Schlechtester Döner in ganz Heilbronn Alles war dreckig NICHT EMPFEHLENSWERT

Der Döner war kalt und geschmacklich miserabel. So einen schlechten Döner habe ich schon lange nicht mehr gegessen.

Sehr nettes personal und schön eingerichtet

Meine Freundin und ich aßen Shawarma, es war sehr lecker, die Musik war stimmungsvoll und das Restaurant sah ordentlich aus.

Ein wunderschöner Ort und leckeres Essen!

Irreführende Preisschilderung, die in 2 andere Farben an der Schaufenster dargestellt wird. In der Zeit von ca. 30 jahren bisher schlechteste Yufka die ich je gegessen habe - lauwarm bis kalt mit nicht richtig ausgebackenen Teig die mehlig schmeckte und vor allem sparsamen Fleischmenge. Im Inneren des Lokals abgenagerte Tische mit befleckten Sessel. Nur die Bedienung war nett und obwohl ich vor dem Bestellung den attraktiven Preis gelobt habe, am Ende kostete es mehr als geschildert und auch im Gespräch mitgeteilt. Summa summarum NICHT zu empfehlen !

Das Ambiente ist stilvoll und gleichzeitig angenehm entspannt – perfekt sowohl für einen besonderen Anlass als auch für einen gemütlichen Abend. Die Speisen überzeugen durch Frische, Qualität und eine liebevolle Präsentation. Jeder Teller zeigt, dass hier mit Leidenschaft gekocht wird. Geschmacklich hervorragend abgestimmt und kreativ umgesetzt – man merkt, dass auf Details Wert gelegt wird. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der aufmerksame und freundliche Service. Das Team ist engagiert, professionell und sorgt dafür, dass es den Gästen an nichts fehlt. Insgesamt ein Restaurant, das man gerne weiterempfiehlt und zu dem man definitiv zurückkehrt. Ich war vor kurzem hier essen und habe gemischte Gefühle: • Der Service: Das Personal war wirklich sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, da gibt es nichts auszusetzen. • Das Essen: Ich hatte einen Teller mit Hähnchenspieß und Adana-Kebap. Während der Hähnchenspieß völlig in Ordnung war, hat der Adana leider extrem unangenehm gerochen. Da ich sehr hungrig war, habe ich ein kleines Stück probiert, mir wurde aber sofort flau im Magen. • Die Folge: Ich habe den Teller dann lieber nicht aufgegessen. Leider hat das Probieren wohl schon gereicht, denn kaum war ich zu Hause, habe ich heftige Magenprobleme bekommen. Fazit: So leid es mir wegen des netten Teams tut, aber bei der Frische des Fleisches (speziell beim Adana) scheint es hier ein Problem zu geben. Aufgrund der anschließenden Beschwerden kann ich den Laden leider nicht empfehlen.

Essen naja, Yufka mit Hähnchen war eher halbes Hähnchen klein geschnitten und eingewickelt. Tuere stand permanent auf, a.. Kalt in der Hütte. Verhältnismässig lange Wartezeit trotz 3 Mann hinter der Theke und übersichtlich Gäste

Haben über Lieferando bestellt. Anstelle meines Wunsches wurde mir etwas anderes gebracht. Putenschinken war einfach nur notmale Wurst! Teig war nicht durch ! Pommes waren ok. Echt schade !

Im Laden Riecht es nach vergammelt , das Fleisch dick geschnitten und müffelt viel Geld für weniger Essen . Früher mal top jetzt einfach eklig . Das war Lebensmittel Vergiftung für mich .

Der Besuch in diesem Restaurant war, trotz weiter Anreise, eine absolute Enttäuschung. Der Boden war bereits beim Eintreten deutlich verschmutzt. Außerdem wurden die Holztische mit Glasreiniger geputzt, was in einem Restaurant völlig ungeeignet ist. Unser eigener Tisch wurde überhaupt nicht gereinigt, obwohl er sichtbar benutzt war. Der Kebab wurde in einem Zustand serviert, der in der Gastronomie schlicht inakzeptabel ist: extrem dick geschnitten, mit dem Messer kaum zu schneiden und geschmacklich von sehr schlechter Qualität. Er schmeckte fast ausschließlich nach Gewürzen und überhaupt nicht nach Fleisch. Wir haben letztendlich nur Reis und Salat gegessen, und das auch nur, weil wir sehr hungrig waren. Für drei Personen 75 € zu verlangen, obwohl das Essen qualitativ so schlecht ist und Beschwerden ignoriert werden, ist vollkommen unverschämt. Das Personal zeigte keinerlei Bereitschaft, das Gericht auszutauschen oder eine Lösung anzubieten. Alle Mängel wurden fotografisch dokumentiert. Nach dieser Erfahrung kann ich dieses Restaurant absolut nicht empfehlen.

