Perfect location for a great family celebration.... Recommended ❤️

We were able to celebrate a wonderful wedding there as a married couple last weekend. Despite the bad weather, the location and the other service providers managed to create a perfect day for us. The champagne reception could take place under the canopies, and food could be served with a delicious grill buffet in the location. The catered food was delicious and all of our wishes were taken into account. We would book an event there again and again! Thank you for everything!!!!

For the first time I am embarrassed by the service in Bad Homburg. We sat at a table on the terrace while a concert was going on. The whole terrace was filled. The nice and tall waiter let us sit down. We sat down. At some point another waitress (short and blonde) started calling out to us that it was already closed and there were no seats left. I politely told her that the waiter had agreed that we would get a seat at the table. The woman shouted at me and it was really very rude. I was with a guest and found this situation embarrassing in such a restaurant. 10 minutes after we ordered, other guests ordered desserts. Not recommended in any way, as you have to wait a long time + and the waitress cannot tell the guest which cakes are still available! Furthermore, it is very important to criticize that there is no possibility for disabled and elderly people to get into the interior area barrier-free, for example in the form of a ramp. It's very sad these days, especially because there are a lot of older people staying in the spa park.

I first went there to eat ice cream, but I noticed that they often offer very nice music for older people.

The history of the Bad Homburg orangery In 1844, Elector Wilhelm of Hesse used 40 orange trees in the spa town of Homburg vd Höhe to pay off his gambling debts, and immediately built a representative orangery for winter protection. This "orangery" soon assumed another important function: as a walking and drinking hall, thus becoming the centerpiece of social spa life in the second half of the 19th century. In 1908/1909, the Humboldt master builder and architect Louis Jacobi (1836-1910) gave the building a decorative redesign, designing it as a foyer with a new colonnade. This appearance changed radically in the early 1970s, when the west wing of the core building was rebuilt and a modern concert shell was built. From November 24th to 27th, 2023, about 30 Gclubs members from 9 different countries gathered in Bad Homburg, a historical financial city in Frankfurt, Germany, to participate in discussion, co-construction, sharing and win-win. The meeting on the construction and promotion of Hpay life circle will discuss how to develop our Hpay, a new digital currency payment tool in Europe, and how to allow more high-quality merchants and services to enter our Himalaya ecosystem. This cafe is located deep in the park (Orangerie Im Kurpark). Several comrades who arrived early met here for a gathering, just in time for a concert. It is the best gathering place in Africa. The service staff are warm and hospitable, very nice🔥 🔥🔥

The orangery in the Bad Homburg spa park is a jewel; a place that feels so indescribably good, the environment, the restoration, the beauty of this place, the high professionalism of the employees coupled with great friendliness and elegance and refreshing Hessian down-to-earthness - simply absolutely incomparable. Nice location. Unfortunately, the waiters were overwhelmed. This was partly due to a lack of knowledge of German.

I cannot agree with the previous negative reviews. The Orangie has a very nice traditional atmosphere for us, all the staff were courteous with an eye for detail and the dishes were very tasty, even if we had to wait a moment. For us, a waiting time means fresh preparation, which we are happy to accept. We always enjoy coming to the Orangery.

ATTENTION: If you want to pay by card in this restaurant you have to wait at least 30 minutes and endure the rude service.

It's always nice to come here, especially in spring or summer. The cake in particular is really delicious. Price-performance in combination with the ambience is great.

Unfortunately, when we asked a polite question, the service was so unfriendly...that we went to the competitor Römerbrunnen...the service was friendly there!!!! We're not coming anymore

It's not my style to criticize others, but today I felt the need to say something. Our experience in the Orangery today was rather disappointing. Although the location is really beautiful, the staff seemed overwhelmed and not particularly competent. We first had to wait for our table to be cleaned because there were still leftovers from the previous guest on it. Then it took an unreasonably long time before we were allowed to order. The service was only moderately friendly and the orders didn't come as expected. When we went to pay, the waiter who served us seemed to be having trouble with the card machine. It later turned out that this waiter was the owner, which the staff told us when we complained.

