Lokanta Döner in Nürnberg

So the ladies who serve the food are very nice but the food is not what it used to be.... I bought food worth almost 50€ for the whole family and each one had almost no sauce, only a very little sauce and even that wasn't very tasty because there was dill in it.....it doesn't taste the same as it did some time ago.....unfortunately

Was there with a friend on May 9th, 2025. Doner bread baked really crispy and doner meat fried properly as it should be. Gladly again at any time.

Very friendly lady. One of the best kebabs I've eaten in recent years. Very large and lavishly topped. More than acceptable for 6 euros. I'd love to come back!

I've been a regular here since the mid-nineties. This is because the kebab is incredibly tasty and, if desired, seasoned with fresh peppers. And of course the always friendly staff. And for those who don't want to eat kebab, there is always a good selection of daily specials.

Durum was OK if it not a bit flavourless but the burek was anything but. Anyone who has been to the balkans would be highly offended. That being said it gets 3 stars bc of how cheap it is for the centre.

The employee was friendly and pointed out that it would take a short time to prepare. The fries were okay, but the fat didn't seem to be particularly fresh. Too bad. The price is fair.

cheap food with excellent value for money. Both men and women, depending on who was on duty, were always friendly and helpful and took care of all requests. there is the bathroom.

Nice little kebab shop on Plärrer. Doner kebab costs 6 euros, but the portion is quite large. The Döberbox also looked very tasty. It took a while for the food to arrive, but the service was very nice. Tables are relatively small, everything is a bit cramped and there were slot machines at the back. Overall, however, highly recommended.

Döner plate was lukewarm and unsalted. The atmosphere is very run down. You'll get full here - for little money, but tasty is different.

As a Taiwanese traveler visiting Germany, it is very happy to be able to eat Turkish-style barbecue dishes in addition to local German delicacies in the cold winter. The portions of the food are plenty and the taste is delicious. It's worth trying. I ordered the No 9 barbecue plate drehspieß teller, which was quite delicious.

Great fresh ingredients with good taste. Doner meat juicy, but not greasy 👍 Very friendly staff, in a good mood even at night.

The shop is quite small but the food tastes good.

I ordered a kebab special with extra sheep's cheese and of course "with everything" and spicy and that's what I got. The amount of meat was so much that I couldn't even bite into it properly. But it's ok like that! In many kebab shops you get almost only toppings and hardly any meat. The meat was very well seared, the sauce tasted good and was spicy as ordered. The whole thing for less than €7, so I can highly recommend the kebab (OK, meat skewer to be precise). I haven't tried the other dishes yet, but I will.

Worst kebab I've ever eaten. It just tasted like NOTHING. Flatbread just soggy.. NEVER AGAIN!!!!

Accidentally stopped buy. I had daily meal (tagesgericht) and it tasted amazing, like home made stuff by your granny. Yes, the best meals you usually can have at street food places like this.

Price performance! They have nice alternatives to eat.

Geh leider um diese Uhrzeit öfters hin. Heute mal wieder richtig verbranntes fleisch bekommen. Das war das letzte mal. Ihr könnt mjch mal lieb haben!

Und zum zweiten mal dieses jahr innerhalb weniger Wochen gebe ich eine Bestellung auf und was ich bestellt habe wurde wieder vergessen. Diesmal bin ich gegangen. Zwielichtige Gestalten, schlechte Stimmung, nein danke. Mein Geld und meine zeit sind mir zu wertvoll dafür.

Arrived late on a Sunday when everywhere else was closing down. Had a doner and a beer by the roadside and it was the best meal I had all the time I was there. Great spot, good food, good beer, good people. Would recommend.

Sehr nettes Personal, obwohl sehr viel los war. Der Döner schmeckt und ist für Innenstadt günstig.

Great place! Huge portions, i had to force myself to finish it. Very tasty döner (better than most I had in Turkey). Very friendly owners. The only sad thing is that i won't be able to go back because we were visiting Nuremberg only for a few days. Very glad to meet you ede :)

Das Essen schmeckt großartig. Vorallem liebe ich die frischen Böreks und Pides. Nirgens habe ich bessere gegessen, sie sind immer frisch. Die Besitzer sind äußerst freundlich und die Preise sind unschlagbar. Vor Ort sitzen und Essen, ist etwas blöd, da der Laden immer überfüllt ist.

Naja,...meine Dönerbox war jetzt nicht so der Hit....

Vergesst die anderen Läden in der Umgebung und kommt hierher! Der Laden ist absolut zu empfehlen. Das Essen ist sehr lecker und Preise sehr fair. Und die Familie, die den Laden betreibt ist sehr freundlich. Was man heute in der Gastronomie eher selten erlebt. Ich bin geschäftlich oft in Nürnberg und bin schon oft an dem Laden vorbei gegangen, weil zugegeben die Passage nicht sehr einladend ist. Heute habe ich mir ein Döner Teller und ein Yufka ins Hotel mitgenommen und werde ganz sicher die nächsten Male hier mein Essen holen. Absolute Empfehlung!

Es gibt keinen besseren Döner weltweit. Fleisch sehr lecker und gut gewürzt, Pommes und Salat sind immer Fisch und die Soße ist unbeschreiblich! Der Chef und die Mitarbeiter arbeiten immer mit einem Lächeln im Gesicht und lesen den Kunden die Wünsche von den Lippen ab. Wir sind so froh seit mehreren Jahren zur Stammkundschaft zu gehören zu dürfen und werden immer wieder bei dem Wunsch nach ganz ganz viel Soße belächelt.

Ich habe meinem Sohn gestern wieder einen Döner ins Krankenhaus mitgebracht. Sein Zimmernachbar wollte ihm diesen Döner für 50 € abkaufen. Aber mein Sohn hat ihn im Safe eingeschlossen und hat ihn später selbst gegessen. Nicht einmal für 50 € hätte er ihn hergegeben. Das ist Qualität. Weiter so und beste Grüße an die beiden Frauen. Ihr seid großartig.

Immer freundlich, Top Qualität, der Döner schmeckt einfach super. Hausgemachte Fladen, schön geschichtetes Fleisch, kein Hackfleisch. Preis-Leistung top. Ohne Einschränkung zu empfehlen.

Mein Favorit unter den Dönerbuden in Nürnberg. Portionen sind riesig (der Dönerteller ist fast nicht zu schaffen - es sei denn man hat wirklich hunger) und trotzdem megalecker. Preise sind vergleichsweise günstig. Besseres Preis/Leistung gibt es nirgends. War oft zur Mittagspause dort und Personal auch im größten Trubel immer freundlich.
