A recommendation that is worth it. We were there spontaneously. My wife had the steak with spicy meat gratin and I had the fish plate. I can recommend both with a clear conscience, rarely have fish been prepared so well and everything was perfect with the meat too. The service was also very friendly and accommodating. Simply recommended.

Not hospitable, we left straight away. As a guest, you should not expect any extra services; you will immediately be referred to existing conditions and informed that there are no deviations. Not recommended!!!

Unfortunately, we cannot share the enthusiasm that some people describe here. The ambience and the attentive staff are certainly positive. But the food is overpriced and unfortunately not worth it. €8 for a small, boring side salad with a slice of Lidl ciabatta. Fish platter is also overpriced at €27, because it contains a small piece of pike-perch, a small, thin cod fillet, small shrimps and a parsley sauce that tastes like nothing... milky white... salting and seasoning isn't really popular either. Standard dishes that you can find everywhere and far too expensive and not good enough to justify it.

The Ingelotte restaurant is a wonderful place to end a day on the Baltic Sea. The decor is rustic and cozy with modern influences, the menu is pleasantly clear, the staff is very friendly and accommodating. We (queer family with child) felt very welcome. The food was very successful, we have rarely eaten so well! Thank you for the lovely stay. Clear recommendation.

Spontaneously looked for a fish restaurant and found it straight away. Reserved a table by phone, the lady on the other end of the phone was very, very nice. We ate Bansiner fish platter and cod. Everything was freshly prepared and extremely tasty. We were very satisfied and would like to come back. The staff overall was very attentive and on the ball.

Unfortunately I can't say anything about the food, only about the service: they were rudely sent away at 8 p.m. (after a long journey) with "kitchen closing time"!

Very good service, everything is made fresh, you can even hear the schnitzel being made in the kitchen. Fried potatoes a bit bland but otherwise great. Homemade tartar sauce is also very good. Thyme schnapps is also recommended.

Absolute recommendation in every respect. Service is top and the food is so delicious, you can taste that the cooking here is done with passion, the fried potatoes taste like they're at mom's house. In season it is recommended to reserve in advance.

The good thing first: The seasoned meat I had was really OK. However, I ordered a large Diet Pepsi and was charged for two small ones. The reason given was that they only have Pepsi Light in 0.25 liter bottles and these were served in a 0.4 liter glass (find the mistake)! Even after intervening twice, the staff made no attempt to correct their mistake, so I paid a mere 28% more for my "large" Pepsi Light. So be careful when choosing your drinks!

We ordered a table for 2 people at short notice. Everything went smoothly! Service very attentive and friendly. Prices are completely acceptable for Bansin and the quality offered. We were very satisfied and will definitely come back. Thank you for the lovely evening.

Nice little restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating. The menu includes a few fish dishes and more with schnitzel and other meat dishes. The food was delicious and still reasonable for Usedom prices.

Unfortunately a failure. Portions that make you hungry at an exorbitant price. Barely seasoned or not seasoned at all, the mushroom sauce was as thin as water and - as one would say in kitchen jargon - “shot”. The matjes from the - presumably a bucket, fresh is different anyway - were just as unconvincing as the barely seasoned fried potatoes, which you would have to pay extra at 3 euros as a substitute for another filling side dish. What I found extremely unpleasant was the demand for a tip and the disappointed and dismissive face of the waitress when there was no tip for zero service and bad food. Absolutely impossible. This restaurant is definitely not recommended.

Small but fine restaurant on the Baltic Sea, you should reserve in advance for the evening. The cuisine is excellent, local food and freshly prepared, very good service, friendly and open to a little chat.

Wir waren vor Jahren schon div. Male da. Immer alles frisch und lecke.zubereitet. Heute hatten wir Zanderfilet / Matjes in Sahnesosse. Haben wir ewig nicht so schlecht gegessen. Bratkartoffeln teilweise kalt, die Champignions aus drm Glas, schmeckten nur wässeig. Schade für so ein teures Essen. Werden so schnell nicht wiederkommen. Sorry

On the first evening of our vacation we found this really nice restaurant and by chance we were able to stay because a reservation had been canceled... our luck, because it was extremely cozy and the food was fantastic and the hostess was very friendly. Today, the last evening, we have a reservation and are really looking forward to another cozy evening with Inge-Lotte. A very clear recommendation!!

Niedliches Restaurant mit aufmerksamem Service. Das Essen ist super lecker.

Auf dem Weg zurück zum Festland noch was essen. Nix Heftiges mehr, ist ja schon Abend. Von den guten Bewertungen angelockt, haben wir im Lokal noch einen freien Tisch ergattern können. Draußen war es schon etwas frisch. Das Ambiente ist angenehm, der Service war in Ordnung. Wir hatten einen Salat mit Putenstreifen. Beim Salat kann man auch daneben liegen. Hier war aber alles in Ordnung. Geschmacklich gut, mengenmäßig ausreichend. Die Preise in der Gastronomie sind in den letzten Monaten ordentlich nach oben geschnellt, weshalb uns €17,40 pro Salat nicht übermäßig geschockt hat. Bis auf den Umstand, dass wir recht lange warten mussten, war aber alles in Ordnung.

