Raja Rani Fine Indian Cusine in Nürnberg

Delivery time is underground. We've been waiting for over an hour and on the phone we're told "it's already on its way", nothing more. Anyone who tips in advance via ordering hotlines, like me, is an idiot. Do not offer delivery if you cannot meet the delivery times as stated!

This restaurant is run by nice people who make amazing food. I highly recommend the channa masala with extra green chilies!

I've been waiting for the food for 2 hours, even though it was said to take 20 minutes for delivery. Was my first order. I called. Apparently the delivery driver left, 10 minutes left. That was already 20 minutes ago. I'm not hungry anymore. Never again. 50 euros for 2 people. Stupid mistake And I'm still waiting... 140 minutes now After calling 3 times, the food came. It's ok, but I would never order again. I don't accept the excuse that it's Sunday. Then the delivery times must be displayed and adjusted. I'm usually very patient, but today was just not right!

To start with, I believe all reviews are cooked up as I have never tasted such a pathetic food ever in Germany or in India. I went by reviews and ordered food for invited guests and had a terrible experience. -Dals were stale and having sugar in it. -Paneer dish was having sugar in it. -No way to identify roti, paratha or naan as they were all same and chewy - made from pizza base.

It was soooo delicious, much better seasoned than other Indian restaurants in nbg. It tastes really authentic and not like it has been adapted to the German/European palate. Another plus point is that it is halal, which we have far too few restaurants in Nuremberg. We also received a mango lassi as a gift with our order. Sooo sweet. Always my pleasure.

The food is very good, you also get naan bread and rice with it, but you have to note that the rice has cloves in it. If someone is looking for a good Indian in Nuremberg, this is a really, really good shop, it looks simple. I was very surprised because most people prefer to sit opposite each other. Anyone who likes Indian should give it a chance here.

Great service and food, I was even asked if I wanted my chicken vindaloo normally spicy or extra spicy. The extra spicy tasted great. It tasted very tasty and the portion was large.

If you were looking for helal Indian, you're 100% wrong here, they sell alcohol on the side. The store is so unhygienic that when I walked in, my skin got stuck. Terrible shop and scam with supposedly halal food

it's worth ordering here. In the kitchen, every effort is made to ensure that it tastes delicious. My wish to deliver the whole thing faster was also fulfilled. I was very pleased

Worst Indian food(period). The rice given with it was fermented. I had roti like Tawa you can break your head with it. Looked like a roti from turkish store heated up. Ordered Dal makhani with rice and 3 roti.(Went to dustbin) After owners comment - Please check the image below. I would to request you to check your uber eats complaint. Which had no effect. Here is the photo of order. I did not say anything because i had no faith or getting a replaced order. I did order from uber eats wrote the same story there.

Various customers were told that the food was halal (as can be seen from a single review). “100% halal” is also stated on Lieferando. Nevertheless, I am very precise about the topic and make sure. So I called to ask where the meat was sourced from. First employee's answer: Metro. Then a senior person took the phone away from him. I asked this person the same question and again the answer I received was "Metro". No Metro sells halal meat. It is an absolute no-go to declare food as “halal” if it is not. That's cheating. Here is my announcement to the management: If the "Halal" declaration on Lieferando is not removed within 72 hours and the review by the person 'Triki' from 6 months ago is not deleted, I will report it because. Fraud.

Years ago I started trying out a number of restaurants with Indian food in Nuremberg. This is where I got stuck. The store is small and unassuming and primarily delivers. But the dishes are absolutely authentic and intense in taste. I didn't feel that way at the other restaurants. There have rarely been delays in delivery, but that happens. I can't understand the bad reviews here. I haven't been able to complain once in 7 years. Unfortunately I've moved away, I'll really miss the food here.

The food was really inedible. It smelled slightly of feces and had a very salty taste. When I politely asked if I could have a new portion, I was insulted and asked to leave the restaurant. Never again!

ATTENTION ATTENTION !!! I received an email about this Raj And Rani wants to have all 1 star reviews deleted in the next 7 days. The reasoning is more than absurd, Raj and Rani justify this with alleged fake names/fake accounts. So everyone who has rated with one star is supposedly a fake account and damaging to Raj and Rani's reputation!! You have to imagine this !! This store should be reported, that can't be legal. I advise you to be careful with this store!!!

We ordered from Raja and Rani via Uber Eats. Food: The food is ok, but relatively fatty. In any case, it cannot be compared to other well-known Indians in Nuremberg. Good portion size. Service: Unfortunately the biggest sticking point: 60 minutes delivery time was given via Uber Eats, but in the end it turned into 140 minutes. When I called in between they kept saying “coming in 10-20 minutes” but that wasn’t the case. To make matters worse, dessert was completely forgotten upon delivery. Ambience: Since we ordered home, no review is possible

We ordered food for 15 people on my daughter’s first birthday. Food was really delicious. Everyone enjoyed the food. We ordered gobhi manchurian, butter paneer and jeera rice. Everything was tasty!

