Good burger at a good price at lunchtime. Gladly again.

For me the best burger in Hamburg. The taste quality of the patty with the interaction of the rest of the burger is unparalleled. Simply a really great burger without a lot of frills and without any truffle stories. The fries and ketchup and mayo also stand out from the average. The homemade iced tea also tastes just great!

We were a large group and felt very comfortable and ate and drank really well.

Mega tasty burgers, good and big cocktails! We were there with a large group (approx. 30 people) and got our food to the tables very quickly. Very friendly staff, a bit loud to chat at times.

The ambience is inviting and cozy, perfect for a relaxed evening with friends. The food was simply excellent! We had schnitzel twice, which were delicious, and there was a small salad with it. The service was also a highlight of the evening. The staff was very friendly and attentive. Overall, I highly recommend this restaurant.

Very tasty and plentiful with a very relaxed atmosphere

Unfortunately it is not signposted and is not on the menu, but: there is gluten-free bread and burger buns. So all dishes are also possible gluten-free. And the food was super delicious!

Craziness, Our first evening in Hamburg. Was a chance find. Haven't regretted it xd. We were able to choose a place in peace. The service boss came quickly. Very friendly and accommodating. Portions are sufficient and taste really delicious. The Broich Buns in particular are a dream... The sauces are also good. We also had a cocktail and a whiskey. Cocktail (Pina Colada) really good. Very delicious burgers in a good atmosphere. Of the 3 times I have traveled to Hamburg, I have eaten here on two of them. I would like to repeat.

I haven't been to your place yet, but I don't think it's that great that you generously offer toppings that are standard on every burger as "free toppings". Even a MINI (125g) burger costs more than 10 euros.

Frozen Food and Sports I was excited to try this burger joint, but my experience was far from satisfying. The burgers were a major let-down, with the meat tasting bland and processed. It felt like I was eating a frozen patty that had been microwaved. The toppings were also underwhelming, adding little to the overall flavor. While the atmosphere was casual and the sports were a nice touch, it's clear that this place prioritizes entertainment over quality food. If you're looking for a satisfying meal, I'd recommend looking elsewhere.

Zum Fussball hier gewesen, dafür ist die Location unerreicht und einfach spitze, dafür reise ich auch aus dem tiefen HH Westen an. Dafür, und weil es ein sehr gepflegtes 0,4 Köpi gibt, im Grunde alles gut. Wofür der Laden aber eigentlich steht, seine Burger, da muss ich sagen: sehr durchschnittlich, weit von lecker oder sogar einer Geschmacks-Explosion entfernt, eher enttäuschend und noch was: das was man neben Ketchup dazu bekommt, vermutlich Mayonnaise ... sorry, was soll das sein, das war weder als M zu identifizieren noch zu essen, voll daneben der Geschmack. Da schmeckt jede ALDI-Mayonnaise besser.

I wouldn't come here to watch games live. The connection breaks down regularly and at some point the television was completely turned off. Probably not the first time it has happened. Nachos took about an hour... I don't have to say more, even the friendly waitresses can't save it, they probably realize that something is going wrong...

Fast delivery, but unfortunately also the most disgusting burger in the world. Just meat, bread, cheese and a lettuce leaf. No sauce, no onions, tomatoes or anything else, super dry and absolutely not worth the money.

The homemade iced tea is particularly recommended. Individual requests are also taken into account. The owner is really nice and accommodating, and is always available for a little chat.

Watching sports is a disaster. The internet is extremely bad which leads to constant stream interruptions.

Delicious food. Son ate the large hamburger and loved it. Even if you don't like burgers, you can still eat well here. Cozy atmosphere, friendly, helpful and good English-speaking service. When he heard our German bumbling he immediately switched to English. Just like we do in the Netherlands. When we left we saw a well-attended exchange house across the street with, among other things, many books. I really enjoyed seeing this because I manage a mini library myself.

