Hervorragender Service und fantastisches Essen!

Das dickste Danke des Abends geht an‘s CarLo615. Wir haben am 19.06.2026 unseren Hochzeitsabend im Restaurant verbracht und es für unsere 70 Gäste komplett gebucht. Es gab ein mega Buffet inkl. Livecooking draußen am Grill. An diesem Tag war es sehr heiß, wodurch sich die Feier eher nach draußen in den Außenbereich verlagert hat…aber auch hier wurden unsere Gäste und wir jederzeit bestens und auf höchstem Niveau versorgt. Lieber Carsten: Danke für diesen unfassbar genialen Abend. Das war Weltklasse und unsere Gäste waren mindestens genauso begeistert wie wir. Du hast da wirklich fantastische Mannschaft zusammengestellt. Wir können euch nur wärmstens empfehlen.

Unvergesslicher Service! Auch die veganen Empfehlungen haben für sich gesprochen - wir kommen gerne immer wieder. Klare Empfehlung ist die Blaubeer-BBQ Dip. Aufenthalt ist ein wahrer Genuss!

Aaaahhh! Die Fischsuppe! ⚒️ Tolles Essen, tolle Menschen, tolles Ambiente, tolle Lage direkt am Wasser, tolle Weine! Was will man mehr!

Wir waren in einer Gruppe von 10 Personen und haben dementsprechend vorher einen Tisch reserviert. Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Von den Getränken bis zu den Gerichten ist alles mit viel Liebe angerichtet. Hier schmeckt es nicht nur hervorragend auch das Auge isst mit. Ich habe der Rezension lediglich die Bilder der Hauptgerichte hinzugefügt. Es gab außerdem noch Antipasti und Suppen als Vorspeise. Am gleichen Abend gab es noch eine Reservierung von einer Großen Gruppe (um die 30 Personen). Nach deren Eintreffen wurde es erheblich lauter. Da alle Tische des Innenbereichs in einem Raum liegen ist es nicht möglich den Lautstärkepegel niedrig zu halten, insbesondere mit einem gebuchten Akkordeonspieler.

Ein traumhafter Abend mit einem super Chef am Grill!!

Spontaner Besuch bei Casi, haben wir sehr lecker gegessen. Der Service war super und wir saßen gemütlich auf der Terrasse. Ein kleines Pläuschen mit dem Chef Koch, durfte nicht fehlen. Wir haben uns mega wohl gefühlt. Herzlichen Dank !!!!!! Wir kommen wieder, liebe Grüße Kati und Seppi

Ein fantastischer Abend! Die Qualität des Essens hat uns wirklich umgehauen, man schmeckt die Liebe zum Detail. Dazu kommt ein unglaublich aufmerksamer und sympathischer Service, der den Aufenthalt perfekt abgerundet hat. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist einfach top. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen sehr gerne wieder! :)

Wir haben heute das erste Mal dort einfach einen kleinen Eisbecher bestellt. Der ein, für die Größe von Kugeln einfach Wucher war. 3,50 für eine Kugel die die fast verlaufen war eine Häubchen Sahne was von der Größe auf eine Kaffeelöffel gepasst hätte und die Reste von Erdbeeren ,was auf alle Fälle den Preis nicht rechtfertigt. Das Personal war freundlich. Die Toilette war sauber. Für Eis nicht zu empfehlen.

Schade, dass das mit dem Hochzeitscatering nicht klappt. Nach nun 4 E-Mails, wo man drum bittet nur eine Kleinigkeit zu klären, kam immer noch nichts. Telefonate werden nicht angenommen und anzutreffen vor Ort, wird auch schwierig. Bitte verbessert eure Erreichbarkeit im Büro.

Super aufmerksamer Service, all unsere Wünsche wurden erfüllt, unsere Gläser waren immer voll. Das Essen ist immer eine Geschmacksexplosion und auf sehr hohem Niveau. Ich hatte gestern gebratene Teigtaschen mit einer Wahnsinnssalatkreation, jeder Biss schmeckte nach einer anderen Zutat, absolut gelungen!!! Seit Jahren immer wieder ein Highlight!!!

Also generell ist das Essen und der Service sehr gehoben. Wir sind zu siebt an meinem Geburtstag gekommen und der Laden war komplett voll. Die Kellner geben dazu sehr gut Auskunft und es wurde uns klargemacht, dass das Essen bei 3 Köchen dauert. Trotzdem haben wir uns gut aufgehoben gefühlt und einen Schönen Abend gehabt. Im Schnitt waren 5/7 Leute mit ihrem Essen komplett zufrieden. Die übrigen 2 nur fast. Da würde ich raten bei dem Essen schon eher extravagante Optionen zu wählen, weil die scheinen das Qualitätsessen des Restaurants zu sein. Empfehlung meinerseits geht raus.

