ÖZ URFA Grillhaus in Heilbronn

Achtung nur Barzahlung!!!….das steht aber nirgends🤷🏼….‘man muss man fragen ob Kartenzahlung geht’ ; Das hat man mir leider sehr unfreundlich gesagt, als ich fragte wo das steht…also ein Hinweis ist schon angebracht, denn bei Angeboten (u.a. für 32€ pP) hat man als Familie schnell über 100€ aufm deckel. Das Essen war lecker - nervt aber wenn man danach zum Geld-Automaten muss. Bei den stolzen Preisen ist 2025 Kartenzahlung ein MUSS! Das ist ja keine Dönerbude, sondern ein Grillhaus/Restauraunt. Schade eigentlich / kleiner Zettel mit Barzahlerhinweis und gut wärs gewesen. Gehe nur wieder hin wenn ich mit Karte zahlen kann. Und frag mich warum nur Bar in so einem Laden? ….die genervte Dame an der Kasse und und die Bargeldfalle haben andere hier auch schon zu schlechten Bewertungen ‚gezwungen‘….sollte mal einer dem Chef sagen;-)

Mein Besuch in diesem Restaurant war leider sehr enttäuschend. Der Service war unhöflich und wenig bemüht, den Gästen ein angenehmes Erlebnis zu bieten. Die Bestellaufnahme war chaotisch, und man fühlte sich eher als Last denn als geschätzter Kunde. Auch das Essen konnte nicht überzeugen – es war kalt, teilweise verbrannt und geschmacklich enttäuschend. Besonders negativ fiel auf, dass selbst für Kleinigkeiten wie ein zusätzliches Stück Brot oder ein wenig Ketchup extra gezahlt werden musste – und das auf eine sehr unangenehme Weise kommuniziert wurde. Schade, aber ich kann dieses Restaurant nicht weiterempfehlen.

The order was taken in the most unprofessional manner and the staff seemed to have little interest in the guests' welfare. The food itself was a big disappointment: cold, partly burnt and lacking in taste. What was particularly annoying was that even the smallest extras, such as an extra piece of bread or a small packet of ketchup, required outrageous additional costs. The way these fees were communicated was also extremely rude. Overall a very negative experience - definitely not recommended!

The Turkish pizza (natural) was okay, but the Turkish pizza with meat was actually terrible... Dürüm Kebap and Dürüm Chicken unfortunately didn't convince us either. Unfortunately, onions are very bitter. All in all, pretty flavorless. Staff don't know their own prices either, very annoying during the payment process. In fact, my husband is still hungry.

We ate here on the recommendation of friends. The ambience is good, the tables were clean and there was a very good atmosphere in general. The service was okay, the lady was a little hysterical, but the man was totally relaxed and attentive. To eat: Fresh ingredients, good quality meat and a stone oven for delicious bread. The two of us were there yesterday and had iftar there. The service was more than just perfect, the lady who was blonde served us really well and the food was perfect!

Warning to everyone: This restaurant is an absolute disaster! I can only strongly advise anyone not to enter this restaurant at all. It was by far the worst experience we've ever had in a restaurant - and not just because of the terrible food. There were seven of us there and none of us could finish our food. It was tastelessly prepared and just disappointing. But as bad as the food was, what was actually shocking was the behavior of the staff, especially one particular waitress (name was something with K, maybe Kezban or Kibariye). My little nephew and his sister just wanted to sit down at the neighboring table for a moment to take a photo together. The table was completely free, no one was disturbed, and the two children were completely calm and polite. No noise, no running around, just two children who wanted to sit together for a moment for a souvenir photo. But suddenly this waitress came rushing towards us – loud, aggressive and extremely disrespectful. She screamed at us as if we had done something else and forbade the children to sit there in a tone that I don't even want to repeat here. I asked her who decides and she said she was the boss (which I honestly don't believe). But that wasn't enough: she continued to talk to us in a way that was absolutely unacceptable. Loud, disrespectful, waving wild hands in front of our faces, condescending, rude and just plain insulting. I made it clear to her that I did not accept such behavior. But she just kept going, then brought in another employee and loudly complained about us while continuing to speak to us at this disrespectful level. I was really shocked. I have rarely felt so uncomfortable. For a moment I even thought she was about to physically attack us - her whole attitude was so aggressive. And what hits me the most: How can you treat children like that? Two quiet, sweet children who just wanted to take a photo! It still makes me stunned and angry that a waitress would dare to be so stupid, disrespectful and aggressive towards children and guests. This crosses every limit and is absolutely unacceptable! For me it is clear: This restaurant not only gets zero stars from me, but minus points. I will advise everyone around me not to do this and am even considering making an official complaint.

