Unfortunately this time the delivery was very late. When asked by telephone, there was no call back as promised. The last few times everything worked well. I'd like to give you another chance, but unfortunately it didn't work this time.

I was in your restaurant today at 12:45 a.m. I come specifically from Wilhelmsburg because I order from you from time to time via Lieferando. Your food always tastes great and I'm actually a big fan of your restaurant. But today I had a very disappointing experience. When I walked in, I politely greeted the person who was there and asked if you were still open or if it was already closing time. Instead of greeting me normally, he just looked at me rudely and then simply said “closing time”. No kind word, no respectful interaction - that's not possible! According to Google Maps you're open until 2am so I just wanted to clarify. Such behavior makes guests no longer feel welcome and may not come back. It's a shame, because I actually really like your food! But friendliness is also part of the service.

A very good shop, we order there regularly and the food is always of the best quality and the delivery is very quick. Only recommended!

If you want to order a burger, it's best to order it there. The orders weren't even wrong, it was always tasty and the drivers were always friendly. I also think the burgers are really big and tall. Parking there when you pick it up is really difficult.

I used to love ordering burgers here. Unfortunately, the food arrived mostly lukewarm despite having ordered in advance. Since the minimum order value has been raised to over €40, it is no longer worth ordering for me. Plus the delivery fees. What a shame! Maybe I'll stop by in person, but there are other good burger joints too.

Quality starts with delivery. Top packaging, with tasty burgers inside. A really well-rounded thing! Highly recommend truffle mayo. Please reintroduce the 2 for 1 chicken burgers, that was your best promotion! 🙏

I had previously given a 1-star review due to an incorrect delivery in which the restaurant could not be reached either. This has since cleared up and I have ordered from here many times and never had any problems again. I'm glad I gave Bella's Burgers a second chance!

The burgers were really delicious and exceeded our expectations. The fries were also very good for delivery fries and not too soggy. We will definitely order again in the future! Delivery time was also good at around 40 minutes.

Bellas Burger has really very good service. The food also tastes great, the burgers are nice and juicy, the burger bands are nice and fluffy, the fries also taste very good with the garlic dip and even if the delivery times are not as they say, the delivery is still noticed and they are delivered. It's more of a delivery service but it didn't bother us at all with the delicious food. Given the right situation with the food, this would be a goldmine. I had a hair in my burger. Really disgusting. When I pointed this out to an employee (possibly the boss), I was offered a new burger. I was okay with that. We sat down again and then heard the cook (?) swearing loudly: “Where did that come from, I’m bald!”. It was really very unpleasant to have to listen to that... When after 15 minutes there still wasn't a burger (we were the only people in the shop), we asked. At the counter, the employee didn't know anything about a new order. The boss, who was probably no longer there by now, hadn't passed on anything about a replacement burger. Really strange because 2-3 people looked at the hair on my wooden plate! And suddenly no one knew anything about a substitute burger anymore. Annoyed, we then wanted to pay, not wanting to wait any longer until the next replacement burger that was promised to me finally arrived. Then came the next incident. Suddenly we had to pay €19.90 on the menu for my companion's burger instead of €13.90. We were there at lunchtime and the menu says that ALL burgers on the menu cost €13.90, without exception. Apparently my companion's burger wasn't part of the lunch menu. Another discussion followed. In the end we only paid the €13.90 as it said in the menu. Unfortunately, all in all a very disappointing experience. Apart from the whole incident: Ambiance: doesn't invite you to linger, has more of the charm of placing a to-go order. Previously there was Call Pizza in the store. Visually not much has changed. I think the store makes more money from delivering the food. The women's toilet was very dirty, one toilet was missing paper and the silk dispenser was also broken. The path to the toilet was also very dirty, there were leftover food and dirt on the floor. Taste: was ok, but not outstanding either. The proportion of meat to bun was not optimal, the bread was too big and the meat was too small. This was also very mashed and had the appearance of a smash burger. You weren't asked how you wanted the meat. But as thin as the patty was, I doubt you could manage a “medium” party. In terms of size and thickness, the patty was comparable to one from McD's. All in all, unfortunately a rather disappointing experience. Unfortunately it remains a poor middle class burger shop. If you value good quality, you will probably have to take a further journey and drive to Dulf's.

