Super fast service, large pizza that fills you up and well-seasoned pasta.

It's very pleasant here. The waiters are very accommodating and friendly. I can only recommend!!!

It’s my first time at L’Osteria in Düsseldorf on Berliner Allee. I immediately liked the atmosphere and seemed very inviting and cozy, which is why we chose this L’Osteria from Düsseldorf. The food was delicious and after we sat down, a very nice waitress came to serve us. Everything went super quickly and I felt like I was in good hands. Highly recommended for a nice evening date :)

Vitello tomato was good (a little underseasoned) and the bread with it was also fresh. Aperol was small for the price. Everything took a little longer and service seemed stressed.

Unfortunately, I didn't have any luck with the spaghetti Bolognese twice. At first there was a small stone in the sauce and afterwards I had severe stomach cramps from eating. The pizza may be ok, but I can only strongly advise against pasta dishes.

Here we ate the most delicious pizzas in town. The price-performance ratio is excellent. The passion fruit spritzer is also highly recommended!

L'Osteria's pizza and pasta are always a hit. The ambience is great and the service is friendly and quick. I've loved going to L'Osteria for years, but this branch is my favorite! The only two things I would complain about or improve would be that you need larger plates (😂) and secondly, I noticed a little thing about your vegan pizza today that you should change. Vegan chicken is used here and it should be fried before it goes on the pizza. This makes it al dente. Unfortunately, on today's pizza it was more like rubber. Everything else is great with you and I'm looking forward to the next visit! PS you can see my favorite pizza in the picture 🥰

The pizza is absurdly large and the toppings are delicious. The staff are very attentive and the ambient music is very pleasant. One of the best L’Osterias in the region.

I really enjoyed the food and the pizza is really big, which is of course great for the price. Unfortunately, the waiter who served us wasn't very attentive and we also had to wait a long time for our drinks. All in all worth a visit, you'll go home happy

I really liked this restaurant, the incredible atmosphere stole my heart! I went here with a group and we had a great time! Very tasty food and polite staff. The waiting time is short, about 20 minutes (depending on the number of people in the restaurant). But overall I can confidently give it 5 stars!

Large Italian franchise restaurant in close proximity to the main shopping street in Düsseldorf. Fast, friendly service from Roberta. Huge, crispy pizza with a thin base, large portion of spaghetti with sauce. In terms of taste, the noodles could have been more aromatic. There's room for improvement, we'll come back and test again.

I almost always come here when I want to eat pizza or pasta. A perfect restaurant if you want to grab something quick to eat with friends. Staff and service were all friendly, I can only recommend!

Didn’t want us to go upstairs cuz they are worried our 1 month old might stain the furniture + bad food+ rushed service . Their pasta was under salted, non tasty and Really feels like bad fast food now . Really disappointed

My partner and I love this restaurant and always enjoy coming here and visiting our regular restaurant because of the food, the really nice service and, above all, the great furnishings and atmosphere.

We waited almost an hour for our order and the waitress didn't apologize, she just took our comment badly and was unfriendly, also the pizza was very big and not at all practical to eat, in short I won't be back and I do not recommend this place.

The atmosphere was nice but we waited an hour for our food. And the onions in my sauce still weren't cooked through. Service itself is nice but, as I said, it takes too long. Pizzas are big 👍🏼 and I think it's good that you have the option to do half half.

Basically, I am very positive about the “L’Osteria” restaurant chain. It makes me even sadder how disappointed I was with my last visit. After initially being kindly assigned. A long waiting time followed with extremely hectic employees. So far understandable. However, the question of how far the current offer of €13 for a half/half pizza would work was quickly ignored. When I asked another waiter who brought us the pizzas, he just said he didn't know because he wasn't a waiter. I later found out that you can only take advantage of the offer if you expressly request it before ordering. In addition, it is impossible to simply write a new invoice on which the reduced price is billed. Apart from the fact that we already expressed our concern before ordering, I now wonder whether the offer is only intended to lure customers so that they ultimately pay the full price. (Yes, no code etc. is required for this offer, but is available for the entire restaurant.) So far so disappointed. Next time we'll go back to Langenfeld

Unfortunately the service wasn't really present. It probably took 20 minutes for the order to be processed by waving to the cellar. The noodles stuck to each other and were even slightly dry, probably due to the long time left under the heat lamp in the kitchen.

This was the most frustrating experience I’ve had at L’Osteria. I came in expecting a good pizza, but the service was a mess. I placed my order and waited, but after watching the kitchen for a while, I saw them drop a pizza. Not a big deal—mistakes happen. But after more than 40 minutes, my food still hadn’t arrived. Meanwhile, people who arrived after me got served quickly. When I finally asked the waiter about my pizza, all I got was a dismissive “it’s coming.” No explanation, no apology, nothing. It’s either they forgot my order, didn’t make it, or had to remake one to replace the dropped pizza. I’m done with this place after several bad experiences in a row.
