Burger mit Glücks in Hamburg

It doesn't work at all - ordered 1 hour 45 minutes ago and you can't reach anyone. Now you sit around stupidly and don't even know whether the food is still coming or not. It can happen but then no information is rude.

Best store unfortunately no longer available via Lieferando, a shame because I still had a 15€ voucher and I am/was a regular customer :/

The food was only lukewarm when it arrived way too late. Delivery time was actually 45 minutes. only arrived after almost 2 hours! When I wanted to find out where the food was, I tried to call the store 15 times, but was immediately pushed away again. I don't think it's possible, as a real entrepreneur you call and say that you're late (as you should)

Never in my life have I ever regretted something as bad and stupid as ordering something from the store and getting it wrong twice and then not understanding anything and not knowing their own recipes

Burgers tasty and not that expensive.

Ordered food with two BBQ dips which didn't come. We called and told them they didn't bring our dios which was met with 'we will send more next time'. I'd like to know how that will be possible seeing as we ordered online. Disgusting service and they lost my custom.

Since I only ordered online, I can't say anything about the ambience. But what I can say is that the cheeseburger tastes really good. Only the fries could get an upgrade, they can't keep up with the burger in terms of taste. Tip: try seasoning them better, for example with a delicious French fries seasoned salt.

The food tastes just perfect for this price! They also deliver quickly, so the food arrives warm. Always my pleasure :)

Unfortunately delivery time is very long. But the food arrived :) the chili cheeseburger somehow came without chili... Patty I suspect TK, the bun didn't really taste fresh and the general taste was pretty neutral. I'm sorry, but I've eaten better at fast food chains for a third of the money. The burger was edible but far from enjoyable. Unfortunately.

Unfortunately the fries were not edible. They were way too hard and had no taste. I think they were just kept warm for too long. The burger was okay. Unfortunately, the tomatoes were not ripe in some places and were therefore hard and inedible.

Burger was ok, but the patty was very small, otherwise we ordered at 7:30 p.m. and after ages the food arrived at 9:15 p.m. In addition, the fries were really little and nothing special, they were a bit like tk fries from the oven, just limp.

Burger was moldy. I got a muffin as an apology. However, this was also moldy again. I can't recommend it.

According to the prices, burgers don't have much taste, a bit dry, but the quality still has a lot of room for improvement

After the quality of delivery had noticeably deteriorated for a while (long waiting times, cold food), the operator seems to have made a specific change. Food arrived within the specified time, was hot and delicious as always. Keep it up!

Food ordered (via Lieferando) should be there in 20-45 minutes. After a while I was called that the order would arrive later because there was supposedly a traffic jam on the road. I quickly checked the route on Maps, there was no sign of a major blockage, the journey time was 20 minutes. A little later I got another call saying the order had to be canceled because the street was closed. I said I didn't see anything about it on maps. I also said that I was worried that the food would arrive cold. The food was in an insulated box and wouldn't get cold, I was told. So the order was sent after all. A total of 1 hour 20 minutes after ordering, the food was delivered, lukewarm at best. Although I stated when ordering that I wanted the burger without onions, there were some on it. We are totally disappointed! My guess is that they said there was a traffic jam because the restaurant couldn't process the orders. That would also explain why the delivery arrived so late even though the roads were largely clear. Lying to the customer is a no go for me. Burgers were quite tasty, apart from the fact that they were cold and the request (no onions) was ignored.

Unfortunately, “burgers with luck” is the order of the day... with a lot of luck you get the burgers. Waited almost 2 hours. Never again

Absolutely bad, never ever again. Instead of 35 minutes delivery time as stated, we waited over 90 minutes for a burger that was probably kept warm for an hour, the brioche bun was HARD, the fries were soggy, and the mayonnaise was also forgotten. At least the Fritz Kola tasted good.

Ordered at 8 p.m. via Lieferando, the order should arrive at 9:04 p.m. at the latest. Now it's 10:14 p.m. and when I call the restaurant the number is always busy. Update: Lieferando now says I received the delivery, but I haven't received anything and there's nothing at the door.

Service is very polite. I even ordered there today. I forgot a burger in my order. When I called, the driver was already on his way. The man on the phone and the driver were still super nice and drove to us a second time. Sorry again!! But the employees are also extremely friendly when it comes to picking things up. The food is also very tasty and always warm. My dad tried it for the first time today and he found it very tasty, even though burgers aren't really his thing. Long story short: top 👍🏼👍🏼

Really tasty and good quality burger shop. Now I only refer to delivery outside the home. Orders often arrive within 40 minutes. The food has always been delicious so far (we have ordered three times). The burgers are good and the size is completely okay. Buxtehude is lucky to have such a good delivery service here!