We ordered via Lieferando. The burger was delivered completely wrong, chicken nuggets were forgotten. After about 20 attempts to call, someone finally answered the phone (totally annoyed and unfriendly, without any apology I was asked to send the address to which the order was ordered via SMS). After another hour, the right food was finally delivered. Again, no apology from the supplier. I used to work in the catering industry myself and when something like that happened to us, we sincerely apologized and (which isn't expensive for a restaurant, it might cost you €1) added a coke or something similar. When it comes to your prices, you should significantly adjust your customer service to the level. We have ordered from you very often and spent a lot of money with you. Whether we'll give it another chance now that you've dealt with the situation - probably not. If you as a customer are labeled so stupid, you'd better look for a new alternative.

Without wanting to exaggerate, I ate the most delicious burger of my life. There was definitely no compromise on quality. I ordered the “Bluebeard” burger at 1 a.m. (!) and had it delivered to Neuwiedenthal after just under 25 minutes. The burger was just exactly as it should be. American, dripping with fat. You could taste every ingredient, the thing was perfect. I'll definitely order again, the other burgers on the menu also sound very interesting.

Delicious burgers! Always order from you. However, on the last order the steakhouse fries were tipped over and the delivery person seriously threw them into the box with his own hand. I would rather dispose of them than have some delivery person touch my food with their hands! And no one comes to you to complain to me because I don't eat these fries anymore. Ordered 2 hours in advance and delivery was on time and hot! Really good burgers in a very decent size and quality (beef). The driver was very personable and friendly and even called shortly before he arrived. Since the food was a real mess due to the size of the burger, after which you could take a shower if you were clumsy, my only suggestion for improvement would be to bring napkins. We are extremely satisfied and would be happy to order again or come over sometimes.

We ordered from them for the first time today and it will definitely NOT be the last time. Here you get something for your money. It's a mess to eat the monsters, but they're delicious. I will definitely recommend the shop to my motorcycle group and eat here again no matter how far I have to drive. And I only saw the driver today but if the rest of the crew is just as friendly then it can only get better. If I could I would give even more stars. Passed by by chance on a bike ride. Top alternative to the well-known restaurant chains that are otherwise available in downtown Harburg. The burgers are surprisingly tasty. At the same time, this is a delivery service - you can still sit and eat here. But it's not quite as chic.

We came across it by chance because we were staying overnight in Hamburg and wanted to have dinner. The food was very tasty, beautifully presented when served. Staff was friendly and accommodating. The decor was rather simple but the food made up for it. Gladly again!

We had it delivered via Lieferando. I had a vegetarian burger (Avocado King) which was really tasty, but at first I had doubts as to whether it was really vegetarian. The others had one bird griffin and one shepherd boy. These were also said to be very tasty. Gladly again

