Restaurant Konak in Nürnberg

I am very disappointed with both the look and taste of the food, which is really disgusting. I bought a kebab to take away, maybe I wasn't attentive at the time of service, but I think the shop owner took advantage of the fact that I trusted him. When I got home and opened the bag with the kebab, I noticed that it wasn't packaged properly and all the toppings had come out of the aluminum foil. All the ingredients were more or less cold, the meat was tough, you could tell straight away that it hadn't been freshly cut from the grill, a real mess! In the end I had to throw more than half of the kebab into the trash. I was very angry, I wanted to go back to the restaurant to point out the disgust they had given me, but I wanted to limit myself to writing my review about this complaint of mine. I won't be coming back!!

Very friendly staff, warm atmosphere, everything I tasted was very good, the lentil soup had a nice sourness with the lemon and was not just lentils thrown into a blender but there was a texture to the soup and very nice seasoning. The bread was warm and fresh, the veggies freshly grilled and the rice and yogurt the perfect accompaniments.

I find that I urgently need to express my thoughts. Since the new owner took over Konak Restaurant, I thought it would not be successful. However, I am shocked at the changes the family has made - it is truly remarkable. The new kebab with chicken and homemade cole slaw has become an absolute success. It's something completely new and tastes simply amazing. The quality of the food has also improved significantly. I will definitely come back to enjoy more. Thank you

I recently visited Döner Konak and had a very disappointing experience. As soon as I entered, the staff were busy chatting among themselves and completely ignored my greeting. I stood there waiting, but no one seemed interested in taking my order. After being ignored for some time, I decided to leave and went to Pamukkale instead. Although it was quiet there, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and I had a great meal. I wouldn’t recommend Döner Konak based on my experience with their lack of customer service.

I used to enjoy the food very much. The owner changed some time ago. Since then the quality has declined significantly. The kebab meat was completely dry. Never again!

It was our first time eating here and we were amazed and thrilled. We had schnitzel, chicken burger and I had the mixed grill plate. Everything was fresh and delicious. If I don't have anything to complain about, that means something. Top. Clean, friendly and special requests were also taken into account.

I didn't know that Beyti came in a soup version. Either they don't know how to make beyti here, or it was an inexperienced cook. no yogurt, no tomato puree, but tomato soup.

Unfortunately the new owners are a disaster compared to the old ones. The food used to be always good and the meat was some of the best. Now you get what the employee wants, not what you order. In addition, the quality of the food has dropped significantly. The local pub became a place that I just avoid... What a shame.

We didn't even deserve one star. We ordered Lahmacun, there wasn't even any meat on it, we then complained - the boss was rude and talked his way out of it and discussed it

My wife was there today. The burger was really tasty. I highly recommend it. The staff was also very nice.

Good acquaintances are allowed in, the Big Döner is charged even though it is the normal one, the meat was not warm and it took a very long time and the order that was "a little spicy" turned into not spicy. I could have done that better.

I thought I'd eat some chicken soup. It tastes like everything except soup. Just water with tomato paste. Moreover, it is from yesterday. And they say it without shame. Just because it's from yesterday. I ate half way through and gave up. I asked for tea and I received ice cold tea. He cut wages for tea. It's such a terrible place

Delivery time stated 30-55 minutes - is changed to 90 minutes, after 60 minutes it is extended again to a total of 120 minutes. My dears, this is really not okay. I could live with the 30 minutes longer but that's outrageous. Update after 90 minutes of calling the restaurant and now preparing it. Lieferando does not offer telephone support so I cannot ask for my money back. After 14 hours of fasting I have to deal with something like this and on a Sunday where I can't find a quick alternative. What can I say ? Thanks for the experience, I will definitely never order again. According to the restaurant, Lieferando is to blame. Funny that it always works for other orders.

I definitely recommend the leg soup.

I used to go there regularly and usually ordered a kebab plate. The food there used to be very good, but unfortunately that has changed a lot. At least when I pick up food there in the evening, all I get is dried-out meat, which really doesn't taste good anymore. Since I haven't been there for a while and unfortunately it was the same again today, I won't be buying any more food there.

We were here for breakfast, it took a while but otherwise everything was good and tasted great!!

The owner and employees are nice and like to chat. The food tastes great. Especially the yellow rice. Only the homemade Ayran wasn't for me (it tasted like yeast)

Scammers, I ordered food through Wolt and It came with raw meat, these scammers won't refund my money, do not buy from these low life svammers

Ich kann den anderen Rezession anschließen, die meinten man bestellt was und bekommt, nicht das was man haben will. Ich habe einen Pide bestellt, es sollte eine Hälfte Spinat und andere Hälfte Hackfleisch sein. Siehe foto was ich bekam. Ambiente fand ich persönlich nicht gut. Die Produkte schmecken, als ob man es von türkischen Laden gekauft hätte und nur warm gemacht hat. Nicht empfehlenswert!

Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter und das Essen war auch sehr lecker:)

Kenne den Laden seit meiner Kindheit. Damals als es noch der vier Mark gekostet hat. Zu dem Zeitpunkt war der Laden noch in komplett anderer Hand und der Standort noch im abgerissenem Parkhaus integriert. Nach Jahrzehnten und dem Wechsel des Besitzers hat der Laden seine Optik und Ruf definitiv aufgebessert. Preisliste ist zeitgemäß und akzeptabel. Der Umbau des Ladens ist definitiv gelungen. Einzig die Parkplatz Situation... Absoluter Horrortrip hehe...

Hat mich überrascht Hochwertiger eingerichtet Mit ayran brunnen Preise waren gut Service war gut. Alles wurde zum Tisch gebracht. Und freundlich wurden alle Wünsche erfüllt

Service war top sowie das Ambiente bestellt wurde ein Dönerteller und eine Bohne Suppe. Die Suppe war durchschnittlich nichts wofür man essen geht selbst gekocht wäre besser gewesen. Der Dönerteller war lieblos angerichtet Fleisch Reis und etwas Blattsalat. Für den Preis war es das nicht wert…

Moderner Laden, sehr guter Döner.

Oft hier, immer sehr gutes Essen und vorallem top Mitarbeiter! Jederzeit immer wieder!

Es gibt grosse Wahl von warmen Gerichten, sehr lecker, mit dem Gefühl gekocht. Wer hausgemachtes Essen probieren will, würde ich empfehlen hier zu kommen.

Leider nicht mehr so gut wie früher. Ich habe den Falafel-Teller dort immer sehr gerne gegessen aber seit dem neuen Inhaber ist der oft nicht verfügbar und als Alternative wurde mir neulich leider eine "Empfehlung" verkauft, die leider nur ein wenig knuspriger Hähnchenschenkel war. Schade

Sind alle nett und machen gutes Essen kommt alle vertraut mir