Staff are chronically overwhelmed, forget orders and then arrive late. Unfortunately this is not an isolated case, we heard the same thing from other tables (several times). We made a reservation and then they said you weren't allowed to sit there because otherwise they wouldn't get through. Seriously, don't put the guests there, your problem and don't discuss it with the customers, you knew how many people were coming and 4 really isn't a lot. Organization is bad, service is bad, and the food is just convenience. Nothing special and you don't have to do it again.

The food was good but standard. The prices were reasonable. The service was good, the employee was very friendly. The restaurant itself is a bit worn out, which some people will certainly find authentic.

Watching football and having a drink is completely sufficient because the atmosphere is good⚽️🌴! But it's better not to eat, especially the burgers are very dry and that's a no go given the price! The boss makes a nice impression towards the guests, but he doesn't get on well with his employees at all. We were able to see live how he chases the employees around from A to B and then he also asked one of the employees whether he was here to take a walk It's really embarrassing for the guy to leave and then you wonder why no one wants to do this job anymore. It would be better if he reflected on himself, maybe he would learn from it!

We ordered a small and medium cheeseburger while watching a European Championship game. Despite the restaurant being fully booked, the food was brought to us very quickly. The taste of the food was perfect. The ambience is also great and the service is also very friendly. We will come back in any case.

We had a really great experience watching football. We were served very friendly, but unfortunately we can't remember the person's name. It was raining, but the cellars had everything against us feeling comfortable. There were 10 of us there and blankets and umbrellas were brought to us. Really great, we'd love to come back.

Definitely not service oriented. As soon as the place is full, they are completely overwhelmed trying to get the food and drinks to the people at the table correctly/at the same time. As soon as you complain that something went wrong, it is pointed out that it can't be because the system is so great. That's right, people can't make mistakes... The quality of the food also suffers when it is too full. After the discussion with the boss, we will never come back as regular customers. We had a bill of 400 euros and then you shouldn't argue over a beer and a water. When the store is normally busy, everything goes well and the burger is usually a 10/10.

Unfortunately, the prices are far too expensive and have increased immensely. But the dishes have by no means gained in finesse. The restaurant was originally a student restaurant. Although the burgers are of organic quality, the price-performance ratio has unfortunately not been right here for a long time. Even in comparison with other burger restaurants of significantly higher quality, the prices here are rather cheeky and way over the top. It's a shame, but for almost 20€ per normal cheeseburger menu (without a drink!!!), we and our friends would rather go for something more upscale than in this rather below-average ambience with a mass-market feel. Unfortunately, the Old McDonald is no longer an alternative to ordering for a down-to-earth, short snack at a fair price. No recommendation!

We actually wanted to go back because we noticed that the prices here have risen sharply. When I saw that “The hottest burger in town” was being sold here, our mood changed to joyful anticipation and we ordered. Unfortunately the burger wasn't hot at all and when we asked the waitress we were told that it was just a joke. 🤨 We hadn't experienced that before either. A small highlight was a mouse that ran around under the tables and made the children very happy. For this I would like to give an extra star for Ambiente.

Food & service top. Ambience also great daily live broadcasts regarding all sports. Even if someone is cold, blankets are handed out for outside areas without being asked. The only thing we were missing were milkshakes with the burger, but we could handle it.

We reserved a table 1 week in advance for a birthday, on the day of the reservation the reservation was suddenly no longer there and we were offered a table for 3 where we didn't even have the opportunity to eat. Absolutely no go! We then looked for another restaurant. The worst thing is that the owner said to us: “take it or leave it…”. I can only warn against the store.

Great restaurant with a great team including boss. The portions are large, so even a man can get enough from one salad. Would come back at any time as the store has a great atmosphere.

Super accommodating and thoughtful people. Food was outstanding, fries and burgers were very good. Personally I would have expected more themed sauces on the burgers but it's fine. I also found the coleslaw dose to be a bit low, but it filled me up differently. The owner introduced himself in a friendly manner and did a bit of advertising, but everything in a buddy style and nothing that didn't interest us.

