We waited more than 40 minutes for our order as the chef forgot our order.

Food comes to the table lukewarm/cold. Service could be improved.

I recently dined with my friends at a beautiful restaurant in Çeşme that offers a variety of delicious dishes. We dined well and extensively. I recommend you to visit ÇARK Balık Çeşme restaurant. 

We ordered a cesme grill plate for 2 and got this. There was also a piece of lahmacun, a side salad (which was very sad and tasteless), 2 different dips and bread. Considering that you pay 50 euros for a plate like that, I think that's really very little. A hungry person can do this on their own without any problems. But please judge for yourself according to the photo... don't want to write too much about it. At the end we wanted to eat Katmer. Had to wait about 20 minutes and thought "it will certainly be freshly prepared and will take a long time". Unfortunately that wasn't the case. After trying it once, I couldn't eat it anymore. So it wasn't a good ending for us. This isn't the first time we've been here, but we certainly won't come again. Unfortunately, the quality has deteriorated a lot... the last time we were here again, we noticed that and wanted to give the restaurant another chance. Unfortunately it was a failed attempt...

In the morning, we went to breakfast as a family, we ordered a mixed breakfast, only the bird's milk was missing, I definitely recommend it, the pancakes were very delicious, the price was very affordable. Thank you for the hard work of the employees.

Of course, it is difficult to fully experience the taste of Turkey, but it is very successful. Lentil and head-paça soup was thick and delicious. In Beyti, I can say that the kebab is delicious, but the dough and lavash are mediocre. Presentations and service were already good.

Last night I bought a kebab with veal to take away and ate it at home... Never again!!! No taste, no sauce on top, an imposition. Sorry, no food to recommend

1 hour waiting time for a kebab that has just 50g of meat in it and 40 of it is just cartilage... just disgusting.. very unfortunate

They serve Halal food. Mostly crowded which is quite understandable as they serve delicious Turkish Food.

I had the great pleasure of visiting Çeşme Restaurant and it was an absolute highlight! As soon as you enter, you feel like you are in Turkey - the warm, inviting atmosphere, the smell of freshly baked flatbread and the sound of Turkish music create an authentic and cozy atmosphere. The food was to die for. The selection of traditional dishes, from delicious meze to perfectly grilled kebabs and sweet baklava, was impressive. I can particularly recommend the Adana Kebab – juicy, spicy and simply perfectly prepared. The ingredients were fresh and the portions were generous. The service also deserves high praise. The team were incredibly friendly, attentive and made us feel truly welcome. For me, the Çeşme Restaurant is an insider tip for anyone who wants to enjoy authentic Turkish cuisine. I'm already looking forward to my next visit! 5/5 stars 🌟

The service is overloaded and probably very underpaid. The food isn't healthy anyway, but you can do it every now and then. The ambience is more forbidding than inviting. The price is not justified; much but much too expensive for the food made from unhealthy wheat flour, cheap sunflower oil and cheap meat that is sold on a corner where there are homeless people and diseases.

We ate there for the first time because it was recommended to us. In the end we were very disappointed because we waited an hour for food on a Sunday, even though it wasn't really full. None of us ordered anything elaborate. When we asked how long we should wait, we got an annoyed “WHAT?” Most waiters should first learn how to deal with guests. We were given a ridiculous three chopped flatbreads on the table, no Ezme, nothing. After what felt like an hour, when the food came, it was put down in annoyance. The order was average but expensive. Sorry, but that was my first and last visit.

We tried their pizza, they gave pizza with separate chillies and other toppings never experienced that before. Rates are normal. PS: if you open your camera to take a selfie the manager of the restaurant will come to your table and will try to be in the frame. That's cute.

We made a reservation 10 days ago, we were kept waiting at the entrance for 15 minutes so that a table for 10 people would become vacant. - The table that came after us was served first. - We waited 1.5 hours in total for the food 🙃 - We got the meal cards ourselves 🙃 - We did the cutlery service ourselves 🙃 - 9 out of 10 people received drinks or food, 1 person did not even receive drinks or food, and moreover, everyone had already finished their meal. - We were "served" by 3 different employees, all 3 of them were angry with us... Disgrace after disgrace… We went for the third time, I have never seen anything like this. I will never set foot there again!

I was at “cesme” with a friend on Sunday lunchtime because we were craving Turkish food again. I had a kebab plate with fries and on this plate salad and yogurt dip. Some of the fries were already rubbery because they were soaked with the dressing (made from water) from the salad. The salad was carelessly slapped onto the plate and had no taste whatsoever. As is common in Turkish cuisine, the kebab meat (turkey) consisted of a skewer filled with mostly minced meat (as it was cheap to produce). This was clearly visible and therefore didn't taste like anything. A plate for €18. Frankly, a disgrace. We should have gone for Schäuferle instead. It probably would have only cost €14, but it was tasty. The drinks were placed on the table in bottles. Glasses don't seem to be common. In the toilet there are spider webs hanging from the ceiling. But the boss's Mercedes SUV is perfect. A restaurant that I would definitely not recommend, as there are much better Turkish restaurants in Nuremberg or would rather go to a good Greek restaurant.

The Çeşme restaurant is an absolute must for us every time we are in Nuremberg. Even though it took us over two hours to travel, we even drove there just to enjoy the delicious grilled meat - it's worth it every time! We have already tried many different dishes. We particularly recommend the Kelle Paça, which is really tasty and full of juicy pieces of meat. But our favorite is the Çeşme grill plate for 4 people. There really is something for everyone, and we usually take leftovers home because the portion is so generous. The Lahmacun is also an absolute dream! We love taking a few home with us, and even reheated they still taste incredibly good. Simply great – we are already looking forward to the next time!

