Wer mal richtig gut und türkische Gerichte vom Grill essen möchte sollte definitiv Sofra ausprobieren. Bedienung sehr aufmerksam. Geschmacklich kaum zu übertreffen. Döner ist genauso zu empfehlen sowie hausgemachten Ayran.

Seele ist net so und noch eine falsche Soße Personal sehr unfreundlich. Dafür noch 12 Euro verlangen.

War seit längerer Zeit mal wieder dort und habe mir einen Döner zum mitnehmen geholt. Die Zubereitung dauerte nicht lange, das Personal ist freundlich. Das Ergebnis, insb. das Brot war allerdings eher enttäuschend. Der Döner war zu trocken und geschmacklich langweilig. Für 9 Euro erwarte ich mehr. In meiner Erinnerung war der Döner hier früher viel besser.

Es ist eine sehr schöne Umgebung.

Sehr enttäuschend. Das Essen kam komplett kalt an. Der Dana Dürüm bestand fast nur aus Salat, Fleisch war kaum vorhanden – das ist einfach nicht akzeptabel. Für den Preis eine absolute Frechheit. Werde hier definitiv nicht nochmal bestellen.

Sehr positiv beeindruckt. Erstklassiger Service. Ich aß Reis mit Lamm und Salat. Alles schmeckte außergewöhnlich gut. Die Aromen harmonierten perfekt miteinander. Geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Lokal. Es war ein Vergnügen, dort zu sitzen und auf das Essen zu warten. Sehr gutes Essen, sehr guter Service, bequeme Tische und Stühle. Ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder.

Meine Freundin und ich wollten Suhoor (das Frühstück vor Sonnenaufgang im Ramadan) essen gehen, aber man sagte uns, es gäbe kein Brot. Auf Nachfrage, was es denn sonst noch gäbe, hieß es, es gäbe nur eine Sorte, also gingen wir woanders hin. Als wir zurückkamen, sahen wir, dass es dort doch Brot gab. Der Kundenservice lässt wirklich zu wünschen übrig.

Das Essen war absolut überragend – das Fleisch perfekt gewürzt, butterzart und mit echtem Holzkohlearoma. Jeder Bissen war ein Genuss! Ein großes Lob auch an Müdür: Super Service, sehr herzlich und extrem aufmerksam. Wer richtig gut essen will, ist hier genau richtig. 5 Sterne, ohne Frage!

Während des Ramadan nicht empfehlenswert, da die Lebensmittelqualität während des Iftar-Essens sinkt. Das Personal war freundlich. Die Gestaltung des Lokals könnte verbessert werden.

Geile Soße, das Rotkraut hat mich aber gar nicht umgehauen :/ Gibt leider auch keine große Auswahl an Vegetarischen Gerichten.

Eine Heilbronner Institution. Fantastischer Adana und sehr gute Seele. Das Ambiente und der Service sind ebenfalls lobenswert.

Alle schwärmen von diesem Laden, vielleicht weil es keine Alternative in der Gegend gibt, aber man muss ewig auf alles warten: Essen, Rechnung, Tee – alles über 20 Minuten ist ein Reinfall. Der Dönerladen hat keine Ahnung von seinem Job. Das Essen war außen verbrannt, innen roh, die Paprika in Öl frittiert – einfach nur furchtbar. Der Salat kam zwar, aber wenigstens war er ordentlich geschnitten und trotzdem grauenhaft.

Wir bestellten Iskender Kebab, der sehr lecker war und den ich wärmstens empfehlen kann. Die Bedienung war schnell und sehr freundlich.

Die Toiletten waren furchtbar; es gab keine Seife, der Toilettensitz war total verdreckt, keine Taschentücher – einfach nur ekelhaft. Die Kellner waren nicht besonders aufmerksam. Das Essen war gut.

Das Essen war sehr gut, leider die Mitarbeiter sind unfreundlich und unaufmerksam. Man bekommt nicht mal Danke , wenn man mit Karte Zahlen möchte.

Bedienung war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Änderungen wurden direkt umgesetzt. Essen war auch gut, Abiente ok, die Belüftung im Raum könnte besser sein. Preislich muss ich sagen Kebapteller für 16€, persönlich sind das schon eher gehobenen Preise.

