Good restaurant, I'm a foreigner and they are too, but they treat you kindly and respectfully, although we waited longer, it was worth it, the master chef is a bit of a tempestuous guy, but I understand him on one hand, but otherwise the staff is great and the food is great

The food is delicious there. Everything is reasonably priced, not too expensive. The service is excellent; they often ask if everything is okay and if you'd like anything else. I would go back again and again.

What a fun and welcoming place! All the employees were very funny and friendly. Benjamin, our waiter, was incredible! He was very attentive and made sure he ordered it pizza exactly how we wanted it, making great suggestions as well. We had a wonderful time chatting with him, and felt right at home. The chef did a great job in preparing our meal. It was delicious! We would definitely recommend for anyone coming to the area.

Very good pizza and very good beer

The gnocchi nappoli we ordered was just supermarket pasta with canned tomatoes. The canelos had a dough filling with some questionable meat. The soft drinks were served almost cold. The pizza was just okay. We don't understand the glowing reviews.

The restaurant has an Italian feel, but the food isn't anything special. The pizza is a complete cheese nightmare. Special requests are accepted, but forgotten. Card payments sometimes fail, but you're only informed after your meal. The waiter seems distracted, barely listening, and stares around aimlessly, preferring to smoke rather than serve.

The pizza and pasta dishes were of mediocre quality and flavor. When we tried to order risotto, we were given a long, drawn-out explanation that their Italian supplier couldn't deliver rice. However, we observed salami and ham being brought from the discount store's pantry into the kitchen. This made us seriously doubt the Italian supplier's story. It's more likely that discount store products are generally used here. There are no children's portions on the menu, and they were unable to make a smaller portion of spaghetti for small children. You also sit on the terrace directly on the street.

Since I'm from the area, I didn't know such a delicious Italian restaurant existed. It tastes so good, and the portions are perfect. Simply delicious!

The food was average. Pizza was very cheesey, and the dough wasn't particularly good. The spaghetti was also very bland. Drinks were rather expensive. The location was not very nice. Service was slow.

The pizzas are good, but that clearly doesn't make up for the simply pitiful service and attitude of the owner. We wanted to order a beer during our meal, but it was refused because the tap was off. The server was drunk in the middle of the evening. At the end of the meal, we wanted to pay, but were told that the EFT was also off, so we had to pay in cash. An experience not to be repeated. Move on.

The pizzas are good quality, but that's the only positive thing. The service is terrible. The waiter seemed drunk at the end of the evening. We were refused a credit card payment with the reason: "the card machine is off, it's too late." During the meal, the waiter refused to allow us to order a drink. How is it possible that this restaurant is still open?

Benjamin was fantastic and make our evening with out little ones extra special. Great tasting pizza and would strongly recommend for authentic Italian food. Parking directly at the restaurant or public car park over the road

We've ordered takeaway pizza from Pizzeria Raffaele several times, and each time the pizza has been fresh, delicious, and truly excellent. On our last visit, we ate there as a family, and again, we were treated very friendly and courteously. It was especially nice that our children's wishes were accommodated as best as possible. There was a small mistake in the children's pizza order, but ultimately, the little ones were still happy and full. Unfortunately, my pizza wasn't quite to my liking: instead of spinach with Gorgonzola on my pizza, I was served a pizza with spinach and mozzarella, which I unfortunately didn't like at all and didn't quite match my taste. When I pointed this out, they immediately apologized, and I quickly received a new pizza of my choice. The service was very courteous and respectful at that moment – truly excellent! Overall, a very good experience; we'd be happy to come back!

Went twice, had pizza, carbonara and tomato salad. All top drawer as was the beer, wine and drinks. Treated like regulars on our second visit. 5 star

Great little place, everything is fresh and made on the spot. The stuff was very flexible with us and especially Benjamin was super kind. I recommend the soup :)

This is an unpretentious family run place. The decor could do with some updates but the food and service is good. Some of the food was very salty though. Great value.

Friendly Italian restaurant. It feels like a family business where everyone helps out and everyone does everything. The bruschetta, pizza, and spaghetti carbonara were excellent. The ambiance wasn't outstanding, but the restaurant was within walking distance of the hotel, so a reservation wasn't necessary.