Unfortunately I can't judge the food well because after 40 minutes we still weren't served (after 20 minutes we were finally able to place an order after asking, really rude service). We were able to spend the whole time next to the dirty dishes of those who had passed away. When tables were served that came after us, we left. Really poorly organized! We then went on to the summer garden at the Römerbrunnen, which had twice as many guests and where we were still served immediately.

Unfortunately, the service is not only overwhelmed, but also unfriendly. A pity!

Very beautiful, Super, Romantic.

Very nice atmosphere, we enjoyed delicious café & cake here. By chance we were able to listen to the spa orchestra that played there from 3 p.m. It was a great afternoon!

Ordered coffee and cake. Service overall a bit overwhelmed and erratic. You have to ask several times where the cake is. But the spring sun and the ambience made up for it.

We sat outside on a beautiful fall day, the staff seemed overwhelmed and understaffed. The waiter himself was friendly but had to rush back and forth as he seemed to be the only one for a large number of tables. We wanted to order some drinks. The coffee selection here is just like it was in the 90s: a machine that spits out coffee at the push of a button or makes a kind of cappuccino, with or without long-life milk. There was no contemporary alternative such as oat milk on offer. We were then brought the cappuccinos by another waiter. He didn't know which of the two was the decaffeinated one, which is just as annoying for someone who is looking forward to the stimulating effect as it is for the pregnant woman who just wants to avoid it …

We were there for lunch today! Reservation super easy. Food super fresh and very tasty. What was also very noticeable was the super polite and incredibly attentive service. After a walk in the spa park, a nice spot to stop and enjoy ☺️! We'll definitely be back!

Wir haben am Samstag, den 23.09.23 unsere kirchliche Trauung in der Orangerie mit 110 PAX gefeiert. Es war ein wundervoller Abend. Bereits bei der Planung im Vorfeld fühlten wir uns in guten Händen — man merkt dem Team die Erfahrung und Expertise an. Zudem hatten wir stets das Gefühl in unserem Sinne beraten zu werden. Und trotz mehrerer, kleineren Planänderungen reagierte das Team stets freundlich und flexibel. Die Ausrichtung des Abends war dann auch wie erwartet makellos — hilfsbereites, sehr freundliches Personal das gemäß des Events gut Laune und Spaß ausgestrahlt hat. Weiter war das 3-Gang Menü inkl. Rinderfilet perfekt zubereitet für die große Gesellschaft. Alle Gäste waren begeistert. Dieser Abend wird unvergessen bleiben, und wir freuen uns mit jedem Regelbesuch der Orangerie diese wieder in Erinnerung rufen zu können. Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team!

Das Essen auf unserem Sommerfest in der Orangerie war super. Beim Service leichter Abzug. Klar, es war vereinbart bis 2100 Getränke frei, aber dass man danach auch gegen Bezahlung nicht mal eine Cola bekam... Beim Essen ähnlich, gut dass nichts verschwendet werden sollte, aber die einzelnen Gänge waren dafür ziiiiemlich pünktlich weg. Die Orangerie selbst ist super, man kann ohne Platzprobleme drinnen sitzen, aber eben auch die Terrassen nutzen.

Bei schönem Wetter einfach klasse. Draußen sitzen, gut Essen, schönes Ambiente.

Wir hatten eine tolle lange Tafel auf der Terasse. Es wurde frisch gegrillten allerlei leckeres geboten. Fairerweise: gegrilltes Steak war schnell über den „Medium-Punkt“ hinaus. Der Service mit unserer Gruppengrösse große Schwierigkeiten, den Begrüssungsumtrunk allen zu servieren. Kann aber einfach nur Tagesform gewesen sein, das will ich nicht überbewerten. Wir hatten einen wundervollen Abend, dazu hat die Location ihr übriges beigetragen 😊

Fragen Sie den (sehr netten) Kellner, was Tafelspitzsuelze auf Englisch heisst. 😎 Und genießen Sie die erstklassischen Speisen.