Kennt ihr noch die Zeit als ein Döner etc. 3,50€ gekostet hat? Ich habe gerade eine Lahmacun Spezial für 10,50€!!! gekauft. Das steht in keiner Relation.. naja immerhin hat es heute immerhin mal geschmeckt.. hier auch nicht selbstverständlich. War das letzte Mal. Dönerpreisbremse jetzt!

Wir wurden direkt sehr herzlich empfangen und hatte Glück, dass noch ein Tisch für zwei frei war. Das Ambiente ist sehr einladend. Wir hatten das Kebab Menü und einen Falafelteller. Beides überzeugte uns sehr - frisch, gut gewürzt und einfach lecker! 😋 Es gibt auch türkisches Eis, das testen wir beim nächsten Mal. Wir kommen jetzt öfter!

Iskender war fantastisch und mein Kumpel hatte einen gemischten Grillteller. Das Fleisch war so zart, das Lamm fiel vom Knochen ab. Sehr sehr gut. Nur zu empfehlen

Ich hatte gegrilltes Kebabfleisch. Es war hervorragend, und es gab viele leckere Beilagen dazu. Ich war an einem Samstagabend dort, und es war brechend voll. Die Preise lagen bei etwa 15–20 € pro Gericht. Ich empfehle unbedingt, das hausgemachte Ayran zu probieren!

Gutes Grillhaus mit leckerem Essen. Das Fleisch war saftig und gut gewürzt, die Portionen großzügig. Der Service war freundlich und die Wartezeit angemessen. Insgesamt ein solides Grillhaus, das man gut weiterempfehlen kann.

Endlich haben wir es geschafft hier Essen zu gehen. Da immer viel Betrieb ist waren unsere Erwartungen recht hoch, den ultimativen Döner und leckeres türkisches Essen zu bekommen. Was soll ich sagen, meine Frau hatte Spieß mit Pommes und Salat, ich einen Dönerteller. Der Spieß war lecker, Salat mittelmäßig, die drei Dips waren okay aber nichts besonderes. Mein Dönerteller mit Pommes würde ich mir nicht mehr bestellen. Pommes top, Dönerfleisch war eher nur gegart, keine Spur von Grillaromen, der Salat war ohne alles und die Soße war absolut unterirdisch, ich denke die war 1 zu 1 aus der Konserve. Um es auf den Punkt zu bringen, es war mit Abstand der schlechteste Dönerteller den ich jemals gegessen habe, zudem ist der Abzug so schlecht das wir unsere Klamotten sofort in die Waschmaschine getan haben , katastrophal. Der Kellner war sehr sehr freundlich, Preis Leistung könnte besser sein . Wir werden hier nicht mehr Essen gehen, leider.

Das Essen hier ist Top und es wirkt alles sehr hygienisch. War hier bereits 3 mal essen und es werden definitiv weitere Male folgen.

The food is good, but sometimes a bit too much. There were four of us, and we had a platter meant for two, and we couldn't even finish some of it. But I'd still recommend it. 👍🏼

We bought a regular doner kebab and a doner plate. The meat was tasty and the bread seemed homemade, but the sauce was nothing special, and overall, the price of €9 for the doner and €16 for the doner plate really didn't make the experience worthwhile; the value for money was simply not there. I've had comparable doner kebabs, and better ones with more variety, for less.

What can I say, I paid 16 euros for a doner kebab which is expensive, the fries were lukewarm, not fried properly and too soft, also much too greasy which was due to incorrect frying, otherwise the salad was good and the meat wasn't too bad apart from the fact that it was on the grill too long and was very dry and brown.

The food at Sofra was okay, but the service was unfortunately very slow. I also found the prices a bit too high for the quality and portion size.

Ladies and gentlemen, fellow sufferers, hear my story! My culinary trauma began at City Chicken. I wasn't greeted by a smiling employee at the door, but by a guy who looked like he'd just landed a role in a gangster movie. Inside, the staff was so friendly you were afraid you'd be dragged into a dark alley. And the chicken? It was so dry you could have watered deserts with it. Completely traumatized and with a growling stomach, I searched for an oasis. And then, friends, I found SOFRA Grillhaus. There were no shady characters here, just warm people handing out smiles like freebies. The food was so juicy and flavorful that my taste buds did a dance of joy. You could immediately tell that the cooking here is done with passion. Conclusion: If you're looking for an adventure you can tell your grandchildren as a horror story, go to City Chicken. But if you just want to be full and happy and feel like a king, head straight to the SOFRA Grillhaus.