The restaurant makes a decent impression, with a tidy outdoor terrace right on the street—not uncomfortable, but not a place to linger. The bruschetta was plentiful and the bread truly delicious, although it was topped with cheese and served with balsamic crema—both of which, in my opinion, don't belong on a classic bruschetta. Overall, the taste was okay. Unfortunately, the lasagna was sold out, and the cannelloni were only a mediocre substitute: a fairly compact, neutral filling, but a good sauce. The service was friendly and attentive, which rounded off the visit on a positive note.

The place is beautiful and maintained well. Washrooms are clean and plenty of place to sit. The best part is the food its really amazing. We ordered Penne pesto, penne ariabatta, spaghetti shrimp and margarita pizza. The pizza was amazing and the pasta as well. Must visit place worth the price.

We visited Raffaele for dinner today. First of all: Raffaele and his crew are absolutely worth it. We received an extremely friendly and attentive welcome. And when the crowds started coming, it felt like half the family was mobilized. In any case, it was a busy place. The distance to the chef in the kitchen was very short. We were personally informed why our special request (a slightly smaller pizza) didn't make sense, and we were offered to simply take the leftovers with us. The food was rather mediocre. The bruschetta had a strange kind of cheese topping. If you like it... The pizza was quite good. Nothing to complain about. The ambiance corresponded to what I imagine a local pub in Palermo to be like. So, quite adequate. The restrooms were reasonably clean, but unfortunately in a state like Dresden in 1945, including a lack of toilet paper. They could definitely work on that. On the other hand, it somehow fits the ambiance described above ;-) Overall, not bad, but not really special either.

Food is essentially a matter of taste. Everyone should make their own judgment here. I prefer a thin pizza base, but this one was rather thick, but it tasted quite good.

Everything was super good and on top of that, they were super friendly, with parking even for campers!!

Ordered the canneloni. It arrived exactly as it was on the menu. The portion was very small in my opinion. I thought 3 finger-sized canneloni was a small portion for an adult man. The owner could really show off the Audi RS6 parked next to it.

The pizza tastes amazing! Great base, not too thin, and generous toppings. What I didn't like was that one of the staff members was talking loudly and extensively on the phone.

This is not a restaurant, very small place, poor service, we arrived as a couple with 4 children, he wanted to split us into 2 tables and would not agree to join the tables in any way, the food we ordered was completely ordinary, not very tasty We will definitely not go back there

Nice little Italian restaurant with delicious food! The staff was also very friendly.

The bruschetta was a POEM!! The portion was enough for two people (only half is visible in the picture, we were hungry 😂), perfectly seasoned, and freshly prepared. The pizza was also really good; the crust was crispy but still fluffy. The service was very friendly and relaxed. The restaurant has a very family-friendly atmosphere; you feel at home. We would love to come back. 😊

Today we were on the "promenade" at Titisee, it was quite busy there, we stopped by Raffaele's and took 2 pizzas with us, I was able to watch in peace how the pizza was made, the pizza was a dream, superbly made, beautifully light, not burnt and nice and hot, simply fantastic - thank you very much for that

We went for a meal with the family and were really excited! We ordered pasta carbonara and pizzas — everything was just delicious! The carbonara was creamy and tasty, cooked to perfection. The pizzas were also delicious: well cooked, with fresh ingredients and a light dough. The kids and I ate everything with great pleasure! A huge thank you to the whole team — the chef, the waiting staff and all the collaborators. You can feel the passion and care in every detail. We will definitely be back with joy!

It's really cheeky that this restaurant charges money for pizza. Simply abysmal, I'd love to give it 0 stars. Very dry, hard pizza with no seasoning and cheap cheese and cheap salami. Tastes worse than a frozen pizza. Salad was drenched in oil, with just a bit of balsamic vinegar and no salt or pepper. Not to mention the bruschetta starter had tough, half-cold cheese; I haven't had bruschetta that bad in a long time. Not only was the food bad, the service was slow and unfriendly. They don't agree on card payments either; depending on which member of staff you ask, you get a different answer.

The food was very good (pizza was great), and I also liked the atmosphere! Unfortunately, it took a long time before we were allowed to order! Hence only 4 stars.

We ate two pizzas at Pizzeria Raffaele this week. Both were delicious and huge. The beer was freshly tapped, and the Primitivo was incredibly tasty. All at a really reasonable price. We'll be back!