Hatte zu 16:30Uhr einen Tisch reserviert , kamen um 16:37 Uhr an und die Chefin persönlich teilte uns mit das sie den von uns von 16:30-18:00 Uhr reservierten Tisch gerade vergeben hat .🤦‍♂️🤷‍♂️ Allerunterste Schublade dieses Lokal, wenn ich mich sehr zurückhaltend ausdrücken muss 🤮. Nochdazu erklärt sie uns das das doch bekannt sein muss 🤷‍♂️das man auf den Punkt erscheinen muss , darauf hingewiesen hatte man uns allerdings nicht als wir reservierten . Also mein Resumee : vor solchen Lokalen muss ich leider warnen , es kann nicht sein das man trotz Reservierung und 7 minütiger „Verspätung „ in einem Urlauberzentrum wie Bansin , in dem die Plätze , noch dazu am 29.12. , begrenzt sind , derart an der Nase herumgeführt wird . Mein Fazit - solche Orte bzw. Lokalitäten unbedingt meiden 🤷‍♂️🤦‍♂️

Hier kann man super Essen. Schnelle Bestellaufnahme, die Getränke kamen super schnell, ebenso die Speisen. Diese sind einfach super und köstlich. Tatsächlich wird hier das Schnitzel auch noch geklopft. Hier kommen wir immer wieder gerne her.

Wieder mal hier gewesen und super gegessen. Sehr nette und flotte Bedienung. Fischteller ( Zander, Dorsch, Scampi Spieß ) reichlich und frisch und lecker. Putensteak für meine Frau war auch super. Bis hoffentlich zum nächsten Mal.

Hallo, Waren neulich dort und haben in dem Lokal zu Abend gegessen. Vom Ambiente gibts nichts zu meckern, schönes Lokal, innen wie außen. Service hat bei uns zu wünschen übrig gelassen, die Servicekraft macht auf uns leider einen recht unhöflichen und schnell abfertigen wollenden Eindruck. Kommen wir nun zum negativen Hauptpunkt, sowohl mein als auch das Gericht meiner Frau waren wirklich nicht gut und wir können die positiven Bewertungen um ehrlich zu sein nicht nachvollziehen. Auch ein sich am neben-Tisch befindliches Pärchen war sichtlich nicht von dem Essen angetan. Das Salz was an der Speise meiner Frau zu viel war, war an meiner Speise deutlich zu wenig. Die Bratkartoffeln waren zum Teil schwarz verbrannt und haben abgesehen vom „Röstaroma“ nach nichts geschmeckt. Eins muss ich lassen, der Fisch den ich auf dem Teller liegen hatte, war wirklich von Garpunkt perfekt, leider geschmacklich allerdings eine Nullnummer. Preislich waren wir dann letztlich allerdings positiv überrascht, hätten mit mehr gerechnet. Würde man uns anhand der Erfahrungen fragen, würde ich das Lokal leider nicht weiterempfehlen

Nettes Personal und sehr gutes Essen ,kommen immer wieder gerne dorthin

Wir waren diese Woche da ohne zu reservieren haben trotzdem Glück gehabt und konnten noch essen aber reservieren würde ich schon empfehlen. Das Essen geschmacklich war super…hatten Zanderfilet und Bratkartoffeln und Dorschfilet auf Blattspinat. Wie schon gesagt war es geschmackvoll aber die Portionen waren eher überschaubar, meine Freundin hatte zu ihrem Dorschfilet ganze 2 kleine Kartoffeln und war nach dem Essen noch hungrig was üblicher Weise nie vorkommt. Meine Bratkartoffeln bestanden wohl insgesamt auch nur aus maximal 2-3 Kartoffeln und das ist für Sättigungsbeilage einfach echt zu wenig. Ich hätte somit locker 2 Portionen essen können was natürlich dann ins Geld geht. Fazit ist das ein Rentner oder Kleinkind von den Portionen sicherlich satt wird aber ein ausgewachsener Mann oder Frau leider nicht. Ich musste mir leider noch eine Pizza holen um den Abend noch gesättigt zu sein. Bedienung war nett aber man merkte schon das man nur schnell abgefertigt wird da der Andrang gegen 17 Uhr ( Rentnerzeit ) groß war. Ich selbst komme aus der Hotellerie und kann mir glaube ich ein gutes Urteil bilden…es wäre etwas ausbaufähig was meine Kritikpunkte angeht.

Waren zum Abendessen hier. Sehr aufmerksame und nette Bedienung. Das Essen war frisch zubereitet, heiß und lecker. Ein Lob an alle in der Küche. Kommen gewiß nochmal rein. Weiter so 👍❤️

Super leckeres Essen ,Personal sehr sehr freundlich alles frisch und lecker Zubereitet

Guter und zuvorkommend Service. Haben dort ein Schnitzel Hamburger Art und Schnitzel mit Ananas gegessen. Sowie Nachtisch mit Apelstrudel. Alles sehr lecker und gut gekocht. Getrunken haben wir Diesel (4 Getränke), auch lecker. Das Restaurant ist sehr Empfehlenswert.

In jedem Urlaubsjahr unser erstes Ziel! Mit viel Liebe eingerichtetes Restaurant. Sehr leckeres Essen, leider immer schwer einen Platz zu bekommen. Vielleicht sollte man den Stammtisch nicht nur fürs Personal reservieren ;) Es ist auf jeden Fall sehr zu empfehlen! Meine Empfehlung der Bansiner Fischteller

Insgesamt guter Eindruck, Essen sehr gut, möglichst vorbestellen in der Saison.. einziges Manko 20Uhr ist Küchenschluss !