We always come here to eat when passing through Nuremberg. The food tastes excellent, the staff are very friendly and accommodating. Gladly again and again!

So first of all we waited an hour for the food after sitting down, we also had to wait for a seat even though there was space available and finding a parking space was also difficult. Then the prices on their website are also wrong, and it's not cool to find out so late. And when the food finally came, it tasted good at first, but in the end my whole mouth just tasted like pepper and it was really no longer pleasant, I have to say. The service isn't great either, so there's really absolutely no reason to come here.

I have been to this restaurant twice. The first time I ordered takeaway and got fries instead of rice. In addition, the salad was not fresh, but very brown. The second time I wanted to try the Künefe dessert, but it was served half burnt. Came here to Heilbronn from Stuttgart for the first time and came across Öz Urfa. We ordered Öz Urfa platter for two and the portion was more than two people. We really liked and enjoyed it. From now on, whenever we come to Heilbronn, we will visit Öz Urfa. Our new Food Spod here in Stuttgart. The staff is also very accommodating, warm-hearted and friendly. 🔥🔥🙏

In this restaurant, something that tasted like salty lemon water was called vinegar. However, it was obvious that it wasn't vinegar. The taste was so bad that I said my child wouldn't be able to drink the soup if I added it. They then gave me health tips and said that children shouldn't be given vinegar anyway. Later they said that you don't make this soup with vinegar anyway. They also got into a discussion with me. We even had to pay for soup that we didn't drink. Although they call themselves a Turkish restaurant, the dishes have nothing to do with original Turkish cuisine. It's just a replica of a Turkish restaurant.

Adana Dürüm was very bad. I had 3 pieces of bone inside. The meat tasted like old sheep meat. The salad was more than just heartless. War heute mit meiner Frau zum Mittag essen dort. Sauber, hell kein TV an der Wand und vor allem super freundlich. Essen hat etwas gedauert, jedoch nicht lange,und war frisch gut gewürzt, sehr lecker. Während des Essen habe ich noch etwas nachbestellt, das war innerhalb zwei Minuten am Tisch. Die Sitzgelegenheiten sind mega bequem.

On our penultimate visit I was very disappointed with the food and the service, the woman who serves here is very overwhelmed and just stressed, I wanted to eat a dish that took about 20 minutes to cook and the woman recommended another meal because that Eating where I wanted would take 30 minutes so I relied on her and ordered the food where she recommended and we then had to wait 50 minutes for the food to come and were disappointed again because the food wasn't well prepared, ok It was Bayram but on days like that you want to eat well. That was the day I decided not to eat there anymore. Last night I let my wife persuade me to try it again and we were disappointed again, we sat down at the table and they made us wait even though the shop was empty and we had to wait 10 minutes for the lady came to ask what we wanted, wanted to order tea and starter and she said how long should I wait until you know what you want in a very nervous tone and said I'll come back later and left, I said to my wife that we leave then we got up again and left. My job is not to educate people, but I don't have to eat here, I can spend my money elsewhere. This store should revise and improve its service concept again.

A minimum amount for card payments of an incredible €10!! And this is said for the first time without a visible sign when paying at the checkout when everything is already ready. Then you won't shop here. Very easy. By the way, €8 for a Yufka is ridiculous.

We recently went there spontaneously in a small group of three. The portions are decent, the lamb chop on a mixed grill was a little bit dry, but the rest was very seasoned and grilled. The waitress was super friendly and enjoyed serving us and talking to us a bit. Gladly again. :)