We went here to watch football and had burgers and drinks. The service wasn't particularly friendly, but it was on point. Unfortunately neither the children nor we really liked the burgers. There was no sauce at all, there was just minced meat with tomatoes and onions between bread. Non-alcoholic wheat was out.

Don't know what people are talking about here. The Burger is one of the best in Hamburg. Besides able to order it rare, it's the only place in Hamburg I found where the Burger isn't so damn big you can actually eat it in your hand to the end without it crumbling into a big mess on the plate. Ribs are fantastic too, not cheap but great. My only complaint is the menu for a "small hunger" isn't great. And the Club Sandwich is so gigantic it's impossible to eat.

THE HSV INSTITITION in Eimsbüttel... 🖤💙 Here you can get great burgers (also vegan) and more! In the newly designed outdoor area you are in the middle of the district and yet comfortably separate. Inside it is rustic and elegant in dark wood. And on match days all hell breaks loose... great atmosphere 😃👍

Actually a good Irish pub with a neighborly atmosphere. Unfortunately the food leaves a lot to be desired. Apart from the meat, the burger is bland and poor quality, the fries taste like sugar and flavor enhancers. This should be worked on. Still recommended for watching football and meeting up with friends.

I had a burger and I was very disappointed with the food, the cheese was like paste in the mouth, it had a totally negative effect on the taste, the meat was great, the coleslaw salad tasted terrible because of the vegan mayo, I had to fight with gagging

I can only report on my experience with the delivery service. This always happened reliably and really quickly. The food was still warm, which could also be due to the relative proximity to the restaurant. Still tastes really good, always delicious. Price/performance is right. Good deals on deliveries. We'd love to do it again!

Unfortunately, the baked potato with salad and chicken breast strips was not edible.

The burgers are amazing! You have to say the ambience is that of a sports bar, we were here because of the excellent food and that's why I didn't like the ambience so much. The staff were very friendly and tried hard, but we noticed the lack of hand hygiene and our burgers were mixed up when served. We will still come back, preferably when the Bundesliga isn't playing, because THE BURGERS are amazing.

The store makes a great impression, especially the atmosphere! Super friendly. I made a mistake when ordering online myself. This was then changed without comment, super professionally and simply in a very friendly manner. Dealing with customers like this has become extremely rare. I would like to give special praise to the owner/operator. The chicken wings, burger and fries were very tasty.

Ordered food, waited 2 1/2 hours then it said it was delivered, but it wasn't. When we called, they said that it wasn't their problem and that we should complain to Lieferando. Supposedly no order came in but during the conversation it came out that this was a lie. Top shop. Almost 40€ + 4€ tip gone

As a Germany and HSV fan, I was very well received. Great beer and fresh young service. Particularly recommended is Vadim, the good-looking and well-trained waiter who, if you ask, will give you any answer about sports and training! Keep it up boy! Simply one of the hotspots in Eimsbüttel! ❤️❤️🔥

We've been coming here for many years to eat great burgers, today was probably the last time. I took the cheapest burger for €14.90. The brioche bun was ancient, toasted so that the outer layer was peeling off. The meat was great, but between the dry bun it couldn't be a highlight anymore. We also had "The hottest burger in town" for €17.90 in small, which wasn't spicy at all and the glass of milk advertised on the menu wasn't even brought to the table. When asked, the answer was "it's just a joke", but then they got it. The children's burger (€7.90) consisted of a brioche bun and meat. No vegetables, just a pot of ketchup. The fries were good, warm and crispy. The service staff were visibly overwhelmed by our comments - or simply didn't feel like responding appropriately, so all they could do was shrug their shoulders and be speechless. It's a shame, this meal was supposed to be the culmination of a wonderful day for our family. The little mouse that ran through the restaurant was actually cute, but somehow not okay.

Very good pub. The burgers are especially great. Large selection at reasonable prices. Doesn't quite have the usual pub charm due to the size and furnishings. But that doesn't necessarily have to be negative.