So einen krassen Burger haben mein Mann und ich wirklich noch nie gegessen. Der Burger hat genau die perfekte Größe. Er sättigt genau richtig und knockt einen nicht so aus. Man könnte vielleicht noch einen zweiten essen aber auch nur weil die so lecker sind. Wenn man mal das Fleisch alleine probiert, läuft einem das Wasser im Mund zusammen. Es ist wirklich sehr saftig. Fast, wie als würde man in eine herzhafte Orange beißen. Ich persönlich bin eigentlich nicht so der Burgerfreund und wenn ich mal einen esse, brauche ich Monate um wieder einen essen zu können. Bei Burger mit Glücks könnte ich täglich Burger essen. Danke für diese Bereicherung :-)

Heftige Burger vegan oder auch mit Fleisch, heftige Angebote und nette Bedienung

Burger sind groß aber ohne tollen Geschmack. Desweiteren war der scharfe Burger nicht scharf und die Qualität wirkte eher niedrig. Das alles ist verbesserungswürdig. Das Essen war nach 40 Minuten geliefert, die Burger aber auch relativ kalt und meinem Magen ging es nicht gut danach. Das Fleisch sah komisch aus.

Burger...na ja. Komplizierte Speisekarte und unverständlich.

Man weiß auch nach einer Wartezeit von über 1,5h ob man sein Essen noch bekommt!?

Sehr lecker! Ich hatte ein Country Burger Menü mit Süßkartoffel Pommes. kann ich wirklich mit guten gewissen weiter empfehlen.

Schon sehr oft dort bestellt und jedes Mal super zufrieden. Die Burger haben eine gute Größe, perfekte Menge an Pommes und der Service ist einfach unverbesserlich! Wer gutes Essen sucht ist hier genau richtig. Qualität, Preis und Geschmack stimmen einfach vollkommen!

Liebes Burger-mit-Glücks-Team, jetzt - nachdem wir hier schon circa 5x bestellt hatten - kann ich auch meine Bewertung abgeben. ;-) Die veganen Burger schmecken sehr lecker (besonders mein Favorit Crunchy Vegan;-) & die Pommes sind bis jetzt immer heiß & knusprig angekommen! Leider etwas zu überteuert für ein Burger 8-12 €. Die veganen Nuggets sind auch super. Auch hier leider etwas zu teuer für ein paar Nuggets. Pluspunkt: kein Plastik, fast alles kommt in Pappe & das ist sehr gut! Fahrer*innen bis jetzt auch sehr freundlich. Fehlt nur noch der vegane Nachtisch & veganer Nomilchshake. Vielleicht seid ihr ja die Ersten?! :-) Würden euch gerne 5 Sterne geben, wenn ihr weniger/kein Tierfleisch mehr anbieten würdet. :-)

Lecker Bürger super Auswahl über 30 verschiedene Sorten einfach nur lecker nicht lange überlegen gleich hingehen und ein Bürger Essen 😋😋👍🏻👍🏻

Ich gehe nun seit etwa 4 Monaten regelmäßig hier einen Bürger essen. Ich bestelle mir etwas per Telefon und hole das Essen ab. Ich muss sagen, das ist mit Abstand der einzige laden, wo die Qualität des Essens jedes mal gleich bleibt, bzw jedes mal immer besser und besser wird. Zum Preis von mc's Bürgern bekommt man hier einen Bürger der einen über den Tag lang satt hällt. Ich gebe diesem laden 10 von 10 Punkte :)

Wir Bestellen mittlerweile zum 5 mal , und sind immer Zufrieden! Das Fleisch immer Heiß und die Pommes Knusprig! Es riecht fantastisch nach Grill und alles zusammen ist es immer 100% Wir bestellen Sehr sehr gerne. Preis-Leistung ist super es Lohnt sich auf alle Fälle !! Danke für das tolle Essen

Der beste Lieferdienst für Burger in Harburg!

Einfach megaaa lecker, solche guten Bürger gibt es nur dort. Das Essen ist qualität pur. Die Pommes sind super knusprig und nicht aufgeweicht. Das Bürger Brötchen ist der absolute Wahnsinn, oben schön braun leicht kross und mega weich von innen. Das Gemüse und das Fleisch sind super frisch, Soße ist auch nicht zu viel oder zu wenig drauf. Die wings und Nuggets sind auch sehr sehr lecker. Kaum bestellt schon klingelt es an der Tür, Lieferanten sind immer super nett. Bestelle inzwischen regelmäßig dort. Nur zu empfehlen der Laden. Besten Bürger im Hamburger Süden!

Super schnelle Lieferung. Mein Burger konnte zwar nicht geliefert werden, aber ich habe sofort eine gute Alternative per Telefon angeboten bekommen.

Im Vergleich(wir bestellen mind. einmal die Woche leckeres per Lieferservice) das leckerste Burger Schmaus im harburger Raum.

Habe dort schon mehrere Male bestellt und es war jedes Mal mega lecker. Die Burger sind abwechslungsreich und für den Preis echt groß.

Es gibt nur einen Punkt Abzug für 1,5 Stunden Lieferzeit. Top Essen, sehr freundlich.

Für mich die besten Burger von Harburg - immer heiß und super lecker! MEINE NR. 1 - unbedingt mal ausprobieren
