Wenn man diesen Ort betritt, dem zuvorkommenden Personal gegenüber Sitzt, dann überfällt einem zwangsläufig ein wunderbares Gefühl, denn alles was serviert wird, ist mit Liebe, Leidenschaft und Freuden am Job gemacht worden.

Essen war wie immer sehr lecker, Service war sehr aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Kann ich nur empfehlen

Zentral gelegen im Kaufhaus Karstadt auf der Shoppingmeile der Louisenstraße, mitten im Herzen von Bad Homburg ist Neptuns Reich ein wirklich tolles Restaurant für Liebhaber diverser Fischgerichte. Die Auswahl an Fischen ist breit gefächert mit ständig wechselnden Tagesgerichten. Das Highlight ist die zentrale Showküche bei der jeder Gast die Zubereitung der unterschiedlichen Gerichte live mitverfolgen kann. Als Appetizer wird zu jedem Gericht Bagutte mit super leckerer Aiolisauce gereicht. Als Beilage zum Hauptgericht wird stets ein liebevoll angerichteter gemischter Salat serviert. Die integrierte Verkaufstheke tut ihr übriges dazu. Von verschiedensten Filets über Fischbrötchen, Salaten und Saucen kann vieles direkt für den Verzehr ,,to go" oder zuhause erworben werden. Ein Restaurant samt Verkaufstheke findet man in dieser Kombination nur sehr selten. Das Personal ist stets freundlich, zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit, aufmerksam und ,,auf Zack" und auch für ein kleines Pläuschchen mit den Gästen wird sich gerne Zeit genommen. Ich habe mich bei jedem meiner bisherigen Besuche sehr wohl, als Gast wertgeschätzt und gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Die Qualität der verschiedenen Gerichte ist überdurchschnittlich gut und in meinem Fall wurde ich kulinarisch bisher nie enttäuscht. Da es sich um ein Fischrestaurant handelt ist Neptuns Reich für Vegetarier/ Veganer wohl nur bedingt geeignet. Was die Parkplatzsituation angeht ist es etwas schwierig, wenn man auf kostenfreie Parkplätze aus ist. Gebührenpflichtige Parkplätze finden sich jederzeit im direkt angrenzenden ,, Parkhaus Karstadt". Wenn man dort im Untergeschoss parkt ist auch der Zugang für mobil eingeschränkte Personen kein Problem. Alles in allem ist ,,Neptuns Reich" sehr zu empfehlen mit qualitativ hochwertigen Gerichten, gepaart mit der dazugehörigen Verkaufstheke und dem stets freundlichen und aufmerksamen Personal. Ich komme immer wieder gerne hier her und daran wird sich auch in Zukunft nichts ändern.

Fische und Schalentiere in bester Qualität und guter Auswahl direkt vor den eigenen Augen zubereitet, es wird Gramm berechnet (Mindestmenge 100 g) . Moderate Preise . Gut Klimatisiert und etwas versteckt neben der Fischabteilung im Tiefgeschoss der Galeria zu finden. Ein Wohltat an heissen Tagen dort zu sitzen.

Einfach immer wieder ein Genuss. Stefan und Angie sind ein Dreamteam. Ihre Freude überträgt sich auf die Gäste. Stefan entscheidet, was er mir zubereitet möchte. Ich habe es noch nie bereut. Es wird Zeit mal wieder vorbei zu schauen.

NEPTUNS Reich is located in the basement of the Karstadt department store, Galeria, in Bad Homburg. It primarily sells fresh fish, but there's also a small restaurant corner! Just like in a bar, you sit at bar stools, and the fish is freshly prepared and served. The chef prepares the food fresh in front of the guests! We recommend the Neptune Plate with four types of fish for €31.50 or the Sylt Fish Plate with six types of fish for €38. Simply wonderful! We've enjoyed coming to this very special, small cellar restaurant for many years, with anticipation and then with enthusiasm as we enjoy it. The fish selection is perfect and extensive; in addition to the standard dishes (see menu), there are also rotating specialty dishes. The atmosphere is friendly and direct. And if the appropriate seats (at the back) are available, you can also watch the chef at work during the live cooking demonstration and marvel at what he conjures up on the hot plate with joy and justifiable pride.

We hadn't been there in a long time. But to charge €44 for a portion, even a large one – in this case, wolffish fillet with crab, or rather, deep-sea shrimp – is really outrageous. As I said, it's a fish fillet with a green side salad. In the end, far too expensive, and unfortunately, that was our last visit.

Neptune's Realm is simply fantastic! The food was an absolute highlight – fresh, delicious, and full of flavors that enchanted my taste buds. The seafood was especially delicious! The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making me feel at home immediately. Every visit here is a pleasure! I highly recommend Neptune's Realm and am already looking forward to my next meal there!

Relaxed atmosphere, all fresh ingredients, and a very friendly chef. Unfortunately, I don't get to Bad Homburg often enough. But when I do, I'll only eat here. The items at the takeaway counter are also simply delicious.

More than deserved 5 stars. Prepared to perfection, tastes superb. The Neptune plate portion is unfortunately anything but filling, but the salmon alone was worth it. On the other hand, the trout for 18.50 is excellent value for money. I will definitely be back soon. The obvious regulars put together their own dishes. The atmosphere is cool; you're right next to the chef. If you find your way here (parking garage right below, Karstadt Galeria at the very back of the market hall, it's at the back of the fish counter) you will be anything but disappointed. Highly recommended, even if you have to wait a bit and are better off making a reservation. Unfortunately, the opening hours don't allow for coming after work, but a day off is well spent here.

A top fish bistro in Bad Homburg. It's somewhat hidden in the basement of Galeria Kaufhof and is always busy. The menu is straightforward but always fresh and deliciously prepared. And if you only buy fresh fish, salads, or similar items at the deli counter, you'll find excellent service here. I'd be happy to return anytime.

First visit. Open atmosphere: immediate contact with other (regular) customers, as well as super nice waitresses. We sat less than 2 meters away from the boss and his open kitchen, exchanging fish recipes with him while he clearly prepared our lunch excellently. It couldn't be better! Crystal clear recommendation, with big compliments to everyone.

Unfortunately, I come to Bad Homburg far too rarely. Because "Neptune's Empire" in the basement of the Karstadt is worth every trip alone. It starts with the always friendly boss, whom the many long-term guests only know as "Stefan". And that doesn't stop with the wide and well-stocked There is always a display of freshly caught seafood. In between there is the always sought-after and popular lunch menu. For me, it always includes three wonderful oysters and a matching dry white wine Fish menus, professionally prepared on site by Stephan, remind you that there is hardly anything tastier than a well-prepared fresh fish dish. Neptun's Reich guarantees this.

We went to the Neptuns Reich Restaurant in the Karstadt Supermarket at the basement. We found this restaurant by chance in the afternoon. First we studied the menu. While we were ordering food from the waitress, the chef suddenly came. He asked strange questions. We didn't understand any of the questions. There was nothing like that on the menu. We ordered two portions of salmon and one portion of shrimp and two drinks. According to the menu, the prices should be under 30 euros. But the bill was 62 euros. There was no detailed information on the invoice. Only 55 euros for fish filet and drinks were written. They didn't take credit cards. Only EC and cash payments are allowed. But it wasn't mentioned anywhere. We paid twice as much. This is not even a real restaurant but the price of a 5-star hotel was applied. A completely overpriced bill. I will never go there again and unfortunately he ruined our day.
