Service in mega stress. No cutlery, we had to get it ourselves. No possibility to order wine. Pesto too runny, spaghetti overcooked. A lot of onions in the sauce, too thick a layer of fat on the meat, otherwise good. Only one dessert choice but that was super good. Perfect espresso. Cash payment only ("no internet"). Overalls: oh well.

Both pizza and pasta were good.

I will start my comment with yet another thank you! It's Monday, quite a few restaurants are closed. It is 6:30 p.m. and this restaurant catches our attention after a long day of walking we are all very hungry. Unfortunately there is no more space. After trudging for 45 minutes we found nothing else. We return to the restaurant and the waitress asks us to wait a little. A table becomes available! We are with a 3 year old little boy who is starving... his pasta was served in less than 5 minutes. For our part, we waited like everyone else but the wait was very reasonable. Our dishes were delicious and the welcome was great. The prices are absolutely correct. I therefore highly recommend this address!

Yesterday we spontaneously went for pizza, luckily we had space. Homemade salad dressing was a hit. Pizzas are tasty, many different types on the menu. Our good wine was a little too warm. A slight deduction in the ambience, the beautiful wooden tables are covered with plastic, which devalues ​​the beautiful restaurant with nice service.

Gute Auswahl an typischen Gerichten und Getränken, freundlicher, zügiger Service - und Hirsch Pils aus der Tuttlinger Gegend/Wurmlingen ein absolutes Highlight, wird außerhalb leider eher selten angeboten! Die Portionen für meine Bedürfnisse angemessen, eher groß, und sehr schmackhaft. Das einzig zu "Beklagende" ist die Schärfe des "olio picante", könnte für meine Bedürfnisse noch schärfer sein, muss man halt einen kleines Löffelchen mehr nehmen - eine meiner Marotten ;-). Merke: tatsächlich fehlt es an nichts... Insgesamt habe ich mich dort rundum wohl gefühlt und werde dort bei nächster sich bietender Gelegenheit erneut einkehren.

We ate here with 9 people (6 adults + 3 children). We were super satisfied. The service was courteous and friendly. The food came for everyone at the same time and was delicious. Everyone enjoyed it very much and we had a lovely evening - thank you very much for that 🤗

Great pizza, great dough and super well topped. Authentic Italian food. Of course the location is small and cute, but that doesn't detract from the high quality food. Really worth a visit

In a relaxed atmosphere you can get great Italian dishes for a fair price. The team is incredibly friendly and always ready for a joke. Pizza and pasta dishes are great and with decent portions.

The cappuccino tasted like a powder mixed with hot water, there was no milk foam to be seen or tasted. The bitter lemon tasted as if the bottle had been open for weeks and the carbon dioxide had long since escaped. Definitely not recommended.

If you want to eat the worst pizza of your life, go to Mona Lisa Restaurant. I go to Titisee often and really like pizza, but this was honestly the worst pizza I've ever eaten.

Everything was very, very tasty

Good restaurant, small and a bit hidden. We sat in the winter garden and it was very pleasant. Food is very tasty and authentic. Coffee is also highly recommended. Likewise Birra Moretti. Garlic and oregano are not automatically included. You have to order additionally.

A very inconspicuous pizzeria located a bit away from the pedestrian zone, but the pizzas were just great A++++, I had the calzone and was very surprised by the size, the ingredients were fresh and the taste was very tasty, I very rarely have that Ate a good pizza, we were all very enthusiastic and satisfied with these products 👍👍👍 the prices are reasonable and worth every euro.

After a few years we were looking forward to finally coming back here. We had very positive memories of the restaurant (food, service, friendliness). Unfortunately, we were happy too soon. The food was good, but the portions were very manageable. The staff didn't seem very motivated, sometimes very unfriendly. We didn't really feel welcome.

Ordered pizza and lasagna to take away here in the evening. Pizza is OK, but the lasagne was very small for the price and, above all, burnt. The staff is mostly very unfriendly and pissed off.

