We've been there several times. The service is always quick, attentive, and friendly. The food is delicious and the portions are generous. We'd gladly return. Recommendation: make a reservation.

Best food on the sunny island, and the staff too!!!!

Basic, but not high-end. I expected more from the fish. We certainly wouldn't eat there again. The fish at Gosch is leagues better.

We had dinner there today and were absolutely thrilled with the service, food, and prices. A truly great restaurant, fully booked (many interested people had to leave on Tuesday evening because they were sold out). We 100% recommend it.

Friendly staff, beautiful location, but the food definitely has room for improvement, and there's plenty of it. The hollandaise sauce was simply watery with an unpleasant Maggi flavor. The fish was okay, and the potatoes were okay, but it's not rocket science. Considering we had to reserve a table, our expectations were probably a bit high, but there won't be a second visit.

We were on an unplanned day trip to Usedom. Despite a last-minute decision, we managed to snag a table at Ingelotte. The ambiance was pleasantly not maritime but rather nostalgic, very inviting and cozy. The service was very pleasant. I found our waitress very warm and refreshing yet unobtrusive, which rounded off the positive initial impression. The menu isn't overloaded with dishes, but there's something for every taste. I opted for the Hamburger-style schnitzel. My wife had pike-perch. Both dishes were excellent. Not frozen, but deliciously prepared. I'm a real schnitzel fan, and this schnitzel was one of the best! Absolutely fantastic meat, beautifully seasoned and cooked. Not overcooked, quite the opposite, yet tender, not overcooked, yet crispy, simply fantastic. The side dish of fried potatoes was equally delicious. I'd give the chef a pat on the back. A seemingly simple dish cooked to a high standard. Thus, the price-performance ratio was absolutely justified. Also important for some, the restrooms were very clean and lovingly decorated. I'm looking forward to my next visit.

We made a spontaneous reservation here, and we were lucky because the food is absolutely amazing, just like in our mother's day. It is prepared with love, and the price-performance ratio is absolutely perfect. The service is very friendly, so 5 thumbs up.

We visited the Ingelotte restaurant in Bansin and were absolutely thrilled. ​As soon as you enter, you feel at home thanks to the charming, maritime atmosphere. The ambiance is cozy yet modern, and the historic photos from the Imperial Spa era on the walls give the restaurant a very special charm. We were even allowed to bring our dog. The service was fantastic – very friendly, attentive, and fast. You can tell the team is passionate about their work! Ingelotte is a real insider tip when it comes to food. We opted for zander and schnitzel with broccoli and were impressed by the freshness and quality of the food. The portions are generous and the preparation is simply delicious. We will definitely be back and are already looking forward to our next visit.

Our expectations for our spontaneous Sunday evening stop at the end of the season were more than met. A friendly welcome, friendly service, and delicious food are all worth the stars. Everything went quite quickly, and we were also impressed by the team's attentiveness to guests: I often miss the prompt question about another drink, but here it worked perfectly in an unobtrusive manner.

The portion size for an adult was a bit larger than appropriate for the price. Non-alcoholic drinks are also offered on the higher end. I had a very tasty cocktail and then a strawberry punch, which was disappointing (strawberries straight from the can filled with sparkling wine, without a hint of strawberry juice or anything similar). I expected something different for the price. Furthermore, the friendly welcome you receive really depends on the service staff. As a Berliner, I'm used to a bit of friendly brusqueness, but I could almost sense the impatience and irritation of the server who took our order. The server who looked after us for the rest of the evening was completely different. Very friendly, approachable, and attentive. Also important to note: Apparently, the kitchen closes shortly before 8 p.m. The restaurant itself closes at 9 p.m. Very early in the middle of the season.

No confusing "I do it for everyone" menu, but rather a clear, well-organized menu with a focus on quality and great service. I won't be long in coming for a 4++ visit...

Excellent! There's nothing to complain about. Many other restaurants could learn a thing or two from this. We came spontaneously without a reservation and were lucky to snag a table. The service was very friendly and attentive. They put their heart and soul into their work from start to finish. This is evident in the ambiance, the way they treat their guests, and the excellent dishes. The food was delicious and more than plentiful. We felt very comfortable. If we ever find ourselves in Bansin again, we'll definitely stop by again.

