Wir waren zu einer privaten Feier eingeladen. Essen und Getränke waren ausgezeichnet.

Wir gehen schon oft da essen. Sehr freundliches Personal . Ambiente sehr schön . Man kann bei schönem Wetter draußen sitzen. Essen super lecker. Man kann diese Gaststätte nur weiterempfehlen.

Leckeres Essen, gute Wartezeit, Preise ok, tolles Ambiente

Wir waren an einem Samstag hier, im Außenbereich waren alle Tische mit reserviert gekennzeichnet. Man bot uns im Innenbereich Platz an, war für uns erstmal ok. Im Laufe des Abends bekam man das Gefühl, dass die Plätze draußen für eventuell kommendes bestimmtes Publikum geblockt werden. Das Essen war mäßig. Der gemischte Salat war fast nur Grünzeug, die Spaghetti mit Meeresfrüchten waren sehr trocken, leider sehr wenig Meeresfrüchte. Die Antipasti machte den Eindruck, als ob sie aus Fertigprodukten zusammengestellt wurde.

Sehr nettes Personal und lecker Essen ( beste Pizza )

Optisch macht das Mitaliino El Lago einiges her – schöne Einrichtung und ansprechend angerichtete Teller, dazu wirklich freundliches Personal. Leider konnte das Essen da nicht mithalten. Es wirkte lieblos zusammengestellt und geschmacklich sehr flach. Die Carbonara hatte mit dem Original wenig zu tun (Sahnesoße, Kochschinken), und auch die Lachsnudeln erinnerten eher an einfache, günstig gehaltene Zutaten als an hochwertige Küche. Ich bin selbst kein gelernter Koch, habe mich aber viel damit beschäftigt – und bin ehrlich der Meinung, dass man mit etwas Anspruch authentischere italienische Gerichte hinbekommt. Schade, denn das Ambiente und der Service lassen eigentlich mehr erwarten. Bei den Sternen bin ich ehrlich gesagt etwas unschlüssig.

Eisschild draußen stehen haben aber kein Eis verkaufen.... Sowas nennt man Betrug am Kunden! Absolut nicht empfehlenswert!!!

Das Essen war soweit in Ordnung, nichts besonderes. Die Einrichtung war nicht so einladend.

Ein schöner Ort zum verweilen, wenn man am Zwenkauer See ist. Im Sommer mit der Terrasse am Hafen mit Blick über den See auf die Skyline von Leipzig einfach nur traumhaft. Dazu Aperol und eins der vielen italienischen Gerichte machen einen perfekten Abend. Es gibt sogar extra Brot und Oliven und der Chef und die Mitarbeiter sind alle überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Hübsches Lokal mit tollen Ausblick. Leider war mir das Essen zu fettig. Preise aber gut.

Das Ergebnis ist, dass es zwar köstlich ist, aber sie uns vergessen haben.

Wir gehen hier sehr gerne hin, sehr leckeres Essen, nette Bedienung und faire Preise! Vor allem abends ist der Blick auf die Promenade herrlich!

War leider geschlossen, stand aber nicht im Internet. Als wir dort waren wurde renoviert, sehr schade, wenn man eine lange Anreise hat und sich darauf freut.

Zunächst wurden wir sehr freundlich mit einem Gruß aus der Küche begrüßt. Der Service war ausgesprochen freundlich. Unser Essen war sehr schmackhaft. Sehr gerne möchte ich die Pizza mit Ruccola und Lachs empehlen. Bei der nächsten Radtour werde ich sicherlich hier wieder essen.

Sehr nette Kellner, alles kam, trotz Sonderwünschen für die Kinder perfekt an. Wir waren zweimal in dieser Woche hier essen und können sagen, dass wir sehr zufrieden waren.

Die Preise sind nicht übertrieben teuer, aber die Qualität ist ziemlich schlecht. Meine Spaghetti hatten eher die Konsistenz von Brei als dass sie Bissfest waren. Das traf auch auf das Essen vom Rest zu.

Leider kann ich den anderen Rezensionen nicht zustimmen. Das Essen war nicht gut und viel zu wenig. Bin mit Vorspeisenteller für 13 Euro und Spaghetti für 18 Euro hungriger raus als rein. Geschirr war beschädigt und schmutzig. Salz kennt die Küche anscheinend nicht... ach ich könnte ewig weitermachen.

Super lecker, vor allem die Pizza Parma war sehr gut!

Wir sind in größeren Abständen immer mal wieder hier und hatten nie einen Grund zur Beschwerde. Essen und Service top. Abwechslungsreiche Karte, neben der Basiskarte gibt es immer wieder eine Angebots- bzw. Saisonale Karte. Es wird am Tisch flambiert. Angenehmen Ambiente, im Sommer vom Freisitz direkt mit Blick auf den Hafen. Immer eine Empfehlung wert.

Wir hatten ein wunderschönes und schönes Wochenende. Ich kann diesen Ort nur jedem empfehlen, das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne wieder! 😘

Ein sehr schönes Restaurant mit Blick auf den See. Die Bedienung ist aufmerksam und freundlich. Speisen und Getränke sind lecker – nichts auszusetzen. Eine echte Top-Adresse für Zwenkau. Immer wieder gerne!

