Super leckere Gerichte und Drinks!

Preis-Leistungsverhältnis für mich nicht stimmig. Das Ambiente ähnelt eher einem Imbiss. Sehr ungemütlich und nicht einladend. Es hat innen sehr eigenartig gerochen. So ne Mischung aus Essig und Esotherik. Die Bestellung über QR Code ist super und auch an der Bedienung konnte ich nichts aussetzen. Das Essen hat mich nicht überzeugt. Optisch zwar einigermaßen ansprechend aber die Hollandaise war für meinen Geschmack viel zu sauer. Der Bacon zu dick geschnitten und so hart, dass man ihn gar nicht beißen konnte. Der Salat war ganz gut angemacht. Highlight war für mich der Cappuccino. Ich war zwar schon deutlich schlechter frühstücken aber empfehlen würde ich es definitiv nicht! Sorry

Wir waren an einem Sonntag Morgen dort . Generell wurden wir sehr nett begrüßt und uns wurde wegen der Gruppengröße auch ein zusätzlicher Tisch angeboten. Die Karte ist nett, aber das Angebot findet man aber derzeit überall, nicht außergewöhnliches, außer dass es sehr auf Expats und junge Kunstschaffende ausgerichtet zu sein scheint. Draußen hat man einen netten Blick auf den Nettelberger Platz, allerdings hätten die aufgestellten Schirme nur geringen Schutz vor Niesel geboten. Die Bedienungen waren wohl gegen 12 Uhr unterbesetzt, wir haben ewig auf die Möglichkeit gewartet, die Rechnung bestellen zu können. Kann man mal machen, solides Angebot.

Tolles Café mit leckerem Essen und Getränken! Ich bin hier seit langem sehr gerne! Eine echte Bereicherung für Wedding! Eine kleine konstruktive Kritik habe ich aber: Irgendwann wird es derart ungemütlich, da überall aufgeräumt wird und aus der Küche Krach und Musik kommt, was die Atmosphäre total killed. Ebenso die Gerüche aus der Küche, die Klamotten riechen danach, als ob ich selber mitgemacht hätte. 😆 Ich verstehe, dass da gearbeitet werden muss, aber drinnen sitzen ist da echt ungemütlich. Ich mag das Oeuf wirklich sehr, vielleicht könnt ihr da eine Lösung finden! Wäre echt super!

Leckeres Essen und tolle Terrasse

Oeuf ist inzwischen echt so mein Stammcafé geworden. Es ist einfach so unaufgeregt gut. Kaffee passt immer, der Croque Monsieur ist der absolute Wahnsinn und die Leute da sind einfach grundsympathisch. Kein typischer Berliner Hipster-Stress, einfach nur herzlich. Tut richtig gut so mitten im Wedding. Setz mich da unter der Woche gern mal mit Buch oder Laptop rein, am Wochenende dann halt volles Brunch-Programm mit Drinks. Lieb den Laden einfach.

Leider gehört der Service zu den schlechtesten in Berlin. Die Angestellten ignorierten uns gut 20 Minuten lang, und als wir endlich ihre Aufmerksamkeit erregten, wirkten sie genervt, dass wir fragten, wie das Ganze funktioniere und ob wir etwas bestellen könnten. Sie sagten uns lediglich, wir sollten den QR-Code auf dem Tisch benutzen, ohne weitere Erklärung, und gingen dann wieder weg.

Ich bin in diesem Lokal zum ersten Mal. Meine Frau und ich haben ein Getränk bestellt. Das Getränk selbst war in Ordnung. Service entspricht nicht den Bewertungen, die ich hier lesen kann. Essen kann ich nicht bewerten, da ich in dem Ambiente kein Hungergefühl entwickeln kann. Ich habe selten so ein dre...... Lokal vorfinden. Der Weg zur Toilette, sowie die Toilette selbst EIN NO GO.

Eigentlich ganz nett, aber muss jeder selbst entscheiden, ob er 9€ für ein Spiegelei mit Käse, Ketchup(lecker) und Zwiebeln zwischen zwei weichen Burgerpatties ausgibt. Mam sollte nicht erwarten, davon satt zu werden(was bei 9€ eigentlich drin sein sollte)...

