A very pleasant evening with excellent service and a wonderful three-course menu. Highly recommended.

Peaceful and quiet is what I needed and this is what I got. Has a beautiful location right in the middle of the forest Great walking trails one drawback is they don't do lunch and the restaurant was closed for the weekend when I was there. So that made things more difficult since there is no restaurant close by. Staff is very friendly amazingly clean bathrooms and comfortable beds. I am only writing this to warn other guests to check their bill when they pay. I stayed for three nights since the food was so good and the place was great I stayed for two more than the restaurant was closed so that was silly. On my bill at the end there were several glasses of wine and beer that we did not drink two main courses too many two appetizers too many and the funny thing is they were booked when the restaurant was not open after a long process of going through every beer wine salad potatoes what we ate when we ate it my bill was €125 less. Like I said kind staff but check your bill or pay immediately a beer too much a wine too much it's OK sometimes but €125 overpayment in restaurant charges that's not right

Very cozy, small restaurant. I only had something to drink, a Radeberger and an excellent grappa. I can't judge the food. Sympathetic boss and personable and very friendly service. A visit is a pleasure.
