Restaurant Enigma in Freiburg im Breisgau

This is the second time for a closed party here. Simply great! Staff very accommodating and friendly. There's nothing wrong with it. We'd love to come back.

Basically a classic village pub with Balkan food. Had delicious pieces of pork fillet with fried potatoes. Football was running alongside.

Excellent Balkan cuisine at “Enigma” in Freiburg As a big fan of Balkan cuisine, I have been looking for an authentic restaurant in Freiburg for a long time. I have now found the perfect address in “Das Enigma” - it deserves a clear 5-star rating! From the first bite, I could literally taste the passion and skill of the kitchen crew - every dish was an authentic delight of Balkan cuisine. The friendly and attentive service rounded off the overall experience perfectly. I felt completely comfortable and welcome from the first moment. So if you're looking for a real taste experience of Balkan specialties in Freiburg, I can only warmly recommend "Das Enigma". Five stars for this exceptional restaurant!

Food was good, value for money was okay, only it was cold in the restaurant, I had a jacket on because the door was wide open. Intended!

The food was warmed up and fried until crumbly and sometimes crispy brown to black. Isn't worth the money. I can only advise you not to go there. Yes, it's a shame, but that's how it is

I ate the vegan cevapcici here today. These were very tasty and delicious. I thought it was great that there was this vegan option there. 👌🌱

I have my Birthday celebrated at Enigma. With over 50 people, that was very good. Owner was excellent, very professional. The entire staff was very nice, hard-working and helpful. Food was very tasty and recommended. We and all our guests would love to come back. Tijana Celic

Delicious vegan cevapcici with fried potatoes or fries, with a side salad. Only the chairs are a bit old-fashioned and uncomfortable, the rest looks modern.

The best vegan dish I've ever had! Delicious and plentiful, I would defenitly recommend it. Can't wait fo have the chance to come back and eat there again :)

Our regular restaurant for years, no matter which dish was chosen from the menu, it was always good and tasty. Friendly and nice hosts. Is and remains our regular restaurant.

Terribly bland food, no taste, and it's supposed to be Balkan cuisine, it tasted more like a retirement home. Never again!!!!!!

Super good food. I ate the grilled liver and my husband had the Balkan plate. Both were excellent and the portion size was more than enough. The staff was also friendly and helpful. We'll be back.

Hat mir sehr gut gefallen, dass essen reichlich und hat gut geschmeckt. Waren sehr nett.

Ruhiges Lokal, geräumig und schön eingerichtet. Bier wird frisch gezapft. Das Essen war sehr lecker und die Portion war groß genug zum satt werden. Wir kommen nochmal :)

Essen war geschmacklich OK....Portion war aber dermaßen klein, hat sich angefühlt wie ein kinderteller und liege jetzt mit Hunger im Bett.

Das Essen war okay. Fleisch leider etwas zu lange gebraten und dadurch trocken. Für eine kleine heiße Schokolade über 4 Euro zu verlangen ist etwas unverschämt. Aber im großen und ganzen war es okay.

Wir waren in den letzten Jahren sehr oft im Enigma weil wir sehr zufrieden waren. Diesen Monat haben waren wir seit längerem wieder hier und vom Essen total enttäuscht. Pommes waren gut der Rest war fad, die soße wässrig. Die Milch oder Sahne war gewonnen. Werde in nächster Zeit nicht mehr hier her gehen. Vielleicht wird es wieder einmal besser. Wir vermuten daß das Enigma einen neuen Koch hat.

Sehr nettes Personal. Die Käsespatzle sind fur ein schmalen Taler zu empfehlen. Der Raucher/ Dart Bereich ist zu empfehlen. Gerne wieder. ;)

Zum Draußen sitzen ist es ok, drinnen eher nicht. Das Essen ist von guter Qualität und der Service ist freundlich.

Essen ist ganz gut nur bei einer Feier sollte man besser koordiniert sein eine caffee Maschine ist einfach zu wenig.