We were served quickly and the place was clean. However, the seafood spaghetti was completely overcooked and tasted lousy. The pizza wasn't a hit either and tasted a bit like burnt oil. The complaint was not addressed and the waitress then left without responding. It's a shame, we definitely won't come here again.

While passing through we ordered pizza & lasagna to take away in the evening. We were there once three weeks ago, we were satisfied with the taste and that's why we came back. Unfortunately this time it's the complete opposite! The two portions of lasagne were mini and burnt. We then went back and asked one of the employees about it, who confirmed that both portions together were the size of one portion. Shortly afterwards, however, his colleague arrived, who was completely uncomprehending and immediately became unfriendly and rude. She said they always portioned the same way. The portions are sufficient and she can't do anything about it now. The boss isn't there, we should call him if it's that important to us. She completely blocked the request to simply adjust the portion and was not prepared to offer any solution or accommodation. I happened to have photos of the portion three weeks earlier that was twice the size and completely filled the mold. This time a 1cm layer and a piece only half the size. However, she didn't see any difference except for “more sauce”. But yes, the sauce was completely missing too! She took photos as proof and then turned around in a completely arrogant manner and simply shouted “Bye”. You really can't think of anything! Simply outrageous and cheeky! This has nothing to do with customer friendliness! And the prices are not cheap anyway! It was definitely our last visit!

Tempered carpaccio, not at all pleasant. The tortellini looked like they were from the supermarket and the cheese sauce was a paste. As for the decoration, it is decadent, not very clean and with a lack of light. Acceptable service but slow. I wouldn't go back.

Good food, reasonable prices, friendly staff. If you are very hungry, it might be scarce. The portions aren't too big.

If you would like to wait 1 hour for 2 salads, 1 soup, and 1 pasta than go ahead, but I’d rather spend some time exploring beautiful surroundings 🙂

If you're lucky, you'll get a place without a reservation on Saturday evening. It was very crowded and took a long time. The pizza was very tasty and very large and if you are used to Swiss prices, unbeatably cheap. I'll probably try my luck again another day.

8/17/24 We called because everywhere it says reservations only by phone!! It said they don't reserve!! BRAVO!! We came, had to wait a bit, they just quickly cleared the table and cleaned it, mmm 15 minutes (it wasn't clean, we were stuck)... Then we got the menu, my husband wanted his Jägerschnitzel with penne instead of fries (it's clear), my son wanted schnitzel with fries, my daughter wanted his schnitzel with fries, and I chose schnitzel instead of fries with spaghetti Napoli (it's clear) (in the menu There was an extra charge of €1 per request). Drinks Gr.Cola, small Cola, non-alcoholic Cola wheat, large A spritzer. Get 3 times right one small instead of large. Judging by the prices we thought ok, the portions were definitely good! No small portions and billed well, you don't have to understand!! See image. A proud sum at the end of the day. And it took 20 minutes to pay, telling 3 times that you wanted to pay and 3 employees and that in a village like Tittisee Finally, it was tasty but the adult portions were children's portions and the children were toddler (up to 4 years old) portions.

The taste was ok to good for us. However, the prices are designed to rip off tourists. The portions were relatively small.

Service was very slow and we were forgotten about. We ordered our food, but not all of it came. A mistake was made, which normally is absolutely fine and not a bother at all. However, when questioned about our order, the manager came across as rude and made no effort to fix the mistake. It was most likely a miscommunications error from both our part and theirs. But the issue was the way it was handled. Which was belittling and disrespectful.

Sat outside in shade, pizza was fantastic, pasta carbonara was sticky because the sauce broke when made. Bruschetta was tasty

The portions for kids were very small , they asked more money just because we asked to separate the source from the pasta ( for kids) The tuna salad was not fresh …

Very tasty Italian stone oven pizza! Since many restaurants on Titisee close before 5 p.m., which I can't understand... this was the only one nearby. And we haven't regretted it. Not very inviting from the outside, but the service was very nice and the food was great! 👍🏼 We come often when we are here. Prices reasonable and fair. Portions great! Fresh!

