Quicky Fried Chicken in Hanau

I can't recommend it more, both pizzas were simply burnt. You can see it before you pack it up for the customer... Waited 40 minutes for a burnt margarita pizza... you don't send something like that!! By the way, ordered several times and something was always wrong.

I would prefer to give 0 stars. The food wasn't there even after 2 hours. I canceled via Lieferando. Will never order there again.

Food tastes very good, I received 2 drinks because they didn't have what I wanted, it was sold out, I got 2 drinks as compensation, very nice service

Since there was still no food after 1.5 hours, I called the statement on the phone to ask if my food was still coming, I'm sorry for the delay, there's a lot to do, food will come at some point. Over 2 hours delivery time and cold. Chillichese burger was without chillies but with cucumbers... fries cold and hard, with a disgusting aftertaste of burnt "plastic" I immediately threw everything in the trash can. Really bad, honestly

I'm disappointed today! I had the butter chicken. Taste ok. 4 pieces of chicken, some rice and sauce. Simply too expensive for €12.50. Update from September 26, 2024: Waiting over an hour and a half for two burgers is really tough!!! Apparently the weather is to blame. Whoever believes it will be saved! You will then be cut off in a very unfriendly manner on the phone. I definitely won't order there again!!!

Unfortunately one of the worst experiences. Food came much too late (Monday evening). And well it was the worst thing I've ever gotten from a supplier. The chicken was partly half raw and partly burnt... The Cola was absolutely the best

Unfortunately very very dissatisfied, food ordered after 2 hours still no delivery arrived, always held up on the way, after more than 2 hours I received confirmation that it had been delivered. Although there is no delivery to us, and you can't reach anyone anymore, that's all I can say warn, ordering there is easy and safe.

Waited over 2.5 hours to find out that my meal had been canceled. After 1.5 hours I called and said the driver would be there in 2-3 minutes. 30 minutes after this call, the driver calls me and says that he is just now leaving and will be there in 20 minutes. When he still wasn't there after half an hour, I called again only to be told that the order had been cancelled. But I would like to be able to order again. After 2.5 hours of waiting, I wasn't even offered a discount or anything. So I've never experienced such bad service in my life.

I order food for 25€, wait 1 1/2 hours for it, even though it was there for 40 minutes and since then it says "food will be delivered soon", then I call and the employee tells me that they have canceled my order because one of their... Cars are broken. But it wasn't canceled (: . He then apologized and seriously expected me to wait again until they finished the food and sent it to me in the working car. Brash and cheeky. PS: The best thing is that no one answered the Lieferando email number, so I had to google the number first. Update: 07/08/24 There was an unfavorable incident previously, which of course cannot be considered standard. After a year I decided to order here again. The order actually arrived before the delivery time, which is remarkable these days. The Quicky Chicken burger for €7.49 was ok, nothing special, okay price wise. The hot wings weren't okay in terms of price, they were the smallest hot wings I've ever seen. Which made me understand why "Quicky". They apparently speed up the process from birth to fried chicken. However, apart from the guilty conscience of eating baby chicks (not redundant in this case), you have to admit that they were really tasty, better than at LFC, KFC and Rooster.

Check the order immediately upon delivery otherwise complaints will not be taken seriously and will be discussed to death. The friendliness on the phone also left something to be desired. Had pizza with extra ingredients ordered. These were not taken into account, but of course they were already paid for in advance. Now waiting for the difference to be refunded. Let's see if they are at least more accommodating than when the complaint was processed.

We ordered on May 7th via Lieferando. Delivery time stated 40-50 minutes, after 50 minutes Lieferando showed “your order will arrive soon”. Well - we waited a total of 2 hours for the food. When the delivery person finally brought the food, we were quickly disappointed. Potato salad and cola were simply forgotten. Fries were so hard (and cold) that you could have nailed them in the wall. Burger disgusting, wrap only half filled. Well, we called (after half an hour of searching for a working number) and asked about the missing products. They said there was no more potato salad so we got coleslaw (it smelled so bad and I didn't dare try it). Regarding the cola it was said “yes they had ordered 2 cokes we thought they only wanted the one because a large cola is a small cola” ????? Why should I order two Cokes but only want one? I was a bit suspicious. After I told the man that I wanted two Cokes, he said he would send his delivery person nearby for the next order and then he would bring the missing Coke. Two days later - no Coke arrived. I'm really disappointed, I can't recommend anyone to order here.

Today we ordered food through Lieferando, after 1.5 hours I took the liberty of calling them and asking where the food was. The rude employee wanted to fob me off with a “on the way”. After I told him that I wanted to know exactly where it was after 1.5 hours, he said he was canceling the food and I should order it somewhere else and just hung up. Because it was so rude, we called several times and wanted to Speak to the boss, exactly this employee kept hanging up on us, insulting us. You should fire an employee like that immediately if you want to preserve your reputation, as the food isn't that bad. But never order there again because of this employee!!!

Absolute worst experience I have ever had in Frankfurt. Go somewhere else. Please don’t waste your time or money here. I waited 2 hours for my food and it was cold and the chicken so badly burnt it was the worst thing I ever saw. Disgusting. Absolutely a MASSIVE disaster. JUST go.

