gefreut und wurde leider enttäuscht. Ich hatte einen Teller mit Gyros, Souvlaki und Suzuki. Das Gyros war ungewöhnlich klein geschnitten – so hatte ich es bisher noch nie gesehen oder gegessen. Der Tomatenreis war zudem sehr wässrig und geschmacklos, ebenso wie der Begrüßungs-Ouzo. Ansonsten war das Essen geschmacklich aber in Ordnung. Würde ich hier noch einmal essen? Wenn ich auf dem Campingplatz bin, eventuell ja. Extra hierher fahren würde ich dafür allerdings auf keinen Fall.

Essen und Bedienung waren gut, Preise angemessen. Allerdings war die Tür zum Wintergarten offen, was aus logistischen Gründen zwar verständlich ist, aber es war bei ca. 12° draußen schon recht kalt und zugig zumindest an unserem Tisch.

Geschmacklich fein aber selbst die großen Platten eher Kinderportionen!!! Grrr Ich musste hungererfüllt schlafen gehen und hab geweint:….(

Die Einrichtung ist alt, es war sehr voll und laut, Tische eng gestellt. Das Personal machte einen gestressten Eindruck, die Mitarbeiterin war unfreundlich. Das Essen war okay, wenig und teuer.

Sehr nettes Personal und sehr schmackhafte Speisen. Das Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis ist völlig in Ordnung. Auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert.

Leckeres Essen und schneller Service. Das Ambiente ist etwas rustikal aber das macht das Essen doppelt wett.

Nebensaison, norddeutsches Schietwetter… wir waren mittags bis kurz vor dem Gehen die einzigen Gäste. An draußen sitzen war nicht zu denken, obwohl es eine große Terrasse mit vielen Sitzgelegenheiten gibt. Wir haben von der Mittagskarte bestellt und wurden freundlich und schnell bedient. Es gab keine Vorspeise, aber einen Ouzo aufs Haus vorweg für die Erwachsenen- und einen Lolli nach dem Essen für die Kinder. Die Portionen waren in Ordnung, das Essen hat geschmeckt. Es gab Coca Cola aus der Flasche, nicht mehr Sinalco, wie ich es auf älteren Bildern hier gesehen habe. Die Toiletten waren sehr sauber und ordentlich, es gibt einige Kinder-Hochstühle und auch in der Karte eine Auswahl für kleine Gäste. Vor dem Eingang steht eine Möglichkeit für Hunde zum Trinken - und in und um dem Restaurant sind viele kleine, liebevolle Details… Willkommens-Schilder und ein geschriebenes Grußwort draußen, welches man erst sieht, wenn man geht. Wirklich gut mitgedacht:-) Parken: direkt vor der Haustür Und wenn man schon mal da ist: unbedingt einen Spaziergang an der Steilküste mitnehmen. Es gibt dafür in der Nähe ein paar separate Parkmöglichkeiten für Autos.

War ein schöner Abend, mit leckerem Essen und sehr freundlichem und aufmerksamen Personal. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Das Essen (Mittagstisch) war sehr lecker. Das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis passte. Wir waren alle sehr zufrieden.

Heute spontan hier die Mittagskarte mit 5 Personen genossen. Super Service, leckeres frisches griechisches Essen und tolles sauberes Ambiente. Volle Sterne👏 Sehr zu empfehlen .

Wir waren zusammen am Karfreitag spontan dort um etwas zu essen. Leider haben wir nicht auf Anhieb einen Tisch bekommen und sollten in einer Stunde wieder kommen was wir auch taten. Als wir wieder vor Ort waren , hatten wir schnell unseren bestellten Tisch und obwohl es so voll war hat es nur eine viertel Stunde gedauert bis unser Essen kam. Essen war super lecker und auch genug vorhanden. Alles in allem einen Besuch wert.

Es war ein super Toller Urlaub. AAABER... An diesem Abend, als wir essen waren: 1. Bitte lasst bei dem Knoblauch Baguette das ekelig Trockengewürz weg. Sonst war das Baguette super. 2. Hatte ich einen Gyrosteller bestellt. Und bekam einen mit Hänchen. Igitt... Ich mag kein Hänchen. Hätte ich welches gewollt, hätte ich es bestellt. Schade drum.

Sehr leckeres Essen und ordentliche Portionen. Leckeres Gyros mit einer geschmacklich sehr leckeren Würzmischung. Dazu frischer Salat und fantastischer Zaziki. Bald ist es endlich wieder soweit.