Ich war heute zum ersten Mal im Carlo und war vollends überrascht .... eine angenehme Atmosphäre empfängt dich, super freundliche Bedienung ( nicht aufgesetzte Freundlichkeit, sondern echt) und dann das Essen .... bin so begeistert - (Geschmack, Optik und Preis - fast unschlagbar ) komme sicherlich beim nächsten Rostock- Besuch wieder DANKE

Du suchst nach einem Ort: - mit köstlichem Essen? - mit toller Aussicht auf den Stadthafen? - an dem auch Kinder und Hunde Willkommen sind? - an dem es auch für Hunde eine Schüssel Wasser gibt? - an dem Du drin oder draußen herzlich begrüßt und bedient wirst? - mit herzlicher, warmherziger und aufmerksamer Bedienung? - … Dann bist Du hier richtig. Wir kamen spontan heut hier und wurden herzlich willkommen geheißen. Auf unsere Frage, ob unsere HundeDame mit hinein darf, wurde mit einem strahlenden Lächeln und „Ja, sehr gern“ beantwortet. Wir fühlten uns sehr direkt sehr wohl. Das Aquarium war Anziehungspunkt und zog uns immer wieder magisch an. Das Essen wird frisch gezaubert und auch auf Sonderwünsche wird eingegangen. Es gibt nichts Negatives zu berichten. Die Speisen waren vorzüglich und das Ambiente lädt zum längeren Verweilen ein. Komm rein, und genieß hier eine wundervolle Zeit. Lass dir die Speisen und regionalen Getränke munden und schaffe hier unvergessliche Erinnerungen für dich und deine Lieben. Wir kommen sehr sehr gern wieder und freuen uns schon jetzt auf unseren nächsten Besuch.

Spontan auf einen Mittwoch früheren Nachmittag nach Jahren Mal wieder rein geschneit. Es war sehr ruhig aber das Personal mega lieb sehr zuvorkommend das Essen so lecker wie ich es in Erinnerung hatte und Tommy war so entspannt bei euch das er nach dem Verdauungsspaziergang direkt wieder bei euch rein wollte 🤣🫣 also auch mit Hund ist man hier willkommen

Der Kellner war einfach der Wahnsinn! Extrem kompetent, super freundlich. Man fühlt sich sofort gut aufgehoben und bestens beraten. Auch das Essen war sehr gut .wir waren zwar nur für eine Nachspeise und einen Drink da, aber selbst das hat vollkommen überzeugt. Besonders der Portwein war hervorragend und hat den Besuch perfekt abgerundet. So einen Service und diese Qualität erlebt man wirklich selten absolut empfehlenswert!

Bemerkenswert freundliches Personal! Das Essen war insgesamt sehr lecker. Einziges Manko, dass für meinen Geschmack irgendeine Zutat (Chicorée?) unter der Triangoli Pasta unangenehm bitter schmeckte. Vielleicht soll es so schmecken und es war einfach nicht Meins, wer weiß. Für uns ein großer Pluspunkt: Hunde sind willkommen 🐶😊

Mitten in der Woche ist es hier am Abend etwas ruhiger und wir brauchten keine Reservierung. Das Ambiente wurde noch vom vergangenen Weihnachten geprägt und schaffte eine heimelige Atmosphäre. Der Service ist schnell auch wenn er gerade angelernt schien. Die Speisekarte wurde umgestellt und so hatten wir eine vorübergehend kleinere Auswahl, die aber absolut ausreichend war. Die Fischspezialitäten sind hier natürlich ein Muss.

Das Essen war hervorragend – man merkt die Liebe zum Detail und die Frische der Zutaten. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der aufmerksame und herzliche Service, der den Besuch perfekt abgerundet hat. Ein Besuch im Carlo615 ist sehr zu empfehlen. Das Restaurant bietet eine tolle Atmosphäre. Die Bestuhlung ist großzügig sodass man genügend Platz hat. Wir hatten unsere Weihnachtsfeier im Carlo615 und es war einfach großartig. Ambiente top, das Essen unschlagbar lecker, Getränke und Cocktails ansprechend serviert und absolut schmackhaft. Und auch ein großes Lob an das Team,die den Abend besonders toll gemacht haben mit ihrer Freundlichkeit und ihrer Aufmerksamkeit. Oh es riecht gut , oh es schmeckt fein …, so konnten wir uns am letzten Wochenende kulinarisch verwöhnen lassen und uns mit allerlei Köstlichkeiten auf die Weihnachtszeit einstimmen. Eine wunderschön gedeckte Tafel und sehr aufmerksame Mitarbeiter empfingen uns aufs herzlichste und liessen den Abend über keine Wünsche offen. Ordered a medium-rare steak, got a well-done steak. It won't work! If the kitchen can't handle the different cooking levels, it's better not to put steaks on the menu. Praise to the front desk staff for their professional response. Otherwise: very good service and ambiance. Visited in August 2025.

