We ate there for the first time today. We ordered homemade lemonade and a carafe of Coke for drinks. Both were delicious. On a positive note, the entire restaurant was super clean. When we arrived, an employee was busy cleaning the lamps. Our server was Tommy. What can we say: polite from start to finish. He escorted us to our table, took our order promptly, and repeatedly asked if everything was okay. The service was first-class; we haven't been served this well in a long time. Super delicious food, great atmosphere, and consistently friendly staff.

Before leaving, I had a quick bite to eat at this restaurant. It is listed as a BBQ restaurant, but I couldn't really make that out of it. However, I had a very tasty meal with a pulled pork sandwich. Price/quality is something you can find, but you are at an airport and then nothing is cheap. It tasted very good and that's what it's all about. Friendly staff and service at the table, no rush and everything in peace.

A great start to your vacation or an enjoyable end - whatever you want. In any case, good food meets a great atmosphere here. The panoramic window overlooking the parking positions of the aircraft captures the airport flair while at the same time managing to create an attractive retreat.

We wanted to eat something in this restaurant at Düsseldorf airport, but the waitress was very unfriendly. She wasn't attentive at all and made a few comments in German that were really inappropriate. For me, something like that just doesn't work, especially at an airport where there are people from all over the world. I definitely won't go there again and can't recommend it either.

I would never go wrong again, terrible and unacceptable customer service. It turned out that we couldn't sit at a table where we wanted, provided that the restaurant was empty, and secondly, you can't order a children's menu, even if you also order main dishes, because there were no children with us. Strange policy. After these performances of theirs, we left at the moment.

I have eaten here few times. Service is allways quite rude. German standard. Hamburger beef is like from waste system and the compressed and painted to look like a patty.

Staff lied to us that she cannot use Priority Pass to pay. Pretended to test it not using an app or anything. Telling us someone that can use it will arrive 2 hours later… Then threatened us to call the office because we were sitting there waiting for a staff to use it… Worst experience. Unfriendly and incompetent.

I tried to use Priority Pass, but was told that I couldn't use it because there was no staff member who knew how to use it and the machines didn't work. Moreover, he did not act apologetic at all, but spoke confidently. I've been using Priority Pass for many years, but this is the first time I've been treated like this.

After just over a year, the Palabrion is still great. No matter whether you want something hearty or something light like a salad.

We wanted to eat here with our priority passes, apparently the device for scanning the passes was broken and we couldn't redeem our credit. Absolutely unprofessional.

Staff doesn’t care you waiting ‚to be seated‘ - you will be ignored even though there is nobody there, not overcrowded, just not trained waitresses with little to no English

Special request was accepted, for the price offered the burger was unfortunately very, very dry, the bun was unfortunately hard, but still tasted good, sauce was added on request if you are visiting the airport or if you want something before the flight If you want to eat, I can still recommend it with a clear conscience!

I was waiting for my flight at Düsseldorf Airport and the design of the restaurant welcomed me in. I love the industrial and cozy decor. The menu choices are great and the food was delicious. The prize was ok for the quality of the food. I had a great lunch and can only recommend the Palavrion.

Just wanted to have a quick drink before departure. I ordered a cola and received a 0.5 liter carafe! There would also have been a 0.2 liter bottle, but I should have said that. Here you live off of walk-in customers. You can just rip them off. Too bad. Service is different for me. The homemade lemonade was ok.

Stopped there briefly before the flight. Service ok, could be improved, ate a pumpkin seed soup, which was delicious, drank a glass of Pino, which was good.

Unfortunately like most airport restaurants: just bad. The starter and main course would be brought together. The avocado tartare was tasteless but edible. The steak was perfectly medium rare, but I had never eaten something so tasteless and retort-like. The grilled vegetables were less grilled and more oiled. Positive: The portions were huge and I didn't get sick...

Big Caesar salad. Worth the money. Tasty salmon and rosemary potatoes. Nice restaurant ground side.

Went for a second time and I was disappointed again. I had a burger and it was tough and not worth the money. The service was slow which is not good in an airport. I have learnt my lesson I won't be back. I wanted the medium priced steak and unfortunately they had run out of that cut, they only had the most expensive cut left. Running out of steak In unfortunate! So I tried the ribs which I think may have had like a dry rub on them. A bit dry but nice. It came with a teaspoon of three sauces which I had to get more of. I also had the soup to start which was nice as well. The service was a little slow but ok overall. It's ok for an airport but I would not be rushing back.

One waiter was amazing a tall guy at the bar opposite to the restaurant, the other one was horrible ( Tommy ) . Asked for the bill and it took ages and when I told the manager the one with upside down name badge I asked her to get the bill once he is free he will get u the bill ... After that came Rude Tommmy!!!! Food presentation was good . Food quality was good wasn't bad but the portion depends on the cook mood for example I got 3 piece of chicken on top of my salad while others got 6 ! Same salad same cook . Over all Meeeh .. won't be back of course ..