Wir gehen ab und zu gerne Pizza oder Pasta essen und sind froh, dass es in Zwenkau ein italienisches Restaurant gibt. Der Teig der Pizzen ist schön dünn und knusprig. Die bisher probierten Vorspeisen (Suppen und Bruschetta) haben uns auch geschmeckt. Als kleinen Gruß aus der Küche gibt es Oliven und Brot, das gibt nicht mehr so oft. Auf kleine Änderungswünsche wie z.Bsp. Pizza ohne Käse, wird (ohne komische Fragen) eingegangen. Sogar in Begleitung unserer beiden kleinen Hunde waren wir bisher immer willkommen. Die Kellner sind alle sehr freundlich. Wir empfehlen dieses Restaurant gern weiter. Am Wochenende ist es besser zu reservieren, an Wochentagen klappt es meistens ohne Reservierung einen Tisch zu bekommen.

Ich kann die vorherigen Rezensionen nicht nachvollziehen : wir waren schon des öfteren dort und wurden immer sehr freundlich bedient. Die Wartezeit war kurz, das Essen war sehr lecker, die Atmosphäre entspannt - also alles prima. Aber manche Leute finden ja immer was zu meckern.....

Everything was fine! €5.50 for a 0.4l beer is a bit steep, but otherwise we enjoyed it!

The restaurant is very good. Above all, the prices are affordable. The food was delicious.

The food is okay. The prices are acceptable, but the starters are too expensive for me, as they quickly reach the price of a main course. The atmosphere is okay; the area is full of affluent neglect and soulless cube buildings, but it's right on the lake. Service? It seems like guests who obviously have more money than others are served more quickly. The biggest drawback for me is the card payment for orders over €30. It just has a strange aftertaste.

The ambiance is nice, but the drink prices are quite high (€9.50 for an Aperol Spritz). We all enjoyed the food, but the wait was a bit long. At the end, we were treated to a shot on the house!

Here you'll find good Italian food with friendly service. You'll sit right on the lake with a view of the boats in the harbor.

We arrived at short notice on a Friday evening at 7:45 p.m. and got a table outside with a view of the lake. The servers were very friendly (especially to the kids), and the food was delicious!

A scoop of ice cream for €2 is almost normal, but then I only get one scoop, and there were no waffles either, just cups. On top of that, the ice cream was only mediocre in taste. Unfortunately, I can't think of anything to justify giving it two stars. I definitely won't be coming back.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Il Lago at the harbor in Zwenkau is simply magnificent. The location right on the water with a view of the harbor is stunning and something very special in this area. The food is always excellent, fresh, and prepared with love. The ice cream is delicious and varied, and they always offer special flavors, so we're always surprised. What particularly strikes me is the service. The waiters are always friendly and incredibly attentive. They have a keen sense for what guests need; they often know it before you even think about it. This makes the visit particularly pleasant every time. It's particularly nice that the owner is always there, sits down with the guests, and with his open manner, creates a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. The portions are also generous, and the value for money is absolutely spot on. You can tell that they use fresh, high-quality ingredients. Add to that the lovely ambiance: outside, with its view of the harbor, you immediately feel like you're on vacation, and inside, the decor is modern, bright, and cozy. Whether for a romantic dinner, a family outing, or simply a quick ice cream, this is the place to be. The combination of lovely ambiance, great food, attentive service, and the unique view of the harbor makes this restaurant a true favorite for me.

Beautiful view of the lake. The food is okay, but could be improved. Prices are within the usual range. Reserved signs are on all tables. What's the point of that if there aren't any reservations?

The waiters were very rude. We had to wait for minutes just to ask for a free table, and then we were insulted for not having a reservation. I can't comment on the food, but the service was awful.

The restaurant is not child-friendly, as is clearly stated. Other tables that ordered later received their food and drinks much earlier. The wait was incredibly long, even for drinks. The wrong order was served first, and even reordering took forever. Food was shoved into your hand in an unfriendly manner. The service and waiters were unfriendly and made you feel unwelcome. Strangely, tables without children were noticeably friendlier and more accommodating. They also asked more questions and treated customers better. Portions were very inadequate for the price. Not recommended! Never again!!!

The service is okay but not particularly friendly or accommodating. When the card machine is slammed down on the table without a word when paying, I find that disrespectful and inappropriate. The quality of the food was mixed. The bruschetta was okay, pasta with Bolognese tasted great, just a little lacking. The seafood pizza was an absolute disaster. The cheapest seafood mix from the frozen food section. This pizza shouldn't be offered. We pointed this out when we were asked whether it tasted good. The ambience somewhat makes up for it. Top location. It's the quantity that counts, which often affects the quality. There's still room for improvement.

A lunar landscape. The food was OK, but people here expect more than they deserve. The Leipzig area is so hyped, but it's not even there yet.

