Absolutely bombastic highlight! We walked through the door with a mission: to relieve our growling stomachs. We didn't expect what happened. The door didn't lead into another normal restaurant, but burger heaven!! Everything was top notch: juicy burgers, crispy fries and a feel-good atmosphere. The aperitif of the month right there. A real explosion on the palate!! Not only did our search for food come to an end here - it was as if this heaven had satisfied our deepest, unknown longings. But the highlight of our visit was waiter Azo, who introduced us to this heaven; our Beatrice searching for the inferno!! With his charm and wit, he not only looked after us well, but also made us laugh and won a place in our hearts. Azo, we kiss your heart. A service that is just as exciting as the food – we will definitely be back!

We had a fantastic evening at Peter Pane. The burgers and fries were absolutely delicious – juicy, perfectly seasoned and topped with fresh ingredients. The drinks were also excellent and went wonderfully with the food. The atmosphere in the restaurant was very pleasant, cozy and inviting. I ate at the restaurant with my friends today. The restaurant is very creatively designed and makes you feel very comfortable. We received a very warm welcome and excellent service. The employee, Halime, took our orders very politely. The service was overall very good, and the food is second to none. The burgers were warm and very tasty, especially the patty. I've experienced cold food or some problems in some restaurants, but that wasn't the case here. The fries were delicious with the dips and very crispy. What also surprised me was that the drinks were very good value for money. The visit was 100% worth the price.

The shop is very comfortably furnished. Particularly noteworthy is the friendly service from Halime, who immediately gave us a warm welcome and took excellent care of us despite the lack of a reservation. The service was consistently attentive - we were checked on regularly and we felt completely at home. Simply a sensational service – top performance!

The location was quite nice, I wasn't quite sure if I was lucky with Hans 😆 everything was very similar, including the menu. The staff here was super nice and there was a lot of fun to be had. The food was delicious but looked very cheap. Unfortunately, 19.90 is way too much for a burger like that. Drinks prices are also too high, so the food becomes a luxury and can no longer be afforded by everyone. The little place on the upper floor is very cute and a story is told over loudspeakers 🥰 The toilet and washroom are clean and tidy. Overall I'm quite satisfied, my personal drawback is the price

A great place to enjoy being a good citizen!

We were at Peter Pahn's on March 2nd evening at 6 p.m. and overall had a mixed experience. First of all, we would like to thank the blonde employee who initially served us in a friendly and attentive manner - this is what good service should look like! Unfortunately the atmosphere changed later as we waited for our ordered dessert. The blonde colleague was no longer there and the shift manager came instead (black hair pinned up, big glasses). We had ordered ice cream with chocolate sauce, but she insisted that it could only be served with berry sauce - or we would have to pay extra. Even though the previous operator said it wasn't a problem, the shift manager showed no understanding. What was particularly disappointing was how she communicated this: extremely unfriendly, dismissive and very rude to us. What was even worse was that she said this in front of two small children who were already looking forward to the ice cream. A simple “I’m sorry, that’s not possible” in a friendly tone would have been the bare minimum. Instead, the response was unnecessarily stubborn and rude. In the end, the impression remains that the customer is not the focus here, but that stubborn adherence to principles is more important than friendly interaction. It's a shame, because the rest of the team made a much better impression. Maybe management should consider whether such a customer-friendly shift manager is really the right choice. For guests who want to eat there: If you find the same shift manager, it is better to have someone else serve you.

The taste of the food was quite good. But on the one hand, waiting an hour for the food is a bit too harsh. Then price/performance is unfortunately not justified. Service isn't great. Twice the wrong bun for the burger... Ambience is okay, but could be better. Doesn't necessarily have to happen again.

Mega delicious food and cool drinks! You can taste the quality of the ingredients straight away. The sweet potato fries in particular are a must. Perfect for a cozy evening with friends.

I can only recommend the restaurant Peter Pane, the food is delicious and the service is also good. My personal favorites are despina, enes & azo <3 the three are super friendly & courteous service staff who leave no wish unfulfilled. Jordan is a talented & entertaining bartender who mixes the most delicious cocktails. All in all, the team seems harmonious & everyone does their job great :)

Ladies and Gentlemen On February 7th We had dinner in your restaurant. We were really happy, but if you have to wait more than 75 minutes for your food, you lose your joy. We were quite confident because we were initially able to order within 5 minutes. Our wait was quite exciting as there were little children running and screaming everywhere. At the next table, the daughter (estimated to be 11 years old) was talking at a volume that entertained half the shop. My father also thought it was really funny to take pictures every now and then, I hope I don't appear in any of them! This family then also ordered dessert, which came quickly... A waitress told us that it would be ready soon, but it still took half an hour. When the food finally arrived, we noticed that the plates were warmer than the burgers. Then we had to tell another waitress that we wanted sauces for the fries and she replied bluntly, “I’ll take a look.” She came relatively quickly with our sauces, but one of them wasn't the one we had ordered. Due to the long waiting time, I didn't have enough of my drink left to somehow get down these unfortunately dry burgers. Too bad. The drinks were good and the gentleman who brought them to us was nice too. Unfortunately, at the end when we were paying, the lady came back in a bit of a bad mood. I think a cheeky tone and arrogance is something you shouldn't have in front of your customers. We were very disappointed. ☹️😤

The three of us were here on a Sunday. Restaurant is nicely decorated, we quickly got our previously reserved table. The order for food and drinks was taken straight away. Unfortunately that was the only thing that was quick... we waited about 30 minutes for the drinks... the food took another 45 minutes. When we were finished eating and wanted to pay, we didn't see any service at all, so we called the restaurant from our seat. Unfortunately, the lady on the phone didn't tell any waiter, so we waited another 20 minutes to be allowed to pay. It was never crowded at any time. When paying we mentioned this, no discount etc. It's a shame... But the food and drinks are ok. The price is right.

The food is great. However, we sat in the draft and were not allowed to move despite there being various free places. It started with half an hour until we were allowed to order and another hour until the food came. Since we were there with children, it was a real test of patience. The store is simply overwhelmed with takeaway food. We won't go there again.

We were here with the family today. We liked the food, especially the loaded fries. But now this: 1) We sat in the draft and were not allowed to move, even when asked, because all the tables were supposedly full. 2) We were only able to order after 30 minutes, before all the service staff walked past our table. 3) The food took a very long time to arrive, so we ate 1.5 hours after entering the restaurant. I suspect that the food is taking so long because a lot of people picked up take away, so of course the kitchen is overloaded... Nevertheless, the staff was friendly.