Ich wohne unweit des Ouef entfernt und heute nach einem erneuten Besuch wieder vom Service enttäuscht. Mussten sehr lange warten bis unsere Bestellung von zwei Cappuccino aufgenommen wurde, diese kamen dann auch sehr schnell und geschmacklich gut. Allerdings wollten wir dann noch etwas zum Essen bestellen, dazu kamen wir aber gar nicht, da die Mitarbeiterin direkt weg war, super flink. Aber nicht im positiven. Danach hat man uns nicht mehr beachtet und sind dann zum bezahlen auch nach innen. Wenn man kein Selfservice macht, dann sollte man es richtig machen.

Ich fand es toll, es war wirklich super. Alle waren sehr nett und das Sandwich, das ich hatte, war ausgezeichnet.

Alter – Gute Nacht Berlin; 16 Euro für eine Scheibe Brot mit Ei, Tomaten und Avocado ; 3 Euro extra für ein bisschen raufgekrümelten Billo Feta. War schon lecker, aber bitte macht den Wedding nicht kaputt. Danke

Ein wunderschönes Brunch-Lokal im Viertel Wedding. Das Personal ist freundlich, und die Speisekarte bietet einfache, aber leckere Gerichte. Ein gemütlicher, entspannter Ort für einen ungezwungenen Wochenendbrunch in der Nähe.

Leckere Sandwiches, nettes Personal – muss wohl beliebt sein, denn ich musste etwas warten. Diesmal habe ich keine Fotos gemacht, aber Kaffee und Chai sind definitiv einen Versuch wert.

Service: Bei uns sehr freundlich und schnell. Aber eher „nur Englisch“. Essen: Enttäuschend. Hoher Preis weder durch Menge noch durch Qualität gerechtfertigt. Rührei (keine 2 Eier wie auf Karte) wirkte wie fertig Produkt, eine luftige Scheibe Brot und ein wenig Blatt-Salat, der schon 1/3 des Tellers ausmacht. Zwiebelkompott schmeckte bitter. Lachs für 7€ extra dazu genommen und trotzdem ist man nicht satt danach. Bei 24€ (inkl Matcha Latte der vor allem nach Wasser und bitter schmeckte) zu wenig. Ambiente: Schön aber jetzt auch nix so besonderes wie hier teilweise getan wird. Eher Berliner Standard für so eine Art Brunch Place.

Essen ist stabil, man kann draußen bei gutem Wetter schön sitzen. Bin auch froh über so einen Ort im Wedding. Was ich nicht akzeptabel finde ist, dass ich bei hohen Preisen nicht satt geworden bin. Das darf nicht sein. Nicht deutsch sprechen zu können in einem Lokal im Wedding ist auch eine Ansage an die Alteingesessenen Weddinger… Edit: ich hatte einen dieser Croques… :)

Guter Brunch-Spot mit passendem Ambiente. Das Essen hat geschmeckt, ohne dabei besonders herauszustechen. Schade war, dass das Brot etwas zu stark geröstet bzw. angebrannt war. Getränke waren gut und völlig in Ordnung. Insgesamt ein solider Besuch.

Ein fantastisches Café mit großartigem Essen. Das Brötchen mit Speck und Ei (Ouef morning) und der hausgemachten Chilisauce ist unglaublich. Ein Klassiker. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Nettes Lokal in einer nicht so schönen Gegend, aber für die Portionsgröße und die Lage etwas überteuert. Schnell voll und laut (man hat für 1,5 Stunden reserviert). Das Personal wollte die Rechnung nicht teilen, das war ziemlich ärgerlich.

Es ist eine höchst betrügerische Praxis, für die Reservierung eine Kreditkarte zu verlangen, ohne dann eine Telefonnummer oder andere Kontaktmöglichkeit anzugeben, sodass man nicht stornieren kann. So können sie einfach Geld von Leuten einstreichen, die nicht erscheinen. Nicht empfehlenswert. (Zur Klarstellung: Ich bin zu meiner Reservierung erschienen, da ich keine andere Wahl hatte.)

I had the worst crop chevroux sandwich ever! 18 euros wasted! Horrible experience for me, disappointed.