Eines unserer liebsten Restaurants. Super leckeres Essen und eine tolle Atmosphäre. Wir kommen immer gerne wieder und freuen uns schon auf die nächste Saison

We visited here for the first time today, and the food was absolutely delicious. We had the Kalypso platter with two pieces of beef liver, and everything was super fresh. 👍 The staff were just incredibly cheerful, and we immediately felt like we were in good hands. 👍 We'll definitely be back. 🤗

We've eaten there many times and it's always been great. Today we had sour rice. (I tipped it over.) It's a shame they didn't respond. No apology.

Beautifully located restaurant. Very friendly and attentive staff. We had baked feta and shrimp on skewers, three skewers of 10 shrimp each, and a baked potato with quark, very tasty. We also had a baked gyro with tzatziki, which was just as delicious. We liked the ambiance; there's also an outdoor terrace where we sat. It was very pleasant. And I'd also like to mention that I haven't seen such clean restrooms in a long time. All in all, great staff, great food, and a pleasant atmosphere. Unfortunately, I didn't take any pictures. We came spontaneously and it was no problem getting a table. The food wasn't good; it arrived 10 minutes after ordering, which doesn't speak volumes about the quality of the preparation. I had the small appetizer platter and my husband had the liver platter, all tasteless. We can't recommend this restaurant and wouldn't go back.

We've eaten here several times and were always delighted. The staff was super friendly, the food was delicious, plentiful, and well-seasoned, and the value for money was excellent. We like to come here for lunch when we visit the surrounding beaches. It's easy to reach by bike. The lunch portions are plentiful, delicious, and reasonably priced. We've never had to wait long. The restaurant is always busy, but we've never had to make a reservation.

The two of us had dinner there in the evening, hoping to celebrate a special birthday, and we were immensely disappointed. Shortly after choosing our own seats, we were greeted with annoyance and aggression by a young man from the staff, who watched us very attentively from a distance. He gave us dirty looks and initially completely ignored us, even though he was just standing there and apparently had nothing to do. After an initial wait of about 30 minutes, we approached a young woman who was also part of the staff, and our orders were taken very kindly. After a short while, the young man brought us each an ouzzo and the appetizer we had ordered – and disaster struck. The ouzzo was lukewarm, as if it had been sitting outside for at least hours and was now finally waiting for an owner. The salad was very coarsely chopped, and the garlic bread we ordered with it was dripping with grease. We couldn't taste any more. 2nd attempt at the main course: lamb chop with fries and side dishes – the meat was very dry in places, tough, and over-seasoned in places. 3rd attempt at squid salad, which was supposed to be a counterbalance to the first starter, but was initially completely forgotten, and we had to remind ourselves. Then we were brought a small bowl of iceberg lettuce, with a half-tablespoon portion of squid neatly hidden in the middle of the salad in tiny pieces, which we had to search for like Easter eggs in the garden. It wasn't even close to worth what it cost. END OF WORK. Got up and paid, no apology, no compensation, arrogant and very rude.

I was a little worried about the negative reviews, but now I'm convinced otherwise. Without a reservation, I was seated right away for two, served by cards, and my drink order was taken right away. The drinks arrived promptly. The food came quickly, too. And it was fantastic: the most tender liver I've ever eaten, and the flavor was perfect. And the yeast balls were really good. The waiters were super friendly, and the ouzo was delicious. Thank you ❤️

Very tasty food, friendly service and good value for money

We stayed at the campsite for 12 days and ate here almost every day. Whether it was the inexpensive lunch or the evening meal, it was always excellent, and the service was impeccable, with only a few exceptions. We'd better not weigh ourselves now 😂 Our dog was also welcome. Definitely a clear recommendation.

We were there yesterday and today, and I have to say it was fantastic. The staff was super friendly, and the food was delicious. I highly recommend it.

The staff was very unfriendly; you could immediately tell these people weren't passionate about their jobs. My rice wasn't even cooked through, and the salad (starter) was beyond disgusting. The wait was also extremely long (the plate was pretty meager considering what we were ultimately served). They also forgot to bring us tzatziki (which was included in the meal), even when we asked for it. It must be said that it wasn't very busy at the time. So, I really wouldn't recommend it at all. It's better to drive about 10 minutes to Burg to at least get some delicious food.

We ordered takeout. Unfortunately, the gyro was at best snack-quality. It had a lot of bacon. Also, for the price, it could have been a bit more.

We knew it always takes a little longer there, as we've been eating there for years when we're camping. This time, however, it was no longer acceptable. We waited 90 minutes for our food, and that was with two children. The food wasn't as good as usual. There was no compensation, either. When we told the manager about it when she asked us about it, she was rude and unfriendly. In the restaurant, dirty dishes were piled up on several tables.