Yesterday, 24 August 2024, we stopped by to have a good meal on our way back from Turkey to Belgium. Me and my daughter ate beef doner, my wife had breakfast and we haven't been able to leave the toilet since then. I am writing this comment from the toilet. Okay, the doner kebab was delicious, but I don't know what meat it was anymore. My wife is fine, but my daughter and I have abdominal pain and diarrhea. Let this be a lesson to me, I will not eat this kind of food from a place I don't know while traveling.

We had an engagement ceremony, it was great except that they gave us one waiter, please make two waiters for the upstairs events 😀

I'm very disappointed today, I've known Çeşme Resturan for 20 years. I've been going there every now and then. It's developed very, very badly in the service area, zero coordination, zero organization. The customer waits forever ☹️ what a shame.

We were completely impressed by the Çeşme Restaurant in Nuremberg. The waiter was extremely friendly and attentive, which made the visit very pleasant. The food was really tasty and the price-performance ratio was right. On site we enjoyed salad, fries, a mixed meat plate with rice and bulgur, kebab, dürüm, börek and the house-made ayran. We also took two Pides with us for the long car journey - an excellent choice! We are sure that we will come back on our next visit to Nuremberg. Absolutely recommended!

I went to Cesme Restaurant for the first time today..it was very good, taste and service..super (I think it's better than the other side)..

It's very cozy there, comfortable armchairs, the food is so delicious, I've never eaten Turkish so well. Prompt service, nice and friendly, short waiting time for the food to arrive. I'm thrilled, it's a shame it's so far gone.

I was there today. I ordered chicken soup. Just oil. Zero taste. Even though I squeezed in half a lemon, the chicken pieces and rice grains were still floating in the oil. And 8 euros. A hefty price for unconvincing quality. OK, I'm happy to pay more if the performance is good. This is the second time this has happened to me here. I don't know what anything else tastes like. That's why I have to be fair. But: For someone like me who likes soups, the disappointment is great. And being disappointed twice is reason enough for me to leave a critical review. I wrote off the store for soups. I doubt I'll try it again with other dishes. Ambience: Terrace floor shakes and squeaks. Plain and bad. Service: Was friendly. I was offered tea on the house. However, I was also friendly. I complained about the soup. However, very objective and respectful. Conclusion: Since my overall experience was poor, I refrained from giving the service more stars. Because the food was more like -3 stars.

It's gotten a lot better than the last time I was there. With everything around it. Best Kelle Paça I have ever eaten in Germany.

In terms of food, I would say Cesme is one of the best restaurants you can find in Nuremberg. If you want to eat REALLY delicious Turkish food, you should have been here. For example, order the mixed grill plate there, then you'll know that kebab has nothing to do with really good Turkish food! ;-)

We celebrated our son's wedding at Cesme upstairs in the rented room. It was super, very high praise Unfortunately I don't know the names of the three waiters. They tried very hard and nothing was missing. Great .... Food was super tasty and very good. We recommend it 100%, keep it up.

I've been going there off and on for about 15 years. Unfortunately, the quality of the dishes and the size of the portions have deteriorated over time. It doesn't taste bad, but it's not particularly tasty either. The menu offers a wide selection from meat to fish. Desserts are also available. Drinks are the usual soft drinks and fresh ayran. Perfect for eating out with a larger group. There is now also space on the first floor. There are also toilets there which are clean. There are a few tables at the entrance if you want to sit outside. On the one hand, people are constantly walking past as well as moving cars. You will be served quickly and friendly. I would like to point out one somewhat unhygienic thing. As I stood at the front, I could see a chef fighting the flames and burning spots of the fish on the grill. To get the fire out, he blew on it several times. I also do this privately, but in the restaurant I would like a more hygienic way to get the flames under control. How about a few drops of water? Personally, I also like to add a good load of salt to the finished charcoal. This ensures that the dripping fat is absorbed and the fat does not burn.

I came here to eat while watching the Türkiye Czech Republic match. We couldn't watch the match because there was a problem with the TV upstairs. I ordered kelle paça soup as my meal. My soup arrived quickly. When I asked the waiter if he could fix the match broadcast, he said his friends were working on it. I asked if I could have garlic and vinegar with the soup, he looked at me with a sour face and went to a table where there were mostly women and chatted with the customers there. He never came to my table again.

Really nice atmosphere with friendly staff. My kebab was very good, but unfortunately they didn't ask for a different sauce, but maybe there was only one. I can recommend the rotisserie pizza and the fries are large portions.

I ordered a lahmacun with salad, soft cheese and hot sauce to take away. When the employee handed the dish over, I asked again whether it had been spicy. He said that he had forgotten this. He asked me to give him the bag back again. He opens the aluminum foil, slaps hot sauce on it and hands it back to me. The result was a completely messed up dish. This lahmacun has nothing to do with delicious rolled up. Unfortunately the taste is also very “cold”. Simply annoying and miles away from delicious Turkish cuisine.

The food was pretty tasty and not dry. The mixed grill plate was my choice and I didn't regret it, only the lamb cutlet was disappointing. The service was very nice and friendly and always open to questions.

delicious food in the middle of Nuremberg. The wood-fired grill mixes with the spicy dishes to create a fine taste. The prices there were significantly more moderate before Corona. So please take a full wallet with you. Unfortunately, this is a bit of a downer. I have therefore reduced my visit frequency.
