Pizzeria Passarella in Titisee-Neustadt

We were there after a short walk along Titisee. The service was very friendly and attentive. The particularly delicious stone oven pizza is worth highlighting, very delicious. The spaghetti bolognese was also very tasty.

Large selection of pizza, pasta and drinks. We ordered pizza margarita, pizza funghi and penne arrabiata. They tasted amazing.

Coming in November 2024. I am resuming my opinion since you reported the previous one... 2 stars, did that not suit you? Lunch for two, we had a canteen-level pasta dish, friendly waitress but who lost interest in us as soon as our plate was finished. And, a little olfactory experience: cook smoking on the stairs leading to the toilets. And to prove to you that I was indeed in your establishment: the toilets are upstairs, on the same landing as the office. Hygiene: questionable and infernal smell of cold cigarettes. At the end of our visit, I left you a two-star review which you reported as defamatory so that it could be deleted... is this how you preserve your fictitious good rating?

Preis - Leistung steht in keinem Verhältnis. Für 14 Euro in einer Pizzaria hätten wir definitiv mehr erwartet. Sehr sehr enttäuschend preislich und auch geschmacklich. Schade.

Unfortunately very disappointing. Pizza was completely black on the edge and bottom, so it was completely burnt. Even though we complained we had to pay full price. My pizza cost €17. Very annoying and absolutely not recommended.

Came to this establishment in November 2024. Not great pasta, slow service and difficult to get the attention of the waitress, cook who smokes on the stairs leading to the toilets, ... And, not to spoil anything: my wife's opinion deleted because it was deemed defamatory? Is this how you preserve your rating?

Lesson for the day: Always carry a little cash! (Really? In 2025??) I was intrigued by the vastly varied reviews of this place. My pizza was excellent, and while service was less than effusive, it was reasonable in terms of attention and promptness. Though I found the prices to be on the high side - it’s a resort town! 🤷‍♂️ There was a huge sign near the door (in German) that stated “STOP! Wait to be seated!” There were maybe two other occupied tables at that point, but OK. What there was not, however, was a sign that said “credit card machine is broken!” Amazingly, I had exactly enough money in my pocket to pay the tab since I always pay with my phone, and only carry one credit card as back up when I travel. (ATM card was back in the hotel) Have no idea how what that would have panned out if I didn’t stick 20€ in my wallet that morning. 😅 Would have gone a solid four stars on the pizza, but this service glitch seems like sort of a big deal.

Wir waren hier schön öfter zum Mittag und sind immer zufrieden. Super nettes und aufmerksames Personal. Große Auswahl an Pizza. Pasta, Salat, vegetarisch, Dessert. Für Kinder werden auch gerne kleinere Portionen gemacht. Mein persönlicher Liebling ist der Salat mit Hähnchenbruststreifen. Sehr leckeres Dressing und er macht Satt.

The pizza dough was very good – crispy and fluffy, just as it should be. Unfortunately, the ingredients on it were rather tasteless, so the overall taste of the pizza was just “okay”. Unfortunately, the service wasn't particularly friendly, which spoiled the impression a bit. The ambience is fine. Overall, the pizzeria is fine for a quick bite, but there are certainly better options if you value taste and service.

We didn't reserve in advance and still got a table straight away. The menu has a sufficiently large selection. The starter “Saganati” was excellent, the suflaki and every pizza that the kids ate were also very tasty. The staff was very friendly and quick on their feet. We didn't have to wait long for drinks or food. This was definitely not the last visit there.

WORST EXPERIENCE !! I ordered chicken salad, the chicken was hard to cut with a knife. I mentioned it to the server, she was very rude. No one was ready to listen, the manager didn’t listen either. They took my dish mid-way of eating, didn’t let me finish having it. My family didn’t have their food because of their chaotic behaviour. I sensed a bit of racism from the employees. I’ve never experienced such bad service from a restaurant. This definitely ruined the whole experience, the employees need to learn manners as service providers. I do not recommend!!!

We ate here about 2 weeks ago. The pizza was a solid average pizza. Unfortunately the service was really outrageous for the price. We felt really uncomfortable eating. At €15 for a pizza I expect more. The terrace outside is very nice, but unfortunately it wasn't to my taste inside.

The food was delicious 🤤😋 only the carbonara had too much sauce for me, the Bolognese pizza 🍕😋 was delicious and the caprese salad 🥗😋 was tasty but expensive so I definitely recommend it, only the toilets were a bit dirty but otherwise everyone was nice and it was very tasty so I recommend it.

Friendly and reliable service. Pizza was very tasty. Prices are appropriate for a tourism hotspot. The room seemed clean and tidy. In terms of design, it looked more like a Greek restaurant; in addition to Italian cuisine, there are also Greek and local dishes.

Price and performance really match perfectly here. Some seats on the terrace have a view of Lake Titisee, which tops it all off. The staff is friendly, clear recommendation.

Salad Nice and penne “Chef” / “Quadro Formaggi” are recommended…

I went to take away some food at 7 pm. I went to the waitress with a smile, as I am, but she was very rude, looked like she didn't want to serve! I can understand the work pressure of the whole day, but that doesn't justify a rude behavior! The male staff over the drinks counter was not too welcoming as well! Food was okay, not exceptional.

Racism and bad food served by rude and unprofessional servers. This is not the place for international tourist. Check the colour of your skin and visit!