Sofra Heilbronn – Very tasty kebab & large portion I was back at Sofra in Heilbronn a few days ago, after having tried the grilled dishes and the kunefe there several times a while ago – both of which I can still highly recommend. This time I decided to try the classic kebab – and I wasn't disappointed. The kebab tasted great: The meat was juicy, well-seasoned, and there was a decent amount. According to the man behind the counter, everything is made in-house, including the skewer – of course, I can't verify this 100%, but the kebab definitely didn't feel like a convenience product. The other components – salad, sauce, and bread – were also of good quality. The bread was fresh and had a pleasant consistency. Only the cocktail sauce was a bit too overpowering for me – next time I would either leave it out or use only a small amount. The portion was large and very filling, and the price-performance ratio was absolutely perfect for me. The service was also very good – the men in the shop were friendly, attentive, and happy to answer all my questions. The shop itself is clean, modern, and feels very organized thanks to the digital menus on the TVs. Even if it's not a "special" kebab with yaprak skewers or steak, the overall impression is very positive, and I will definitely be back. In addition to kebabs, they also offer daily specials, stews, and delicious grilled dishes – there's still a lot to discover. For me, the kebab at Sofra is definitely one of the better ones in Heilbronn! A clear recommendation!

Not recommended. We've had some bad kebabs, but this one is truly not recommended. The entire salad was forgotten on the kebab; only two tomatoes and the ordered feta cheese were on it. Overall, the food was very tasteless; the meat was fatty and flavorless. We won't be ordering anything from here again. The only positive thing was that the kebab was ready quickly.

The food is really good, there's nothing wrong with that. But when it comes to the way they treat guests, I'm honestly quite disappointed. They don't accept reservations for Saturdays, even for larger groups. We wanted to come with ten people, including visitors from Berlin, and we were simply told to just drop by spontaneously. That's neither customer-friendly nor appreciative—quite the opposite: It seems as if they don't really need guests, or as if they're consciously choosing the more convenient option. But especially for a group that plans ahead and looks forward to an evening together, that's not an acceptable attitude. I would have liked to recommend the restaurant—but with such a lack of accommodatingness and customer focus, I will consciously refrain from doing so. It's a shame, because the food deserves it. Good food alone isn't enough; elsewhere you get quality and hospitality in a double package.

I was at Sofra this evening and ordered a Yofka. When I took off the film, I saw that the entire thing was ripped through, and it was soggy. I went back to the store and they just rolled bread on it. And the employee didn't care. Really, never again.

Simply delicious! 😋 The doner kebab is amazing 😍🤤 juicy, well-seasoned, and fresh! The skewers (lamb, veal, chicken) are also delicious. The food comes really quickly, whether you take it out or eat in – as soon as you order, it's on the table. 😅 Service is super friendly, especially the guys at the back of the doner kebab station – really professional.

We come from North Rhine-Westphalia and are here for the assembly. We have been to a few other Turkish restaurants but I have to honestly say the best so far in Heilbronn. Top satisfied. Everything was fresh. Service was top. If you are here again definitely SOFRA 💪🏼💪🏼

Good food and nice choice of meals and dishes. I was expecting a staple house sauce or dish but this did not impress, it was a bit blunt for my taste. However somebody else might find it great. The portion is generous enough though and overall there is a nice friendly atmosphere. A place to enjoy some nice dishes with friends and family definitely nice 👍

Best kebab there is now. Only the 90s could surpass it. The meat is super good. Service is also good. Ambiance only 4 because it is a bit crowded when the shop is full. Wednesdays 7-9pm are also full. Then it gets a little louder. But in the summer it spreads outside, which is better. There is a larger parking lot nearby, about 250m

9.50 for a Yufka and then the meat tastes like nothing and is like rubber

"Unfortunately, a very disappointing experience. We wanted to reserve a table for a birthday, but were told on the phone that no reservations were accepted and that we should drop by spontaneously. However, all tables were reserved on site - with the reason that this only applies to guests who break the Ramadan fast. We find this unfair and discriminatory. It's a shame, we were looking forward to the visit!

The Saç Kebab was 10/10, and all the side dishes were perfect, too. The Tavuk Sis was super tender and juicy. Service was attentive and quick. Prices are totally reasonable.
