Great selection and reasonable prices. Currently, there's a special offer where you can have a very good breakfast including a drink for €5! It's definitely worth it, even without a shopping trip to Galeria itself.

It's getting worse every month, and more expensive at the same time. Drinks are ridiculously overpriced. Breakfast is too. Outrageous.

The breakfast selection has diminished considerably. For €8.95, I won't be having it again.

The staff are nice and funny, the view is beautiful, and the restaurant is nice. The food was okay, you could have it.

I love grilled vegetables! Restaurants in Galeria have always been famous for them. And this time they were wonderful, although a large plate now costs a little over twelve euros. There weren’t many people wanting to eat at this hour, but there was still a queue. It was also very, very stuffy in the hall; perhaps it was necessary to either open the windows or turn on forced ventilation. To be fair, I would like to note the excellent quality of the cakes!

On December 20, 2023, we had lunch at the Galeria Karstadt Restaurant. Kudos to the nice gentleman at the food counter. He had to prepare and serve the food all by himself. Despite the crowd, he remained calm and was very friendly. The food was delicious. As is often the case in cafeterias, some of the food could have been warmer. Perhaps the nice gentleman at the food counter will have someone to help him next time. Incidentally, even more people in line there thought so.

So far, the food has always been delicious. The ambiance is modern and functional. The service is impeccable. Mrs. Schütze, in particular, always has a few kind words to offer, even when things are hectic.

The perfect place for relaxed dining and some peace and quiet. The food is very tasty and prepared with love, whether it's main courses or cakes from the counter. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. You feel good.

I love eating here lots of variety of different dishes. Again and again!

Good food, but not many choices

Kind. Fast, good food with lots of choice. Ideal if you just want to eat something good and nutritious for a short time

The food is about canteen level, the prices are about snack bar level and the majority of the audience is of retirement age. You shouldn't expect culinary delicacies here.