Friendly staff, great service and really delicious food, would go back

We ordered food last night and it was absolutely delicious! A vegetarian pizza, a salad with cheese and garlic bread. I've never had such a delicious salad to go! The Italian beer was also very, very tasty :) The next time we're at Titisee, we'll be happy to come back!

We visited for dinner with friends after seeing the 4.5-star rating, but our experience was very disappointing. The pizza looked good, but the tomatocreme soup was disaster and tasted like watered-down tomato paste—completely unappetizing. The service was even worse. No one came to take our drink orders, and we had to go to the kitchen ourselves multiple times just to order or request anything. Even when it came time to pay, no one brought the bill—we had to go up to the counter because we were running late. Overall, it was a frustrating and disappointing experience. I would not go back, and I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant to others.

Total loss people never eat there because it is right at the beginning of Titisee! If you go eat somewhere else, trust me, the pizza was very, very bad. If you put a pizza in the oven at home, it would taste even better than the pizza from this store. Totally dirty, everything is so dirty, not dry at all.

The pizza came quickly and looked okay. Unfortunately, the taste was a disaster: the dough was tough and there was hardly any trace of pizza sauce. The owner was rude and the atmosphere was unpleasant. I couldn't finish the pizza.

We were passing through and ended up here spontaneously. Super tasty pizza and friendly welcome. The store is quite small and it was busy, so we grabbed the pizza to go. We got two beers on the house, which we really liked! Can highly recommend the store. :)

The penne was worth 4 stars for me but the pizza is worth more than 5 stars. Everything is freshly prepared. Even the pizza dough is spread out before topping. Therefore a full 5 stars. The service is also impeccable!

The pizzas are very tasty and large. The furnishings look rather rustic, but many small details make the visit a short trip to Italy.

The restaurant looks shabby from outside with rather poor atmosphere, but the pizza was really tasty and served very fast.

As a guest you immediately feel at home here. A warm welcome and a great Italian flair. As a starter we had bruschetta. It was sooooooo delicious. The main courses (Spagetti Aglio e Olio & Cannelloni Carne) were also a blast in terms of taste. “Mama” and her employees behind the dresses know their craft and cook with a lot of love.

Absolutely recommended! The pizzas have a very thin base, the edge is airy as it should be and crispy until the end. Finally, I have a limoncello on the house.

We ate in the restaurant on site. The service was good. All of our pizzas were very tasty and at fair prices! E.g. Pizza Margherita for 7.90 euros, pizza with ham and mushrooms for 11.20 euros (08.2024). We were able to take the leftovers with us in the pizza box because the pizzas are so huge. At the end, our children each received a Chupa Chups lollipop. Full 5 stars!!!

We spent a few days on a wellness holiday at Titisee (bathing paradise), in the hotel right next to the pizzeria. From the outside the restaurant looks more like a take-away (you can, by the way), but inside it has a real southern Italian atmosphere. On the first evening we went to Raffaele's and were absolutely thrilled. Very tasty bruschette (easily enough as a starter for 2), and the pizzas were also great! The wine was also fine and the grappa at the end is also highly recommended. The hospitality of the whole family is truly southern Italian! We went there again on the last evening and it was perfect again, fine salads for starters, spaghetti with scampi and pizza were very tasty. We'll definitely be back🫶

Small restaurant with a few seats. The food was good, not exceptionally good for our taste but perfectly fine. The service is friendly and the food is delivered quickly. The tables could have been a little cleaner, but it was also very full when we came. High chairs are available, but changing facilities are not available.

We spontaneously got a table at Raffaele, there are parking spaces right in front of the door. Very small with about 6 tables, friendly service, only cash payment possible. Nice salad with warm pizza bread and the subsequent pizza tasted particularly good. Simply furnished with real candles on the table. We'd love to come back.

With reference to the "lots of walk-in customers" we were offered a two-seater cat table on the wall so that we didn't take up space for the many guests. The "restaurant" was completely empty. We preferred to eat elsewhere, so we can't comment on the quality of the food.

From the moment we entered, the chef spoke very superiorly and sent us to the back table. I chose this location because of the reviews, but in reality it leaves a lot to be desired :) The food was good, but the waiter, a man with glasses, was very arrogant and spoke badly. It says on the website that you can reserve. When you call, you're told to just come by, only to find yourself standing in front of a bar where you can't get a seat... Thanks for nothing!
