Restaurant Dorfkrug in Elmshorn

Wir essen gerne im Dorfkrug dad essen ist super und der Service ist auch sehr gut immer freundlich, man fühlt sich richtig wohl.

Wir waren gestern Abend dort essen wir saßen draußen ich bestellte Salat ausdrücklich ohne Zwiebeln da ich eine allergische Reaktion auf Zwiebeln habe und ich bestellte essig und oel als Dressing es kam prompt der Salat mit irgendwelchen anderen Dressing und Zwiebeln waren auch vorhanden dann bekam ich den Salat beu und war nicht besonders aber essbar.Dann sah ich plötzlich das 2 Ratten auf der Terrasse liefen.Darauf angesprochen sagte ja ok man wüsste das dort Raten sind .Dieses Restaurant sieht mich nie mehr wieder.

Wir wollten eigentlich in Horst im Lokal was essen. Leider alles ausgebucht. Kurz bei Google geguckt, Dorfkrug 4,6 Sterne, klingt gut. Wir also geparkt. Vor dem Lokal standen einen Handvoll Autos. Die Gäste hatten alle draußen Platz genommen. Speisen konnten wir noch keine sehen, nur Getränke. Drinnen freie Platzwahl. Getränke und essen kam zügig. Kleines Problem, die Kroketten sind innen noch gefroren. Wir sollten neue bekommen. Die gefrorenen lagen also immer noch auf dem Teller. Wir hatten ansonsten Schnitzel ala Jäger. Sosse kam aus dem Metro Fertig Regal. Back kartoffel mir Sour Creme kommt vermutlich aus demselben Geschäft. Schithel bin ich mir nicht zu hundert Prozent sicher ob fertig Produkt oder nicht. Die viereckige Form sah auf jedenfall verdächtig aus. Dazi gab es einen Salat mit Dressing, natürlich auch fertig Produkt. Da war ja noch was mit den Kroketten. Diese kamen jetzt heiss an den Tisch nachdem wir fast fertig waren. Das Lokal ist wirklich schön urig. Aber mit kochen hat das ganze dort wenig zu tun. Wir sind satt geworden, was die Hauptsache war. Allerdings kommen wir auch nicht wieder.

Wir sind heute Abend dort essen gewesen.Ich hatte ein Holsteiner Schnitzel. Super lecker. Nettes Personal. Kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr leckeres hochwertiges Essen. Nette Bedienung und gemütliches Ambiente.

Essen war OK aber nicht für den Preis ... Beim spagel lagen viel zu wenig Stangen drauf dafür war aber der Preis sehr viel ...

Leider sehr harte Fleisch.Muss noch zu Hause 1 Stunde kochen.

Das Angebot an Speisen und Getränke ist abwechslungsreich und vielseitig. Die Portionen sind sehr reichhaltig. Das Essen wird optisch perfekt angerichtet und schmeckt sehr gut. Das gesamte Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis stimmt perfekt, für faire Preise wird viel geboten. Das Ambiente ist angenehm, das Personal sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Alles in allem, ein Restaurant das zum Wiederkommen einlädt. Ich kann es mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen. 👍

Ein tolles verstecktes Restaurant in Elmshorn. Ich hatte Lachsfilet und das war sehr lecker,alle anderen hatten bürger und Pommes die waren auch sehr lecker und reichlich.

Super leckeres Essen, wir waren schon öfters dort, das Essen besser geht nicht und der Service sehr zuvorkommend ,immer nett und freundlich, man wird empfangen als wäre man ein Familienmitglied ,weiter so..

Letztes Jahr sind wir durch einen Zufall auf das Restaurant aufmerksam geworden. Seitdem waren wir schon mehrfach hier. Es schmeckt sehr gut, Wünsch werden berücksichtigt und wir werden immer mit einem Lächeln begrüßt. Wir kommen immer wieder gerne zum Essen hier her.