I had croque chevroux for my breakfast and unfortunately I was disappointed. The bread was completely soggy because of the sauce and that made it hard to eat. There was no crunchiness, I even didn’t finish it. The staff was nice and the place is very packed.

Food was too salty and oily, service was bad. When we asked to combine 2 tables together for us the waiter looked upset and confused and refused it. I don't get the hipe around this place and the prices are too high.

The map is only available in English. Why? Because they apparently don't want to have anything to do with their neighbors, who speak German and many other languages, just not English. A German-language map simply belongs everywhere in Germany. Reply: Great, I'm so glad!

Nice restaurant with high-quality food and drinks and friendly staff! Everything was delicious and reasonably priced – but can someone please explain to me why all the information and menus in a FRENCH (!) café are presented in ENGLISH? Hello!?!? Hip or not – in Germany and Berlin, I wish there were menus in my native language (except maybe in Prenzlberg) – even though I'm quite fluent in the language!

I came here for breakfast while my husband had surgery at charite. The service vibe and food were just what I needed. Thank you ☺️

A nice place, the french toast was absolutely divine, the poached eggs on brioche with hollandaise sauce and bacon was nice, the iced latte was ok. The place had some nice vibes

Coffee wasn’t tasting that good. The first time I couldn’t finish a cappuccino. Food was decent.

The food unfortunately didn't live up to expectations. There are much better places for the same or cheaper price. As a Berliner, you definitely feel like you've been ripped off here... on the corner of Nettelbeckplatz with the familiar ambiance... and a 0.2 liter of orange juice costs €5. Service only in English. (French shop with no French people - at least in the service department.) Some at our table didn't speak English, which was met with a roll of the eyes and an insult in English from the service. What a shame about the almost €100 for breakfast for four people.

Good food, very warm welcome and friendly staff

Well, we weren't satisfied. I went there with my girlfriend and ordered two loaves of bread 🍞 and two coffees...and paid almost €40, and we were still hungry. One thing I know: we'll never eat there again. Definitely a rip-off...outrageous prices.

Yeah, I don't have to go back... Dirty, yellowed, plastic glasses on all the tables... Granola with apricots that had brown spots and lacked flavor... Hard beer benches to sit on... hmm, I don't know.

The food was delicious and plentiful, and the prices were absolutely reasonable. I've never enjoyed such perfectly poached eggs, and I'll give the croque monsieur a try next time! Service was very good, although we had to wait a bit longer for our second round of drinks. The reason: the order had been taken but not delivered. Once that was resolved, they came even faster, hence the 5 stars. I'd happily go back anytime.

Delicious food, and portion size. Lovely atmosphere and friendly staff. Vegan options and happy to accommodate for your needs. A little expensive but it does feel worth it as the flavors were lovely.

Favorite brunch place in Wedding ! We keep coming to try everything on the menu, and finally decide what our favorite is. Top place are French Toast and Le Frenchie at the moment. The service is always friendly and welcoming. You have to try 😋😊 - cute interior design as well

My second visit and so excited to be back- all the way from Australia. Staff are so lovely! Oeuf is a gorgeous breakfast stop. Coffee is amazing- some of the best I have had in Berlin. Design your own breakfast is perfect option and so satisfying. French toast is to die for! Highly recommend this place. Food made with love ❤️

Great place to brunch! I tried the Honey/goat cheese dish - try it with a sunny side up, it's a great combo. The Spring salad is very generous, you won't be disappinted! The pressed orange juice is good but a bit small. Overall great place and nice staff!

It is so sad that service could actually make you forget how good the food really is. For instance, I had the croque chevrou (sorry the spelling) and it was really good, lovely quality and credit to where it belongs. Now, service, bit of a thing, they were very kind and polite but there were some elements that really affected my overall experience. Our table, despite being reserved (online booking process) was given away to some other people, somehow - not a good start. Drinks took quite some time to arrive as well, 30 minutes after ordering - food came almost after drinks, then again, positive thing among the negative elements. At the end, we wanted to split the bill, and the staff did not want to do it after we kindly requested it - so, again, service could have been much better in really simple tasks that could have been tackled easily.