The service wasn't particularly friendly, there wasn't a proper ice cream menu, but we then discovered that there were other types of ice cream. Later it started raining and we asked the waiter if he could open the umbrella. The waiter's answer was no, it's windy, even though there wasn't any wind at all, and the umbrellas were opened for the other guests. I think that was very disrespectful behavior from the waiters, in my opinion it's not worth a visit!

I highly recommend il Lago. I always enjoy it, whether it's pizza, spaghetti, bruschetta, or the fish soup. The waiters are always attentive and friendly. The view of the harbor from the outdoor seating area is romantic in the evening at sunset.

Not really. A scoop of mediocre ice cream costs €2 and is only the size of a €2 coin, which is a joke. They can't even add a light sauce instead of tomato to the salmon pizza when asked. They just come dry for the same price. What do they think they're doing?

We were very satisfied! Based on some other reviews, we were a bit skeptical at first, but we received a friendly welcome, were seated quickly, served immediately, and offered our first drinks. My son wasn't sure what to eat, and the waiter tried to accommodate him by making compromises (adjusting the ingredients). The food we ordered arrived quickly and tasted AMAZING! Personally, I would have liked more pineapple on the Hawaiian pizza, but that's a matter of taste, and we received a free snack before the main course. We found the music a bit too loud, so all the other guests had to raise their voices a bit, but we could still hear each other and were ultimately happy to have eaten there.

Everything was great, as always! We're always happy to come back!

We spent a week in Zwenkau and ate here 4/5 times, and the food was delicious and fresh! The staff are very attentive and courteous 😉never unfriendly, even when the restaurant is full at the moment and they often have to put us off 🥰 The kitchen is also a team effort, because otherwise everything wouldn't work as well... We had a good meal with a beautiful view of Zwenkau Harbor. Luckily, we had a large parasol because it was very hot. There was a pleasant breeze at the harbor, though. The food was good and the prices were OK! Very attentive team, keep up the good work.

...located at the new marina, in a modern setting. The service was friendly and attentive. The food (pizza bread & bruschetta) was perfectly fine. Unfortunately, the wine was a bit too warm, even for a red wine.

Beautifully situated restaurant on the lake. A renaturalized open-cast coal mine. Everything's new, chic vacation apartments, sailing. Not for the average person. Expensive!

The food is delicious, and the service is very attentive. Unfortunately, the restaurant is very noisy when it's full. The reinforced concrete ceiling lacks soundproofing, unlike the restaurant across the street.

The pizza was good. Unfortunately, the spaghetti al olio was quite bad; it was too soft, had no flavor, and unfortunately wasn't seasoned as one would expect. Selling yourself as a gelateria, but then not being one, "very strange." The ice cream came with hot cherries, two scoops of ice cream on a dinner plate. Unfortunately, it wasn't worth a second visit.

Definitely recommended. The service is excellent; they take care of their guests without being intrusive. An experience I would repeat again and again.

Having to wait a whole 1.5 hours for spaghetti, even though all the other guests around you are being served, is quite a challenge. Continuing to ignore someone after asking and then later obviously serving us much smaller portions than everyone else is really outrageous. That was definitely our last visit there!

The waiter greeted us rudely and asked us what we wanted. We told him we would like a place for two. Afterwards he left without comment and took care of guests. After a bit of a wait we left. I can't rate food.

Overpriced!!! Mozzarella was missing from the pizza! When asked, this was denied... Tiramisu comes in an ice cream sundae and as a cheap version. I haven't been screwed like this in a long time! The rent is probably so high that the operator needs it. In Italy, even the mafia would turn away in embarrassment. The dessert, on the other hand, tasted excellent and was something different. K.A why they screwed up the typically Italian thing so much.

Unfortunately, we couldn't really enjoy our visit to this ice cream parlor. Although the ice cream tasted good, the service left a lot to be desired. Upon first contact, I asked whether there was an ice cream menu - "No, there isn't," was the waiter's curt answer. When asked which varieties were offered, the only response was: “Chocolate, Vanilla, Strawberry”. However, it later turned out that there were actually many more varieties. Service and friendly information look different to us. The ice cream sundaes we ordered were then brought with the wrong flavors. When we asked him directly about it, he simply said, "That's just how the boss did it" - without apology or willingness to fix the problem. Even after repeated warnings, he remained sulky and completely uncooperative. Only when we specifically asked did he bring the right flavors - although not in newly made ice cream sundaes, he simply put an extra scoop on everyone's table without asking whether that was okay with us at all. When I pay for something, I want to get what I ordered - not some half-hearted correction that wasn't agreed upon. This matter-of-factness and indifference in dealing with guests really shocked us. It's a shame, because the ice cream itself was delicious - but unfortunately the entire service was anything but hospitable.

Food, service, value for money are absolutely top - the ambience is great if you can sit at the harbor, in the restaurant there is a little room for improvement if you sit in the middle of it. Anyone who likes Italy is in good hands here.

It couldn't be better. The fresh, delicious chef's salad with fresh ham was accompanied by the best pizza bread we have ever eaten. The service was super nice and attentive. A great evening. Keep it up!