Wir sind mit dem Essen immer zufrieden

Ich hatte telefonisch einen Tisch für 9 Personen Reserviert, einen Tag vorher wollte ich die Anzahl der Personen telefonisch auf 10 erhöhen. Da wurde mir dann mitgeteilt das angeblich gar kein Tisch reserviert sei... Ich wollte dann nun reservieren. Kommentar vom Inhaber ,das ginge zu der gewünschten Uhrzeit nun nicht....keine Entschuldigung, gar nix. Gibt ja zum Glück noch andere gute Restaurants Elmshorn!!!

Wir waren am ersten Weihnachtsfeiertag zu Gast im Dorfkrug. Durch die vielen Positiven Bewertungen haben wir uns sehr auf den Besuch gefreut. Wir waren mit sieben Personen angemeldet und haben uns auf die Vorspeise und den Hauptgang gefreut. Nach einer Stunde Wartezeit haben wir unsere Suppen storniert und wurden darauf hingewiesen, dass diese ja gleich kommen würden und schon angerichtet sind. Nach 10 Minuten haben wir sie dann bekommen. Die Tomatensuppe hatte eine Fettschicht und keine Einlage. Weder Klöße, Tomaten oder Croutons. Die Rinderkraftsuppe war wie Wasser, mit harten Gemüse und einem Steak reingeschnitten. Die Servicekraft war total überfordert und tat uns sehr leid. Sie war alleine, hat das Essen serviert, Essen und Getränke aufgenommen und abgeräumt. Nach weiteren 25 min warten haben wir dann unsere Getränke bezahlt und haben ohne was zu essen das Restaurant verlassen.

Es hat mir gut gefallen, alle sehr freundlich dort, gute Stimmung und das Essen war absolut lecker. Kann das Restaurant empfehlen und war bestimmt nicht zum letzten Mal dort.

We went to the restaurant with the whole family and were absolutely thrilled! I had a rib-eye steak – perfectly cooked, super tender and juicy, simply delicious. The turkey strips were also excellent – ​​creamy, flavorful, and truly delicious. The service was friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere was cozy and inviting. We felt very comfortable and will definitely be back. Highly recommended!

A great restaurant, from currywurst to rump steak, everything is delicious, with generous portions and a good price.

We've become regulars here now. Whether it's a spontaneous evening in the beer garden or a delicious meal with friends, we always feel warmly welcomed, the service is friendly and attentive, and the food is highly recommended. We'll be happy to come back, whether outside in the beer garden or in the restaurant.

Incredibly friendly service and super delicious food! My father says they were the best fried potatoes he's ever eaten. We highly recommend the plaice and the burgers!

Cozy restaurant, fast and friendly service. The food was very tasty, but the portions were a bit too small for our taste for the price. We came with five people, two of whom were men, and they could have eaten a bit more. I've heard this from a colleague before. Maybe a suggestion. My roast beef was tasty, but it was four thin slices with fried potatoes placed one on top of the other, flat. I think that's a shame.

Great quality, delicious food, and excellent service. We come several times a month and are always very satisfied. Parking is available on-site, and the restaurant is largely wheelchair accessible.

Super chic ambiance - very cozy :) The food was delicious and quite plentiful. We received quick and friendly service - and didn't have to wait long for the food. The excellent hollandaise sauce and bruschetta were simply divine :D Unfortunately, I didn't take any photos - it looked too delicious ^^ Highly recommended! With three adults, we only paid €120 for everything, including the starter and dessert!

We were there spontaneously yesterday. It was very good. I had the fish platter with 3 different fish fillets and 2 large shrimps, fried potatoes and a mixed salad. I was really excited. EVERYTHING was absolutely delicious and freshly prepared. My children had the Jägerschnitzel and they also loved it. We live a little further away, but we would love to go there again just for this delicious meal. Thank you for the delicious food. Maren Werdt

Food was very tasty 😋 (schnitzel Viennese style) and plentiful. Very nice service. The only small point of criticism at the moment is that there are no alcoholic drinks, neither beer, wine, etc. But that's why there's no deduction.

