Noah's in Zwenkau

We went to Noah's for a birthday party. The food tasted good, the service was also great and gave one or two good tips. There is also something for children with the children's menu as well as some toys and painting materials. When it comes to applesauce with the curds, you have to know that it is freshly made and is therefore a bit chunky (not for every child). We look forward to the next visit 😀

Top! Small but fine selection that offers something for every taste. Portions and taste very good, service excellent. Definitely coming back.

A very nice restaurant on Lake Zwenkauer with good home cooking. The ambience is very elegant and inviting. The food was good, but the schnitzel with carrots was a little dry. Luckily we had mayo and ketchup on the table, but perhaps it would be better to offer a sauce with the carrots. We wanted vinegar and oil to go with the homemade wild brawn instead of the tartar sauce. This extra request was immediately taken into account. The service is really very good. The only downside was the dessert order, whether due to a misunderstanding or because it was ignored, we were missing a coffee. No problem, we simply asked again and the coffee was supposed to come, unfortunately that didn't happen anymore. We then skipped the coffee and paid. Otherwise the dessert was very tasty. Nevertheless, it is a wonderful restaurant that we would like to visit again due to the friendly nature of the service staff and the good price-performance ratio.

We had promised us more from our food, the fried potatoes were simply fried out of the bag without bacon or spices and why do you pay 1.50 eu extra if you want peas instead of carrots as a vegetable? That's not clear to us

The food is good, but be careful when ordering liquor! The menu shows 2cl and the corresponding prices. But 4cl is brought to the table. Anyone who thinks "poured generously" will be proven wrong when they pay. Instead of €4.50, the bill will show €9 for the schnapps. When the waiter asked about this, the answer came: "In Saxony there is no 2cl." We had a nice evening, the food was good, so we took it with humor, but that's not really possible! So, yes, eat, but rather drink your schnapps at home 😉

The price level has risen significantly, but the quality of the food has also improved. Subjectively, the portions have become a bit smaller, but still ok for “normal” hunger. The staff is friendly and accommodating, it's a good place to sit and relax, especially in the outdoor area if it's warm enough.

The service is friendly and accommodating. The food selection is manageable. The quality of the kitchen is difficult to improve. The prices are therefore too high. You can't park for free anywhere. The surrounding area is a half-finished construction site. I can't recommend it.

We spontaneously made a trip to Noah's to end the evening comfortably and it worked wonderfully in the beautiful outdoor area. Dear and competent service, varied menu and delicious food. Finally, a delicious crème brulee with a perfect sugar top to crack open. :-)

A nice restaurant in, let's just say, a rather clean, cobbled environment. The staff is very friendly but the food is average, which is not entirely appropriate in this price category. A good snack bar that stands out in terms of quality makes it better. Much show about nothing.

Stopped here for lunch as a stopover during a bike tour because of the positive reviews and were not disappointed. Attentive and friendly staff, delicious cuisine, seasonal dishes currently with chanterelles, were able to strengthen us well, recommended 👍

An excellent restaurant and a great location for our son's 30th birthday. We were even allowed to put jewelry we had brought along on the walls. A big compliment to the kitchen and the quick waiters, especially our charming waiter who served us courteously and with humor. In the high summer temperatures, we enjoyed a swim in Lake Zwenkauer and were warmly welcomed back to the team afterwards along with our birthday party! Although they are officially only open until 10 p.m. on Saturday, all of our order requests such as drinks and ice cream sundaes were fulfilled for 20 of us guests outside at 9:30 p.m. The price-performance ratio was fantastic, I wouldn't have expected it in this area! A big thank you to the whole team for excellently serving 3 parties this Saturday evening. Thank you very much and we from Zwickau will definitely come again!

We stopped here spontaneously to have something to eat. The food was very tasty and the service was friendly and present. In other words, you didn't have to wave in vain to express a wish. There is a veggie section on the map, which is quite okay.

After a day at sea, the four of us spontaneously went to Noah’s for dinner. The waiter was very very accommodating. He was happy to give us recommendations and help us make different choices. We were all amazed by both the taste and quality of the food. There were also water bowls for our dogs. All in all, a great visit. The food is a little more expensive, but you also get the full holiday feeling thanks to the beautiful location combined with the friendliness that you tend to miss in classic German restaurants. We'd love to come back

We went to Noah's for the first time yesterday and spontaneously and quickly reserved a table after our boat trip. We were greeted very politely and given a nice table. The service is excellent and courteous. The food was fantastic. I ordered bruschetta and a salad with baked goat cheese. Everything is freshly prepared, perfectly coordinated and extremely tasty. We would love to come back here!

I recently dined at this restaurant and was very impressed. The food was excellent and the prices are very reasonable for the portion size. We came across this cafe & restaurant by chance as we were visiting the place, were hungry and there was already a lot going on there. And I have to say: We were absolutely satisfied. Price/performance was right, the service was first class and we deservedly got a big tip. A very, very nice and attentive waiter, a brisk and equally nice service who served and cleared away the food. Despite about 70% capacity, the service came to our table within two minutes and less than 10 minutes passed from ordering to serving the food (matjes fillet with fried potatoes and a small salad for €14.95). The quality and quantity of the food was absolutely good. The service was extraordinary, the price/performance ratio was also top and the ambience of the restaurant as well as its location (second row of streets on the lake): top! Absolute recommendation from three Borussia fans :). Now the waiter should also be able to assign faces to the contribution, because despite the stress there was still time for a few personal words! Top, top, top!

