The food was absolutely delicious! The tikka masala was fantastic, with wonderful spices. The pizzas were also great, nice and thick and well-topped. The staff were very friendly. The price-quality ratio is excellent!

Not recommended. The food was below average, the ambiance was nothing special, and the waitress entered a large tip into the payment terminal without asking, which we only discovered when we got our bank statement.

Really bad food. What do the potatoes do in tikka masala? the seasoning was not good - taste like with flour. All the sauces tasted the same, the meat almost the same. Out of 6 dishes we were not satisfied with almost anything. And we are not a picky company. In the end we paid 4€ more without asking, there was nothing written on the bill, but paying by card cost me more. Unfortunately, I didn't find it until I got home. So beware, better - NEVER go there!

Bad Indian food. Go to any other restaurants nearby. Not this one. Very long wait time. They also added heavy surcharge when paid by card. Scammers!

Average Indian food Good, if you’re in the area. The naan was hard Butter chicken was salty, but chicken was soft so that was good Mango lassi was fabulous Rice was dry

Super nice operator! Ending my son's birthday at short notice with pizza and cake. He wouldn't even have charged anything for the cake plates. The day before yesterday we stopped for a while after an excursion and enjoyed an excellent mango lassi. We keep coming back.

I've been there several times and enjoy going there. The service is great and so is the food.

It couldn't be worse! Point 1: We ordered takeaway there based on a recommendation. Apparently the ownership changed recently and the prices of the dishes were significantly more expensive than on the existing menu. If I take over a restaurant and adjust the menu or prices, this should also be communicated when ordering over the phone. Point 2: The food was a disaster in terms of quality and taste! I know Indian cuisine from some regions through travel and what is served here, or rather expected, is at least as bad and not very authentic as the food in most Chinese restaurants in Germany. Among other things, we ordered a pizza, which was just as tough and inedible as the Nan bread and the rest of the order of "Indian classics". Point 3: No recommendation and NEVER AGAIN!

Unfortunately this has nothing to do with Indian. We had a palak paneer with bread. Totally unseasoned. Tasted like German cuisine. The rice was tasteless and the sauce was totally runny. It tasted like frozen spinach thawed and put on the plate. The bread was really tough. I would have been so happy to have a good Indian on my doorstep, but unfortunately I have never had such bad Indian food. I can't understand the good reviews at all. Apparently this is a new chef and the reviews are out of date. Owner still very nice and price also great. Unfortunately, that's no use if the food doesn't taste good. The Indian won't get a second chance from me or us :(

friendly, uncomplicated and good cuisine with many vegan options

we had the garlic naan, butter chicken & chicken tikka masala. Everything was really delicious, came to the table quickly and very warm. the plate was even preheated. Price performance is really top. the service was friendly and accommodating. there is nothing wrong with it.

Hospitality was good. However, food quality was normal. I have ordered biryani chicken and butter chicken both were not tasting like real Indian food.

An authentic punjabi restaurant just 15 minutes walk from the Messe conference centre. Lovely people, good food and great value. All the dishes cooked to order.

I recently dined at an Indian restaurant and was pleasantly surprised by the delicious food. While the location could use a bit of updating, it had a cozy atmosphere that added to the dining experience. The chicken dishes were outstanding, with the meat being incredibly tender and flavorful. However, the highlight of the meal was definitely the garlic naan, which was perfectly cooked and packed with flavor. We were put up at Hilton Munich airport and the nearest Indian restaurant was India Raja. (Were already famished.)The owner and his team are super helpful and agreed to deliver food. We ordered daal bhindi roti rice. Food was super tasty, fresh, hot and nicely packed. We recommend this place for wholesomeness. Daal I would say is the best I ever had, may be a tad tastier that one offered at Indian restaurants. Keep up the good work!! Thanks again!

The food at Raja-India is typically Indian, but the ambience isn't, it retains the "old" style of the living room, that's due to the operating concept. For me it doesn't really make sense, hence the deduction for the ambience. In addition, the acoustics in the rooms are unfortunately poor, but the landlord can't do anything about that, this is due to the structure of the building. The team is great, it's a family business and it shows. You are always served courteously, you can make special requests and you can even have a chat with the host. I'm happy to come and I'm glad we have the opportunity in the trade fair city. Raja-India is also ideal for clubs and meetings with small groups. The prices are more than fair. The food is always freshly prepared and is really tasty. For me a clear recommendation to go and try it out. It would be a great shame if the trade fair city lost this restaurant. You can also order food and pick it up also a good option.

Food was really delicious, we ordered bharta dal makhni and palak paneer and everything was superb! There are so many veg and non veg options here.

Wirklich sehr empfehlenswert! Wir bestellen dort öfter und das Essen schmeckt wirklich sehr lecker. Der Preis ist auch total okay, dazu haben sie auch wirklich eine große Auswahl an Speisen, auch Pizza usw. Wir hatten innerhalb 20 Minuten unser Essen und das Personal ist auch sehr sehr lieb!

Wir möchten uns auf diesem Wege nochmal ganz herzlich bei dir bedanken! Ein unscheinbares Restaurant welches einfach gehalten ist, hat uns vom Service und Essen umgehauen. Die Bedienung wirkte auf uns, auf eine lustige und schöne Art gestresst hatte jedoch alles super im Griff/Blick und war einfach nur amüsant weil wir damit merkten wie bemüht das er war. Aufs essen mussten wir nicht lange warten und war sehr lecker 😋. Auf die Frage was die Gäste hinter uns getrunken hatten, lud er uns sofort auf eine Kostprobe ein und wahrlich war dass das beste Mangolassi was wir jemals getrunken hatten, also vielen lieben dank dafür. Wenn wir wieder einmal in München sind kommen wir gerne wieder denn so eine Bedienung bekommt man noch selten. Auch Preis Leistung stimmte! Wir wünschen dir/euch noch weitere gute Stamm/Gäste... Ps: das einzige was wir liebevoll mitgeben wollen ist eine dezente Musikalische Begleitung dann wäre der Abend mehr als Perfekt gewesen!!!

That’s the one and only place to go if you want an authentic Mutton Biryani in Munich. I have been a lot of times in India, I know what I am talking about.

Wir haben Essen bestellt und abgeholt. Alles lief reibungslos und das Essen war fantastisch. Die Portionen waren auch gut. Endlich gibt es einen Inder in der Nähe!

Ein wirklich ganz hervorragender Inder - das Essen ist sehr lecker, die Preise sind absolut fair und die Bedienung äußerst freundlich. Insbesondere die Lammgerichte und die Linsensuppe sind sehr zu empfehlen. Wir haben hier mit über 20 Leute gegessen und es hat allen hervorragend geschmeckt!
