It was very pleasant there. The food was plentiful and served hot. The service was attentive but not intrusive, and children are welcome too. We would love to come back.

We were at Kamino with the family today and can only recommend it! The value for money here is really good – fair prices for truly delicious food. We were particularly impressed by the pizza dough, which was wonderfully light and flavorful. The pizza was very good overall! The restaurant offers a cozy atmosphere that families will also feel at home in. The service was friendly and attentive. We'd be happy to come back!

The pizza was unfortunately disappointing in terms of taste, and the prices were twice as high as advertised on the online menu. Overall, a disappointing experience.

Delivery service not recommended! We called and ordered, and were told the food would be here in 45 minutes. After an hour, we asked again about the food; they had forgotten about us. About 25 minutes later, the food finally arrived. We calculated what we should have paid; it should have been €47. When the doorbell rang and he handed us the food, he wanted €58 from us. I told him he had miscalculated; the prices in the restaurant and those on the flyer don't seem to be the same. It's simply a disgrace. If I can't handle it, I'll skip the delivery service...

We were greeted warmly, chose something, and placed our order. The ambiance was also good, the pizzas tasted excellent, and all in all, it was a very successful evening. I can only recommend it.

Friendly service, quick preparation, a wide selection of dishes at absolutely fair prices. The pizza tastes just like it did 20 years ago and always brings back great memories.

The casserole was way too greasy and had no cream! The pizzas had no tomato sauce, and one pizza was left with an extra topping!

Delivery... Pizza and salad. The first pizza was a bit small (2 cm short) and unfortunately cold, with a hard crust, but I called and a new one arrived immediately. It was also excellent. The salad could have been a bit bigger.

So, the vacation can begin, even if it's already over. We arrived at the restaurant around 5 p.m. and were greeted warmly and cheerfully. We ordered pizza and were not disappointed; it was delicious, juicy, and the extras were included. Highly recommended.

We were there with 17 girls, and everyone got their food hot and at the same time. The pizza 🍕 was really delicious. Everyone also enjoyed the pasta mixa, spaghetti, and other dishes. The service was friendly and attentive. Definitely a recommendation!

We ordered pasta and pizza to the hotel. We asked for the pizza to be cut and for disposable cutlery if available. The driver called us and said he was there, so we ran out of the hotel and looked for him. He wasn't there. We explained to him over the phone where we were, even though we had given an exact address. The pizza was uncut and of course there was no cutlery. Unfortunately the pasta Bolognese was inedible because it was too sweet.

Despite a table reservation, we were seated in an ice-cold "vestibule". Without heating!! Outside temperature at this time 2 degrees. When we asked the waitress in a friendly manner why we were seated in this room, the answer was blunt: "Do you think we tell every guest in advance where they are sitting?" He obviously found my criticism of at least mentioning when making the reservation that we had to sit outside the guest room in sub-zero temperatures ridiculous. The highlight of it all, however, was that tables became available within a quarter of an hour. You weren't asked in. On the contrary. New guests were given a place. One table was left empty as a demonstrative gesture. There were no questions (drinks, etc.) at the table. Unfortunately the food this time was rather bland. Just like the next table also had something to complain about. At least the owner didn't agree with the procedure in our case when we had to go in to pay. A voucher for a free drink on your next visit doesn't help after a dirty evening. We were there regularly, but that was definitely the last time!

Our order wasn't delivered to the front door, we had to collect it from downstairs. What arrived (casserole, pasta, tortellini, garlic bread) was almost cold and not really tasty. But the highlight was the "potato casserole", which apparently consisted of around 80% pre-cooked potatoes in a vacuum bag. They didn't even bother cutting them into slices. €13.90 for that??? Half the price would be too much!!!! I uploaded a photo, check it out if you can't believe it.

Where should I start... Great service very friendly. The eater is great value for money. The dishes were perfectly seasoned. Even the schnitzel was so tender that you could crush it with your tongue. The chili cheese burger is a nice size and has a super tasty heat. Exactly the same with the Mexican pan. Very nice sharpness. It's been a long time since I've eaten so good.🤗

Ordered pizza and it wasn't the right size or topping. The dough is reminiscent of a baguette and has nothing to do with an Italian pizza. > 1cm The cheese is an oily hard mass and is probably not made of milk.

Super friendly and relaxed staff. No problem even with kids. I love that! Food was super tasty and the portions were large. Prices are completely legitimate. I would come again and again.