Das Risotto war geschmacklos und in Kürbiskernöl ertränkt.Der Lachs war tot gebraten und dementsprechend sehr trocken.Die Bowl war gut und lecker zubereitet. Der Service wirkt etwas überfordert und lustlos.In der Küche ist mangelnde Koordination/Organisation und Einsatzbereitschaft ein grosses Manko.Dies führt zu lange Wartezeiten und minderwertige Qualität. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis mangelhaft.

Ich weiß nicht was ich sagen soll.. Mein Kind (unter 18) wollte das Kids-Menü haben, durfte es jedoch laut chefin und kellner nicht haben da es nur für Kinder bis 12 Jahren ist! Kann ich absolut nicht nachvollziehen, warum es so eine Regelung überhaupt gibt. Es ist einfach nur Schwachsinnig und mein Kind konnte somit auch nichts essen und wir mussten es wo anders etwas holen. Ganz toll ! 👏 Ambiete und unsere Stimmung wurde dadurch auch zerstört! Das einzige schöne an dem Restaurant war, dass man die Flugzeuge direkt sehen konnte aber da hörts dann auch wieder auf.. Essen war nichts besonderes für den Preis den man gezahlt hat.. Lieber wo anders essen :)

Hier stimmt einfach alles: Leckeres Essen, nette Bedienung und ein schönes Ambiente. Die Auswahl war super und das Kürbisrisotto sehr zu empfehlen.

En la mayoría de aeropuertos se acostumbra a comer mal y caro, pues este restaurante es la excepción. Situado antes de los controles de seguridad, ofrece hamburguesas y demás platos. Servicio amable y simpático. Local agradable. Hemos comido muy bien.

Wie haben nur was getrunken und uns die Abfertigung eines Flugzeug angesehen. Super Aussicht, nettes Personal, angemessene Preise bei dem, was wir gesehen haben auch gutes Essen.

Unbestreitbar ist das Palavrion einer der schöneren Orte am Flughafen Düsseldorf. Möchte mann dem Reisestress entfliehen und dieses mit einem angenehmen Essen abschließen oder einfach mal, wie im meinem Fall, eine kurze Arbeitspause einlegen, gibt es kaum einen besseren Ort am Flughafen DUS. Ein trendiges Ambiente gepaart mit einen schönen Ausblick auf das Vorfeld und Flugzeuge. Was will man mehr? Ab und zu schaue ich dort mal auf einen Espresso vorbei. Der schmeckt hier einfach am besten. Zudem wird dieser dem Gast aus der Tasse und nicht aus dem Pappbecher serviert. Ein Sitzplatz wird auch angeboten. Prima! FAZIT: Kein Fastfood. Dafür Bedienung am Tisch.

Food is good but not exceptional, but Aperol Spritz was really like water. The staff is friendly though.

Mein Freund und ich hatten beide einen Burger. Die Burger waren sehr trocken und so gut wie gar nicht gewürzt. Die Pommes dazu haben leider auch kein Gewürz abbekommen, waren viel zu hell und gar nicht knusprig. Wir waren von dem tollen Ambiente begeistert, deswegen wollten wir dort unbedingt essen. Aber das Essen war unserer Meinung nach diesen Preis nicht annähernd wert.

Das in der Getränkekarte angebotene „Mineralwasser“ entpuppte sich als günstiges Tafelwasser, welches an der Theke gezapft und gesprudelt wird. Das muss deklariert werden und darf nicht als Mineralwasser verkauft werden. Meiner Meinung: Betrug am Gast!

Tiene una carta variada con hamburguesas, costillas, salchichas etc... El sitio es agradable ya que hay un ventanal donde ves los aviones y así entretienes a los más pequeños. El servicio fue rápido, ya que es básico en un aeropuerto. No lo noté excesivamente caro para estar en el aeropuerto.

Leider hat der Service sehr nachgelassen ! Es war immer ein sehr schönes leckeres und Herzliches Restaurant mitten im Trubel vom Flughafen … Schade das hier so viele Veränderungen gerade was das Personal betrifft geschehen sind … Rumpsteak Medium mit Grillgemüse bestellt … Rumpsteak war leider totgebraten … die Rückfrage ob alles ok ist kam kurz vor der letzten Gabel … Das Hausbrot von dem man immer geschwärmt hat und welches eigentlich schon fast mit unter Grund war das man immer gerne mit Freunden und Familie hergekommen ist … selbst das wurde uns nicht gereicht … jedoch hat der Nachbartisch erhalten … Generell fühlte man sich nicht willkommen … schade … wir waren immer sehr gerne hier … aber das hat sich mittlerweile auch erledigt … dafür muss man dann nicht extra her kommen …

Waren angenehm überrascht, wegen der wirklich guten Burger zu einem, für den Flughafen, guten Preis. Ambiente schön, Servicepersonal sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Eigentlich ein schönes Restaurant, leider ist der Boden sehr schmutzig gewesen und die Bedienung sehr Lustlos.( Hat laut mit Kollegen gesprochen wie sehr er keine Lust mehr hat) Da unsere Tochter nicht das komplette Gericht geschafft hat, wollten wir Ihren Teil mitnehmen und mussten diesen auch selber einpacken. Absolut unverschämt für diesen Preis ! Die beiden Sterne werden für das Essen vergeben, welches gut war. Auf Sonderwünsche bsp. ohne Zwiebel wird nicht eingegangen.

