Really great cozy restaurant. Price performance top.

Today we went there for dinner. Good thing we pre-ordered! The waitress immediately welcomed us in a very friendly manner and accompanied us to our table. Your advice regarding wine and food was spot on. The food was great and so was my wine, as I can't tolerate heavy and acidic wines. Conclusion: Great location, food and service great. We'll definitely be back. The best of the good for the operators!!!!

During our annual stay in Bansin, a visit to Ingelotte is now a must. A table reservation is definitely recommended. Super tasty food, great service, very cozy… a small but fine restaurant. The fish platter, highly recommended, simply amazing. And a really good wine selection. The price-performance ratio is right here in every respect. The “new” lady in service is really great! We'll see each other again next year.

This first visit was worth it: good, down-to-earth cuisine. A table reservation is strongly recommended. Both the Hamburg schnitzel and the fish dishes (zander or fish platter) were convincing. The portions are decent and the price-performance ratio is right. The service is attentive and very friendly. Gladly again. P.S. At least in the men's toilet there is a "crash course" in Low German.

Nothing special and small portions

We loved the food, service and ambience of this great little restaurant! We enjoyed our short vacation so much that we reserved another table for two days later and spent a nice evening there. I can highly recommend the fish plates but also everything else there.

Luckily we had reservations. This restaurant is really popular and rightly so. The waitress was very attentive and fulfilled every wish and had a nice saying on her lips. We would love to come back again and again. There is a very pleasant atmosphere throughout the restaurant and the food was a delight. Best regards to the kitchen!!!

I wanted to end my vacation there with a great meal, I drove an extra mile there, was there at 3 p.m., the restaurant was empty, the waiter explained to me that I could only have a drink, the chef was taking a break and wouldn't be able to continue until about an hour later . I was there a few days ago. I had a nice meal there at 2 p.m. It's unbelievable what some people will do. But in Schloonidyll, dear people, you are served food all the time and you sit nicely by the water!

Waren direkt ach unserer Ankunft in Bansin dort essen. Freuten uns schon sehr auf leckeren Fisch. Wir wurden nicht enttäuscht. Es schmeckte uns sehr gut. Das Ambiente ist urig gemütlich und das Personal sehr nett und aufmerksam. Reservierungen ist ratsam da drinnen nicht allzu viele Plätze sind.

Fast, friendly service… but please make a reservation… Plenty of food, schnitzel and plaice were good (potatoes with plaice a bit very cold and watery) overall fine cuisine (4 stars 🌟) without being too outstanding. Prices are completely correct

Cozy atmosphere. You sit outside at rustic wooden tables and benches. Very, very friendly service and delicious food. Special requests are also addressed here. The herbal liqueur is highly recommended. Always enjoy coming here.

Five out of five stars is an understatement in all areas, everything is great, service, fish to the point, everything is freshly prepared, rarely eaten so well!

A recommendation that is worth it. We were there spontaneously. My wife had the steak with spicy meat gratin and I had the fish plate. I can recommend both with a clear conscience, rarely have fish been prepared so well and everything was perfect with the meat too. The service was also very friendly and accommodating. Simply recommended.

Not hospitable, we left straight away. As a guest, you should not expect any extra services; you will immediately be referred to existing conditions and informed that there are no deviations. Not recommended!!!

Unfortunately, we cannot share the enthusiasm that some people describe here. The ambience and the attentive staff are certainly positive. But the food is overpriced and unfortunately not worth it. €8 for a small, boring side salad with a slice of Lidl ciabatta. Fish platter is also overpriced at €27, because it contains a small piece of pike-perch, a small, thin cod fillet, small shrimps and a parsley sauce that tastes like nothing... milky white... salting and seasoning isn't really popular either. Standard dishes that you can find everywhere and far too expensive and not good enough to justify it.

The Ingelotte restaurant is a wonderful place to end a day on the Baltic Sea. The decor is rustic and cozy with modern influences, the menu is pleasantly clear, the staff is very friendly and accommodating. We (queer family with child) felt very welcome. The food was very successful, we have rarely eaten so well! Thank you for the lovely stay. Clear recommendation.

Spontaneously looked for a fish restaurant and found it straight away. Reserved a table by phone, the lady on the other end of the phone was very, very nice. We ate Bansiner fish platter and cod. Everything was freshly prepared and extremely tasty. We were very satisfied and would like to come back. The staff overall was very attentive and on the ball.

Unfortunately I can't say anything about the food, only about the service: they were rudely sent away at 8 p.m. (after a long journey) with "kitchen closing time"!

Very good service, everything is made fresh, you can even hear the schnitzel being made in the kitchen. Fried potatoes a bit bland but otherwise great. Homemade tartar sauce is also very good. Thyme schnapps is also recommended.

Absolute recommendation in every respect. Service is top and the food is so delicious, you can taste that the cooking here is done with passion, the fried potatoes taste like they're at mom's house. In season it is recommended to reserve in advance.

The best plaice I've had in a long time, the vegetables weren't canned and the seasoned meat was homemade. The service and the friendly atmosphere invite you to linger... really recommended.

The good thing first: The seasoned meat I had was really OK. However, I ordered a large Diet Pepsi and was charged for two small ones. The reason given was that they only have Pepsi Light in 0.25 liter bottles and these were served in a 0.4 liter glass (find the mistake)! Even after intervening twice, the staff made no attempt to correct their mistake, so I paid a mere 28% more for my "large" Pepsi Light. So be careful when choosing your drinks!

We ordered a table for 2 people at short notice. Everything went smoothly! Service very attentive and friendly. Prices are completely acceptable for Bansin and the quality offered. We were very satisfied and will definitely come back. Thank you for the lovely evening.

Unfortunately, it is missed that the restaurant is open from 12 p.m. to 2 p.m. and then again from 5 p.m. I was there at 1:30 p.m., so the kitchen was closed. It would be nice if I had known that beforehand.

Nice little restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating. The menu includes a few fish dishes and more with schnitzel and other meat dishes. The food was delicious and still reasonable for Usedom prices.

Unfortunately a failure. Portions that make you hungry at an exorbitant price. Barely seasoned or not seasoned at all, the mushroom sauce was as thin as water and - as one would say in kitchen jargon - “shot”. The matjes from the - presumably a bucket, fresh is different anyway - were just as unconvincing as the barely seasoned fried potatoes, which you would have to pay extra at 3 euros as a substitute for another filling side dish. What I found extremely unpleasant was the demand for a tip and the disappointed and dismissive face of the waitress when there was no tip for zero service and bad food. Absolutely impossible. This restaurant is definitely not recommended.

Small but fine restaurant on the Baltic Sea, you should reserve in advance for the evening. The cuisine is excellent, local food and freshly prepared, very good service, friendly and open to a little chat.

Wir waren vor Jahren schon div. Male da. Immer alles frisch und lecke.zubereitet. Heute hatten wir Zanderfilet / Matjes in Sahnesosse. Haben wir ewig nicht so schlecht gegessen. Bratkartoffeln teilweise kalt, die Champignions aus drm Glas, schmeckten nur wässeig. Schade für so ein teures Essen. Werden so schnell nicht wiederkommen. Sorry

Quaint little restaurant with good German cuisine!

On the first evening of our vacation we found this really nice restaurant and by chance we were able to stay because a reservation had been canceled... our luck, because it was extremely cozy and the food was fantastic and the hostess was very friendly. Today, the last evening, we have a reservation and are really looking forward to another cozy evening with Inge-Lotte. A very clear recommendation!!