We ordered via Lieferando. Unfortunately, it was delivered 30 minutes late. Pizza was warm, but a thin and greasy dough, from which the topping simply slipped off. Tasty is different, sorry

We went there for dinner several times during our vacation in Heiligenhafen, and once we ordered take-away there. So we had the opportunity to try everything on the menu. Everything tastes very good. The employees are all very attentive, quick and friendly. The restaurant and the sanitary facilities are clean, the atmosphere is cozy, modern-rustic. The Kamino is a little outside the center, but if you want to eat very well at reasonable prices, you're doing everything right here and don't go there in vain. By the way, dogs are also welcome and are provided with water.

We had such a fond memory of the restaurant and the service. Unfortunately, nothing was as remembered. We wanted delicious food, after I saw what the pizza and salads looked like I decided not to and just drank something and my kids just wanted to eat fries. Felt like I was at the snack bar where I got the bill. Ketchup and mayo were charged extra at €0.40 🫣. I wouldn't recommend the store anymore.

This place was great. Very nice people working here. We got our orders quick and both adults and kids were satisfied after dinner.

We ordered at 9:40 p.m. in the evening to be picked up in 15 minutes, as stated on Lieferando. Less than a minute later we received a call telling us to come before 10 p.m. because the store would be closing at 10 p.m. That's completely understandable, but making us wait until after 10:10 p.m. is somehow strange... Unfortunately, the pizzas were completely greasy and were not cut, which meant we had to walk to the apartment for 40 minutes to be able to cut them because the shop unfortunately closed immediately after us. The taste was okay, but not necessarily worth over €30 for two pizzas, especially since, as a person who avoids meat, I had ham on the pizza even though I ordered mushrooms and spinach... The staff there is definitely very nice, I have to say that! We won't get anything there again, which is a shame ☹️

Unfortunately very disappointing. The service was super nice and accommodating - but the food was more than inedible. The pizza was made from some kind of pancake batter and the noodles had no taste at all. The “fresh chicken” was ready-made strips from the refrigerator. We are very disappointed.

We have been coming to Heiligenhafen for years and are always very satisfied with the food at Kamino. We really love the garlic bread and the garlic sauce...there are three sizes of pizza, which we think is good. The staff is very friendly...We always enjoy coming back....

Leider ist Pizza Parma ohne den entsprechenden Parma Schinken. Der Wein ist so lalala und das Knoblaubrot mit einer sehr normalen Aioli. Pizza Mega dick - also nicht unbedingt ein echte italienische Küche. Olivenöl oder Balsamico leider auch ohne Erfolg. Für die Preise leider nicht zu empfehlen.

Ordered pizza today. Delivery was faster than stated on Lieferando. The pizza 🍕, however, tasted like a filled shortcrust pastry and was dripping with fat. The two stars are only for the nice driver and the fast delivery.

I recently had a very spontaneous dinner here with my kids. We were warmly welcomed by the friendly staff, and there was also something for the little ones to paint and perfectly sharpened colored pencils (great!). The food (pizza, burgers, currywurst and fries) was very tasty and well prepared. We felt comfortable here.

Unfortunately my food was forgotten on the first day, and unfortunately I had to drive 15 mikuten to the local place again. When I got there I was greeted by extremely unfriendly service! No apology or anything like that. My food was handed to me cold. Not recommended! Better to drive 30 minutes for adequate service.

We have been coming to Kamino for many years when we are in Heiligenhafen. Now there is a new owner but everything was as we are used to. Delicious food, friendly and good service. We will be happy to come back.

We ordered delivery for the second time today. Pizza and pasta. Pizza dough fluffy, plenty of toppings, tortellini with chicken with peppers and champions in tomato cream sauce. Delicious. It was delivered really quickly and was still super hot. The staff on the phone and from the delivery service were very nice. I also called again and said thank you that it arrived really hot and was so delicious. Gladly again.

Staff apartment & landlord disaster. No sleep because he's always screaming. Work OK, money there.

Friendly staff and reasonably good food, price-performance ratio is right, but when you're on vacation it could be better, so for me one meal there is enough if you're only on vacation for 1 week in Heiligenhafen. Order a pizza for €20 and you can choose your topping. Tried it again for a long time but no, it doesn't get better, in fact it gets worse. No wonder that almost only Star Pizza delivers here in Heiligenhafen. We won't order again until the owner changes.

We ate at Kamino today and had the house's recommendation "Kamino Haus pizza" which was a dream:) it's best to order it with extra garlic. My wife also really liked the spaghetti “calabrese”. It was a pleasure :)

So, heute waren meine wehrten Freunde Mikolaj, Jean-Pascale und ich im Kamino essen 👍 Es war natürlich super lecker aber was uns umhaute war die grenzenlose Gastfreundschaft von dem überaus talentierten Kellner! Siehe Bildanhänge 😉🤣 Und die kostenlose Getränkerunde hat den Abend natürlich perfekt abgerundet 🙌🏾

Ich kann leider nix negatives sagen, vielleicht auch weil ich nicht so überheblich bin wie manche meiner Vorredner, immer freundlich und hilfsbereit auch mit der Außerhauslieferung sehr zufrieden. Meine persönliche Empfehlung ist die mexikanische Pfanne, scharf und lecker!

