Everything is just right here! Great food and very friendly staff.

For several years we have been coming here for lunch at least once on every Usedom holiday. Great cuisine, very friendly and attentive service. Our two dogs were also greeted very friendly and given a bowl of water. The fish dishes are highly recommended.

Super delicious food, we'll be back

You definitely shouldn't expect the food to be really wonderful, especially for the holiday destinations, because there are often tourist knock-offs. If it's done that way in the summer given the number of guests, all beware. Very tasty.

We spontaneously celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary there. The waitress truly spoiled us. The food, the wine, and the cognac to finish it off were all excellent. We had the daily special, "Königsberger Klopse" (Kiln-fried meatballs), and schnitzel with fresh mushrooms in a cream sauce and croquettes. There was nothing to complain about. Thank you for the friendly service.

A lovely evening! We had Bazino's spiced meat, stagecoach fish platter, highly recommended, and herring with fried potatoes.

The food was absolutely delicious. We had several dishes over two days with several people. The wild herb salad with scampi was my favorite. They also had fish dishes, burgers, etc. Judging by the oohs and aahs of enthusiasm from my friends, dessert was also very tasty. There's a large outdoor terrace with patio heaters.

Very, very good food. Service very friendly. Were here on 2 evenings. But here too, nothing without a pre-order. We'd love to come back.

We were there for lunch and completely satisfied. Food plentiful and tasty, extensive selection of drinks. Very good value for money for the location. The restaurant is quite large, the tables are well placed, you don't sit in each other's way. The waiting time was also completely reasonable. The selection of cuisine looked very good, unfortunately we couldn't try it anymore... See above. We would go again.

Very friendly staff, delicious food, nice atmosphere.

We were at Banzino for the first time this week. Because of the excellent food, we also went here the following evening. Very tasteful atmosphere and a great team. The entire meal, from starters to main course, was first class. We are thrilled and can recommend the restaurant without exception.

My husband had sauerbraten with dumplings and red cabbage, all homemade and delicious, and I had cod fillet on beetroot mashed potatoes and a foam outside, great cress...just delicious 😋. The chef knows his craft. Service 1 with stars and the dessert to kneel down on, chocolate cakes with cinnamon plum and ice cream...that's fun to eat there ❤️🥰 Thank you

Very nicely designed restaurant and ambience. Belongs to the hotel post office. The cakes in particular are great. There is also an offer of 1 piece of cake with coffee. Unfortunately closed Tuesday and Wednesday. The service and the entire staff at the Hotel zur Post were super friendly!

We ate there twice with 10 people and felt very comfortable. The dishes were very tasty, the service was very friendly and attentive, the atmosphere was appealing and cozy. I can only recommend the Banzino.

In der Vergangenheit waren wir immer zufrieden mit den Speisen. Jetzt waren wir Silvester dort essen. Die Ente war kalt und auf Kritik wurde nicht reagiert. Einige erhielten auf Kosten des Hauses einen Pfannkuchen, andere nicht. Es war uns zu blöd zu fragen. Wir gehen dirt nicht mehr hin.

We just spent a day at the sea yesterday and stopped at Banzino. What luck, the fish soup and spiced meat were extremely tasty and wonderfully filling. Our highlight, however, was our waitress, Ms. Schütt. Calm, patient, competent, warm-hearted and friendly. Thanks for that❤️

We have been coming to Banzino on a regular basis for 13 years and today was the first time we were disappointed. Last time we had turkey liver “Berlin style” with fried apple and onion rings. The portion was more than enough and we really enjoyed it. That's why we ordered veal liver “Berliner Style” this time. The veal liver had a lot of wobble and was therefore a real disappointment. But the rest had nothing to do with “Berlin art”. There were no fried apple rings but a kind of sweet applesauce with apple pieces that lay directly on the mashed potatoes, and instead of the onion rings there were fried onions. The mashed potatoes were tasteless because they were missing nutmeg and some salt. The waitress acknowledged our comments and informed us that they had a new chef who wanted to try something new.

We ate cake here in the afternoon. The selection is small, but it wasn't easy to choose a piece because they all looked delicious. The former Hotel zur alten Post has a nice atmosphere.

Hello. Were on vacation and wanted to have a relaxed dinner in the evening. You can't go there without a reservation. One evening later we ordered a table for 3 there. Very nice reception and you are served quickly. The food didn't take that long either which was good. It was tasty and also enough. Had zander and fries with a burger. We can only recommend it and will eat there again.