Sehr schlechtes Restaurant. Wir waren als Familie (3 Personen) aus Nordrhein-Westfalen und wollten nur einen Kebab essen. Die Holztische wurden mit Glasreiniger geputzt, wir bekamen Kopfschmerzen, und unser Tisch wurde nicht einmal gereinigt. Das Fleisch war dick, alt und zäh – nicht zu schneiden. Wir konnten fast nichts essen, nur etwas Salat und Reis. Unfreundlicher Service, schmutziger Boden, Getränke nicht gebracht. Als wir reinkamen, hatten wir Hunger, und als wir gingen, hatten wir immer noch Hunger – und unser Geld war für nichts ausgegeben. Nichts war lecker. Gesundheitsamt sollte informiert werden.

KEBAB SHAMI – Heilbronn – Average shawarma, but terrible service I went to this snack bar a few days ago and ordered a shawarma to go. When I ordered, I immediately said I was going out for a bit and would like to have it ready-made when I came back. The employee said the whole process would only take two minutes. So I quickly went down to the Rewe supermarket and came back after about five minutes. To my astonishment, the shawarma wasn't even started, let alone finished. It wasn't until I re-entered the store that he even started preparing it. And the whole process dragged on for an incredibly long time – he worked so incredibly slowly that it easily took ten minutes to prepare a single shawarma. So I ended up waiting a total of about 15 minutes for my food, even though it was supposed to take "only two minutes." When I finally got the shawarma, I immediately tried it, full of anticipation – and unfortunately, the taste didn't surprise me. It was okay, but absolutely nothing special. A very classic shawarma, with no unique touch or particular refinement. The flatbread was unspectacular, the meat was juicy but lacking in flavor. The cucumbers and the rest of the toppings seemed fresh, but nothing outstanding. The garlic dip was tasty, but also quite simple. I did at least like that the shawarma wasn't too greasy. I also asked if I could try a small piece of the kebab meat. I got it, but the taste was really no better than a run-of-the-mill doner kebab. There are much better alternatives in Heilbronn – both in terms of taste and service. The shop itself was clean and made a well-maintained impression when I was there. Unfortunately, that's not enough to make up for the extremely slow service and the rather mediocre food. Personally, I wouldn't recommend it highly enough.

The entrance door says the kebab costs €5, but I was actually charged €6. I would appreciate it if the pricing information was accurate and transparent.

We went to Shami's today for lunch and ordered a kebab plate and a chicken kebab. We got two kebabs. The guys were very friendly but misunderstood everything. My husband wanted a kebab with onions and spicy meat, and he got it with sauce and vegetables, but not spicy. We weren't that impressed with the quality either. But that's always a matter of opinion. Please listen to what customers want or ask again.

The food was very bad, the meat and chicken looked bad and had been stored for a long time, the vegetables and salad were rotten. I actually got a severe stomach ache and food poisoning after eating the meal. The prices are very high compared to other restaurants.

That was a very bad experience. I ordered a simple kebab and said I wanted to pay by card. However, the cashier entered a much higher amount (almost double!) into the card reader. He probably thought I wouldn't notice in time. I don't think it was an accident—he entered the amount himself. Please beware of this kind of fraud!

I recently visited your restaurant and unfortunately had an unsatisfactory experience. The food wasn't up to par; all the dishes were undercooked, and the taste wasn't good at all. I was hoping for a better experience, especially since I was excited about the visit. I hope you pay more attention to the quality of the food and improve it next time.

It used to be a great restaurant and incredibly cheap. Now it's just garbage. If I could, I'd give it zero stars. I ordered something and not only was the wrong thing brought to me, but they also forgot to bring me a knife and fork, which I had to get myself. I told the waiter about the wrong food, but of course he doesn't speak German. I went downstairs and no one there understood either. Where do they find their staff? The bottom line is never again!

Unfortunately, we found the doors closed today. We had traveled from out of town. The opening time is 8:30 a.m., but unfortunately, we had to leave without breakfast. We had inquired beforehand, which was a shame.

We were here twice on two different days. The first time, we had two lentil soups. We waited a little over 15 minutes for a lumpy, cold, and thick soup that was inedible. To give it another try, we went back and this time ordered two shawarma plates. This time, too, we waited a very long time for our food. The meat had absolutely nothing to do with shawarma. The sauces that came with the plate were, in my opinion, at least 2-3 days old and had a foul aftertaste. They made us feel sick all day. The fries were probably the cheapest frozen fries they could have offered. Far too hard and more suited to cutting the palate than serving to the customer. Several ayran cups in the refrigerated section were several days past their best-before date, and the place didn't give me a hygienic impression in general either. Actually, there's a lot of potential thanks to the location, but it's barely being utilized. I'd definitely recommend staying away!

World-class kebab in the heart of Heilbronn One of the best kebabs I've ever eaten - and centrally located in downtown Heilbronn. We ordered from the friendly manager of the house and then sat down in the bright and modern restaurant (can also be rented for private events). The freshly prepared food arrived quickly. My recommendation: The homemade pide, which is prepared personally by the chef. Fresh, high quality and simply delicious. I'll be back!
