Das Biryani war wirklich köstlich! Wir haben das vegetarische und das Hühnchen-Biryani probiert! Ehrlich gesagt gab es absolut nichts zu beanstanden! Perfekt gewürzt und voller Aromen! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Absolut fantastisch! Die Atmosphäre ist gut, das Personal sehr freundlich und das Essen sehr lecker. Ausgezeichnetes Essen zu erschwinglichen Preisen. Es ist definitiv besser als andere teure Restaurants und verdient großes Lob. Ich werde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Wir kommen seit Jahren hier her und sowohl Essen als auch der Service sind auf einem sehr sehr hohem Niveau! Jedes Mal werden wir herzlich empfangen und es wird sich bestens gekümmert selbst bei Extrawünschen. Mein liebstes indisches Restaurant!

Wir haben das Catering bei Guru für meine Geburtstagsfeier bestellt und hatten eine super Erfahrung. Alles lief reibungslos, unsere Gäste waren mit dem Essen und wie es präsentiert wurde einfach begeistert. Wir können es nur weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank, Guru und weiter so!

Wir haben ein Catering von Guru für unsere Hochzeitsparty (75 Gäste) bestellt mit diversen Pakoras, 3 Hauptgerichten und Nachspeise. Die Gäste waren begeistert und die Beratung im Vorfeld war sehr freundlich und professionell. Wir können Guru zu 100 Prozent empfehlen.

Essen und Service sehr gut, das Ambiente ist eben Geschmackssache 😉. Preislich eher am oberen Ende - aber auch sehr gute Qualität 👍🏼

Super essen. Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter und auch der Chef sehr freundlich. Der Barceeper ist auch super und macht sehr leckere drinks. Komme immer wieder gerne. :)

Wir waren recht spontan zum Abendessen hier, samt Kind. Das Personal war steht freundlich und zuvorkommend, aber nicht aufdringlich. Das Essen perfekt, meine Frau ist Inderin. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder und können GURU nur empfehlen! 😋

Wirklich mega leckeres Essen in einer eher unscheinbaren Ecke Münchens. Der Chef empfiehlt auch mal gerne neben der Speisekarte und man kann sich darauf verlassen. Wir kommen gerne mit der ganzen Familie inkl. der Kinder, welche auch Favoriten haben.

Ich hatte zum abholen bestellt, die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich. Das Essen war geschmacklich gut, das Naan Brot jedoch recht trocken. Im ganzen würde ich das Restaurant empfehlen!

Der Service ließ zwar etwas auf sich warten, aber als das Essen endlich kam, waren wir uns einig, dass sich das Warten gelohnt hatte. Obwohl die Preise für Speisen und Getränke im Durchschnitt 2-3 € höher sind, bestellten wir extra Reis, da die mitgelieferte Portion nicht ausreichte. In all den indischen Restaurants, die ich bisher besucht habe, habe ich noch nie 6 € extra für pur gekochten Reis bezahlt.

Mein GoTo indische Restaurant. Immer gut und extrem schmackhaft. Der Service ist exzellent und der Chef immer super freundlich. Bei Abholung wird mir immer Chai oder Lassi angeboten. Selbst meine Kids lieben Guru und es ist immer ein Highlight für sie.

Essen ist top, der Service ist überragend gut. Extrem freundliches Personal. Kann ich wärmstens empfehlen! Alle Naan Sorten schmecken sehr gut das Garlic Chicken ist hervorragend. Im großen und ganzen 11/10

Wir haben für unsere Firma Essen vor Ort bestellt und es war köstlich. Es wurde außerdem in sehr coolen, großen Töpfen serviert, was dem Ganzen noch mehr Flair verlieh. Der Service war super freundlich und ging sehr auf unsere Wünsche ein (vegane Option). 10/10 – würden wir jederzeit wieder bestellen.

Wir haben es für die Firmenveranstaltung liefern lassen. Das Essen war super und es sah total cool aus (ich habe leider keine Fotos, aber es war, als ob ein Teil des Restaurants in unser Büro gebracht worden wäre :) ).

Wir haben Catering für ein kleines Firmen-Event (21 Personen) bestellt und ins Büro bringen lassen, es war top! Alle Varianten, mit Hähnchen, Vegetarisch und Vegan haben durchweg super geschmeckt ! Auch die Bereitstellung war top: nicht Standard Warmhalte-Chafing, sondern wirklich hübsch „indische Optik“. Sehr zu empfehlen !