We spontaneously stopped at Noah's on a bike tour and had the Rösti with salmon and the matjes with fried potatoes. Both were more than plentiful, prepared with love and tasted great, the prices were also fair and the staff was super nice and accommodating. If we are in the area again, we will come back.

The restaurant attracts visitors with a large ice cream cone in front of the shop, but only offers four flavors that do not appear to be homemade. Ice cream sundaes were ordered without whipped cream, but the price was not reduced - since the effort was the same. A pity! Edit: We also discussed the criticisms with the service staff, but apparently it takes the same effort without cream. We didn't notice any more strawberries or ice cream compared to other tables.

Had a very good meal there today after our boat trip. 👍 Service was in a really good mood. There was really nothing to complain about. When you park in front of the door, don't forget to use the parking ticket machine. Otherwise it could be expensive!

Very nice staff, no long waiting times, food tastes good. Only the fried potatoes were just fried potato slices. Everything that makes good fried potatoes was missing. A pity.

A top restaurant with one of the best and friendliest staff I've seen in a long time. Service was always very friendly and accommodating, you never had to wait long and you could also have a good chat. The food there is amazing, everything is prepared very fresh and quickly, great praise goes to the kitchen. But I would like to mention one thing that is very important to me personally. The boss (mid/late 20s, perhaps) drives his car directly in front of the restaurant and goes into the restaurant. Less than 3 minutes later, and I find that very commendable and impressive (I know other owners of such places who are not like that), the boss helps clear up and serve the food and was also very, very friendly and enjoyed his work. Respect what you have built and how you deal with it. More restaurant owners like this please!!! We will be back definitely!!!!

I could park right in front of the restaurant. We had reserved for 8 people and were welcomed straight away. The table was set and water was available. The drink order was followed by the food requests. Special orders were accepted. In between we asked for further drinks and desserts. The main menu was served to all guests at the table at the same time. The portions were sufficient and tasty. A few pleasant hours in a successful atmosphere. The location is barrier-free.

Nice staff and enough people in service. However, the food wasn't great. Kaiserschmarrn could not be compared with the original. Warm dishes (chilli con carne & cheese spaetzle) were lukewarm - cold. We expressed criticism (nicely), but there was no response. It's too expensive there for that. 80€ for 2 people and then no excuse. A second visit is therefore impossible. It's a shame because the staff was very friendly and always asked.

I personally didn't like the food. It wasn't really seasoned either 😕 the service was actually quite good but in my opinion too intrusive 🙄 why do I have to come by the table every 3-4 minutes and ask if everything is okay? I had my food and something to drink, what's the point? Pretty intrusive 😪😪😪

Well-attended restaurant, very nice ambience and friendly, super fast service staff. The goose leg offered was crispy, highly recommended. You won't find so much hospitality and such good food in every restaurant you visit.

A trip to the NOAH restaurant on the lake promenade in Zwenkau near Leipzig was like a culinary cruise on Lake Zwenkau! The drinks were so refreshing that even the ducks were jealous. And the coffee? He would have set even the most tired sailor on course! But the real star was the plucked cake - it was so moist that I almost drowned when I dug into its delicious layers. A visit to NOAH is like a gastronomic life raft in the middle of the everyday storm!

Das Essen hat sehr gut geschmeckt und die Auswahl in der Speisekarte ist richtig gut, für jeden was dabei :) :) :) Wir kommen sehr gern und immer wieder gern ins Restaurant..... Parkplätze direkt vor der Tür, es passt einfach alles !!!!!

Bereits mehrmals hier gewesen, Essen ist sehr zu empfehlen. Bedienung freundlich und sehr serviceorientiert. Ambiente modern, für meinen (subjektiven) Geschmack ein bisschen kühl. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert!

Der Service war nett und zügig. Das Essen kam nach meinem Geschmack etwas zu schnell und man war nach knapp 30 Minuten mit allen Gängen durch. Frisch zubereitet wurde es demnach nicht. Der Geschmack war okay wobei hier noch Luft nach oben ist. Schade fanden wir, dass man während unseres Aufenthalts bereits die Stühle auf die Tische gestellt hat. Das wirkte nach Rausschmiss - 19:55 Uhr!

Alles im allem: sehr enttäuschend. Speisekarte und Ambiente wirken auf den ersten Blick vielversprechend. Für knapp 20€ bekommt man das Steak Au Four mit 5 Tiefkühl-Kroketten, Tiefkühl-Erbsen und dem Standard Schweinesteak. Schmeckte alles mehr nach aufgewärmten Kiosk-Fraß als nach einem Restaurant. Ich war selten so enttäuscht und fühlte mich sehr abgezockt. Rate von einem Besuch ab.

Es war nichts anderes geöffnet, ich jedenfalls gehe nicht mehr hin, liegt aber mehr am Preis/Leistungs/Verhältnis und leichte Überforderung des Personals.

Ehrlicher Laden. Essen gut. Der Service hat Gas gegeben.