The food tasted good, but the staff was very sales-oriented. Unfortunately, the feel-good factor falls by the wayside,

We (4 people) were here for the second time and, as always, it was incredibly tasty and beautiful. I had liver Berlin style and Störtebeker Pils. It was so great 🥰 absolute recommendation! There were also 2 burgers and pasta from the children's menu. Everyone enjoyed the food very much. Service was attentive and very friendly.

Central location. In the fall there are free tables even without pre-ordering. Competent, friendly service. Drinks came very quickly. Food plentiful and tasty. Had fish, schnitzel, chicken, liver. Fresh side dishes. Parking possible in the area.

We passed there while walking the dog and felt like eating something there. When we asked if there was a table available and we were traveling with a dog, we were given a very friendly welcome. All I can say about the service and the food is great. Thanks

Wir haben uns von den positiven Bewertungen ins Banzino locken lassen. Leider waren wir mit der Gesamtleistung nicht zufrieden. Das Ambiente des Lokals ist an ein gutbürgerliches Gasthaus angelehnt und angenehm gemütlich. Das Personal ist aufmerksam und freundlich. Als Vorspeise hatten wir eine Soljanka und gratinierten Ziegenkäse. Am Ziegenkäse gab es absolut nichts auszusetzen. Geschmack, Präsentation und Portion waren gut und stimmig. Die Soljanka konnte leider nicht mithalten. Der Geschmack erinnerte stark an eine Dosensuppe. Als Hauptgang gab es den Pfannenfisch und Spaghetti mit Poulardenbrust. Beide Gerichte Ware ansprechend angerichtet, konnten das Niveau geschmacklich aber nicht halten. Das Fischgericht war geschmacklich noch in Ordnung, wenn die Bratkartoffeln auch sehr weich waren. Die Spaghetti waren völlig zerkocht und der Geschmack wohlwollend als langweilig zu bezeichnen. Mit einer Flasche Wasser, einem Aperol und einem Bier kostete das ganze dann 94 €. Das ist für dieses Essen schlicht zu viel.

I also had dinner at Banzino today: Fish pot as a starter. The vegetables were overcooked as was the fish. You could have drunk without teeth. Then the main course. There was steak. This was a small piece of pork neck that was very tough and very gristly on top. I had to sort out some pieces. Unfortunately I wasn't full. When I pointed this out to the waitress, she replied that with a "steak" for €18 you would have to accept that. I think they know how to run a restaurant. Extremely friendly and with good quality. I will definitely never go there again.

Food was rather mediocre. It wasn't bad but it wasn't good either. You could eat everything but it wasn't where you would say "tasty" or "wow" and it was too expensive... What a shame. Waiters were nice and the atmosphere was very cozy.

We spontaneously went to dinner at Banzino this evening. Very nice welcome and the food was delicious. We will definitely come back this week. When we went out we first saw the gooseberry cake. This will be tasted on the next visit. All in one: I can highly recommend this restaurant.

We've been out for dinner two evenings in a row now and we're thrilled. The portions are sufficient, very tasty and therefore a clear recommendation from us. The tip is worth it here. Greetings from Leipzig and thank you for allowing us to be your guests.

If you haven't pre-ordered you'll sit outside even though after sitting outside for an hour there wasn't much going on inside during the off-season. I ordered a beer and picked out some food, but the service didn't inquire further. Well then I left, it's better that way.

The coffee offering with cake was unfortunately limited to frozen cakes with little flavor and warm water with coffee flavor. Not worth the asking price.

We ate there once during our vacation in Bansin. My pork duo with sauerkraut, mashed potatoes and sauce was really tasty. My wife chose the Giantburger with fries. That was a disappointment. The patty was very good. However, the tomato sauce used had no taste whatsoever and instead of a gherkin, a slice of cucumber was used, which also has no taste. The buns were homemade, very pale and without any taste. Only the fries were fresh and tasted good. The service was very friendly and the food was served quickly.

We were looking for a good restaurant in Binz, something for fish lovers but also for those who don't really like eating fish. Our son doesn't like fish that much. That's how we ended up at Banzino. The staff is very friendly, we were given a recommendation for the dish of the day, which wasn't on the menu. Food was super tasty, sufficient, hot and well seasoned. Unfortunately I have one small point of criticism, the aperitif Andalö for a whopping 8 euros. The glass was only 1/4 full and there were three ice cubes in it. With so much money, you could ask for a little more. But all in all it was a wonderful evening.

We were there shortly before the kitchen closed and were still served lovingly. We decided on a vegetarian burger version made from beans. And we weren't disappointed at all! Very much so. Recommend.