As islanders we hadn't had it on our plans until now, but as retirees it was time to try out the restaurants at home. Very well seasoned gyro, also very tasty topped with sauce and cheese. Just the usual Greek food. Prices and service were perfectly fine. Nice terrace! We liked it! A year later,!! We wanted to eat this afternoon, but it wasn't open at all, despite different opening times on Google. That's absolutely not possible!!! Update!!,!!! We were there again in July. Food and service were still very good. However, 4.80 EUR for the spicy sauce is getting a bit unreasonable, but I saw it too late. I'll bring it up though, otherwise nothing to complain about! 8;8.25 Food, as always, super quick and absolutely delicious. Service and prices are reasonable, and the large portions can be shared. A big advantage for retirees with little appetite, nothing gets thrown away. Highly recommended!!

Wow! You always approach these "campsite restaurants" with a certain amount of skepticism. This was absolutely unjustified. Excellent food, truly top-notch. Everything was simply delicious!!! There is only one small criticism: it was relatively noisy in the restaurant, similar to a train station concourse. This could be counteracted with acoustic panels or an acoustic ceiling.

Three fries to go: 15 euros!!!! The portion fit in a burger box. A joke for the price. They also forgot to pack the sauces we ordered. So we had to go back. Atmosphere: uncomfortable. The fries themselves weren't very appetizing. Not recommended.

Disgusting!!! We were at the campsite next door, and it smelled incredibly delicious. Anyway, I'll visit the place sometime. I ordered a baked gyro with fries, rice, and mayonnaise. Mom only had fries and a mixed salad... The mixed salad turned out to be a side salad, the same as the one that came with the gyro. Anyway, now for the gyro... The gyro was tough and dry. I had some pieces that were completely charred and tasted like charcoal. The Metaxxa coating was extremely diluted. Overall, it tasted like everything was prepared in advance, then quickly reheated, a slice of cheese was put on, and that's it. There was no mention of it being baked. Now for the rice: it tasted of nothing; it was probably supposed to taste like tomatoes, but it didn't. It tasted like water with a hint of tomato. The mayo was left out of the fries on both of them. They immediately complained, and they replaced them with two sachets of mayo, like at local fast food chains. In the end, they charged me for four sachets at 50 cents each. Never again ODYSEEY!! On Thursday, there was a fish stall across the street, and the fried fish was top-notch. And there was no one sitting at the Odyssey... Any questions? ....

Friendly staff, good food, and decent service. What more could you want?

The food was sensational; we stumbled upon it almost by chance, but we've always had good experiences with campsite restaurants over the past few years (just a general tip). The portions were more than generous, and everything we ordered was incredibly delicious. The service was friendly and accommodating, checking in every now and then, but unobtrusively, whether everything was OK. That's exactly how gastronomy should be 🫶🏽

We were here in the late afternoon, and even though the sign said it was open all day, we didn't feel welcome. People were constantly cleaning next to us, splashing water on the stones, and to top it all off, several tables were being moved around. There was no sign of a cozy atmosphere, and the rice was cold.

We went there for dinner in the evening and can't say anything negative except that they didn't serve coleslaw. Otherwise, they were very accommodating to a special request. There's certainly room for improvement, but overall, we can recommend the place, and we'll be back!

It was our first time there. It reminded us, "Next please... and please, quick, quick..." the drink and pre-prepared salad arrived after 3 minutes. The food arrived after 10 minutes. The lamb chops, gyros, and minced steak could have been grilled much longer. The fries were rather bland. The rice lacked flavor. The tzatziki was good. When paying with a card, they didn't want to take a tip. You can go there to satisfy your hunger, but don't set your expectations too high. It's not really recommended for a relaxing evening at a Greek restaurant. At least, that was the case for us.

Wir haben dann auch nichts weiter getrunken & auch kein Dessert mehr gegessen. Wir sind aufgestanden und zum Bezahlen an den Tresen gegangen - wie die Leute am Nachbartisch auch. Leider konnten wir dann nicht mit Karte zahlen und mussten noch Bargeld holen. Da hätten wir uns einen Hinweis vor dem Essen gewünscht; das Lesegerät funktioniert wohl häufiger nicht. Wir würden wieder dort Essen gehen. (Von 12-15 gibt es Mittagstisch)

A very tasty Greek restaurant at the Katharinenhof campsite. Portions are typical of Greek restaurants, and the complimentary ouzo with a splash of water is almost like the Greek way. We enjoyed the food and the price is reasonable. We will eat there again. Highly recommended!

Haben bei sommerlichem Wetter auf der Terrasse am frühen Abend gegessen, nach Belieben in der Sonne oder im Schatten mit herrlichem Blick auf die Ostsee! Scholle Finkenwerder Art und Jägerschnitzel: Alles super frisch, sehr schmackhaft, mit Liebe und kreativ (viel Salat) arrangiert. Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Freundlichste Bedienung. Wir kommen sicher wieder!