The burger was delicious, the fries too, and the coleslaw still has potential. Personally, I found the wine spritzer too expensive. The price for the burger is also decent, but probably normal for Hamburg. Therefore 4 out of 5 stars.

Nice sports bar Food is plentiful and good enough for a sports bar

Actually wanted to eat here. After not being served at all for 45 minutes, I moved on to the QBar for a beer. They also got 5 stars straight away. It's a shame, things used to look much better here.

Food was tasty, good portion. Service extremely friendly. But for me personally it is too expensive.

The burger 200g was very tasty. Especially the brioche. However, my burger was missing a little sauce and seasoning on the patty. Fries were ok too, but not worth 5 stars. The service, on the other hand, we were served quickly and the food also came quickly. All in all, I can recommend the store.

A sports bar with a restaurant. The service was very nice and friendly, but unfortunately didn't keep up with us when the glasses were empty. The food was more than filling. Unfortunately the fries were greasy and the chilli cheese sauce had no taste. The burger patty could have been seasoned. Except for the fried egg, there was little special about it. The toilets were very dirty and there was water or something else floating on the floor. Nothing can fall down there.

Advertising that games from the Handball European Championship are being shown. But a second division game is shown on site, very weak. Operation apart from that is incompetent.

Das diese Location quasi eine HSV Sportsbar ist gehört auf die Website. Von 3 Spielen lief leider nur eins. Konferenz fand nur auf dem Handy statt, sehr schade. Werde bei zukünftigen Besuchen vorher prüfen ob der ewige Zweitligist spielt 🤣😂🤣😂

Das Club-Sandwich war der Kracher

Der doppel Cheesburger wurde mit Pommes, Ketchup und Mayo sehr ansprechend angerichtet serviert. Die Mayo ist vegan, was man auch sehr geschmeckt hat. Die Pommes waren sehr gut. Der Burger war sehr frisch zubereitet was sich auch im Geschmack gezeigt hat. Allerdings fehlte im Geschmack das gewisse etwas und war sehr mild. Soweit in Ordnung aber perfekt aus meiner Sicht leider nicht.

Essen und Trinken waren gut.Jägerschnitzel mit Pommes war lecker und ausreichend.Einzig die Majo war nicht mein Geschmack. Plätze hatten wir online reserviert was auch funktionierte.Wir durften uns sogar nochmal umsetzen um Fußball zu schauen.Sehr unbürokratisch umgesetzt. Trotz allem wirkte das Personal recht unstrukturiert und teils überfordert.Jeder bedient jeden.Trotzdem stand mein Glas länger leer rum und dauerte bis jemand mal fragte ob noch ein Wunsch wäre.Taxi rufen gehört auch nicht zum Service was ich schwach finde.Alles in allem okay.

Wir haben auf der Speisekarte ein Foto eines riesen Burgers gesehen und wollten diesen zu zweit im Lokal ausprobieren. Mega starke Antwort des Inhabers: ,Jungs, ich mache euch den gerne, aber es wird bei mir nicht unnötig Essen weggeworfen! Entweder Ihr esst den Burger auf, oder doppelter Preis als Deal wenn ihr ihn nicht aufessen solltet. Überlegt es euch, da haben wir alle eine Verantwortung!‘ ….. man wusste also worauf man sich einlässt, top Haltung und es war lecker….. Vielen Dank an das Küchenteam, bis bald zum nächsten Burger oder zum Fußball schauen….. An alle Nachahmer: Überlegt es euch gut, am Ende war es nicht ohne.

Vor Corona mega top Nach corona leider schlechter gewurden.. Rezepte geändert burger kleiner Preise teurer, das wirkte sich auch in der Zufriedenheit leider aus.. Pommes sind auch nur noch tk und nicht mehr frisch zu bereitet. Den Titel "bester Burger der Stadt" ist aufgrund der verlorenen Qualität auch verloren gegangen... Hoffentlich wird es wieder..