Schön, gemütlich, gutes Essen, nettes Personal, Preis-Leistung ist Top! Da geht man gerne noch mal hin!

Ambiente gut, Bedienung sehr zuvorkommend (auch wenn erst zum Ende des Essens gefragt wurde, ob wir zufrieden seien), bei den Vorspeisen dürfte gern eine Tagessuppe vertreten sein. Rind sucht man vergebens. Die Schnitzel vom Schwein waren gut paniert und super gebraten (Fleischqualität top, super zart). Der Schokokuchen war ein Microwellen-Menü mit Sprühsahne 😩. Eigentlich hätte ich 3,5 Sterne vergeben, aber Preis/ Leistung stimmt.

Spontan um einen Platz gefragt, es wurde kurz organisiert und dann war alles fertig. Super freundliche Bedienung, Essen ( Pizzen bei uns) waren sehr lecker. Der Boden leicht fluffig und schön hell. Preise noch voll Bodenständig. Wer in Heiligenhafen eine Pizza essen will sollte sich bei Kamino einen Platz reservieren.

Wiederholt mit wenig Käse bestellt was dann ankommt ist alles andere als wenig, heut mal den spaß gemacht und das was mir viel zu viel war nachgewogen bei einer 36 Pizza waren es 120g Käse zu viel... und es ist noch immer zu fettig. Sry aber war das letzte Mal dann lieber TK oder Toast..

Das Kamino hat uns an einem Mittwoch um kurz vor 21 Uhr vor dem hungrig ins Bett gehen gerettet. Es war nicht mehr viel los, trotzdem durften wir uns ohne Probleme setzen und wurden sehr sehr freundlich von einem jungen Mann bedient. Wir hatten Tortellini mit Gorgonzola und die überbackenen Nudeln Kamino. Beides sehr lecker & sehr schnell fertig - was will man mehr. Die Preise sind gut, die Portionen ausreichend und der Service wie gesagt sehr nett. Wir können das Kamino empfehlen. Zahlung mit Ec-Karte möglich.

Wir haben über Lieferando 3 Pizzen und einen Burger bestellt. Sonderwünsche zur Lieferung wurden berücksichtigt und das Essen war trotz ~10km Fahrt noch heiß und vorallem lecker und genügend. Vielen Dank!

War heute das erste Mal im "neuen" Kamino. Ich bereue... Ich bereue, das ich nicht schon vorher da war.! Wohlfühlfaktor, Service, Essen. . Alles TOPP! !!! ICH hatte die Frutti di Mare mit Spaghetti, mein Partner Schnitzel... beides MEGALECKER!!Wirklich nur zu empfehlen. !!!!

Das Personal ist nett, aufgeschlossen und im Grunde flink. Leider streiten sie sich hinter dem Tresen. Die Preise sind sehr angemessen. Ein deutliches und ehrliches Plus. Das Essen an sich, verbranntes Pizza Brot und in Sauce Hollandaise ertränktest, leider nicht nur überbackenes, Hähnchenschnitzel. Wir gehen definitiv nicht noch einmal hin.

wir sind aufgrund der guten Bewertung dorthin gegangen. leider war ich enttäuscht. die Bruschetta wurde auf einem Stück Kräuter- Aufbackbaguette serviert, der Eistee war zimmerwarm, und meine Nudeln mit Brokkoli und Hühnchen waren auch wie Tiefkühlkost. das Hühnchen hatte die Konsistenz wie das abgepackte, gebratene Snack-Zeug aus dem Discounter.

Zero child-friendliness. It’s not true as some reviews say that they have kid’s specials. You’re stuck with a 13EUR massive bolognese. Our sallad was amateurish and pizzas were edible but burnt. Sorry, won’t be coming back :(

Also wirklich alles ist Perfekt! Das Essen, Ambiente und Bedienung sind Top und nichts zu bemängeln!

Wer gerne abseits des Trubels des Hafens und der Promenade etwas essen möchte, ist hier richtig. Nur wenige Schritte vom Marktplatz entfernt wird deutsche und italienische Küche angeboten. Gemütliches Restaurant, mit sehr netten Bedienung. Keine langen Wartezeiten. Leckeres Essen und gute Portionen. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.