Visited on a Saturday lunchtime whilst waiting for my flight. During this time there was plenty of table space available, and I was fortunate to be able to sit by the window looking out onto the apron. I had a salmon, spinach and cream cheese pasta which was lovely, along with possibly the strongest G&T I've had in an airport. Bread and oils also served before your food. Given the quality of the food and the relaxing atmosphere, the prices are good value in my opinion.

Ich hatte kürzlich die Gelegenheit, das Palavrion am Düsseldorfer Flughafen zu besuchen und war von meiner Erfahrung begeistert. Die Tagessuppe, die mir empfohlen wurde, war köstlich und ein wahrer Genuss. Besonders beeindruckend fand ich auch die Burgervariationen, die das Restaurant anbietet. Das Ambiente im Palavrion ist angenehm und das Personal sehr freundlich und aufmerksam

Tyvärr ingen burgare jag vill äta igen. "Knuspriger Speck" betyder uppenbarligen inte alls "knaperstekt", utan baconet var en väldigt lättstekt sort, lagd under välstekt burgare, så tjock att den omöjligt kunde ätas utan bestick.

Wirklich tolles Restaurant. Ich habe hier auf Googlemap gefunden, hat sehr gute Bewertung, und ich versuchte nur einfach mal. Hier kann man köstliche Gerichten auf günstigen Preis genießen. Die hausgemachte Brote und Eistee sind👍🏻 Palavrion Cut Steak und Veggie Burger sind sehr lecker! Ich werde sehr gerne mal wieder dahin, obwohl ich keinen Flug habe.

Sehr guter, aufmerksamer, schneller Service. Schmackhaftes Beef-Sandwich. Pommes in der Metalltasse. Hausgemachte, spritzige Beerenschorle. War rundum zufrieden. Top!

Das allerletzte!! Wir saßen dort bestimmt 15 Minuten und es kam keine Kellnerin. Das war das erste und letzte Mal!!!

Das beste Steak seit langem! Perfekt auf den Punkt Der grillknoblauch war köstlich und der Salat frisch und lecker Vor allem hat der Koch meine Speziellen Bedürfnisse perfekt bedacht! Das war sehr gelungen 🥰 so pfiffig die Deko, so überzeugend das Konzept Die Mitarbeiter sind alle auf Zack und sehr freundlich. Wegen der bekannten Verzögerungen hatten wir eine lange Zeit dort, die wir genossen haben

Wir waren eigentlich nur dort, da wir unseren Flug durch die extrem lange Schlange vor der Sicherheitskontrolle verpasst hatten. Das Essen war TOP! Für ein vernünftiges Flughafen-Restaurant sind die Preise völlig in Ordnung. Zudem hatten wir eine Mitarbeiterin von unseren Problemen erzählt, welche uns Verständnisvoll sofort weiterhalf. Gesamtfazit: Top Restaurant, super Mitarbeiter und das Essen hat auch beste Qualität.

The place is only half full but I was sitting there for 30 minutes and the waitress had still not taken my order. Meanwhile the person at the next table who came in 10 minutes after me was already eating. Ridiculous, I just had to leave.

Deutlich besser als Gedacht, Burger war ziemlich gut! Steak Sandwich auch gut gemacht. Die Zutaten wirkten alles super frisch.

Ich hatte auf meinem Ceasar's Salat ein ekliges Hähnchen billigster Herkunft. Leicht zu erkennen an dem genoppten Abdruck auf der Unterseite, welcher das Muster der Einlage zeigt, das am Boden der Plastikverpackung liegt. Besonders gerne wird diese Verpackung im Discounter verwendet, wobei die Hähnchenteile unter Schutzgas verpackt werden. Dazu wurde noch ein riesiges Stück davon kaum zerkleinert auf den Salat geknallt. Solch ein Fleisch aus einer sog. Qualzucht ist einfach nicht zu essen. Ich werde die Bude zukünftig konsequent meiden.

Einen Teil meiner Wartezeit auf meinen Rückflug nach Berlin habe ich im Palavrion verbracht. Die offene Einrichtung hat mir gut gefallen und das vielfältige Speisen- und Getränkeangebot hat mich auch sehr überzeugt. Ich entschied mich für einen Burger und war mit meiner Wahl sehr zufrieden. Abgerundet wurde ein angenehmer Aufenthalt durch das freundliche Personal.

Für ein Flughafen Restaurant echt hervorragend. Motiviertes und quirliges Personal das so schnell wie auch freundlich und mit einem ehrlichen Lächeln auf dem Gesicht. Die Preise sind auch sehr fair und die Portionen üppig. Das Mineralwasser kommt in der Karaffe und ist dezent gesprudelt und frisch mit Minze und Zitrone. Der Burger war gut, bis vielleicht auf den ein bisschen glasigen Käse.

Bei jeder Reise ein muss. Sehr leckeres Essen.