Die Bedienung war schnell und hilfsbereit. Das Essen kam auch in einer angemessenen Zeit und war auch gut. Wir saßen draußen an einem schattigen Tisch und hatten nichts zu beanstanden. Die Innenräume sind sehr altbacken eingerichtet. Nicht unser Geschmack aber es scheint ja wohl den Besitzern zu gefallen.

We eat at Banzino once again, the service is friendly and quick. The food is fun, it's beautiful to look at, the kitchen really makes an effort to showcase all the components. Overall, the seasoning could be a bit bolder for my taste, but if you ask you can also get salt and pepper in a friendly manner, we will definitely come back.

A good meal at a good price. Last year we were a little disappointed with the Banzino, which seems to have caught on again this year. However, there is still room for improvement everywhere. The service, ambience and even the food could be improved with just a few tweaks. Nevertheless, the bottom line is that you can eat very well here in terms of price/performance ratio.

Very good burger. The burger wasn't overcooked, as is usually the case in many shops. Slightly pink, juicy, the sauce was fine and had a slight spiciness. The waitress (a black-haired woman) was very friendly and knew her trade. She inspected the tables with every course to see if anything was missing.

We have nothing to complain about. We had nice young service and delicious food. The fish dishes are interpreted in a more modern way and beautifully presented. Here you dare to spice things up. Elsewhere you pay the same and get a dismal standard. We would go there again and can recommend the Banzino with a clear conscience.

Very friendly hospitality, very modern cuisine for the Baltic Sea. Well seasoned and also suitable for vegans. Thank you for the delicious burger.

Very tasty and beautifully prepared food. You can tell that the kitchen is in a 4 star hotel, but it is no more expensive than the restaurants nearby, just much better! Highly recommended.

The two of us went to the restaurant for dinner. I ordered the vegetable lasagna. Both my husband and I were happy with our food, although my lasagna was almost a little too over-seasoned for me. Still very tasty and ultimately always a matter of taste. The portions were large and more than sufficient. For dessert we ordered the tiramisu. Unfortunately that was very disappointing. The dessert had no real taste and the cookie was still very hard. I noticed that a couple at the next table were also not happy with the tiramisu. So that wasn't just our impression. We passed on the feedback directly to the service department and it was warmly received. Generally the service was quick and friendly.

We ate there on Sunday and again, no thanks. The service was very unfriendly. The starter had already been forgotten, the guests at the next table received the wrong food and we had to wait 80 minutes for our food. When we asked how long it would take, we were told that because my friend had a soup beforehand, it was normal for it to take so long. I've never experienced anything like that in any restaurant and I've been to a lot of restaurants.

Very tasty food, portions could be marginally larger for the price, but otherwise really good. One waitress was very nice, the other didn't seem to enjoy her job. But the restaurant looked very chic.👍

Very tasty food, nicely decorated - definitely recommended!

We were served very friendly and quickly. We had the burger and the vegetarian lasagne. Both were extremely tasty and very nicely prepared Absolutely great!

That was perfect, despite the long wait. I had pike perch with mashed potatoes and I was thrilled. My wife had liver and is also happy. 😉☺️ We were also very satisfied on Tuesday.

Good food at a fair price & friendly service

Unfortunately, the fried potatoes and vegetables were cold or undercooked. Even after we gave the food back, it came back with raw side dishes. Although an apology was made, there was no compensation in any form. Very unfortunate

Went there 3 times, the food was really good but the waiting times were just way too long with 1 hour until the starter came, that's just not possible. Maybe you should allocate fewer tables if you notice the kitchen isn't keeping up, or hire one more cook!

The Banzino simply never disappoints.

We were tempted by the menu to visit the restaurant. Unfortunately we were disappointed with the food. There really wasn't anything big about the Giant Burger. The bottom of the burger bun reminded me of rusks and I also missed the taste of chili.

Gutes Restaurant. Wir waren hier mit 8 Personen zum Abendessen. Wir haben 4h vorher reserviert und alles hat super gepasst. Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und schnell. Auch das Essen hat nicht lange auf sich warten lassen. Die Portionen waren sehr gut. Mein Burger war gut, aber nichts besonderes. Der Fisch von meiner Frau war auch gut, aber es gibt bessere Fischrestaurants auf der Insel. Alles in allem war es gut und daher 4 Sterne. Ganz toll sind die Toiletten, super modern und sauber *Daumen hoch*

Good restaurant. We were here for dinner with 8 people. We reserved 4 hours in advance and everything went great. The service was very friendly, attentive and quick. The food didn't take long to arrive either. The portions were very good. My burger was good, but nothing special. My wife's fish was also good, but there are better fish restaurants on the island. All in all it was good and therefore 4 stars. The toilets are great, super modern and clean *thumbs up*

Nach einem herrlichen Strandtag hatten wir ordentlich Hunger, nahmen auf der Terrasse des Banzino Platz & wurden nicht enttäuscht. Leckeres Essen, freundlicher & schneller Service - wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Und kommen gern wieder. Dankeschön.

