Cesme Restaurant in Nürnberg

Absolutely Pathetic l. Have been there twice now and disappointed every time. Earlier i visited the restaurant for the dinner to give it a try, ordered grills, but was disappointed by the taste. The meat was still raw and tasted very average. Today i decided to give Frühstück Buffet a try but was even more disappointed. The food was cold, no one cared to warm it for the guests and tasted really really average. The price was extremely high too. Never going again there. If you really want to save your money, go somewhere else then here.

Unfortunately, the breakfast buffet was very disappointing. Most of the food was served cold, and the overall quality did not justify the price. For what was offered, it was not worth the money. We expected much better.

Their mixed soups are good. As a lahmacun lover, I can say this is among the best places that make it. The other things are good too.

Onur gave us a very warm welcome and provided excellent service. We come from the Hesse region and discovered the shop spontaneously. It's highly recommended; they offer delicious Turkish specialties from breakfast to dessert.

A really great restaurant! We came all the way from Frankfurt and received a very warm welcome. We were given a generous portion of bread to start (enough for eight people!), a huge portion for the main course, and at the end, complimentary tea and baklava. A fantastic experience, highly recommended!

We were a group of eight adults and eight children, having booked five days in advance after the restaurant was recommended to us by friends from Nuremberg. Our table was ready immediately, and the staff was consistently attentive, friendly, and very efficient. All dishes arrived at once, and additional orders were taken promptly. Every single dish was rated "very good," especially the meat, which was outstanding and highly recommended. Overall, a thoroughly enjoyable visit. A definite recommendation.

The food was truly excellent, the service was superb, and we received a delicious appetizer, dips, and a complimentary tea. It was by far the best doner kebab I've ever had. It felt more like a fine restaurant than a fast-food joint. I (and my friends) can wholeheartedly recommend it!

In my opinion, this is the best Turkish restaurant in Nuremberg. Whether soups or main courses, everything is always delicious and fresh. The staff is always very friendly! And the food is prepared very quickly. We eat at Çeşme very often and love it. That's why it absolutely deserves 5 stars from me!

If you miss Turkish food while in Germany, you should definitely go and eat here.

Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing experience. The künefe was clearly undercooked – the dough was still raw and soft, instead of crispy and well-baked. This was immediately apparent both visually and in terms of taste. When we pointed this out to the waiter, he reacted very rudely and repeatedly insisted that the künefe was fully cooked, which was obviously not the case. I understand that the restaurant was busy, but that doesn't justify serving improperly prepared food or treating guests with disrespect. A brief apology or a recheck of the dish would have significantly improved the situation. Overall, very disappointing, especially with a dish like künefe, which requires careful preparation.

The food at Cesme is delicious, and the restaurant itself is very pleasant. The service is also excellent; our employee Onur took perfect care of us and left no stone unturned. I always enjoy going back to Cesme!

It was our first time there, and we'll definitely be back. A great selection of Turkish dishes from the grill and oven. The köfte and the skewer with eggplant and fresh meatballs were delicious. Thanks to Onur for the great service.

The service was incredibly unenthusiastic. No smiles, just a grimacing face. That kind of behavior has no place in the restaurant industry. The doner kebab was definitely not recommended. It didn't taste good and it wasn't good for your stomach – truly not recommended.

We were there for lunch during the week; it was busy, the service was quick and friendly, the food was good and the portion was generous. The restaurant also has a nice ambiance.

My family and I ordered döner for dinner, and it arrived about 35 minutes later. It takes a thousand witnesses to call the product döner. Either you've never had döner before, or we have. Please bring a real chef from Türkiye. This isn't döner. It's not befitting of a place like this in the center of Nuremberg. The ayran arrived lukewarm. And there was a wedding upstairs, so all I heard was the noise. We left the food on the plate as is, and no one even asked what was wrong. Friendly advice, please find a chef.

The staff member, Onur, was very attentive, and the service was excellent. The Lahmacun was delicious. As long as the service remains this way, customer growth will be high!

Çeşme Restaurant is simply fantastic – the food is fresh, authentic, and incredibly delicious! Seriously, you could still taste that the tuna pizza was canned. The olive pits were still in the çeşme pizza. The toilet was very dirty and extremely slippery.

Utter garbage! You order a dürüm for 8 euros where you basically just eat bread. How disgusting can you be? Never again!

Çeşme was the best restaurant for me in Nuremberg so far but after what I saw today I was very disappointed. I wanted to order a veal meat dürüm and every time he cut the meat blood came out and he just puts sauce in while I tell him to stop he looks at me so arrogantly and puts new meat on it.

We were in a large group and ordered a variety of dishes, none of which were to our liking. Some were so bad they couldn't eat them and left. The guy who was friendly and helpful was extremely rude, and everyone was annoyed by this. The waiter who served tea was the same as the one who manned the cash register, and tea delivery was very delayed. In short, it was a disgrace.

We used to eat here often. The last time was disastrous. We thought we'd give everything another chance and went back. Ordering went smoothly. The food arrived within 10 minutes. We had a total of five children with us. For families with children, I would personally always make sure the children's food comes first, as logically, I think the children's food is easier and less complicated. One of the children's meals didn't arrive; it was forgotten. When we mentioned it for the second time, the food arrived within three minutes, but it was completely wrong. It was supposed to be without certain ingredients because of an allergy. The food was simply mixed together with all the ingredients, finished, and served. LUCKILY, we checked before the child started eating. THAT'S ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE. When we pointed out ONCE AGAIN that it was wrong, we received a strange look from the waitress. As for the other food, I have to say that Cesme has really gone downhill. Neither our Iskender nor our Beyti tasted good. And our meat was already burnt black and tough. It was the same last time. Everyone has bad days, but apparently this has become "normal." Anyone who even remotely knows what good meat tastes like will agree with me. All in all, we definitely won't be coming back. What a shame.

I've always eaten grilled Tella and the lemkotlet for years. The service was very friendly. Besetsa is a gold piece and very clean. It's simply perfect. I go at least 3-4 times a week. It's simply perfect.

That's enough... You can't give a place 50 chances. I want mixed grill every time I go. It definitely comes without anything cooked, either meat, chicken or chops. Enough is enough. The waiters are very attentive. The last 3 times I went there for the sake of a waiter brother. But it's still the same frustration. I won't go again.
