Das Lokal ist super 👌 und der Service perfekt! Das Essen hingegen ist enttäuschend. Die Spätzle sind trocken und nicht frisch zubereitet, und die Soße ist viel zu salzig.

Das Restaurant hat eine Art "Brauhausatmosphäre". Der Titisee Burger war sehr gut. Der meditterane Flammkuchen Geschmackssache.

Sehr leckeres Essen, schönes Ambiente - nicht zu überlaufen wie andere Restaurants am See - perfekt!

Die Preise sind etwas höher (was vermutlich an der touristischen Gegend liegt), Essen und Service sind jedoch ausgezeichnet. Der Laden hat eine ungezwungene, leichte Atmosphäre.

Waren an zwei Tagen im Urlaub dort. Das Essen kam sehr schnell und war lecker. Hervorzuheben ist vor allem , dass es verschiedene vegetarische Gerichte gibt !

Wir haben sehr gut gegessen. Die Spätzligerichte sind sehr empfehlenswert. Innert 15min haben wir das Essen bekommen & Serviceprrsonal sehr freundlich.

Sehr leckeres Essen & super freundliches Personal

Wir bestellten einen Burger, Käsespätzle, Chicken Nuggets, Flammkuchen und Schnitzel zum Mitnehmen. Der Burger hatte ein trockenes und recht kleines Patty (für mehr Fleisch musste man über 5 Euro extra bezahlen), und der Rest war bestenfalls von Supermarktqualität – direkt aus der Tiefkühltruhe in die Fritteuse. Der Flammkuchen war besonders enttäuschend, er hatte kaum Belag. Ich bin mir nicht sicher, ob es im Restaurant besser schmeckt, aber auch dort war es enttäuschend.

Die Kuckuckstube ist ein modernes Lokal mit ansprechendem Ambiente. Wir saßen an einem Hochtisch, dort war es allerdings etwas dunkel. Die Bedienung war freundlich, jedoch nicht besonders aufmerksam. Das Essen kam zeitlich in Ordnung. Der Burger war insgesamt okay, der Feldbergburger allerdings durchgebraten und dadurch recht trocken. Eine Abfrage der Garstufe erfolgte nicht. Positiv hervorzuheben ist die großzügige Portion Pommes als Beilage – davon wird man auf jeden Fall satt.

Das Essen war bei vier von sieben Personen kalt. Die Burger waren sehr roh. Der Gulasch war zäh und vermutlich eine Fertigsoße und die Käsespätzle waren gratinierte Nudeln mit Sahnesoße. Die Bedienung war freundlich. Nachtrag: Auf unsere Bewertung wurde durch die Geschäftsführung freundlich reagiert. Dafür gibt es einen weiteren Stern.

Die Ambiante ist zwar aufgezeichnet, das Personal ist freundlich und nett . Das Fleisch des Burgers ( Schwarzwald Burger ) war weder zart noch frisch. Ich finde es teuer 22.90 € für einen solchen burger zu bezahlen. Das Fleisch des Burgers sollte frisch sein für diesen Preis !!!

Wir waren spontan zu 6 dort essen. Direkt einen Tisch bekommen, das Lokal ist super schön dekoriert und lädt zum Verweilen ein. Die Servicekraft war super freundlich und hat sich super um uns gekümmert. Wir haben verschiedenene Gerichte versucht und alle waren sehr lecker. Das Essen war von guter Qualität und das hat man auch geschmeckt. Danke dafür jederzeit wieder

Super Laden, leckere Auswahl und nette Bedienung

Wir haben hier ein dreigängiges Weihnachtsmenü genossen und es hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen! Der Service war sehr zuvorkommend und das Essen sowie die Atmosphäre hervorragend 😊

This place was a lifesaver! We arrived in Titisee around 9 pm and everything was closed. Around 9:45 pm we passed this great restaurant and actually managed to get something to eat. Very friendly staff, stylish decor, and delicious food. Thank you! :D

The atmosphere is pleasant and the service was perfectly fine. We had a cheeseburger with fries, which was just about acceptable. The schnitzel with fries was simply awful. Sorry, no matter how much it costs, that's unacceptable.

The vegetarian burger wasn't very good. The Käsespätzle was good and the Maronensuppe as well.

We both had a cheeseburger and fries, which was fine - not great, but not bad. A bit on the pricey side, but was filling. Restaurant decor is appealing.

