Food came after 2.5 hours. When I called after 1.5 hours, they said the driver was on the way. After that, when we called again, no one answered the phone. Food was quite ok. However, special requests were not received.

We waited 3 hours for our cold food. Unfortunately, it wasn't possible to have a proper conversation with either the lady on the phone or the delivery person.

Very disgusting food , they didnt know diference between pokora and bhaji . We did take away and it was raw inside and stinked as rotten. Shameful indian cuisine that i ever tried !!!

During our Koeln/ Cologne Visit - we stopped by Frittenwerk for some Sausages and Fries. I went for the Currywurst - but it was too much topping. The traditional Currywurst has a lot of sauce, no fried onions. This Frittenwerk was located in the Hauptbahnhof / Central Train station and we've stopped by there for a quick dinner since our Hotel was near by. Seating is available that's dedicated to the restaurant. Food comes out quick though.

Very good and cozy restaurant that makes you feel good. Whether sauce, pastries or meat, everything is very good and tender👍.

We had lunch and dinner (both buffets) here when we visited Cologne as part of our organised tour. Food was amazing, and the place is just a few mins by walk from the cathedral. Loved the fruit custard, dal makhni, and malai kofta. Would highly recommend if you are looking for Indian food in Cologne.

Food was good. Limited options. But the serving quantity was relatively very small for the price. In that sense, its expensive.

Butter Chicken was really tasty! Unfortunately, Salty Lassi is a bit bland. But bread is too expensive. 1 Tandori Rooti for 2.60 is already crisp... But generally speaking, I'd be happy again!

Very centrally located. Unfortunately, the ambience is kept very neutral. A wide selection of dishes. I'm not sure if the dishes may have been adapted to European tastes. Otherwise good price-performance ratio.

I am actually pretty thankful for this restaurant for opening during Cologne Carnival 2024. My lamb is pretty good but my husband's curry chicken is ok, he didn't like it. All the lassi are pretty good. I saw people coming for using toilet, it's 1 euro/person/time. It's really great for a crazy day like this you can get a clean toilet. I also see people come in to buy beers. This restaurant becomes our convenience store during carnivals.

😀😀😀 yummy😀😀😀 I came here in 2024 when I was in Cologne for the carnival. I looked for an Indian guesthouse on Google and since it wasn't too far from the route I went there. I had a lunch menu that was served with soup and rice and I have to write that I was satisfied. The service is good and the kitchen is quick. And what I love spicy foods are also spicy. Yes, big praise and thanks.❤️

Some of the best Indian food in cologne absolutely. When my husband visited from America i brought him here for our last date because it's such a memorable meal no matter what you get. I've gotten lunch usually and never been disappointed. Also a nice spot with friends.

So disappointed! What a waste?! I ordered the mutton Kurma & Thikka Masala, with a butter Naan. I’ve got to say the both main dishes were so bad, so disappointing! didn’t taste as it should taste! The cook seemed had forgotten all the spices at home!! The one who decides for an Indian meal is awaiting to have the exact thing and not some other stuff! The Naan was so small, the mango Lassi was the only thing that I could drink so I could forget the bad taste of the meat and the chicken in the curries! I tried even the chicken from my partner’s meal, it stunk! Never again!

Except cheese naan nothing is good. Biryani taste like tomato rice. All the veg and non veg gravies taste same. Food price is also very high. Not worth for money. Not recommended for Indian food lovers.

A good Indian Restaurant in Cologne. We received a complementary herbal soup before the food. The Chai we ordered had a big portion and one Chai was enough to fill 2 tea cups easily. This was my first experience of Chai and it was very delicious. Food was good and the service was also good. One Portion was easily enough for 1 person. Affordable and a good experience.

Das Essen war echt gut. Das hat sehr gut zu meiner Vorstellung gepasst, was ich mir unter indischer Küche vorstelle. Der Service war aufmerksam und unaufdringlich. Man hat das Gefühl willkommen zu sein. Die Preise halten sich völlig im Rahmen und sind absolut angemessen. Was ein bisschen gefehlt hat, war indischer Charme beim Ambiente. Das wirkt sehr kühl und nicht typisch indisch. Das Restaurant wirkt ziemlich nackt und uneingerichtet.

Meine Frau und ich wollten dem Trubel von köln entfliehen da unser Sohn im Kinderwagen gerade eingeschlafen ist da hat es uns in die seitenstraße gezogen. Von außen ist es unscheinbar innen aber einladend indisch :) Der Kellner macht einen Klasse Job und frägt immer nach dem rechten leider verstehe ich nicht warum nicht mehr los war denn als wir rein kamen saßen lediglich 4 Personen an einem anderen Tisch sonst war das Lokal leider leer. Jetzt zu diesem Gaumenschmaus an essen, ich finde keine Worte was diese Geschmacksexplosion im Mund auslöst. If you’re an Indian you will probably not like this place, food was below average. I ordered madras murgh and it tasted like tomato sauce. Wouldn’t really recommend if you’re looking for spicy and tasty Indian food.