Meine Tochter und Schwiegersohn hatten am Wochenende die Orangerie für ihre Hochzeitsfeier gemietet. Ich muss sagen, meine Erwartungen wurden mehr als übertroffen. Schöne Location aber unfreundliches, überfordertes Personal

Der Kuchen ist lecker und das Ambiente, im Freien, immer wieder schön, ganz egal ob man vor oder hinter dem Café sitzt

Wir möchten uns ganz herzlich bei Herrn Wagner und seinen Mitarbeitern in der Orangerie bedanken, dass sie unsere Hochzeit zu einem tollen und für uns unvergesslichen Tag gemacht haben! Wir fanden es fantastisch, dass Herr Wagner und sein Team uns jeder Zeit mit Rat und Tat zur Verfügung gestanden und proaktiv Ideen eingebracht haben. Das erachten wir nicht als selbstverständlich (selbst bei guten Dienstleistern), sondern zeigte uns wie wichtig ihnen die Zufriedenheit ihrer Gäste ist. Bedanken möchten wir uns insbesondere auch für die Flexibilität, die es uns beispielsweise ermöglicht hat, das Menu nach unseren Vorstellungen zusammenzustellen. Die Qualität des Menus war wirklich vorzüglich - das wurde uns auch unisono von unseren Gästen bestätigt. Hier sind wirklich keine Wünsche offengeblieben. Ein Dank hier auch an all die Köche und insbesondere auch Manuela! Es war auch toll zu sehen, mit welchem Einsatz und mit welcher Freundlichkeit sämtliche Mitarbeiter organisiert und unterstützt haben. Auch hier fanden wir es alles andere als selbstverständlich, wie schnell und mit welcher Geduld die Mitarbeiter den Außenbereich nach den Schauern wieder hergerichtet haben. Für uns war die Trauung außen am Froschteich ein Traum und ohne den Einsatz vom Team der Orangerie wäre das nicht möglich gewesen. Andere Dienstleister hätten es sich hier sicherlich einfacher gemacht und hätten die Trauung in den überdachten Bereich verlegt (und bei den Schauern hätten wir dafür sogar Verständnis gehabt). Hierfür noch einmal einen besonders herzlichen Dank! Besonders hervorheben möchten wir Maggie. Maggie hat so viel Kreativität und Leidenschaft eingebracht und hatte bei allen Themen, die sich gestellt haben, immer eine tolle Lösung parat und hatte die Organisation und das Doing vor Ort komplett im Griff! Das war wirklich Spitzenklasse! Wir werden die Orangerie in jedem Fall weiter empfehlen (insbesondere auch bei heiratswilligen Paaren im Freundeskreis). Unsere Gäste waren von der Location, dem Service und der Qualität total begeistert.

Die Lage im Kurpark ist wunderschön. Der Kuche war sehr lecker. Leider wie in fast allen Cafés wird das Wasser für einen Tee Kur vom Cafe Automaten aufgebrüht. Preise sind in Ordnung

Die Optik und Lage ist todschick, da kann Service, Kaffee und Kuchen qualitativ nicht mithalten. Ich würde mir wünschen, dass man hier mal vom hohen Ross runterkommt und einen soliden Service für jede:n anbietet.

Gibt kaum einen schöneren Platz in Bad Homburg

Osterspaziergang im Park. Dann ins Café. Klasse Service. Innerhalb 1 Minute waren 4 Tische für uns 18 Personen zusammengestellt. Ratz Fatz der sehr leckere Kuchen serviert. Es ist zwar kein „Plüschcafe“ (leider gibt es die kaum noch) aber man sitzt trotzdem ganz angenehm mitten im schönen Kurpark

Sehr leckerer Brunch mit freundlichen und aufmerksamer Bedienung.

Waren zum Osterbrunch hier. Wirklich schöner Brunch zu einem sehr fairen Preis mit tollem Essen (fantastisches Roastbeef, superzartes Lamm, Gnocchi mit Bärlauchfüllung, und vieles mehr). Sehr umsichtiges und aufmerksames Personal. Schön ist, dass es nicht so wuselig und laut ist, wie häufig an anderen Locations.