Super delicious Italian with great pizza and pasta dishes. The price is great and you can still play mini golf. It's a bit hidden and you're away from the hustle and bustle of Lake Titisee.

Nice place, but I was astonished that I had to pay 5€ for 0.5L water. It is the most expensive water I have ever drunk!! We also had a pizza Bolognese. There was barely mince meat in it, but it was okay.

Pizza was ok, but salads and gnoccis not great. Eatable. I would recommend to choose other restaurant in that area. Waiter put his arm on my glas by mistake touching it with his skin so I did not drink it anymore… he did not suggest a new glass or did not even say sorry.

Very tasty pizza and pasta at fair prices. The service is friendly and accommodating and you sit in a very nice atmosphere. We ate on the terrace twice and ordered once and were extremely satisfied each time.

Organisation déplorable : 4 serveurs en salle pour 50 couverts environ, 3/4 occupées : attente 45 mn pour avoir la carte. Mon verre de Spritz c’est brisé après 2 gorgées = + 10 mn pour venir éponger et me le changer Paiement cash imposé lors du règlement, ce n’était pas indiqué à l’entrée. Seul point positif la pizza était bonne mais il a fallu attendre + 45 mn A fuir !!

Update July 2024 We wanted to give the restaurant another chance. HANDS OFF! The service cannot be found because they are busy cleaning things and handing out the cards. After 15 minutes, no sign of life. When we got the cards ourselves we rolled our eyes and said they would come in 2 seconds. Then the cards would be dealt to the other tables and then they would go back inside instead of taking orders. Unbelievable and outrageous. Never again. The store is supposed to close. Better go next door to Pizzeria Passarella👍🏻 July 2023 Music way too loud. There is no service in sight despite the empty restaurant. Food has hardly any taste. Ambience also leaves a lot to be desired. Prices ok

Today I ate the best lasagna of my entire life in this magnificent restaurant and the pizzas are also exceptional, compliments to the handsome and talented pizza chef👍

We will DEFINITELY go back!!!! Super tasty, authentic food. There is no saving or using cheap products. If you sit outside you can watch people playing mini golf :) Absolutely friendly staff. You get every extra request. Allergies are catered for!

I agree with the other opinions, passable food (4 cheese gnocchi quite good, but spaghetti bolognese very oily and it strongly resembled bolo sauce in a jar) but rather fair in price. On the other hand, the service is terrible, the waitress is unfriendly and cold as can be and seemed to be very anxious for the place to be freed. However, we arrived at noon and left an hour later and the restaurant was far from full.

We had pizza Mona Lisa and cannelloni here. The food was very tasty, the pizza was really big and the service was very attentive. We were also able to take our dog with us. This restaurant is definitely highly recommended.

Very tasty food and a cozy atmosphere, have been there several times and always like to come back. The prices are very fair and Parmesan is served free of charge with the meal. The staff is consistently friendly and quick. Parking is possible free of charge at the train station from 8 p.m., a 5-minute walk away.

The three of us spontaneously dined here in the evening. It took a long time until we received the card and before we could order. After 40 minutes the starter arrived, then another 20 minutes until we got our main course. The spagetti Bolognese sauce tasted like water, as did the tomato sauce on the pizza. For the prices it's not worth it. Among other things, you didn't get a hello or goodbye from the condition, as if you didn't want to be here. We left early because the music was getting louder and we couldn't understand each other anymore.

I went to a restaurant with my two children. Two tables were empty. They sat us on a small table... At the end of the meal the two tables were still empty... I had to pay 1 euro for a plate! I wouldn't recommend this place.

We've been there twice and would come again. The ambience is not exactly very welcoming, also because we got a very unfavorable table the first time. But the food was very good.