Because we stayed at the CouCou Hotel, we often visited the Kuckucksstube, and I have only positive things to say. The service was excellent and always very attentive. The food was always good, whether it was schnitzel, burgers, or tarte flambée, everything was delicious. The Kukki cocktails served there are also delicious. All in all, I highly recommend the Kuckucksstube. Special praise goes to Dijana, who was always friendly, attentive, and always with a smile, making our stay very pleasant.

The restaurant has a very nice atmosphere! The servers are very friendly, cheerful, and attentive to their customers. I tried the Titisee burger and the roasted chicken fillet with spätzle. Both dishes were excellent. Special mention goes to the roasted chicken fillet and spätzle, which were served with an excellent sauce! I highly recommend it!

Today we ate at the Kuckucksstube. There were several vegetarian dishes, something we've been missing in Titisee so far. We opted for Mediterranean tarte flambée (cream, basil pesto, tomato sauce, rosemary, goat's cheese, and spicy cheese) and salad with rösti and herb curd. Both were served in a super-fast 16 minutes. The service was very attentive and prompt. There's organic soap and organic cream in the restrooms. And on the way out, we saw that you can swing while eating. I want to try that. 😍 The drinks, food, and service were excellent. We'll be back 😀

When we left the water park late, we saw this place that is on the corner. The food is super good, and the atmosphere is very calm. We had 3 hamburgers and a kind of pizza, but it is not, but it is similar, and it is very good. For dessert, an apple pie, delicious. Highly recommended!!

Great server! Very polite and accommodating! He immediately asked if he should bring our dog something to drink. He does his job with great enthusiasm! The food was delicious, and the drink selection was also excellent! Locally sourced...the iced tea is highly recommended...and the beer is freshly tapped... We'll be back next time :-)

We were at the Kuckucksstube this evening with our two children. We received a very warm welcome, and the lady who served us today was incredibly friendly. Unfortunately, we haven't experienced anything like that anywhere else here at Lake Titisee. We felt completely at home. The food was delicious, and we felt the value for money was fair. We really enjoyed the ambiance. Thank you for making us feel welcome during our vacation.

We learned about this restaurant through the Marco Polo travel guide, and the Kuckucksstube is rightly listed here. Very delicious food and super friendly staff. We sat in the outdoor area, which is very quiet.

The food tasted good, but the portion sizes were steep. Despite being a little hungry, the main course wasn't even remotely satisfying.

In short: Beautiful interior, (almost too) diverse menu, regional ingredients, friendly service, mixed flavors. Based on the great presentation on social media, I had high expectations for this restaurant, which offers everything from burgers and tarte flambée to select Baden specialties, with a strong focus on regional products. Unfortunately, my high expectations weren't quite met. When we were handed a disjointed menu, I already had my first doubts. To our surprise, the tarte flambée comes from a regional tarte flambée factory, which doesn't exactly enhance the restaurant's individuality. We opted for the goat cheese burger and the cheese spaetzle. While the goat cheese burger was really delicious, the cheese spaetzle were unfortunately a complete failure. In our opinion, cheese spaetzle shouldn't contain any other ingredients besides spaetzle, cheese, and fried onions. Unfortunately, the cheese spaetzle were swimming in oil/cream. However, the waitress noticed that we were somewhat dissatisfied, was understanding, and politely apologized. I love the regional concept and the attentive service. The ready-made tarte flambée and the rather mediocre cheese spaetzle are a bit questionable. Hence 3/5 stars.

Food ok, lacks air conditioning.

We had dinner at the Kuckucksstube today and were very impressed. Our server, Tina, was very kind and attentive. The food arrived quickly and at the same time. It was delicious and freshly prepared. Everything was clean and tidy. If we ever go to Titisee again, we'll definitely come back. Thank you.

The food was OK. For the price I would have expected a little more. I found it a shame that the furnishings were very simple. No nice chairs, tables or benches. It almost looked like a seminar room. There was another room that seemed brighter and friendlier. A few things were very nicely done. Candles or flowers were missing from the tables. Service was friendly.

We ate Flamkuchen and Burger, both were good but the fries were very bad. It was too oily, I think they re-cooked the potatoes that had been waiting.

We have high standards, but we've always been very satisfied here. The chicken burger is delicious; we'll be happy to come back when we're in the area.

The food was very tasty and the service was great, the decor is also really nice, but it is not so muffled and has a lot of reverberation, which means that it is sometimes very loud.

