Restaurant Hermes in Karlsruhe

Service top, food actually great but the prices are now exorbitantly high. Previously visited regularly, now rarely. Maybe not at all in the future. It's a shame, but compared to competitors and quality/price/performance, Hermes is only an emergency alternative.

Very friendly service and for us the best Greek in Karlsruhe and the surrounding area. The food so far has been delicious without exception and the portions are more than sufficient. :)

Large selection of food and drinks. Some dishes are also available as “small portions” upon request. We enjoyed everything very much. The seasoning of the food was good. Extra requests were addressed without any problems. The staff is very friendly and attentive. We were served quickly. Waiting time was completely ok. Everything is very clean. Price-performance is good. We'd love to come back.

Bevor man in das Restaurant reingeht, denkt man erst einmal “wo bin ich hier gelandet?”. Von außen ist das Restaurant wirklich nicht anlockend. Aber nachdem man durch die Einhangs-Tür geschritten ist: Nettes zuvorkommendes Personal, Sehr leckeres Essen, Preise okay und vor allem alles sehr sauber! Ich kann das Restaurant nur weiterempfehlen!

So the food is really good but of course there are much better Greek restaurants that's why 4/5 stars BUT we had to wait 1 hour for the starter and it was just the starter then wait again for the salad and the main course, that's bad so we were in the restaurant for 3 hours just to wait

Very friendly, attentive staff. (A fork fell down because our little daughter was playing with it, there was also one cutlery too many but we still got new ones without any further action, there was no waiter nearby, he probably just had it heard) Food was great and completely sufficient for our taste. Pleasant atmosphere and Greek music in the background.

We celebrated my daughter starting school. Food was very tasty. Everyone is very friendly and we will come back

The food was poorly prepared, the tastiest of all was salad and tzatziki, the octopus and potatoes were also cooked in used oil, the octopus was made of rubber and oozed foul-smelling oil. Saganaki was terrible. This Bulgarian chef can't cook at all. Disrespectful service and dismissive attitude of the waiters, I don't recommend it to anyone, if I could give half a star I would but I give one. The second worst Greek restaurant my girlfriend and I have ever visited. Terrible, rating zero 0

One of the best Greeks in Karlsruhe! Here the guest gets delicious food and an ouzo on the house before and after the meal. Great taste! Unfortunately, there are not many parking spaces in the residential area, but the digestive walk back to the car is not an obstacle at all, but rather a pleasant one. Yamas!

Everything was very good, the food, service and ambience were convincing. Parking right in front of the door was more of a luck.

We've been coming here for probably 20 years, I think, even after my mother died. Always nice, good food and friendly service. Wonderful atmosphere, especially outside. Just drinking a wine is also possible, even though it's a restaurant. However, we were turned away at the Italian restaurant in Neureut.

I eat bifteki again and again. So I have a comparison. And here the meat was tasteless and the feta was similarly flat.

You should reserve in advance. Very tasty food, large selection. Nice service.

You can choose between the terrace and the indoor area, we really liked the latter. In contrast to my companion, who has been a regular there for many years, it was my first visit. The staff is friendly and attentive, the food came to the table quickly, hot and very tasty. The obligatory ouzo was a must at the end. The price-performance ratio is very good. Unfortunately, the construction site makes access a bit difficult and the parking situation is rather poor. But a little exercise after eating can't hurt.

Went there by chance based on a recommendation and had starters and a main course. Baked sheep's cheese, Nice salad and a plate of skewers. Very friendly welcome, delicious food. All in all, very happy again. Prices were a little over our budget, but the food was worth every penny. Epharisto :))

Super nice restaurant, totally cozy, but very, very loud, in the end it was very annoying. We felt like we had to scream at the waiter 😂 the food is simply a dream, I've never had such a delicious metaxa sauce before. The grilled pepperoni and meat were also great.

The place looks small from outside but it’s very cosy and provides a lot of tables inside. The seafood and the lamb meat were really delicious. It’s also good for family meetings and birthday celebrations as well.

Ein wunderbarer Ort lecker zu essen! Ouzo aufs Haus vor und nach dem Essen top! Das Essen kam innerhalb 10 Minuten und war köstlich. Das Personal war total lieb und geht auf individuelle Wünsche ein. Danke für den tollen Abend! Wir kommen wieder!

Tolles Griechisches Restaurant mit sehr leckerem Essen. Netter Service: man wird mit Handschlag begrüßt und bekommt am Tisch sofort einen Ouzo. Komme auf jeden Fall öfter!

Inzwischen sind wir Stammkunden geworden. Essen total lecker, der Beste Grieche in KA. Preislich auch super. Zwei große Schnitzel mit Pommes und Salat für 16€ und dann noch mega lecker!

Wir kommen schon seid über 15 Jahren immer wieder gerne zu unserem Lieblingsgriechen. Das Essen schmeckt einfach super lecker und man muss nicht lange warten. Man wird freundlich empfangen und fühlt sich gleich wohl. Ich kann nur jedem empfehlen einmal vorbei zu schauen.

Ambiente: sehr nett eingerichtetes Lokal Service: Sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und zahlreich vertreten Essen: der Beilagensalat ist Kantinenflair, geht garnicht! Und warum Eisbergsalat?? Es gibt so viele schmackhafte Blattsalate. Der Hauptgang hat alles wieder in Ordnung gebracht. Super gegrilltes Fleisch, leckere Beilagen, sehr gute Menge. Einpacken& mitnehmen war kein Problem. Leider keine Kinderkarte. Lage: an einer engen Durchfahrtstraße mit wenig bis gar keine freien Parkplätze. Wegen dem Eisbergsalat ein Stern Abzug.

Hab an 15.07.2023 mein 60 Geburstag gefaert. Das Essen war perfekt serves Einfach Klasse. Allgemein war alles perfekt. Vielen dank an den ganzen Hermes Tim. Werden das Restoran weiter Imfehlen.

Habe schon besseren Service erlebt. Und das Essen könnte mehr Geschmack vertragen.

Nettes Personal,klasse Essen und angenehme Atmosphäre. Was will man mehr.Oktopusarm gegrillt,zart und saftig,verfeinert mit extra Knoblauch,ein Genuss.Ouzo vorher und nach dem Essen,so muss es sein.Preislich somit angemessen und in Ordnung.Weiter so.