My problem is with the reservation system. 1. You can only reserve with a credit card or Visa, 2. If you want to change the reservation, it is not possible via the portal and your contact details are not even linked there. I always have to ask for credit cards from my friends who I invite to Œuf so I can make the reservation… The food is good, I have to say the Pain Perdu or French toast is more like a cake and not toast…

Great spot to come and have your brunch at any time, a big favorite for the “oeuf morning” with its excellent homemade sauce! We want to come back every morning to discover the menu in all its nooks and crannies! The staff is super friendly and attentive, and the place is super chill with the terrace overlooking the small square and the wedding fountain... We are good!

One of the safest spots to have great brunch with a cocktail! Have been here many times and still enjoying it. You can assemble your eggs as the name suggests, with a variety of toppings and breads, or go for sweet breakfast options. The quality has gone down a bit over time though. Too bad.

I've been going to the Oeuf and previously to the Mirage for years. Unfortunately the service has always been bad, but especially bad on our last visit on May 1st! You have to wait forever for everything, which is why I think you should be able to order with a QR code even on the weekend, where you can see the card, order and pay straight away. The waiters are completely overwhelmed on weekends or public holidays when they have to take the order themselves! Only English is spoken consistently, which is really not ideal for Wedding. Otherwise it's price. Performance ratio really good when it comes to food.

Told to pick a seat, given menu, after 20 minutes order taken, but out of many things, finally sent away a few minutes later because kitchen closed so sorry. Remarkable.

We reserved a table at Oeuf via OpenTable - which generally worked without any problems. However, we found it a bit excessive that you have to provide your credit card. If you don't show up or cancel at short notice (less than 24 hours in advance), you will be charged €15 per person, and if you are late for more than 10 minutes you should call (which can happen again and again at the moment due to the BVG/S Bahn chaos). This seems understandable when you are dealing with a busy hotspot - but when we arrived, the inside of the restaurant was empty except for one person, most of the guests were sitting outside. But perhaps today was the exception. Ordering is only done via a QR code at the table. You can pay using Google Pay, credit card or directly at the counter - there you can also pay in cash or by card. The app showed a wait of about 20 minutes, but the food actually came a little quicker. The homemade lemonade was really tasty, although at €4.50 for a small glass (estimated at 250ml) it wasn't exactly cheap. We both chose the “How do you like your eggs” menu. The food came beautifully presented and looked quite impressive. The taste was solid, but the dressing on the salad was quite bland and the poached egg was unfortunately cooked through - no runny yolk. Maybe it was due to a lack of options when ordering, that wasn't entirely clear to us. Overall the visit was okay, but our expectations were a little higher. The atmosphere and concept are modern, the music is pleasant, but the spark didn't quite catch on for us.

Were there for the first time on 12/24. Small, fine restaurant. Map manageable - you will find deficit. The disadvantage is that the people in service only speak English and no German at all. Not everyone had great English skills. Luckily the map is also in German.

I used to live in the neighbourhood years ago and I'm always happy to come back in the Kiez. I was excited to try as I've seen it from outside many times. We arrived on sunday around 1pm and managed to get one of the last free spots. The ambiance is cute and the spot next to the window is perfect to people watch. Service was pretty slow, we had to eye-contact the waitress with insistance many times before our order was taken. Food-wise, rather disappointing. We tried the brioche bread with poached eggs and hollandaise+onion compote, but there was little sauce, I found it dry and really average. Carrott cake was also nothing special. I guess the decent prices and the great Bloody mary make up for it.

I love the decor and atmosphere. The selection is great and the ordering concept is also great. Unfortunately the matcha arrived lukewarm. The Iced Americano was much smaller than expected and had very few ice cubes and didn't taste that good either.

We have been very dedicated costumers to this place , we absolutely loved it. This now belongs to the past , I don’t think we’re coming back. The dishes since the first time we tried it few months back have now shrunk to half but the price remains the same (high). The quality has also slightly dropped in everything but the coffee, with the biggest disappointment being the sweet French toast. The apples weren’t properly cooked, the Apfelmus was indifferent and the caramelised nuts as well. After all: this isn’t a terrible option , but the balance quality/quantity- price is no longer fair. I hope this changes. * Service was kind and fast*

The kitchen was closed for more than 90 mins before closing. This is disappointing. There were options for pastry or cakes though.