I ordered from Quicky Fried Chicken for the first time. Everything was great. Chilli box was ordered. The chicken strips were the best! Keep it up LG Oualid!

Null zu empfehlen. Fast 2 Stunden für die Lieferung gebraucht. Als wir uns erkundigt haben auch noch frech gewesen. Essen war auch noch kalt! Bitte macht was anderes aber Gastro ist nichts für euch!!!

Burgers and fries edible. Hot wings, chicken parts and chicken popcorn inedible. The meat was fried a few times and you could just tell that it was prepared for the first time at least a few days ago. Not recommended

This fast food restaurant is really great! The food is delicious, the selection is great, and the staff is very nice. Quick food without compromising on quality. Definitely recommended!

Gute Auswahl und Nette Lieferanten Ich würde Löcher in die Menüboxen machen damit sich nicht so viel Wasser ansammelt vom Dampf in den Boxen.

Sehr leckere und frische Hähnchenteile aber auch die Wraps sind sehr lecker. Egal ob als take away oder Lieferung es war immer alles frisch und lecker. Update auch im Lieferservice alles bestens Lieferzeiten werden eingehalten. Danke 5 klasse Sterne 🌟

I‘ve ordered a couple of times for delivery, the burger is always sooo delicious. The meat is so soft and juicy. It arrives always warm.

Essen 1A immer ! Die crispy‘s sind fenomenal!!! Wer chicken liebt und auf crunchy steht ist hier richtig ! Der Beste in Raum Hessen/Frankfurt! Kann einige Kommentare nicht nachvollziehen… es wird alles immer frisch gekocht, nicht wie in anderen Lokalen das Essen in den Tresen „warm gehalten“, da muss mal halt eben mit Wartezeit rechnen oder man geht in eine Bude wo das Essen nur warm gehalten wir und wie 2 Tage alt schmeckt :)

Wohne gleich gegenüber von chicky fried chicken und muss sagen, dass es wirklich sehr gut schmeckt. Besuch, freunde und auch meine nachbarn sind zufrieden und das Personal ist sehr lieb. Von mir 5 sterne alles top 👍🏼

Ich werde ratten,das ein mal bestellen muss. Essen ist sehr lecker und auch warm und innerhalb angegebene zeit geliefert. Es war sehr lecker 😋

Geschmacklich naja, schmeckt sehr fad ohne Gewürze etc. Pommes sehr schlecht. Habe vor Ort bestellt und mitnehmen wollen und 12 Chicken Wings haben extrem lange gedauert. Personal ist sehr nett. Nur Roosters ist noch schlechter, denn hier sah die Küche zumindest sauber aus. Kann weiterhin LFC empfehlen und danach KFC.

Personal ist sehr freundlich aber das Essen leider sehr schlecht gemacht Hähnchen viel zu trocken und komischer Geschmack Pommes Naja der Maiskolben ungenießbar das einzigste was man essen konnte war der Salat 🥗

Essen ist Einwandfrei Keine lange Wartezeit

Heute bei Quicky Fried Chicken Hanau bestellt, bei über Lieferando.de, hatte ein BBQ Wrap 1 Wedges 1 Pommes 1 Krautsalat und einen Cheesekake. Um 13:09 bestellte, ich mein Essen war nach 40 Minuten da gewesen, der Bote legte es vor meine Haustür das ich es entgegen nehmen konnte. Das Wrap war sehr, weich auch der Salat darin auch Wraps werden maximal ,1 Minute in der Pfanne kurz angewärmt und dann belegt, vom Geschmack her gut Pommes und Wedges waren kaum gesalzen der Krautsalat war gut der Cheesecake war okay. Ich weiß das Lieferdienste auch sehr viele Bestellungen entgegen nehmen auch von der Zubereitung vom Weg dauert es natürlich auch. Wer amerikanische Küche mag kann ruhig bei Quicky Fried Chicken Hanau bestellen.

Das Essen ist nicht schlecht aber die Portionen sind viel zu groß. Man sollte bei der Bestellung aufpassen, sonst muß man zuviel entsorgen.

Abends bestellt, leider fast 1,5 Stunden auf's Essen gewartet. Ansich alles lecker, leider teilweise ziemlich scharf, für Menschen die Schärfe gar nicht mögen, ist das definitiv kritisch. Zudem wurden die beigefügten Hinweise über Lieferando nicht beachtet und abbestellte Zutaten wurden trotzdem verwendet.

Also hier Essen wir total gerne, gut dass Sie in Steinheim sind, ich esse eigentlich ungerne Hamburger aber bei Euch schmeckt es einfach toll. Der Lieferer schnell, nett das Essen Warm und lecker..oft bekommen wir Cola oder Krautsalat geschenkt Danke...weiter so immer gerne wieder ,werden wir bek Euch essen

Essen war super lecker. Noch nie so leckere und knusprige Pommes bei einer Bestellung erhalten. Auch die Lieferung war einwandfrei und der Lieferant sehr zuvorkommend. Kann es nur empfehlen.
