Belle Alliance in Berlin

Absolutely fantastic breakfast and a super nice atmosphere. I had the club sandwich and my boyfriend had the hummus with bread. Both were delicious and of excellent quality. The service was super friendly, and you could pay by card. Overall, a really great food spot in Berlin.

I had the pleasure to eat French toast and it was one of the best dining experiences I’ve had in Berlin. The food is absolutely delicious and the staff are incredible gentle and generous. Their warm hospitality added a lovely touch to the meal. If you find yourself in Berlin and are looking for a place to enjoy a fantastic breakfast, I highly recommend Belle Alliance! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Great cafe. Delicious food A bit loud for people sensitive to noise when the place is full. Price performance maybe a bit expensive. The sourdough bread was very tasty, the hollandaise sauce was a bit much. Delicious coffee.

Went here to celebrate Ladies Day with my GF. We ordered the Eggs Benedict and Royale with a side of pancakes to share. Let me start with wow! The food was amazing! Customer service despite being packed out was great. The wait staff was patient and just zooming around. Drinks were also great! Definitely coming back again to try the rest of the menu 😋

Went there with friends for brunch. We ordered different dishes and everything turned out to be delicious. Specially loved the Shakshouka and the French Toast! The place was busy and still the food came fast and beautifully presented. Also, we thought portions were fair and the staff really friendly.

Highly overpriced and bad matcha, it was really not worth €4.9 for a mini matcha. Very disrespectful to spend 60 cents more for a bad matcha latte with ice cream

Super delicious food and friendly staff. Reservation absolutely necessary! We really enjoyed the breakfast and can only recommend the Belle Alliance - and of course we would like to come back ourselves.

Small but nice place for breakfast. Unfortunately very loud, you can hardly have a conversation. The bread with eggs is delicious but for the price the eggs were too hard and the cappuccino was too cold or contained too much milk instead of coffee.

Good food, good coffee but a bit pricey. We also wanted to replace the egg of the baked beans with something vegan and had to pay an extra cost - why? Bringing a dog was no problem and they gave us a corner seat for that reason - very friendly service! Recommendable :)

Delicious food and beautiful presentation. Probably my favorite hollandaise in the entire city. I also love how often they have new delicious dishes to try. It's a bit pricey but really worth it.

Great place for brunch! Excellent atmosphere, attentive personal and the food tasted incredible. Personally would recommend the roasted potatoes and the pancakes.

Good food. Always full though so make sure you reserve and willing to wait to be served or for your order to be taken.

Unfortunately the food was poorly seasoned. My dish was labeled “spicy” but unfortunately tasted very bland.

I ordered Benedict egg. The prosciutto was quite salty and the service was almost 0 but I still pay tips. I think everything is a bit overpriced.

I always enjoy going to Belle Alliance, the food is always fantastic and the coffee is delicious. The employees are very attentive and friendly. Of course it's not cheap, but it's worth it for the quality of the food. Sometimes a bit hectic at the weekend, especially if you get a table in the middle.

Best corner in Kreuzberg to catch some sun rays while enjoying delicious homemade granola 🥰 also very friendly stuff!

The prices are exorbitantly high and the quality and size of the portions offered are simply not right. We'll go back for breakfast anytime in the future. They were just closed today and that's why we were here..

Really nice brunch place. We had the shakshuka, the eggs Benedict and the humus and they were all great. The service was really good, we were celebrating my friend’s birthday and without asking they sent us a nice cake to sing happy birthday with!!! Such a lovely thought!

Typical scene shop with unusual food with hefty prices but good food also has to be paid for.

Food is really great. However, service leaves a lot to be desired. Unfortunately very unfriendly and inefficient. When I wanted to pay I was asked if I wanted to give a tip. Sorry for what? Food is expensive enough and I don't tip for the service. Especially not if you boldly ask me about it with an annoyed undertone. Otherwise I would have liked to leave a few coins there :)

Coffee was great, cake was great, the deluxe club sandwich on the other hand was an overpriced abomination. Nice vibes, just dont eat there.