I have eaten a burger almost everywhere in Hamburg and know the prices accordingly and the qualities on offer in the respective price segment. 2:1 promotion used (vegan burger) and here is my conclusion: Bread is quite big and thick and not really soft for a brioche bun. The ingredients are completely lost there - you basically only see the patty and the decorative salad on the side. No Lollo Bionda. There was also said to be caramelized onions, but they were only sparsely represented and were completely lost due to the large bread alone. Additionally cucumbers and tomatoes. No cheese. It costs 1.70 extra per disc. That's a price increase of 12 percent. By the way, the bread itself was cold even though we ate it immediately after it was prepared. The fun costs 13.90. For 16 euros the competition offers: Homemade beef patty from Irish grass-fed beef (150g) Homemade pulled pork from Duroc (100g) with fried onions and marinated in BBQ sauce. Fresh lollo bionda salad, homemade coleslaw, double cheddar cheese, fried corn with onions, jalapeños (spicy), hollandaise sauce, burger mayo For 12.50 at the competition: Homemade beef patty from Irish grass-fed beef (150g) Fresh Lollo Bionda salad, fried egg from free-range chicken, cheddar cheese, fried bacon, homemade coleslaw, Burger mayo Of course there are also home-baked breads. After all, you pay a lot of money... not to mention the ambience is better than this cool room with dark light. In the neighborhood you can get much better food at Burger Heroes for significantly less money. I can now fill the list with better alternatives all day long... BUT: 2:1 promotion only costs 6.95 euros. Is it worth 7 euros? I would say absolutely. You can then treat yourself. Almost 14 euros though? Usury people. In return you get real burgers that are 100 percent homemade from A to Z at your trusted burger shop... PS: Vegan burgers also cost less from the professional (I compared meat-free and meat-containing burgers here)

Ich schätze gutes Essen wirklich sehr und möchte daher jedem diese Burger ans Herz legen. Das sind die besten Burger die ich bisher irgendwo bestellt habe. Und auch die Pommes waren perfekt gewürzt, knusprig und warm. Ganz zu schweigen von der genialen hausgemachte Knoblauchsauce. Einfach Top! Weiter so!

Wir haben dort essen Bestellt (ca. 1 Stunde Wartezeit) und waren super zufrieden, haben vorher noch nie so gute Burger gegessen. Es schmeckt auch als wäre alles selbstgemacht. Vor allem die Burgersoße ist der Hammer. Absolute Empfehlung

Ich war gestern zum ersten Mal in dem Restaurant/Bestell Laden. Als ich in das Restaurant betreten habe wussten wir nicht ob man dort überhaupt essen kann oder nicht weil es so leer war und kein Kellner dort war. Nebenan ist ein Hotel was direkte Verbindung zu dem Restaurant hat und dazu gehört was für Verwirrung sorgt. In dem angeblichen Burger Restaurant steht noch eine Buffet Tafel die zum Hotel gehört was für noch mehr Verwirrung und das Ambiente ein wenig zerstört. Sonst sieht das Restaurant gut aus und die Inhaber sollten mehr aus dem Laden machen da es in der Umgebung kaum Burger Restaurants gibt und die Burger wirklich lecker waren. Zur Zeit ist es mehr ein Imbiss ohne gute Bedienung. Zudem kommt das man zwischen Küche und Bestell Terminal zahlen muss. Man könnte auch draußen die Terrasse eröffnen so wie es bei Instagram vorgetäuscht wird,damit könnte man mehr Gäste anlocken. Man sollte sich aufjedenfall überzeugen lassen von den Burger und den Laden unterstützen wenn er sich ein wenig ändert 👍🍔.

Die Homemade Burger waren sehr lecker.

Mein Mann und ich sind begeistert!! Es ist wirklich ein Burger der einfach nur Bombe schmeckt. Der Besitzer drückte uns noch eine Packung Pommes und Soße in die Hand. Waren von dieser Freundlichkeit hin und weg. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen auch wenn uns 300km trennen.

Super leckere Burger und die Pommes sind auch immer schön heiß und knusprig. Generell kommt alles gut temperiert an und der Burgerkarton, dem man zum Teller ausklappen kann ist super nachhaltig. Wir wurden bisher jedenfalls nicht enttäuscht. Und wenn doch mal was nicht 100% cool war, kann man mit den Jungs reden und man findet eine Lösung. Wir sind sehr zufrieden. Gönnt Euch den 3 Brüder 🍔 🍔 🍔 einfach mega!

Definitiv der beste Burger im Landkreis Harburg! Die Nuggets sind selbstgemacht und das schmeckt man auch. Daumen hoch!

Die Burger sind einfach super! Lieferung etc.. ab und zu muss man halt warten aber das Essen kommt immer warm und lecker an und dies ist am wichtigsten!