Restaurant had a bad smell the kitchen is dirty and the food is disaster. The paneer tikka was uncooked you can literally taste the raw tomatoes and spices.

Eten was wel lekker even snel een middag maaltijd gedaan. Portie was niet heel groot maar genoeg. Dames toilet kon wel schoonmaak beurt gebruiken

Visting to Germany , One of wrost indian food experience ever .i ordered the lamb baryani and dall on side . l@mb baryani taste like uncook curry sauce just mixed into rice. Dall was much batter then baryani .... .. Restaurants staff thinking just to Curry Sauce round it in pan and it becomes food . ... People spend money so that they get good food but unfortunately we don't understand

Sehr sehr schlechte Qualität… Wir haben Biriani und Sweet Lacchi bestellt, das Biriani war total schmeck los kein Salz sondern Hähnchen war rau also es sieht weiß 🤮 und Sweet Lacchi hat kein Zucker, es schmeckt saur … wir haben noch nie diese schlechte Essen gegessen… nicht empfehlenswert leider

I ordered a Chicken Madras and what I received was a tasteless plate of colored sauce with raw pieces of ginger in it. I think the waiter cooked it. The restaurant was not busy. Edit: I have just received an email from Google to remove this comment. I do not give bad comments unless they are justified. This one was justified. I enjoy Indian food and cook it regularly. I was in Germany with a colleague 2 years ago on a business trip and wanted an Indian. Two of us walked into Rangoli and ordered 2 Chicken Madras. The two dishes came out and looked really nice. I tasted it and could taste nothing. I tried another mouthful, still nothing. A madras is supposed to be tasty and spicy. I called the waiter and explained to him that I could taste nothing from the dish. He took it off me went into the kitchen which was over to my right and he rattled around for a few minutes and came back out and said he "spiced it up a bit". So i tried it and I bit into a lump of raw ginger. It was the worst Indian that i have ever eaten in. I said to my colleague "eat up and lets forget that this ever happened". So to sum this up I still think that the waiter cooked my food that day, I still think that the madras was tasteless.

Von vier Gerichten, war nur 1 richtig. Das was scharf sein sollte, war total mild und das was mild sein sollte war sehr scharf. Ich weiß nicht was der Koch sich dabei gedacht hat.

Food quality was awful! Very amateur cooking. We had ordered veg and non veg curries and starters, all were too salty. On top of it, the menu is too expensive. Completely avoidable as it is a spoiler for Indian food lovers.

Fantastisches Essen! Einfach lecker, gut gewürzt, gute Portionen und nett angerichtet. Auch das Personal ist freundlich. Allerdings ein ganz großes Minus: Die Toiletten. Der Sauberkeits- und Hygienezustand ist schlecht, vor allem bei den Damen.

As an Indian, not only we are on the lookout for restaurants that serve authentic good Indian food, we also keep a list of restaurants that are “never to go again”. Rangoli tops the other list. Chicken tikka masala was sweet weird tasting gravy, as if the curry was not cooked well. Bhindi masala was too salty. Naan was average. Dal was okayish. Chicken Biryani was one of the worst I have ever had in Cologne. In short, never to try again.

Freundlicher Empfang, netter Service, Kurze Wartezeit auf die Bestellung, in der Zwischenzeit bekam man eine kleine Vorspeise. Essen war lecker

Food was pathetic. Paneer tikka was like thick tomato soup. Matar paneer was also bad. Rice was hard. Can’t recommend !

Bestelltes und abgeholtes Essen schmeckt wie in der Mikrowelle wieder warm gemacht. Vor Ort vor einem Jahr war es noch okay, jetzt nicht mehr zu empfehlen.

Wir waren heute da. Ich hab das erste Mal indisch gegessen und ich bin sehr begeistert. Das Gericht war reichlich und sehr lecker.

Ein großes Lokal mit freundlichen Service! Das Essen ist lecker und wird sehr schnell - auch wenn das Restaurant voll ist-gebracht! Das Lokal Ist ein bisschen schlicht eingerichtet; wir waren im Winter und es war trotz Elektroofen kalt und etwas zugig im Lokal. Kostenlos gab es Pappad mit verschiedenen Soßen.

Haben an einem Adventsonntag bestellt und die Lieferzeit war ganz normal! Es war super super lecker, Fleisch war sehr zart und die Soßen sehr geschmacksvoll! Die Preise finde ich sehr günstig für die Portion :)

Das Essen schmeckt dort immer gut, nach der heutigen Aktion sind wir aber keine Kunden mehr. Leider war der mangolassi schlecht, der joghurt hat schon geflockt. Abgerechnet wurde es trotzdem. Der 2:1 schlemmerblock Gutschein kann weder an Feiertagen noch abends eingelöst werden- dann macht doch da einfach nicht mit.

Habe dort schon öfter bestellt. Meines Erachtens der beste Inder im Bereich Kölner Westen.