We spent three days on Usedom with two children. Visiting this restaurant was a highlight. It was nicely decorated, the staff were friendly, and the food was a culinary delight. We highly recommend it!

Eureka! After several culinary disappointments at the Kaiserbäder, we finally found a restaurant here today that we thought was impressive. The food was impeccable, and the service was attentive and prompt. It's a shame this standard isn't found everywhere in Bansin. Perhaps the staff should try eating at Ingelotte to learn how it's done. Reservations are recommended.

The food itself was good, but my husband wasn't so impressed with the spiced meat. And it's expensive compared to the Bierkutscher. Otherwise, the atmosphere was okay, a bit cramped. We were there with a child, and, as I said, it was a bit cramped.

We stopped in spontaneously after reading the many good reviews. There were still plenty of seats available in the early afternoon. The ambiance is really great. There's plenty to look at and smile about. The service was excellent. We had the gypsy schnitzel. A good portion, served quickly. The meat was quite tough...for €25, which – in our opinion – was too expensive. Overall, recommended. But too expensive.

We were guests in town. I had already made a reservation by phone more than a week in advance. Very friendly first contact and everything including the chair for toddlers were prepared. In my opinion, the order and service were impeccable. Quick clearing, new drinks or other requests were fulfilled quickly and reliably. The food itself was also great and, in our opinion, left nothing to be desired. All 6 adults were very satisfied. Fried potatoes were super tasty and the food was very nicely prepared. If we visit the place again, we will definitely come back! Thank you for the great service and friendly communication - we felt comfortable!

I give this one star only because of the opening times. From 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. We were there from March 29th. to 12.4.25 in Bansin and wanted lunch at Ingelotte with a nice beer, just as we have known it for years. Well......... It's not anymore. But the Bansiner Hof has also given up. I'm excited to see what happens next......

On April 7th, 2025 we were at the Ingelotte restaurant in Bansin in the early evening. We had Bansiner fish plate and a colorful salad. The service was prompt and friendly. The meals were very tasty. The fish fillets were exceptionally well prepared. One complaint would be the inadequate ventilation in the kitchen, which contributed to the persistent smell of food in our clothes after visiting the restaurant. Nevertheless, a clear recommendation for us!

The restaurant is an absolute MUST! Everything here is recommended, from the service to the ambience to the food. Be sure to order in advance, but this is necessary in almost every restaurant. I have already tried a few dishes and can say that they all taste great and are beautifully prepared. As we all know, the eye is there too. The atmosphere is rustic and very friendly, regardless of whether the boss is serving or the staff. I have never been disappointed and can recommend the restaurant with a clear conscience! I wish you continued good business and nice customers!

Fish great, side dish boring. Don't want to use tap water with a hot liqueur because it's only available with espresso, at least in a petty way.

We would love to come back. The service was super friendly and flexible. We were way too early and a table was still organized for us in the full restaurant. The food is very, very good and the menu is well laid out. There were no problems with extra requests and there was even a suggestion for a different side dish. Super good. Your advice regarding wine and food was spot on. The food was great and so was my wine, as I can't tolerate heavy and acidic wines. Conclusion: Great location, food and service great. We'll definitely be back. The best of the good for the operators!!!!

During our annual stay in Bansin, a visit to Ingelotte is now a must. A table reservation is definitely recommended. Super tasty food, great service, very cozy… a small but fine restaurant. The fish platter, highly recommended, simply amazing. And a really good wine selection. The price-performance ratio is right here in every respect. The “new” lady in service is really great! We'll see each other again next year.

Während unseres Urlaubs waren wir gleich zweimal bei Inge-Lotte. Wunderbar gemütlich, wirklich erstklassige Gerichte, große Portionen, gutes Bier! Wir hatten sowohl Fisch als auch Fleisch - beides großartig. Und dazu eine herzliche und überaus freundliche Bedienung. Immer ein Auge auf den Gast und dennoch unaufdringlich. Eins ist sicher, wir kommen wieder! Zwei Berliner Jungs.
