The food was very bad, the meat and chicken looked bad and had been stored for a long time, the vegetables and salad were rotten. I actually got a severe stomach ache and food poisoning after eating the meal. The prices are very high compared to other restaurants.

We went to Shami's today for lunch and ordered a kebab plate and a chicken kebab. We got two kebabs. The guys were very friendly but misunderstood everything. My husband wanted a kebab with onions and spicy meat, and he got it with sauce and vegetables, but not spicy. We weren't that impressed with the quality either. But that's always a matter of opinion. Please listen to what customers want or ask again.

That was a very bad experience. I ordered a simple kebab and said I wanted to pay by card. However, the cashier entered a much higher amount (almost double!) into the card reader. He probably thought I wouldn't notice in time. I don't think it was an accident—he entered the amount himself. Please beware of this kind of fraud!

I stumbled upon Kebab Shami quite by chance – and was pleasantly surprised. The place seems unassuming at first glance, but what they do there is truly delicious. The vegetables were fresh, the bread warm, and the meat super tender. I tried a vegetarian durum, and it was so flavorful that I'll definitely get it again. The guys behind the counter were friendly, didn't rush, and yet everything went quickly. It's nice to see someone put their heart into their food – that's exactly what you can see here. I'll definitely be back!

It used to be a great restaurant and incredibly cheap. Now it's just garbage. If I could, I'd give it zero stars. I ordered something and not only was the wrong thing brought to me, but they also forgot to bring me a knife and fork, which I had to get myself. I told the waiter about the wrong food, but of course he doesn't speak German. I went downstairs and no one there understood either. Where do they find their staff? The bottom line is never again!

Unfortunately, we found the doors closed today. We had traveled from out of town. The opening time is 8:30 a.m., but unfortunately, we had to leave without breakfast. We had inquired beforehand, which was a shame.

We were here twice on two different days. The first time, we had two lentil soups. We waited a little over 15 minutes for a lumpy, cold, and thick soup that was inedible. To give it another try, we went back and this time ordered two shawarma plates. This time, too, we waited a very long time for our food. The meat had absolutely nothing to do with shawarma. The sauces that came with the plate were, in my opinion, at least 2-3 days old and had a foul aftertaste. They made us feel sick all day. The fries were probably the cheapest frozen fries they could have offered. Far too hard and more suited to cutting the palate than serving to the customer. Several ayran cups in the refrigerated section were several days past their best-before date, and the place didn't give me a hygienic impression in general either. Actually, there's a lot of potential thanks to the location, but it's barely being utilized. I'd definitely recommend staying away!

We ordered from the friendly manager of the house and then sat down in the bright and modern restaurant (can also be rented for private events). The freshly prepared food arrived quickly. My recommendation: The homemade pide, which is prepared personally by the chef. Fresh, high quality and simply delicious. I'll be back!

The food is ok, but the employees are scammers who always try to steal 3 or 4 euros and rip off customers. The ones who do this the most are with children during their lunch break. I've been there so many times and every time the same thing happens, they try and rip it off every time! I always went there because it was closest to my school but no, that's enough for me now.

Very nicely decorated kebab shop or better Turkish restaurant. You don't just get the typical dishes like kebabs etc. but also Turkish dishes. The food is comparable to other kebab shops. What I find very nice is the ambience on the upper floor.

I was very hungry and ordered a tuna pizza and a cheese flatbread from Kebab Shami. Everything was incredibly delicious, I was really surprised! The pizza was very well topped and the dough was baked perfectly. The cheese flatbread was also fantastic, with a great combination of crunchy and cheesy. But it was so filling that I was full after just two slices of pizza, even though I can usually easily eat a whole pizza on my own. A highly recommended place for delicious food! 😋🍕🧀

My kebab box was ready quickly, I was there with friends. However, the kebab man was probably in too much of a hurry, the fries were unfortunately very hard and obviously not cooked properly. The meat was okay, but not world class either.

The kebab is basically a little below average. It's a minced meat rotisserie, which is fine. The meat was cut very thickly, which you may or may not like. All I can say about the store itself is that it's not too comfortable; it is relatively noisy and the chairs are uncomfortable. But the employee was very friendly and accommodating.

The sergeant said: Men, it doesn't have to taste good, you just have to survive. ... My wife only smelled her food briefly and got up and left. It smelled old and looked very inedible. The employee behind the counter saw this. But not responded. I then wanted to pay and asked for card payment. PLEASE CHACHE... I paid in cash and left the store without a receipt and without words... THAT'S BORDERING ON BODY INJURY...AND HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH FOOD, HOSPITALITY OR RESPECT.
