Gave 3 of us food poisoning last year. We were up all night on the toilet.

Street at night, 2 kebabs and 2 drinks 30€. No thanks, never again Addendum/Answer: To be precise, it was €27 that we paid and this was the second time. I think clarifying the matter internally is a good idea on your part. It seems that some employees quote different prices if they think the guests are drunk. Addressing this directly would lead to a conflict that I would like to avoid in front of my companion.

Very nice service and the food was very average

It's a shame I ordered today via TooGoodToGo and had 2x surprise bags, 1x in vert for 10€ and something else... Unfortunately I got 2 kebabs... actually spent once even though I paid twice... unfortunately it's becoming more and more common in Nuremberg that people simply try to make money with this app even though it's about food rescue! Too bad never again!

Exactly eight years ago in 2016, while waiting for the bus from Nuremberg to Passau, I went to this Turkish restaurant and ate doner kebab. That doner kebab was delicious, just like in Turkey. I hope they still continue the same doner kebab. I will come soon. I would like to find the same doner kebab. Those nonsense doner kebabs with sauce are really bad.

Arriving in Nuremberg late at night, tired, and extremely hungry, this restaurant was everything I needed. The staff were exceptionally friendly and polite, and the food was amazing. Immediately upon sitting down, they brought a large basket of delicious bread to the table, along with taziki and another spread that I wish I knew the name of. They both paired perfectly together. It was far more than I would ever eat, but so delicious that I ended up eating the entire basket. Their Adana was unlike any I have had before. Moist, tender, and not overpowered with any one particular spice. The tomatoes and pepper were also grilled perfectly. For anyone else arriving hungry to Nuremberg, I recommend this restaurant as your first stop.

I'm not usually a person who writes a lot of reviews or complains about every little thing, but when you're served something this bad, you HAVE to share things. As a big falafel lover, I have eaten a lot of falafel. What I got here at Bosphorus was dry, crumbly, tasted like rancid fat and was incredibly bitter. I had concerns about my health, it was like I had eaten something poisonous. The pide with meat that my companion had also tasted a bit rancid. The worst thing was that she had diarrhea all evening. When I got a cheese pide instead of the falafel, which tasted okay, they cheekily charged me half of the falafel, i.e. €4.50 at the end. Definitely never again. Someone from Nuremberg should contact the health department.

Ordered Iskender with veal, not available, served with chicken, charged the same price. Very unfriendly!

Very friendly and courteous service. The ambience is appropriate. The space for guests is generous. Due to the close proximity to Nuremberg main station and the city center, outdoor space is rare, especially in the summer months. The food is good for a Turkish restaurant. I can especially recommend going late in the evening if you are hungry, as the portioned dishes are more generously filled.

The food was just as good as what I ate in Istanbul, so good job. On the other hand the staff had some struggles speaking english.

Last night I was at the street vendor with 2 friends and we ordered a kebab and 2 kebab boxes. The food was okay, but we all had severe diarrhea the next day.

The food wasn't good. Unsalted, the tzatziki (yes, that's what it was really called) without any garlic taste, the service was subpar and the ambience wasn't loving either Absolutely not recommended.

There was only one sauce, tomato wasn't cut, soft cheese didn't correspond to the quantities expected. There were various kitchen fees on the bill, which caused big question marks

Really good food, very tasty, had chicken with tomatoes and peppers and rice in a pan. The staff was very friendly and attentive. What I personally didn't like was the ambience isn't that nice, here and there you need to renovate, some of the sockets stick out of the wall, the ceiling lighting flickers. Otherwise everything is fine and the food is very good and not expensive. It's worth taking a look.

The food was very well prepared and lovingly decorated. On Sunday February 11th Very nice gentlemen served us and were very, very friendly. We go there once a year because we have to drive about 100 km. But again and again.

Disgusting, both the food and the extremely unfriendly staff. Never again. There are tons of other kebabs in Nuremberg and every one is better.

Once my favorite kebab, especially a price-performance winner, until prices were constantly increased in the last few months. Now 7 euros for the standard turkey doner. Yes, normal these days and I wouldn't complain if the kebab hadn't become even smaller with the price increases. Let me take a look at the competition: *Berliner kebab - same size, premium in taste, 6.50 even cheaper. *Arjon (just across the street) comparably good taste, just a lot bigger and the same price. Why should I eat with you now? I will give you a chance every now and then, but you have currently lost a regular guest in me.