One of the best addresses in the area... Time seems to have stood still for all the other restaurants nearby since the 70s. But here you get delicious burgers and great salads in a tasteful, modern atmosphere. Highly recommended 👍

Very nice setting. Well received. Served just before the kitchen closes. Very quickly we didn't have time to have a drink the dishes had already arrived. But... we arrived late (8:45 p.m.). So thank you for serving us. Quite expensive for the quality. But we ate well. Very smiling and friendly waiters. A few minutes from the lake, near the train station.

Food was generally delicious. Only the potato salad came straight from the fridge and was therefore very cold (unfortunately it also came from the bucket, but it was really the cold salad that was unpleasant). If you stick to the service staff at THE RESTAURANT, they are very friendly. The employee at the counter (for the hotel) doesn't do anything! Very confusing when sitting next to the counter. So he didn't welcome you, didn't assign a table, and didn't serve anything to say goodbye (we were just about to leave and then had a quick nightcap at the bar - right next to him - a quick drink [a shot]). But since the service was busy serving other guests in the restaurant (he had nothing to do himself), we left it at that and left. Ambience functional with some eye-catchers.

Perfectly located, right at the train station. We had a company Christmas party and were warmly welcomed. The food was served quickly and no one had to wait long. Everything tasted good. The only disadvantage is that due to the design and the lack of sound insulation, it is very loud and normal conversation is almost impossible. All in all, everything is great

There were eight of us, the atmosphere is really nice. The food came quickly and at the same time, the taste is debatable, half of us enjoyed it. The prices are high for the portion size.

We discovered the Cuckoo Room 3 months ago on our last short trip to Titisee and have already been there twice in 4 days. This time too we didn't want to miss out on the really delicious burgers. Price performance is absolutely right here and the staff is also very friendly. We are happy to recommend the Kuckucksstube.

Der Service war sehr nett und freundlich. Leider hat ein Essen nicht geschmeckt. Die Gerichte kamen sehr schnell dafür war eines auch reines Fertigessen für einen überteuerten Preis. Hühnerbrust, das eher als Schnitzel daherkam, Fertigsauce, Spätzel naja. Ich hatte den Schwarzwald-Marie Burger war gut, was ein gestrört hat, reine Sambal Olek Sauce, also da kann man bestimmt eine bessere Burgersauce dazureichen.

Very nice place with a warm welcome. The price of the plans is correct with very substantial children's portions. At 5, we should have taken 2 adult dishes and 2 children's dishes because it's so plentiful. Simple but quality! I highly recommend

The service was very nice and friendly. Unfortunately we didn't like the food. Dishes came very quickly but it was pure ready-made food for overpriced prices. We had schnitzel, burgers and a salad plate.

We went here for dinner after the Badeparadis and were thrilled. Friendly staff, he brought our children something to paint straight away. The food came super quickly and was super tasty. We had Schäufele with potato salad, chicken breast fillet with spaetzli. We would eat here again in a heartbeat.

Since we were staying in the associated Hotel Coucou, we also tried out the restaurant. The lumberjack burger and the cheese spaetzle were very tasty and the portions were generous. The service was quick and attentive. The modern ambience is pleasantly cozy thanks to dark colors and warm lighting.

Delicious flammkuchen. The dessert is highly recommended, the apple strudel with ice cream and whipped cream was delicious! Price was okay. fast service.

We had the classic hamburger with cheese which was great and tasty. The prices were about 5€ higher than those published on their website (around 17€ per hamburger with fries)

Nicht nur die Burger waren lecker, sondern alle Gerichte welche serviert wurden wurden positiv bewertet. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich ; schnelle Bedienung. Besser als „gut“ bewertet weil es meiner Meinung nach zwischen den Restaurants am Titisee höher rangiert gehört … sicher weil zwischen Sommer- und Wintersaison die meisten Lokalitäten sehr früh am Abend schließen.

Edible, that's all I can say - does everyone who doesn't eat meat actually have to like goat cheese? Salt would have been good for both the vegetable patty and the fries - but it's not on the tables. There was hardly any sauce on the burger, and the BBQ sauce on the table was also empty. If you're going to put strawberries on a hearty salad (???), it's best not to let them go bad. But I was particularly annoyed by the "climate plate" on the menu with the comment that if you leave out the butter, it would only pump around 15% of the current value of CO2 into the atmosphere, but then it would (supposedly) only be half as tasty. It couldn't be said more clearly that climate protection really doesn't matter at all.

Very large kitchen. We were lucky enough to stay in the hotel in the same building and to be able to enjoy the excellent cuisine every day. Cheers!