We ordered Chicken curry, Mix Veg, and Kachori. The Chicken curry and Veg jalfrezi were delicious, with authentic Indian flavors that satisfied our taste buds. However, the standout was the Kachori, which was a pleasant surprise – it tasted just like the ones you'd find in India and was a rare gem in Germany. The overall quality and authenticity of the food made this Indian takeaway a remarkable choice for anyone craving genuine Indian cuisine in Germany.

Ein super Restaurant mit sehr netten Besitzen. Da es gerade erst geöffnet haben ist das Restaurant noch etwas kahl was die Einrichtung an geht, das soll sich aber in näherer Zukunft ändern. Das Essen wahr herausragend gut und sehr schnell da. Das Preis Leistungs Verhältnis war auch super. Die Besitzer haben uns von ihrem Plan erzählt das Restaurant auch als eine Art India street food Platz zu öffnen. Ich bin sehr gespannt und bin mir sicher das 8ch hier öfter essen werde.

Whole family got food poisoning. If you want to get sick eat here. The reply from owner is a lie , I never asked for Free Naan or changed my order. Owner is only covering bad review and its a SCAM.

Ordered from Raja and Rani today. Chicken Tikka Masala, Chicken Mango Curry, Cucumber Raita and Naan. Everything was very tasty and large portions. The woman on the phone was also super nice and the driver delivered on time. Everything was done right and can only be recommended!

Heute über Lieferando von hier bestellt. Auch wenn ich kein Getränk dazu bestellt habe hat der Lieferant aus der Tasche eine Dose Mezzo Mix rausgeholt. Danke!! Es war derselbe Lieferant wie beim letzten Mal und wirklich sehr freundlich. Super Mitarbeiter habt ihr.

Mi dispiace dover lasciare questa recensione negativa, ma ci siamo trovati di fronte a un'esperienza che per certi versi era comica. Abbiamo trovato questo locale su Google e ci siamo recati lì di persona. Il locale sembrava chiuso. Ho spinto la porta e chiesto se fosse aperto. Al "sì" siamo entrati e ci siamo trovati di fronte a un locale letteralmente in ristrutturazione. Imbarazzati ci siamo seduti. Eravamo gli unici nel locale, se non si contano i figli della proprietaria che stavamo a un tavolo a giocare e farsi i cavoli propri al telefono. Ormai eravamo lì e abbiamo provato a far finta che fosse una serata normale. Il cibo non era terribile, ma era impossibile goderselo in quell'atmosfera. Il servizio è stato quasi inesistente. Il dolce ci è stato portato addirittura senza neanche toglierci i piatti delle altre portate. Insomma, spero fosse una situazione temporanea, ma in questi casi si chiude il locale finché non è almeno presentabile o si fa quanto meno un forte sconto.

Haben dort essen bestellt war sehr lecker, war auch schnell da und hat auch ein gutes Preis Leistungs Verhältnis. P.S. auch ein sehr netter Lieferant.

Raja Rani restaurant is the best Indian restaurant I have ever tasted. Food is very delicious and mouth watering. Their delivery service is also excellent and fast as compared to others. Wir haben heute über Uber Eats bei Raja & Rani bestellt. Die Portionen sind viel kleiner geworden. Das Essen war lecker aber leider nur noch lauwarm als es ankam.

Good restaurant with great indian food

Today, they had a unique special offer on Hyderabadi Dum Biryani. It is really very much worth to spend every single penny. The taste is literally superb filled with an amazing blend of Indian spices. I have been visiting this restaurant a lot off lately and it just gets better every time I visit here. The Baltic chicken was tasty and went well with the roti. The roti was way more buttery than I'm used to, but was still delicious. They also serve full juice cartoons for a reasonable price which I found rather cool.

Bester Inder der Stadt! Insidertipp: Wenn man per Telefon bestellt und nicht über Lieferando, bekommt man 10% Rabatt. Bei Selbstabholung gibt's gratis Naanbrot dazu!

Essen schmeckt extrem gut. Nr.106 und Nr.107 sind scheinbar die Beschreibungen vertauscht und es kommt das was man nicht bestellt hat. Also bei Sabzi Kofta und Malai Kofta aufpassen. Wurde anstandslos das richtige nachgeliefert. Super 👍

Super schnell zubereitet, Sehr lecker und eine angemessen Portionen. Ein kleiner-feiner Laden mit viel Potenzial. Besser als der Laden gegenüber.

Ich muss jetzt doch nochmal einen längeren Text schreiben. Raja und Rani machen nicht nur mit das beste indische Essen in Nürnberg, sie haben auch den besten Kundenservice, den ich bisher bei Lieferdiensten erlebt habe. Es müsste eigentlich mehr als 5 Sterne geben. :) Einfach perfekt, danke!

Selten so leckeres und saftiges Hähnchen gegessen. Wir haben uns zu zweit beliefern lassen. Alles war lecker gewürzt, heiß und genau richtig scharf(medium). Gerne Bestellen wir wieder oder kommen wenn es wieder möglich ist persönlich vorbei

Sehr leckerer indischer Imbiss. Reis und Naan waren super lecker. Die vegetarischen Gerichte die wir bestellt haben sind mundig und voller Geschmack. Absolut zu empfehlen