We visited carlo615 in Rostock and were absolutely thrilled! You feel welcome from the moment you enter – even my dog ​​was warmly welcomed, which isn't something to be taken for granted. 🐾 The service is outstanding: attentive, friendly, and yet pleasantly unobtrusive. When you eat, you immediately notice that the food is cooked with love. Not only is the taste perfect, but it's also beautifully and creatively presented – every dish is an experience! My wife and I took a day trip to Rostock today and stopped by the harbor. The food was delicious and freshly prepared. I had a dry-aged burger with Camembert and fresh potato wedges, and my wife had Maultaschen (ravioli) with arugula and Parmesan cheese. The service was very friendly and made us feel very welcome. I highly recommend eating there. The location is right on the harbor.

The food was delicious, especially the fish soup. But for some reason, they charged me a different dish on the bill, even though I ordered the fish soup for 14.50 euros. The waitress apologized profusely, but no one refunded my money. Then they brought me crème brûlée as an apology.

Simply everything is top-notch. Quality at every level. Absolutely recommended.

Dear Carlo Team, We visited you yesterday with a large group, and I just wanted to say how thrilled we were. Two waiters accompanied us throughout the evening—they also happened to be twins—and I've rarely experienced such outstanding service. From their friendliness and attentiveness to their excellent product knowledge and excellent advice on dishes and matching drinks: simply top-notch! A very special compliment goes to the twin brothers who run this restaurant with so much passion, skill, and warmth. We were surprised today by very friendly, attentive service; the twin brothers, in particular, were courteous, attentive, but by no means intrusive. Thank you very much for that. The food was fantastic; we had the venison burger, which stood out with its special interpretation of Camembert and pear, as well as blueberry barbecue sauce. The fries were served with a truffle garlic sauce, very harmonious and delicious. The Labskaus was also a special delicacy: beef in mashed potatoes, two herring fillets, a fried egg, fresh beetroot slices, and, of course, pickles. A poem!!

The service deserves more than 5 stars. The twin boys are especially cool. The food was excellent, as was the ambiance. Reasonably priced. Highly recommended. Unfortunately, I forgot to take a photo.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at this wonderful restaurant, and it truly exceeded all my expectations. The food was absolutely delicious, with a particularly impressive variety of fish dishes to choose from – every plate we tried was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. One of the highlights was the Hummersauce sauce – rich, perfectly balanced, and incredibly tasty. It added a special touch to the meal and left a lasting impression. The interior is incredibly cozy, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere that makes you want to stay for hours. The service was truly outstanding – attentive, professional, and friendly without being intrusive. A special thank you to our servers, Anna and Michael, who made our experience unforgettable. Mediocre food at an expensive price. The customer wasn't able to inform us of the private insolvency, so vouchers are no longer valid.

There was a piece of unseasoned fish with a "bag of salad" from the supermarket. At least, that's what it looked and tasted like :( €31.50. A waste of money. Although we repeatedly pointed out our gluten intolerance, the salad was served with a gluten-containing baguette. The bread basket that preceded it was left out at our table. Very disappointing.

A good place to eat a meal. Through the window we have a view of the marine. The food was fresh, tasty, and sufficient portions. The desserts are excellent, especially the chocolate mousse with a scoop of ice cream. Only drinks too cold for...winter. I mean, mine came with ice cubes. Perfect but in summer. Casual atmosphere. Atmospheric music, not too loud. The room is large enough so that you don't have to look into your plate. Decor, a matter of taste. Of course, marine elements dominate. Very nice service, the lady was genuinely interested in our opinion about the food. Since alcohol is displayed at the bar, it is probably not a place for children. Besides, there is no room for little ones. I recommend it, although the prices are quite high. There is parking. In summer, the garden.

I would like to thank CARLO615 for many years of good to very good food. Never a disappointment. TOP. And then the service - almost always excellent, often very friendly and accommodating. It's hard not to like something about this restaurant...the wine list is a little weak from time to time...complaints on a high level. On average the best most realistic restaurant in Rostock. Much better than the rest on the waterfront towards Borwin & Co. Parking used to be better - but the underground parking garage is right on site - a 2 minute walk. GO THERE....have fun & greetings

We were in this great restaurant last Friday evening and had a little something to eat and drink. We felt very comfortable and were very impressed by the super friendly and quick service. Everything tasted great. We'll be happy to come back hungrier on our next visit to Rostock! LG and thank you again!