Great restaurant with excellent value for money! The breaded schnitzel with cream sauce was particularly delicious – nice and crispy. Even in a larger group, we were served at the same time and with hot food, which was a real plus. The drinks were delicious, and the cocktails were served with great attention to detail. Overall, a very successful visit – we'd love to come back!

We were a bit skeptical at first because the first impression wasn't particularly good - the restaurant was more reminiscent of an old, outdated bowling alley. But our opinion quickly changed! The service was extremely friendly and tried very hard, which we immediately noticed positively. The selection of German specialties was also impressive and really tasty. Particularly noteworthy are the affordable prices, which round off the overall picture. We were very pleased with how positive our impression changed over the course of the visit and we look forward to coming back more often. We will definitely recommend the restaurant to our friends and acquaintances!

Then we were at your place for Christmas with the family. Firstly, we were pushed into the back room, which we didn't think was right because there was still space in the front. Then you had a different menu than usual, where the prices simply increased by several euros and the portions also became smaller, which in my opinion was not appropriate for the high price, and the quality of the food was also worse than usual. Now we were with you again recently and everything was back to the same prices as before and portion sizes as always, why do you do that? Went there for the third time and had a great meal again. Full duck was great!!! Even though it was full later, it wasn't loud. Service very attentive and nice. We would love to come back...

On Christmas Day we went to the Dorfkrug to eat goose as well as 2 dishes from the menu and children's dishes. We were 6 adults and 2 children. I was more than pleasantly surprised at how much we all enjoyed the food. The operation and service were very attentive and polite/friendly. The children were allowed to choose a few snacks and were treated very nicely by the staff. The large parking lot is also a good argument for non-residents to take a seat without stress. When it comes to home-style cooking, it is by far the best restaurant in Elmshorn. We would love to come back and try the lunch menu if it is offered.

The Dorfkrug serves very tasty home-style cooking and a choice of steak, schnitzels and salads. Every month there are seasonal offers that are incredibly delicious. We have eaten there 4 times and now prefer to go there. It's great that there is such a good restaurant in Elmshorn.

As part of my further training, I often went there to eat. I can highly recommend that you can also visit with a dog. My dogs felt very comfortable, as did I.

We just ate the ribeye steak, the food was absolutely great, especially hard to beat in terms of value for money. If you want to eat good, affordable steak again, you've come to the right place. The menu includes steak, burgers, schnitzel, vegetable stir-fry etc. There is enough choice for everyone to get their money's worth here. We will come again

Dorfkrug in Elmshorn Classic German cuisine including burgers, tarte flambée and pasta. As is often the case, a lack of staff is the scourge of the catering industry :-( But nice location indoors or outside sitting is pleasant. Good types of beer and a boss who is clearly trying to satisfy his guests! I only drank one beer!

The food was unspectacular, an ideal standard grill plate. The price-performance ratio is okay. The ambience is more appealing inside. The terrace is shaded. There are parking spaces directly in front of the restaurant. It was good, but not great. The service is attentive and friendly.

There was a lack of staff on the first visit, which is why I'm only rating now because I wanted to give the innkeeper a reasonable rating. We have already tried a few dishes here and have been very satisfied every time. Price/performance is great here. The service is top and, above all, quick. The service was very friendly and accommodating. The ambience is nice. But the food, and that's what it's all about, was very boring. Everything tasted like convenience and/or frozen food... the meat was OK, but not a highlight either. But the prices are pretty steep. It's a shame, but we certainly won't go there again...

First the not so good. We complained about the drinks because they weren't carbonated. Unfortunately this has been forgotten. There is 1 star less for this. Instead of the baked potato we ordered, there was fried potato. However, this was immediately remedied. The waitresses were very nice. But we had our hands full. There was still a closed society in the rooms at the back. A few more hands would have been helpful. The food itself was fantastic and I would recommend it to anyone. It was really very tasty. I had the fish plate and my husband had the sour meat.