I ate gnocchi Bolognese, it tasted okay. When I got home, about 2 hours later, I vomited three times. I don't know what, but something about the food wasn't edible. No recommendation!

I can't understand some of the reviews here. We have been guests at Pizzeria Passarella over the years and have always eaten very well. Will come back there again in the future.

The pizza dough is quite cross, they charge you for the service without it being indicated anywhere and they are not particularly friendly. I do not recommend it.

I do not recommend it. The staff was not at all friendly, and in the end they brought us the bill written on a piece of paper by hand and the numbers did not add up. We asked and they told us that the €9 that we didn't understand was "for the service" (as if it had been exceptional 😂) Obviously this is wrong, it wasn't written anywhere. Beware of these scammers.

We got what was supposed to be the last seat without a reservation. A couple after us got a place without a reservation. That's just by the way. We ordered penne Arabiata and tomato mozzarella salad. The “salad” consisted of slices of tomato and mozzarella with some dressing on top. A bit carelessly done. The penne was not seasoned at all. No sharpness whatsoever. When I asked, I was offered pepper to season it. Chilli would be more appropriate. The waiter was also very unfriendly. The female waiter made up for it somewhat. But we won't come back here again.

The service was very unfriendly and you couldn't see any mood on your face. The pizza was very wet, as if you had poured half a glass of water over the pizza, but it was still warm and still tasted good (KAPPA). An employee is behind the counter where it was Eating is made by smoking with an e-cigarette

Unfortunately, the food wasn't that edible, the schnitzel wasn't really cooked through, but in other places it was far too crispy and hard to bite through. The service was okay, not unfriendly but not particularly eloquent either. The ambience wasn't that great either.

A pizzeria on Titisee that has the charm of an ice cream parlor from the 90s. Saganaki, pizza and gnocchi were delicious and everything was at the table very quickly. The gnocchi were slapped onto the plate a bit carelessly. The service was good and attentive but you had a bit of a feeling that they were trying to squeeze through as many guests as possible.

Food was good, unfortunately staff inattentive and rude. we're not going there anymore...

We arrived 5 people and the dishes arrived quickly. The gnocchi bolognese dish was excellent.

One of the few restaurants that were open during the holidays at the beginning of April. Super thin pizza, not wet and delicious in taste. We were warmly served.

Beautiful view. Operation was okay, but difficult to understand. The food was disappointing. The "garlic bread" consisted of 3 slices of lightly toasted toast with half a teaspoon of pickled garlic cubes each. The main course also consisted largely of ready-made food or ready-made ingredients with a manageable aroma.

Average food quality, nothing special pizza, tasteless salad and bitter lettuce. Expensive price, they give us the bill on a handwritten piece of paper and they charge us €10 and when asked they tell us that it was from the service. I do not recommend it.

Very unfriendly staff from the owner is not possible, very unfriendly and not child-friendly. I ordered an appetizer and the pizza arrived at the same time. I couldn't enjoy the salad at all, so that was the last time for us in this restaurant. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Had dinner here today. Very friendly service. The ambience is simple but very cozy. We felt very comfortable. Food was very good. Had spaghetti Bolognese and salad with chicken strips. The food is good, especially the Greek things, and the portions are large. The ambience is ok, the prices are quite high 14 for pizza 5.5 for 5 dl open iced tea.

We spent a good part of the afternoon in this nice restaurant to shelter us from the rain. The setting is nice as are the staff. We had spaghetti and gnocchi and it was good.

Place was empty when we visited around 18:00 .order was out within 5 minutes. Delicious fungi pizza. Would totally recommend for good stoneoven pizza

Wir waren 3 mal letzte Woche zum Essen da es war jedes mal super lecker die Bedienung super freundlich wir werden auf jeden Fall wenn wir wieder in der nähe sind vorbeikommen. Große Pizzeria, wirkt wie eine Halle, relativ ungemütlich. Wir waren kaum am Platz wurde uns um 18.50 Uhr schon gesagt, dass wir uns schnell entscheiden müssen, da die Küche um 19.10 Uhr schließt. Das Essen kam schnell , um 20.00, Uhr wurden nach und nach die Lichter ausgemacht, man wurde aufgefordert zu gehen. Da findet von uns kein Besuch mehr statt.

Das Essen war sehr gut. Wir hatten ein Pizza Brot mit Knoblauch (ist eine Pizza mit Knoblauch) Klasse!!! Spagetti Carbonara und Penne QuatroFormagi waren große Portionen und sehr gut!!! Fazit: Preis ist klein für sehr gutes Essen

Die Location ist nicht verkehrt und auch die Bedienung war recht nett. Jedoch war die Qualität des Essens sehr verbesserungsbedürftig. Auf keinen Fall mit einer richtigen italienischen Pizzeria zu vergleichen, zumal das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis nicht ansatzweise im Verhältnis steht. Im Großen und Ganzen leider nicht empfehlenswert

Wir waren mittags in diesem Restaurant und die Pizza war recht gut. Heute hatten wir das Tagesessen gewählt. Für 15 € ein Teller Nudeln mit 3 Brocken Fisch ist schon recht teuer. Auch war es sehr laut. Letztendlich hat es der Hunger reingetrieben. Nein, hier kommen wir nicht mehr her.