Had one of the worst experiences in Berlin so far! We ordered food at 11 am,and then, around 11:50, we asked our waiter about our order, but they messed it up and didn’t place it! Had to wait additional 20 min, so overall we waited for 1,5 hours to get our food. Horrible, will definitely not coming back!

5€ for a flat white is a gross price. It’s actually offensive. You’d think a place with this on the walls would have fair prices… just another rip off cafe.

Received card after 15 minutes. Waited 20 minutes until we were allowed to order then waited 20 minutes for the food. Then we waited another 30 minutes because we actually ordered pancakes but they never came. When we asked, they said there was a lot going on in the kitchen and we didn't feel like waiting anymore, so we paid and it turned out that the pancakes were never included. There are far too many places on offer here for too few staff.

Food is terrible, i ordered bacon eggs, bread and bacon were literally rusk. I'm shocked how the plate wasn't scratched after it. It cost 17 euros and not so bad in taste, but can't imagine how long should you fry bacon to get this. Additional thx for paper cups, they told me that dish washing machine is not feeling good today so I have to use paper cups. Super noisy and uncomfortable Btw they also don't know how to organise payment process. You have to stay in queue to cash desk to be able to pay, and you surely won't get a receipt. 41 EUR for two terrible breakfasts, bottle of water and paper cups. Awful place

We tried a couple dishes at this place and the shakshuka was by far the best. The pancakes werr fluffly and not dry, just abit small portion size. My least fav was the avocado with egg on bread in my opinion, there was too much sauce on it and it was kinda soaked and mashed up even though it looked nice. The prices were abit high for just some breakfast but I guess you also pay for the location at Mehringdamm. All in all good place to try and make your own opinion about it.

The restaurant is located in a very nice neighborhood and has an outdoor area that is very inviting when the weather is nice. However, why the restaurant is absolutely not recommended is due to the absolutely terrible service. After I sat down at a table and asked several times for a menu, nothing came from the waiters, so I had to get one myself from the counter in the restaurant. The wait for the drinks was well over 10 minutes. The food came after about 20 minutes, but it was really tasty. In conclusion, it can be said that if you have enough time and patience it is definitely worth it, but since no normal and sensible person has this, it is simply not recommended to come here.

Had a fantastic breakfast at Belle Alliance today. Service and food were excellent. The owner, Rodi, came out to greet and say hello. I had the Spicy Baked Beans and it was delicious! Very large portion. Highly recommend coming to Belle Alliance for breakfast or brunch.

Loved the brunch <3 we tried the benedict eggs with avocado and the pancake dish which was delicious! Would also want to come back and try some of the lunch menu which looked great on other tables. Its a bit pricey but definetly try it!

Few people Monday morning at 11:30 a.m. We were served quickly and the food was good. However, plants near the terrace attract insects to our dishes. The potatoes lacked flavor. For 5€ it’s a shame. Nice brunch if you are in the neighborhood.

Instaable¹⁰⁰⁰ and taste bomb 👌 Very good quality and easy on the eye. In terms of price, it is of course better than any "normal" breakfast, but if you want to experience something special it is definitely worth it. The service is also really friendly and accommodating.

We were there for breakfast and had the tastiest Shakshuka ever. The coffee was good and the wait for food was short. We will be back!

Delicious and large breakfasts, especially Eggs Royale and Avo Toast. The place has a very atmospheric atmosphere and the service is very nice. Price-wise it's okay. Our regular breakfast spot while on vacation in Berlin. We greet the staff who, after a few visits, began to recognize us and greet us with a broad smile, starting a dialogue with us. Especially the man in the black hat and the lady with tied black hair.

One of the best cafes we encountered in our Berlin trip. The staff were very nice, the place was really cute and the food was absolutely delicious. 100% recommended!!!