Wir haben das Restaurant Waldpavillion leider erst an unserem letzten Urlaubstag entdeckt. Sonst hätten wir sehr gerne öfter hier gegessen. Das Restaurant ist wunderschön gelegen. Es gibt eine schöne Terrasse mit einem traumhaften Blick auf die Ostsee. Wir habe seht gut zu Mittag gegessen und sind noch zum Kaffee geblieben. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist nicht zu toppen! Wer es gerne schön, gemütlich und kulinarisch mag, für den ist das Waldpavillion ein muss auf Fehmarn. Es liegt zwar etwas versteckt in Katharinenhof, wir waren mit dem Auto da und hatten das Navi an.

Wir haben das Wochenende zum Campen auf Fehmarn verbracht und hier im Waldpavilion zu Abend gegessen. Wegen der hohen Tagestemperatur, saßen wir lieber drinnen.Wir bestellten 2x Backkartoffel mit Putenbrust Streifen mit angebratenen Gemüse. Das war ansprechend garniert und und geschmacklich sehr gut. Das Gericht stand nicht auf der Karte und wurde uns proaktiv angeboten. Wir sind zufrieden und können das Waldpavilion empfehlen. Parkplätze gibt es reichlich und der Ostsee Blick ist super.

There were two of us there. The outdoor area was quite busy. The staff seemed overwhelmed. The meat was very overseasoned. The pork fillet was grilled, but unfortunately, it was much too dry. It also had bones, which is not usual. It was served with rice and fries. Rice had been specifically requested beforehand, but was ignored and served with it. The mayonnaise we ordered with it was forgotten, even after we asked twice. When we asked whether the meat was grilled, as it was very dry, the staff seemed relatively annoyed and annoyed. Overall, OK, but nothing more. Probably the first and last time there.

We went there for the first time on a Saturday. We had pre-ordered by phone, but there was no table reserved!! And we were very disappointed. We waited endlessly (30 minutes for an appetizer, 40 minutes for the main entrance) for our food, and to top it all off, one of the four people's meals was forgotten!! There was no apology, let alone any "compensation" like an ouzo. The staff seemed irritated, stressed, and arrogant when it came to paying. We never complained about the noise level, but on a weekend (the restaurant was packed), we wouldn't recommend it, as the staff were overwhelmed! You can't hear your own voice. (The women's restroom is showing its age, and the floor tiles need a thorough cleaning.) -Accessible -Outdoor area in the summer, perfect!

Today, on the last day of my vacation, a Saturday, I cycled there for dinner. I had booked a table for four people by phone. The starter was good, the main course was rather cold, and one dish was missing. I asked several times, and then, inevitably, they asked again what I wanted! I had already ordered with my friends and was forgotten. No apology, no compensation, or anything like that. In fact, they acted as if it wasn't their fault... The restrooms were a bit dated, and the breakfast floor needed a thorough cleaning. The waitress was very arrogant when we wanted to pay... and only asked for cash or card... I wanted to pay by card, a friend wanted to pay in cash... so she very rudely called us to the counter... honestly... that's definitely not how you treat guests - impossible! I don't want a red carpet, but I do expect a certain level of friendliness. We will definitely not eat there again!

We've been eating here for years. Until now, it wasn't possible to make a reservation by phone; they always said, "Come on in, we'll find a table." Today, as usual, we went at 7 p.m. without a reservation, but unfortunately, it was full, and we waited patiently at the counter with other guests. Only after 15 minutes were we told that it was full and that there would be space again at 8 p.m. The atmosphere was incredibly bad among the staff, including the manager, who even shouted at customers who had already been waiting 30 minutes for drinks and had politely asked for them. We then decided to go to another Greek restaurant. This restaurant is no longer an option for us. Anyone who can't handle stress, for whatever reason, and who snaps at guests and staff should work from home and avoid customer contact. What a shame!!!

Although they often say you should make a reservation in advance, we stopped in spontaneously and managed to get a seat on the sun terrace. The reception was friendly. Drinks orders were taken immediately. The food arrived quickly. Good portions and very tasty. The gyros were crispy, just the way we like them. The lamb chops were grilled very well. The salad and salad dressing were also delicious. Only the liver on the Calypso plate was a bit overcooked and therefore a bit dry. A shame. The tzatziki, on the other hand, was creamy and exactly our taste. One evening we ordered gyros to take away. We wouldn't have been able to get a seat in the restaurant anyway. Everything was well packaged and warm.