FINGER WEG! BETRUG! Wir hatten beim Straßenverkauf bestellt und auch bezahlt, jedoch im Lokal gegessen, da etwas Wartezeit angekündigt wurde. Nach dem verlassen des Restaurants wurden wir von einem Mitarbeiter aus dem Restaurant angeschrien, dass noch ein Döner zu begleichen wäre. Jedoch hatten wir ja bereits beim Straßenverkauf bezahlt und hier wurde sogar das Wechselgeld falsch rausgegeben, so dass wir auch noch ungewollt 2,50 € Trinkgeld gegeben hatten. Das hatten wir aber auch nicht angemerkt, wobei ich es rückblickend schon recht dreist finde. Nach einer langen Diskussion und wilden Unterstellungen, dass wir nicht bezahlt hätten sind wir gegangen - ohne ein zweites Mal zu bezahlen. Sehr schade wie hier mit Kunden umgegangen wird. Gibt anscheinend laut den Bewertungen mehrerer solcher Fälle. Das war für uns das erste aber auch das letzte mal in diesem Restaurant!

HANDS OFF! FRAUD! We ordered and paid at the street vendor, but ate in the restaurant because there was a wait time announced. After leaving the restaurant we were shouted at by an employee from the restaurant that we still had to pay for a kebab. However, we had already paid at the street sale and the change was even given out incorrectly, so we also unintentionally gave a tip of €2.50. We hadn't noticed that either, although looking back I find it quite bold. After a long discussion and wild insinuations that we hadn't paid, we left - without paying a second time. It's a shame how customers are treated here. Apparently, according to reviews, there are several such cases. That was the first but also the last time for us in this restaurant!

Bought a vegetarian kebab to take away today for €6.50! When I got home and unpacked the kebab, it wasn't filled with much and the filling was 80 percent red cabbage. Very disappointing especially for the price!!

The kebab you currently get for €7 is too small and should cost half as much. Never over €5. The prices are more expensive. This cannot be avoided. But the product you pay for shouldn't get smaller. Hence the bad and justified rating. It's a shame really. Been a good place to go for good kebabs for years, even late at night.

Der Döner ist wirklich spitze, das Fleisch zart und nicht versalzen wie bei vielen anderen Läden. Auch die Soßen sind schwer in Ordnung, ebenso der Adana, aber leider beides eher klein. Mezzes sind... okay bis naja. Der Grillteller eher eine Katastrophe. Vielleicht auch nur schlechte Tage erwischt. Für den Döner würde ich wiederkommen.

Türkische Musik, Super freundliche Bedienung!! Das Essen (vor allem das Fleisch) war zart und zerging im Mund! Ayran war auch nicht einfach nur fertige Packung, sondern so wie man es aus der echten türkischen Küche gewohnt ist. + Lammdürüm würde ich jedem nur empfehlen! Unvergesslich lecker. Die Nachspeise (künefe) hat mich am meisten überrascht. Selten schaffen es türkische Restaurants in Deutschland es so lecker zuzubereiten wie hier... Meistens ist es zu viel Zuckersirup, und Vanilleeis... Hier war es eine perfekte Menge an Syrup und echter Mascarpone, wie es auch sein sollte!! Definitiv Empfehlenswert 🤌🏽

Nach der Bestellung musste ich leider feststellen, dass die Wartezeit etwas länger war als erwartet. Dies könnte verbessert werden, um den Gesamteindruck zu optimieren. Zudem fiel auf, dass die Möbel eine Aktualisierung gebrauchen könnten, um die Atmosphäre zu verschönern und den Komfort für die Gäste zu steigern. Trotz dieser kleinen Verbesserungsvorschläge bleibt der herausragende Geschmack der Speisen ein überzeugendes Argument für einen Besuch in diesem Restaurant.

Fine Turkish restaurant next to the centre of Nuremberg. They serve an abundant typical appetizer. I took the lamb chops with rice and salad. Everything fresh and good.

Also ich kann die Bwertungen nicht verstehen wir waren super zufrieden. Die Bedienung waren außerordentlich freundlich und das Essen war super Lecker! Das Essen kam sehr schnell und die Platte für 2 Personen hat uns zu 4. Mehr als satt bekommen (2 Kinder dabei).

Taking a break from some of the German cuisine on vacation we decided to eat in a Turkish restaurant that is on the main drag in Nuremberg. The seating is perfect for people watching. The restaurant features many of the classics of Turkish cuisine, including some nicely done kabobs. English is sporadically spoken, but you can point to pictures on the menu.
