I ate there several times, twice I had bad hygiene there to consider stomach pain, nausea and vomiting, never eating there again

And the slices are also a bit thick If you would at least change the bread like the one in Berlin, make the fluffy one really crispy on the outside instead of those disgusting rags + make the machine a little thinner, it would be better than 80% of the other kebab shops in Heilbronn

We were looking for a kebab and came across this restaurant. Unfortunately we were disappointed. The kebab plate came with cold fries and didn't really taste anything special. The kebab was okay, the meat was relatively dry, even though it was freshly cut. But I wouldn't order it again. We also noticed that there was quite a bit of chaos in the store. Customers whose food was forgotten, etc. We cannot recommend this kebab and would not go there a second time.

I was there today with a friend, I ate the grill plate for €20 and he had a kebab box with fries. My grill plate was completely tasteless and there weren't many types of meat for this price. Spices chosen completely inappropriately. The kebab box wasn't good either.

Yesterday small fries were 4€ and were cold too, and today they cost 5€ (because there is a Christmas market). I said that yesterday was 4 and the man just shrugged, took 1 euro and put it on the counter. No receipt, very poor service.

Staff wasn't very polite. Employees only on cell phones. There was only 1 sauce for the kebab, which wasn't even tasty. Can't understand all the good reviews...

Excellent beef kebab with fries and lots of vegetables for 7 euros. It exceeded my expectations (both in quality and quantity).

I ordered a vegetarian kebab to take away. What I got can only be described as pathetic: a relatively small (but fresh) bread with some white cabbage, some red cabbage, a small piece of sheep's cheese and a spoonful of sauce. No tomatoes, no onions, no lettuce, no bulgur, no spices and none of what was on display. I specifically asked if that was all and correct, which was answered in the affirmative. I then paid 5 euros for it. Never again Merkez!

Hello. Were here for the first time and ate in the restaurant with family and my niece and nephew. The owner and the service people were very friendly and accommodating and made us feel very comfortable and at home. The food was made with a lot of love and commitment. It was very clean there. The tables are cleaned and cleared after consumption. The owner was so nice and gave us drinks for the way. For the price you pay you get a great meal. The price-performance ratio is right. Will go there again and eat.

The kebab is perfectly fine. The bread is small but very good. Points of criticism would be the sauce, which is not particularly good, and the fact that there is only dry meat in the bottom half of the kebab. Also worth mentioning is the rather rude lady who served there and was very rude to several guests.

I've never eaten such a bad kebab...meat is not fresh. I didn't know about the sauce that this kebab shop uses ayran for it, so no sauce but ayran yoghurt is added to the kebab and it doesn't taste good at all. Friendliness and service totally lacking. You will definitely never see me as a customer again. And please save yourself an answer that it can't be with the sauce or anything else.

Very tasty kebab with aromatic meat and good bread. You will be served quickly and friendly. On the upper floor there are still seats with a relaxed atmosphere.

So today I went to get a Yufka and I'm really impressed with the taste, but somehow it's strange that you find ants in the Yufka. Reason enough not to come again, sorry but food should be checked regularly.

This evening I went to get a Döner Bok with French fries, delicious!!! The meat was delicious and of high quality, crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. The sauce was perfect, spectacular. The environment is quiet, very clean and next to the bus stop. A pleasant place to try many typical Turkish dishes! Next time I'll order something more typical. The vastness of the dishes is truly incredible! Everything to try! The shop assistants were happy and smiling, what is needed! See you next time😊

Had a kebab, chicken meat was cold and had been sitting for a while. Service unfriendly. Price on the outside of the board is different than inside. If you're not poor, go somewhere else.

Die 3 ⭐️ beziehen sich nur auf den Döner Kebab!!! Ganz normaler Döner, etwas kleiner von der Größe, dafür 5€ was voll in Ordnung ist. Das Brot war mir persönlich zu zähe beim kauen, Fleisch hatte ab und zu Knorpeln und harte Stellen was kein gutes Mundgefühl gab. Joghurtsoße war erfrischend und das Gemüse auch. Der Preis von 5 € ist voll in Ordnung für die Größe. Das frittierte runde Spritzgebäck ist einfach nur brutal süß, extrem fettig/ölig und härter bzw. fester von der Konsistenz!!! Dazu noch 2 € teuer…..sry aber dafür 0 ⭐️