Friendly staff, delicious croissants, and a strong cappuccino. You sit outside on wooden folding chairs and at matching tables. The seating is a bit tight, but still cozy. I'd love to come back with a bigger appetite and try the egg dishes 😃 A real asset to your wedding! After my second visit, I can only say "wow!" The sandwiches are also super delicious and can be customized. Choose from the bread, eggs, and a sauce, plus an additional, optional topping. What's also important, though: When it's busy inside, it gets loud, like a bar. That's a bit of a shame, but with a bare concrete floor and almost bare walls, it's probably hard to change that. So, if you're sensitive to noise, you know what's going on.

The rating would have been better, but unfortunately the service was very disappointing. English was spoken immediately when we were greeted, the lady was very annoyed and spoke in English despite the German answer. Sorry you made your guests feel bad. Even when we asked for another seat, the response was annoyed. The food was solid, the French toast was convincing. The music was very loud, so people had to communicate even louder, creating a chaotic atmosphere. Very unfortunate.

Had breakfast here and made reservations in advance. The food was good for the price and was served quickly. The service only speaks English, but took my order, which I placed in German - well. We sat close to the bar and right on the edge of the music from the kitchen and the music from the dining room, which was different. That was a bit annoying.

I was really looking forward to the visit after we left the store unsuccessfully last time. The food was good to ok, but the service made me lose my appetite a bit. When I politely ask for another seat and am very annoyed and are denied it (everything is reserved) - and the intended seats remain empty until the end, another couple is placed on the side without a reservation... I feel honest said not welcome. Even when I took the order, the antipathy towards me seemed to continue, for whatever reason. The space next to the kitchen was simply not relaxing (several music sources, using the coffee machine). I also included a special occasion in the reservation and I think it's a shame when people behave so inflexibly and annoyed. Since my first visit was also characterized by the latent displeasure of service and this continued today, I will probably not be coming back (which certainly pleases the service)...

The restaurant had a nice breakfast with good food (heavy), very good drinks, and friendly service. It’s a plus that the staff speaks English. However, the place lacked fresh air, in general recommend.

A waiter chased my partner outside the establishment and accused them of not paying. After waiting 15+ minutes at the table, they decided to leave because no one had come to take their order. Sometimes you can order from the QR code and other times a waiter comes to the table or the QR code doesn’t work (like the first and last time we’d visited) The waiter berated them and insisted they pay for the table though they hadn’t ordered a single thing. Paying for a table is unheard of if not absolutely ridiculous. If this were the case, you ought to let people know as you seat them. Similarly, it would be sensible to mention ordering through the QR code as you seat someone. The entire thing is particularly frustrating because the waiter insisted on bringing them back into the restaurant to yell at them in front of other customers. I did not come here to tell anyone how to do their job, but rather to remind them to have some care in the way they treat other human beings. It is absolutely heartbreaking to get sweet/stellar treatment one time and be completely disrespected the next. The food was good, and I brought my partner there cause they like eggs. Even though I’m much pickier about how I like mine prepared, I was happy to see them happy eating a lovely breakfast sandwich. Unfortunately, we will neither be returning nor recommending the spot to anyone. No meal is worth being made to feel like a criminal.

The place is very Instagrammy – I saw ads and also some mentions in blogs. However, it was very disappointing. I tried pumpkin barley risotto-style. It was over-salted with a strong taste of dry veggie cubes. The coffee was also very average. My friend tried bread with halloumi. It was dry and halloumi was a pretty small piece. The content marketing is great. Looks better than it tastes! Keep in mind no bill splits during the weekends.

The Ouef is definitely a highlight at Nettelbeckplatz. Especially because you can sit in front of it in the summer. So far I've only had coffee, matcha and cake - very tasty. Less would not be justifiable given the high prices. Other dishes looked delicious from a distance. (-) When it comes to the ambience... you don't sit comfortably inside and sometimes you're crowded. It also quickly becomes loud - which further detracts from the comfort. The tables should also be wiped more often and the toilets need a makeover...