The food is always excellent, the owner is very friendly, the staff are very friendly, the service is quick and good – everything is great. The restrooms are clean, the whole restaurant is nicely decorated and has a lovely atmosphere. The price-performance ratio is also good. I highly recommend it.

Our favorite Indian restaurant. Excellent food and outstanding service in a fantastic atmosphere. Recommendation: Palak Paneer and Garlic Naan, Lamb Boti Masala (the lamb is exceptionally tender and has a superb flavor), served with Mango Lassi (perfectly chilled and with a delicious, intense flavor of fresh mango).

We've been regulars at Guru restaurant in Trudering for about 10 years, and it's one of our favorite spots. The food is consistently excellent. My kids love the butter chicken and Lachha paratha , which is always a hit. Our Last Sunday's visit was a real highlight, as I tried the pot biryani for the first time and it was incredible—perfectly spiced and full of flavor. The hospitality here is great; the staff is super friendly and always makes us feel at home, especially with our kids. It's a truly family-friendly place with fantastic food and service. Highly recommended.

I was pleasantly surprised at the Quality of the food and the wonderful taste. I have usually found Indian Restaurants (UK style) of poor Quality outside of UK. However this was a good find and was recommended two years ago by USA colleagues. Therefore well recommended and consistent.

Pani Puri - just like in India! We discovered this starter in Mumbai, and it tastes just as good. The main course was also delicious, with a fresh, aromatic mango to finish it off. We sat outside, where it's beautifully decorated. The servers are friendly and accommodating. We'd be happy to come back.

Wonderful Indian and Pakistani food, staff are knowledgeable, speaking German and English. Good range of drinks to accompany. Outside eatng area is great when it's hot.

We ordered takeout today: a garlic naan, an alu chana masala, a butter chicken, and, as a special highlight, the rice pudding made according to the chef's mother's recipe – simply divine! ❤️ The food was fresh, aromatic, and incredibly delicious – for us, the best Indian restaurant in all of Munich! Very good food. The spiciness level is listed as "European" instead of Indian, which avoids any problems in advance. I usually pick up my food, and I've had the "problem" a few times where I wasn't given a pickup number over the phone, and then I was insistently asked for it at the restaurant. Overall, though, I highly recommend it.

There were three of us at the restaurant and we chose the Chicken Tikka Biryani, Kadai Chicken, and Lamb Korma. All the dishes were delicious. In my opinion, one of the best, if not THE best, Indian restaurants in Munich :)

We had a thoroughly enjoyable evening. The food was outstanding – tastefully presented – and the ambiance was harmonious and inviting. We were particularly impressed by the chef's personal attention. He took his time with us, freshly prepared a dish (bhuna) according to our wishes, and even served us a homemade specialty for dessert. You rarely experience service like this. We'd love to come back!

I recently visited this Indian restaurant for the first time and I was absolutely thrilled! The owner was incredibly friendly, humorous, and took plenty of time to advise me on my meal selection. Instead of ordering the same old thing, I tried something new based on his recommendation – and it was fantastic! To top it all off, I even got a free dessert on the house. The service was consistently warm and attentive. You can tell the passion the people here put into their cooking and work is put into their work. I will definitely be back and highly recommend this restaurant!

Best halal food in Germany. Purely authentic Pakistani taste. Lamb karhai was off menu and exclusively cooked for us and really wonderful taste. Dum biryani was definitely one of the kind and best. Freshly cooked kheer made it even more wholesome. Best experience dining in here. All the staff is wonderful and very friendly Thank you Guru’s Team for such a wonderful time. On Sunday evening, we spontaneously dropped in for dinner without a reservation and were seated immediately. The food was delicious and obviously freshly prepared. The service was consistently friendly and attentive.

The Guru is a very cozy restaurant with a great selection of vegetarian dishes. The service was quick and courteous. Our dog was also allowed and found it very comfortable under the bench.

From far the best indian restaurant we've done with my girlfriend. We've been there several times and you can order any meal and be sure you will love it. Everything is cooked to perfection with plenty of different flavours. All of that in an immersive indian atmosphere and welcoming staff. It is a must try !
