It starts with the always friendly boss, whom the many long-term guests only familiarly call "Stefan". For me, it always includes three wonderful oysters and a matching dry white wine There is nothing tastier than a well-prepared fresh fish dish. Neptune's Empire guarantees this.

We went to the Neptuns Reich Restaurant in the Karstadt Supermarket at the basement. We found this restaurant by chance in the afternoon. First we studied the menu. While we were ordering food from the waitress, the chef suddenly came. He asked strange questions. We didn't understand any of the questions. There was nothing like that on the menu. We ordered two portions of salmon and one portion of shrimp and two drinks. According to the menu, the prices should be under 30 euros. But the bill was 62 euros. There was no detailed information on the invoice. Only 55 euros for fish filet and drinks were written. They didn't take credit cards. Only EC and cash payments are allowed. But it wasn't mentioned anywhere. We paid twice as much. This is not even a real restaurant but the price of a 5-star hotel was applied. A completely overpriced bill. I will never go there again and unfortunately he ruined our day.