The blond manager was absolutely rude. We ordered main meals and side dishes, and when after 20 minutes wait, from the moment when we received the main dishes, we asked what about side dishes she answered with total ignorance that „I forgot. Dot you still want it?” We said yes, and despite that, we never received these. Lady cleaning tables and delivering drinks was super nice and we could see that she is trying to make the situation up. Horrible attitude of the blond lady can seriously ruin your breakfast mood. Kind words for the kitchen as dishes were delicious and presented beautifully.

We were today at Belle Alliance for brunch. We got the first part of our order pretty fast but the rest never arrived. When asked, the tall blonde waitress with plumped lips replied with arrogant, blasé smirk, that she has forgotten about it and asked if we still want it. We confirmed, that we still want what we ordered. The rest of our food didn't come for another half an hour and the blonde waitress with plump lips was completely ignoring us so we just finished what we had and decided to pay and leave. When we were paying, we noticed forgotten rest of our order on the counter... Very sad unfortunate experience, I have no idea where is the rating 4,5 coming from really. People with attitude should never work in hospitality. But to be fair, that what we got to eat was very good and the young waitress who let us sit in the shade was very nice and helpful.

Apple cake was a little dry around the edges, not sure if that’s how it’s suppose to be. Slow service but understandable since they were busy at 1PM on a Friday. Waited for around 7 mins for apple cakes.

Amazing food and super friendly staff. We took a chai latte & macha latte, both very tasty and there is some sugar on the table that you can use to make it sweeter to your taste, the club sandwich deluxe was served with fresh veggies and some small oven baked potatoes and super thin fries, everything super delicious. As it was my partner’s birthday I mentioned it to the staff (and showed them her id) and they brought a delicious matcha cake beautifully presented with and fresh lemon ice sorbet, fresh fruits and a candle 😋👌

I came across this location by accident while scrolling through my food related instagram influencers. As I am always on the lookout for a good shakshuka and all the pictures look pretty good, I decided to visit this place and try theirs. Sadly tho, I was not impressed by the place. Location wise, its actually quite a nice place and the dishes coming out of the kitchen look visually appealing, including (or especially) the Shakshuka. But what the pictures of the dishes, both here and elsewhere, dont tell.. is that the portion is A LOT smaller than what you get pretty much anywhere else in the city. And neither the price nor the taste makes up for that, quite the opposite. The price they are asking for when you order a single Shakshuka with all three extras will be on a level that gets you 2 main dinner dishes pretty much everywhere else in this area. Its absolutely insane. And while it is a pretty tasty Shakshuka, its not outstanding or extra good, so thats not a reason to pay the price they ask for either. I am usually quite fine to pay a little extra for quality food, good ambiente or extra good taste but this one, at least for me, was not it.

Terrible service and attitude. We had to wait more than an hour to just order the drinks. We had to deal with the bad attitude of the blonde manager, responsible for the ordering. She was totally rude and neglecting our signals to order. Only the service person, that's was serving the drinks and cleaning the tables was polite and actually seem to work normally. Anyways, I would not recommend it especially on a peak time on Saturdays. They seem not to know how to operate when there is huge demand. However, since we ordered our food, the food arrived on time and it was good.

We were waiting over an hour to even order food. The kitchen did a break on a pick out for lunch. The blond manager of the Store was super rude. Not allowing as to order something to drink or eat, Evan though seated under the sun. Once I talked to her in German and not in English her attitude changed imidiately. The waiter to take our order for food was also rude. The only person nice and polite trying to make out stay pleasant was a waiter who was responsible to clean the tables and bring our drink. I am not recommending this place at all. No food is worth waiting 2 hours for.

Been on a Saturday afternoon around 14h. Carrot cake + iced latte. service was incredibly slow, despite the place not looking too busy (possible consequence of a Saturday lunch). Coffee was great, carrot cake was covered in so many things it felt like a whole different thing. Was ok though.

Think brunch but without the hunger that usually appears a couple hours after. Good doses that will allow you to stretch your next eat window. The service isn’t blazing fast, but totally worth the wait. Friendly staff and amazing presentation. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