Really strange: we had reserved a table for brunch for four this afternoon. When we got there the waitress told us that we have to sit outside. Hello? It's November 2nd, 8 degrees Celsius outside, and not even enough blankets available! Without us!

Had super delicious scrambled eggs on farmer's bread with Hollondais sauce. Staff could be a bit friendlier. No hello, no goodbye but nice atmosphere. If you like eggs for breakfast, this is the right place for you.

Reserving a table at Oeuff is so inconvenient and difficult that you're almost ready to give up. ESPECIALLY the cancellation conditions are, in my opinion, unreasonable. In the event of a no-show, €15 per reserved place will be debited from the previously deposited credit card. I can understand that it is annoying for a restaurateur when guests don't show up, but it could be handled differently. How about this: Reserved tables are kept free for 15 minutes and given to other guests in the event of a no-show. A telephone number would also be advantageous when making a reservation in case you are late. What is now common practice in Berlin, but which I always find annoying, is the fact that the waitresses obviously only speak English. About the food: The quality of the food is good although the portions are comparatively small. A puffy side salad is obviously intended to suggest bulk. Unfortunately it wasn't my thing. At comparable prices, other breakfast restaurants serve better quality in slightly larger portions. Especially at the prices asked. What doesn't work at all in my opinion is that you couldn't split the bill. The statement was: At the weekends we don't split the bills sorry (...) Internationality or not...I am aware that abroad you put all the food you eat on one bill and the guests then have to come to an agreement afterwards. However, we are in Germany and here it is still desirable for guests to pay separately. You may find this bourgeois in the Oeuff, but it is extremely pleasant as a guest. If you reduce the Oeuff to just the food, I would say that it wasn't that bad. However, the additional effort involved in reservations, communication and payment significantly reduced the experience of the visit.

Really croud in the weekend, food ok nothing special, service fine, but really noisy place

It's not always about ambience, everyone has their own personal taste. Here it is rather simple, by sitting outside you get a few rays of sunshine, and sometimes there is live music. Coffee is A1 and so is the cake. Pleasant service. I recommend.

Love the place. This is a great place for introverts, as one can order and pay for the order on the website, no need to talk or queue. Delicious food, welcoming space, beautiful location especially on a sunny day.

The two barista from Australia were so lovely and super sexy! I love going to oeuf, mainly because of the two baristas from Australia. They make the atmosphere so great and if you’re down for a chat the oeuf baristas are the people to talk to! 10/10 for the baristas from Australia.

Very good location. Brunch is highly recommended. Also outside places. Very dedicated service staff. Excellent, top quality food offerings.

Great food, homemade hollandaise sauce, chutneys and co. Quality is great and fresh. I always enjoy coming here. The employees are all super nice and accommodating, even when it is very busy and stressful. I always find it very loud inside because there is no sound insulation or anything like that. That's why I mainly go outside when the weather permits.

Need to do something about the wasp problem outside.

Staff were super friendly, make u feel right at home! It’s great place to enjoy brunch and coffee in a cozy spot and chill atmosphere. A must to try is the French toast dessert, Highly recommended.

I really gave Oeuf a chance so many times, but in the end it is and remains really overhyped. The egg dishes are good in terms of culinary compositions - but everything is always so dominated by the egg that the other ingredients don't come through at all. Unfortunately, that also applies to the smell inside, it's relatively poorly ventilated, so I always had the feeling that the egg was eating me instead of me eating the egg. The service is always completely overwhelmed by every question that deviates from the standard and does not offer a solution (my cell phone somehow cannot read the QR code for the card and that was several times more dramatic than it should have been). I came a few times during the week in the morning to start my home office day in a relaxed way, but the internet is so terrible that I ended up leaving again. Conclusion: I still like to get an iced coffee every now and then, but that's it.

I have no objection. Everything was very tasty and the quality of the ingredients is great; they know what they are doing. Lots of vegan options. I had the scrambled eggs, the banana bread, and the toast.

We have been a group of 4 with 1 vegan, we had very good service and amazing coffee, the food was tasty and satisfying, also the vegan options were great
