Your friend's doner kebab came from Siberia via express service. He asked for it to be heated, but they mockingly put the ice-cold doner kebab in front of him, saying it was heated. It is obvious that there is a lack of communication among employees. The atmosphere and location are not bad.

I think it's the closest döner to the doner kebab in Berlin. The bread is very good. The taste of the doner sauce and sauce is very successful. No credit cards, cash only!!! The place is clean and has a nice atmosphere. Turkish staff is very attentive. Be sure to try it, Don't pass by while passing by, You will say that the man was right. We tried the bread sandwich, but when we see the portion service at other tables, we will come back to eat portions at once😁 The place is close to historical places that you will come across on your travel route.

This restaurant is a hit. Very nice service. The place is clean and nice, and most importantly, the food is delicious, fresh and warm. It's rare that I eat sauces from my plate with bread. Really taste 10/5, I heartily recommend it. Satisfied, full and, above all, not expensive

To be honest, positive surprise. The food was good. I would not rate this as a top 5 Nurenberg’s kebab, but from the city center/main street, is one of the most decent ones you can have for a fair price. The have 2 floor and you can sit there. Also you can ask the food from outside to take away. Bad point: you can only pay by cash… a bit annoying

To be honest, I can't understand the negative reviews. The food was very tasty and the salad was fresh and the leaves were crunchy. I can personally highly recommend the grill plate and if you're not very hungry, my favorite is the lahmacung or the pide with pieces of lamb and cheese. Nice and crispy and really juicy, just like you know from a holiday in Türkiye.

We enjoyed the food, which was very good and served promptly. My husband, who speaks Turkish, had a pleasant interaction with the waiter in Turkish and English during our meal. However, our experience soured when it came time to pay. Despite a sign stating that the restaurant accepts VISA/Mastercard, the waiter claimed their credit card machine wasn’t working. He then pointed to a sign on the door in German stating no credit cards were accepted. Strangely, the waiter suddenly claimed he only spoke German, not English or Turkish. Our bill was 80€, and we didn’t have enough cash to cover it, especially since nearby ATMs were closed on Sunday. I explained we would need to return the next day to settle the bill. However, moments later, we witnessed two German customers pay with a credit card without any issue. After arguing with the waiter, he reluctantly allowed us to pay with our card as well. This incident left us with the impression that the restaurant discriminates against tourists. While the food was excellent, the inconsistent and seemingly biased payment policy was disappointing and frustrating.

A great inexpensive place in the heart of the city for lunch with friends or family. Very tasty, friendly, clean and wonderful attentive service. Next time I come to Nuremberg, I will definitely come again. I recommend 👍👍👍👍👍

At the beginning of September we spontaneously looked for a restaurant where we could end the summer evening. We got a table outside immediately. We ordered a meat platter for two people, which was really huge and tasty (some of it was a bit dry). But what stands out is the service! Incredibly friendly and attentive. We will definitely come back next time we are in Nuremberg.

Money laundering, does not accept card payment

Food is average. Prices too expensive. The boss will not accept constructive criticism after repeated incorrect delivery. We order here and won't come back!!!

Everyone at this restaurant, where we sat by chance, had a different meal, döner lahmacun, pita, everything was great, the prices were normal, the cleanliness and the staff were attentive, especially Tarık was very helpful to us.

You can only pay with a card from 10€, they don't say anything and just book 10€ upwards, a complete impudence, the food wasn't particularly good and the service wasn't good either. All in all one of the worst kebab stalls in Nuremberg

The kebap was 7 Euro but because I wanted to pay with a card they asked me for 10 Euro. I am very disappointed and will never go there again.

I think clarifying the matter internally is a good idea on your part. It seems that some employees quote different prices if they think the guests are drunk. Addressing this directly would lead to a conflict that I would like to avoid in front of my companion.

It's a shame I ordered today via TooGoodToGo and had 2x surprise bags, 1x in vert for 10€ and something else... Unfortunately I got 2 kebabs... actually spent once even though I paid twice... unfortunately it's becoming more and more common in Nuremberg that people simply try to make money with this app even though it's about food rescue! Exactly eight years ago in 2016, while waiting for the bus from Nuremberg to Passau, I went to this Turkish restaurant and ate doner kebab. That doner kebab was delicious, just like in Turkey. I hope they still continue the same doner kebab. I will come soon. I would like to find the same doner kebab. Those nonsense doner kebabs with sauce are really bad.

Arriving in Nuremberg late at night, tired, and extremely hungry, this restaurant was everything I needed. The staff were exceptionally friendly and polite, and the food was amazing. Immediately upon sitting down, they brought a large basket of delicious bread to the table, along with taziki and another spread that I wish I knew the name of. They both paired perfectly together. It was far more than I would ever eat, but so delicious that I ended up eating the entire basket. Their Adana was unlike any I have had before. Moist, tender, and not overpowered with any one particular spice. The tomatoes and pepper were also grilled perfectly. For anyone else arriving hungry to Nuremberg, I recommend this restaurant as your first stop.

I'm not usually a person who writes a lot of reviews or complains about every little thing, but when you're served something this bad, you HAVE to share things. As a big falafel lover, I have eaten a lot of falafel. What I got here at Bosphorus was dry, crumbly, tasted like rancid fat and was incredibly bitter. I had concerns about my health, it was like I had eaten something poisonous. The pide with meat that my companion had also tasted a bit rancid. The worst thing was that she had diarrhea all evening. When I got a cheese pide instead of the falafel, which tasted okay, they cheekily charged me half of the falafel, i.e. €4.50 at the end. Definitely never again. Someone from Nuremberg should contact the health department.

Very friendly and courteous service. The ambience is appropriate. The space for guests is generous. Due to the close proximity to Nuremberg main station and the city center, outdoor space is rare, especially in the summer months. The food is good for a Turkish restaurant. I can especially recommend going late in the evening if you are hungry, as the portioned dishes are more generously filled.

The food was just as good as what I ate in Istanbul, so good job. On the other hand the staff had some struggles speaking english.

Last night I was at the street vendor with 2 friends and we ordered a kebab and 2 kebab boxes. The food was okay, but we all had severe diarrhea the next day.

Really good food, very tasty, had chicken with tomatoes and peppers and rice in a pan. The staff was very friendly and attentive. What I personally didn't like was the ambience isn't that nice, here and there you need to renovate, some of the sockets stick out of the wall, the ceiling lighting flickers. Otherwise everything is fine and the food is very good and not expensive. It's worth taking a look.

The food was very well prepared and lovingly decorated. On Sunday February 11th Very nice gentlemen served us and were very, very friendly. We go there once a year because we have to drive about 100 km. But again and again.

Once my favorite kebab, especially a price-performance winner, until prices were constantly increased in the last few months. Now 7 euros for the standard turkey doner. Yes, normal these days and I wouldn't complain if the kebab hadn't become even smaller with the price increases. Let me take a look at the competition: *Berliner kebab - same size, premium in taste, 6.50 even cheaper. *Arjon (just across the street) comparably good taste, just a lot bigger and the same price. Why should I eat with you now? I will give you a chance every now and then, but you have currently lost a regular guest in me.