The food was really excellent, but the very long waiting times for each individual step (reception, card, taking the order, delivering the order, paying, clearing away & re-uncovering) unfortunately spoiled the impression a little. The mostly unupholstered seating fits well with the overall furnishings, but is not really ideal for today's stay of almost two hours.

Waiting too long, stadium beers, burgers too expensive for what you got on the plate and paying for water!

Food without many pretensions, what we would say Fast food but good and in quantity, we have ordered a plate with two sausages, potatoes and salad and we have had more than enough, and at an affordable price €16.50. The most expensive, a sparkling water €5.10 and coffees €3.10 EACH!!!

Since the restaurant next door wasn't able to serve dinner, we ended up in the cuckoo room rather unexpectedly. Despite a large staff, the entire wait staff tried to organize a place, which they managed to do within a few minutes. The food was more than excellent and the staff was very attentive and courteous. In the end, we were even happy that the other restaurant didn't do the same. So we had one of the best meals of our vacation. A big thank you to the whole team and the TOP kitchen!!!

Four free tables but apparently no space! Overpriced...

I can't explain why the food in such a restaurant has a total rating of 4.3 stars. I suspect that there are few burger shops in Titisee-Neustadt and therefore hardly any references, because the burgers we ate were (below) average in terms of taste, to say the least. Bought the bun, the meat was okay but really nothing outstanding and the burger sauce had a relatively neutral taste. A 2 out of 5.

We had dinner today and I don't think the price/performance ratio is quite right. Apart from water there are only 0.3 (€4.30) or 0.2 (€2.90). The portion of food isn't too big either, my son is still hungry 8 years after eating tarte flambée. And the allergen menu can still be improved (copied menu card with a few details)

The "climate plate" has a nice little text on the menu about the high CO2 emissions from meat and dairy products. Accordingly, there is not a single vegan main course to choose from. The vegetarian burger wasn't bad, but the goat cheese is more of a matter of taste. Good fries. The glass-walled interior was hotter than outside on a summer evening. Air conditioning seemed to be there, but not working. You have to save CO2 emissions somewhere.

Bad service, long waiting times. And for people who are hungry, €16 for a child's handful of spaetzle is more than steep. There is no way to get full here. Eternal waiting times with hardly any activity. The first and last time!!!

Visited the restaurant because of the overwhelming positive reviews but got very disappointed by the unfair treatment (perhaps due to skin color), slow service with ignorance and below average food. Would not recommend at all.

We were guests at the Kuckucksstube a total of six times during our vacation and were thrilled with the food and service each time. The employees are extremely friendly, courteous and always on hand. When it comes to food, they offer a great selection of dishes - from burgers and cheese spaetzle to sausage salad and goulash. The portions are more than large, which ensures a fair price-performance ratio. Thank you for everything - we will definitely come back if we are ever in the area again.

This restaurant is located in an old train station and is part of a hotel. Great atmosphere. The menu contains some proper German dishes with some local specialities, which taste well but are not very special. The food is good and a lot, for a fair price. The drinks are on the expensive side (though you get a bottle of 33 cl). The salad dressing was over done, and I wouldn’t recommend getting it unless you specify to restrict the amount of dressing. We were able to watch a soccer match during the UEFA championship here as well.

We went to the restaurant for dinner and had two delicious burgers with bacon and cheese. The restaurant is very modern and well-kept and probably one of the better ones on Titisee, although it is a bit out of the way near the train station. The service was very friendly and the quality of the burgers was very good. The fries were a bit brown and greasy due to the older frying oil, but it wasn't a big deal. We would love to come back on our next visit to Titisee.

The smell of the food is very strong when you enter, there is no music in the background. Food is good, service is good.

Update 06.24: I've been coming here regularly for three years. I'm always happy about how incredibly delicious the burgers 🍔 taste here. Above all, the lumberjack burger. Delicious. Really a nice location and the burger I had was extremely tasty! You could say that something like that was missing in Titisee. It's nice that this store now exists. The only suggestions for improvement: It was very warm, maybe you can adjust the ventilation a bit. And I would be happy about more beer selection, but that is probably regulated somehow in the contract with Rothaus. An Export or Helles on the menu would be great. Otherwise: keep it up! I'm already looking forward to my next burger there and will recommend the place to my friends.

The restaurant seems very depressing, both due to the dark green color of the walls and the layout of the tables, which takes some getting used to. The food came quickly and was tasty, but the fries were too crispy and tasted very greasy. The service staff was nice, but perhaps they could have asked more often if you wanted to order something else to drink.