I was there today with a friend. We received a very friendly welcome and thanks to a great recommendation we had a delicious meal. It was beautifully prepared. Everything was just right. It's not the last time I've been there. The concept is coherent and the outlook is awesome. Big praise

My experiences? I was here with friends for the first time. Admittedly, hold back first and see what kind of atmosphere it is. But as soon as you enter, you get a pleasant feeling of hospitality. It was a Monday evening and the dining room was therefore only slightly full. But right from the start the service was great and quick and we were able to quickly decide what we wanted. Or not. So...The service was great, the food was delicious and that's why it was a nice evening. The toilets are clean and well maintained. Children are welcome and wheelchair access is also available. Definitely...we'll be back.

Wir waren enttäuscht. Das Carlos war immer unser Lieblingslokal. Sehr gutes Essen, toller Service und moderate Preise. Außer der gute Service, der war sehr gut, stimmte fast gar nichts mehr....das Essen war kalt, das Schnitzel und der Fisch waren zu lange in der Pfanne und auch die Salate als Beilage, nicht frisch.... Schade 😞 Es wäre sehr traurig, wenn Rostock eine seiner besten Lokale verliert.

Sehr gehobenes Restaurant mit exzellentem Ambiente und sehr diskretem und freundlichem Fachpersonal. Speisen und Getränke lassen nichts zu wünschen übrig. Entspricht einem Sterne Restaurant, Gourmet Speisen mit Verwöhngefühl. 70 Gäste aus verschiedenen Bundesländern, zum 70.Geburtstag am 02.11.2024 hatten diese Meinung einstimmig. Es gibt hier nichts zu bemängeln und ist für die Stadt Rostock ein Juwel. Wir bedanken uns herzlich bei dem freundlichen Personal und insbesondere beim Chefkoch und Inhaber Carsten Loll. Carlos Chefsalat mit Hähnchenbrustfilet war etwas ungewöhnlich . Das Hähnchenbrustfilet war leider nicht ausgelöst und das gebratene Gemüse als Beilage im Salat war eiskalt. Auf Nachfrage beim Kellner hinsichtlich dieser Tatsachen wurde mir wie folgt geantwortet. "Das frage ich gleich in der Küche mal nach. Es könnte sein, dass das gebratene Gemüse hier als Antipasti bei Ihnen angekommen ist. Ich informiere sie über meine Recherche. Nice service, unfortunately the price didn't match the service provided. Defrosted potato gratin that was still frozen in the middle is not acceptable for a meal costing €40. the food was remade. On the second attempt, the bacon coating on the beans was unfortunately very flabby. the meat was very good to the point. All in all... nice, but not for the price.

Nice restaurant, very friendly staff, very tasty food and drinks.

We commissioned the CarLo615 restaurant to do all the catering for our wedding (65 people). During the discussions, planning and preparations, our wishes were always taken into account and implemented. From the small canapės (at the champagne reception), the coffee and cake buffet, to the dinner and the midnight snack, one culinary highlight followed the next and everything was perfectly prepared and presented. There was also plenty of choice for our vegan and vegetarian guests. As with the food, there were always enough drinks of all kinds available so that no throat remained dry. The staff was great. Always polite, attentive, quick and always helpful. You can't complain about the delivery or the equipment either. Even small and short-term requests were responded to unproblematically, quickly and flexibly to our complete satisfaction. Conclusion: Catering is an important cornerstone and main component of every celebration and contributes significantly to the success of every event. In summary, we can only thank the entire CarLo615 team for the perfect implementation on this day.

Das Preis Leistungsverhältnis stimmt nicht. Suppe war sehr gut. Bedienung freundlich aber hektisch. Hauptgericht Risotto war sehr schlecht. Qualität der Pilze schlecht. Das Carlos war früher besser. Der Preis dagegen für eine Person über 50,00€ extrem hoch. Eine Entschuldigung für das schlechte Essen gab es nicht.

The food has always been delicious - the service is always really great.

The starter was promising, but the main course didn't live up to it. The fish platter was extremely bland in taste. Price performance not given. The staff could just be described as friendly but were extremely shabbily dressed. No need to repeat.

It was our first time here and we will definitely come back. It's a taste experience. The menu is manageable, but that's a positive thing because the quality is great. Everyone will find something here, whether fish or meat. We agreed it had been a long time since we were so happy. Many thanks also to the attentive service...we were here again and everything is always excellent

We felt very comfortable thanks to the courteous service. We hoped for more from the food, which wasn't exactly cheap. Some of it was barely seasoned. On the appetizer platter there was Black Forest or something like that instead of Serrano ham. The Creme Brulet was excellent🥰
