Ordered "take out". Dish was not bad but a bit underwelming for the price-tag

Food was absolutely amazing! The chef came and brought it to us personally with a very big, nice smile that I missed from the serving lady. She seemed pretty unmotivated to me. Too bad!

The place was nice and clean, the waitress was nice and open on Sundays. Ultimately the place is a good restaurant if you want a more enjoyable meal.

I was completely impressed by the Nudelhusli in Kandern! I had the rump steak with tagliatelle and mushroom cream sauce, and it was just perfect. The rump steak was cooked to perfection, wonderfully juicy and tender. The tagliatelle were fresh and perfectly al dente, exactly how you want them. The mushroom cream sauce rounded off the dish - creamy, aromatic and with a great mushroom flavor that went perfectly with the steak. The service was friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere in the restaurant was cozy and inviting. A real insider tip for lovers of fresh, homemade pasta and high-quality meat dishes. I'll definitely be back!

We really enjoy ordering from Nudelhüsli. The food is very good. You can't really say anything bad. There is only one point that we have unfortunately often been annoyed about. If you already have a website, you should maintain it. It happened several times, like yesterday, that we wanted to place a larger order to pick up. The Internet is open and still advertising Chanterelle Week. When we called we were informed that you were on vacation. This is very annoying. As I said, this has happened several times. It can't be that difficult to indicate online on the website that the restaurant is currently closed.

Very nice pizzeria with a small but nice outdoor area. Highly recommended, also price-wise. Definitely recommended.

We were here on a Saturday lunchtime. Cozy terrace area, friendly service and delicious pasta dishes. Bruscetta Casa and limoncello parfait are particularly recommended.

I ordered gnocchi with gorgonzola and green asparagus. What I got next really upset me. You could count the gnocchi, the asparagus was thin and barely there, the sauce was watery. My two companions had ordered pasta dishes, which were completely normal and appropriately portioned. After I could clearly see my surprise at the rather small portion of gnocchi, the waitress asked me if everything was okay. I openly said that I was surprised at the very small portion! I was then given a somewhat nervous explanation that was in no way plausible. The dish is recommended on the menu, so this portion is appropriate! Really now?? It is incomprehensible why a recommendation should be so small, and there is nothing noted about this in the menu. My companions also found this statement nonsensical and incomprehensible. I have often chosen a recommendation in restaurants and still received a completely normal portion. We had the impression that perhaps there wasn't enough of this dish left. It would have been fine with me if I had been told that and then been able to order something else. But that's just outrageous! However, for this underground portion I paid the price of a normal portion. This wasn't even worthy of an appetizer! Good cuisine and customer satisfaction look different! Sorry, but that's not possible!

Great menu, even better food, prices are reasonable, nice restaurant

When we made the reservation we were told that there was only one free table next to the entrance. Because we heard a lot of good things about the restaurant, we took this table. The table was next to the door, it's big and it doesn't bother you. The seats were fine. Our menus were excellent, the Parmesan cheese for the fresh pasta is delicious. The amount of porcini mushroom was perfectly balanced in relation to the salsiccia. The portion of ravioli could have been larger, but it was also really good. The chocolate cake had a delicious liquid center and I would recommend that too.

It was ok...my friend had to give her plate back because the shrimp wasn't fresh...the rest was good...service could have been a bit more attentive, occasionally asking if everything was ok...

Hausgemachte Nudeln und das Essen ist OK aber kein Grund größere Strecken zum Restaurant auf sich zu nehmen. Die Sosse (2 unterschiedliche Pasta) war zu schwer, zu sahnig und zu wenig das jeweilige Hauptprodukt. Preis und Leistung passen im Vergleich mit anderen italienischen Restaurants nicht wirklich. Im Restaurant ist es sehr laut und die Türe schließt nicht richtig was super nervig ist wenn man einen der 3 Tische im direkten Eingangsbereich hat. Die Toilette im 1. OG muss man erfragen da nirgendwo ein Schildchen zu finden ist.

Sehr zu empfehlen. Kommen gerne wieder.

Food range pretty uninspiring. Wines offered very basic. First glass of wine spilled by child in our group replacement wine ordered did not arrive. Probably staffing levels inadequate? My dish (tortellini) lacked much flavour apart from commercial stock served with a little parsley and some small amounts of tasty ceps

Das war leider nix! Das Carpaccio schmeckte leider nach gar nichts und die Spaghetti mit Gambas waren nur mit Crevetten. Für uns vor allem deshalb absolut kein gelungenes Preis-Leistungsverhähltnis dieses Mal.

Super gesellig. Sitting indoors or outdoors, always a wonderful, cozy setting. Prices affordable. Excellent combination with a day trip to Kandern, entrance door to the beautiful Black Forest, coming from Basel. Best reserve a table, because the place is mostly well visited 😎

Waren heute zum ersten Mal im Nudelhüsli. Wir hatten keinen Tisch reserviert bekamen aber noch einen Platz. Das Essen ( Cannelloni und Spaghetti alla puttanesca) war vorzüglich. Wir würden empfehlen wenn man ins Nudelhüsli will einen Tisch zu reservieren, weil es sonst bestimmt vorkommen kann das man keinen Platz mehr bekommt.

Die Empfehlung der Servicedame Spagetti mit Pfifferlingen war super

Sehr lecker, faire Preise und guter Service! Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Immer wenn wir auf Durchreise sind, genießen wir hier ein Antipasti Plättli. Es schmeckt einfach immer wunderbar. Leider ist das Service Personal kurz angebunden und wenig herzlich resp. gastfreundlich, das Essen und Ambiente entschädigt dafür umsomehr.

Bon accueil, belle terrasse, malgré le monde service rapide et soigné ET c'était très bon. Bref, je recommande 👍

Wir hatten Glück das wir ohne Reservierung zu Fünft noch einen Tisch bekommen haben. Sehr freundliche Bedienung und leckeres Essen. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Kurzentschlossener Stopp zum Essen. Wir waren sechs Personen - übereinstimmend genossen wir sehr gute Nudelgerichte (Spaghetti Bolognese bzw Tagliatelle mit Salsiccia u Pfifferlingen sowie gemischte Salate). Nudeln all dente (!!) und wie der Salat sehr gut angerichtet! Sehr freundliche und aufmerksame Bewirtung. Sehr empfehlenswert

Obwohl wir nicht reserviert hatten gab es noch einen Tisch für uns. Sehr köstliche Nudelgerichte, schönes Ambiente, freundliche Bedienung.

Essen war sehr gut und wenn wir auf die ersten Getränke nicht 10min und auf die zweiten 20min hätten warten müssen wäre auch mehr drinnen gewesen. Aber es war nicht besonders voll aber heiß und unsere Kehlen trocken und wenn man dann das ganze Essen ohne Getränk da sitzt. Na ja. Also das Personal war freundlich aber ich dachte immer über die Getränke wird Geld verdient, da hätte ich mir etwas mehr Aufmerksamkeit gewünscht.

This is our favorite place in the area. We make sure to bring all of our visitors here for great pizza and pasta. I've never had anything I didn't like. Definitely plan to make a reservation and be prepared to shed layers. This place can get really warm even in the winter.