Meat, top quality, unfortunately a bit overcooked

We ate outside when the weather was sunny. The dog was with me. Lots of space on the terrace. Delicious cuisine, I took the Usedom pan fish (2 fillets), my companion had a schnitzel (huge). Both were very nicely arranged and tasted extremely good. Pleasant prices. We will be back.

Einrichtung/Ambiente, eher gute polnische Landgaststätte. Getränke waren ok. Gegessen haben wir: BBQ-Rippchen mit Pommes frites, anbei kleiner Salat, gegrillt waren die Rippchen aber nicht und sie haben sich kaum vom Knochen gelöst, Zwiebelmarmelade und Pommes waren ok, BBQ-Soße eher gewöhnlich/Supermarkt hat dem ganzen aber erst Geschmack gegeben. Burger mit Pommes frites, Burger waren Medium- grundsätzlich ok, der Gargrad wurde aber nicht erfragt, Fleisch sehr fad und eher geschmacklos. Jeder MD-Burger besser. Doradenfilet mit Parmesankruste und Rote Beete Risotto,,, die Dorade sah eher aus wie Pangasiusfilet, geschmacklich war es durch den Käse aber ok. Risotto, naja…. Geht besser. Als Kinderessen gab es Fischstäbchen mit Kartoffelbrei,,, dieser war mit Sicherheit nur Pulver und die Stäbchen billige Discounter-Fischstäbchen… keine Gurke/Tomate… nichts weiter,, sehr lieblos. Insgesamt war alles sehr lieblos angerichtet. Der Kellner hat nicht gefragt wie es uns denn geschmeckt hat und auf unsere Beschwerde hin, dass es eben nicht geschmeckt hat, kam keine Entschuldigung, kein Gruß aus der Küche, nichts…. Auf der Rechnung stand dann: 2 xBurger 1x BBQ Rippchen 1x Dorade bzw. Fisch 1x Kinderessen 1 alk-freies Weizen 1 kl. Cola 1 kl. Apfelsaft 2 Aperol Spritz Für 150,00 Euro!!! P.S.: Am nächsten Abend, gegenüber in der Pizzeria gab es SEHR leckerer Pizzen, sehr leckere Nudeln UND sehr leckeres Dessert für die Hälfte…

Wir waren vor zwei Jahren das erste mal hier und es war sehr gut, so gut, dass wir auf jeden Fall wiederkommen mussten. Jetzt waren wir wieder in Bansin, also ab ins Banzino. Und es war wieder sehr gut: sehr freundliches Personal, das Essen top, alles super lecker und wirklich frisch zubereitet. Auch die Preise sind absolut angemessen. Im nächsten Urlaub auf Usedom werden wir definitiv wieder hier einkehren.

Good, solid restaurant with good food and a nice atmosphere. A larger vegetarian selection would have been nicer, but an extra vegetarian selection was shown, which is very good.

Reservations are recommended. There is a limited number of parking spaces at the house. We were served very friendly and quickly. The ambience is nice. Unfortunately, the schnitzels tasted more like breadcrumbs than schnitzel. The fries were really very good.

Extremely good restaurant! We ate deliciously prepared fish and were thrilled. The price was reasonable for the food on offer (22 euros for the pan fish). The fish soup and the giant burger were also incredibly good and fresh. The four of us got a place without a reservation and with 2 dogs without any problems. We would definitely recommend this restaurant and would be happy to come back.

Maybe not quite as rustic as other restaurants in town, but still a very pleasant atmosphere. The staff was very friendly and quick, the menu included the classics of local cuisine, as well as burgers and the like, and one or two delicacies with a Polish name could also be found on the seasonal menu. Everything was very tasty, I can only recommend it.

Very tasty homemade cake. The pot of coffee was enough for 2 cups and our dog was no problem. Gladly again.

Very cozy restaurant with friendly and relaxed service. It was really nice to chat with the two ladies. Excellent coffee and delicious home-baked cakes attract guests there in the afternoon. But burgers and salad are also highly recommended.

Solid restaurant. Nice service. OK in terms of furnishings, not so cramped. Some tables are placed so that you are supposed to sit next to each other, a bit strange. The food was good, not outstanding but good and a good quantity too.
