Super delicious sushi, grilled dishes, soups and drinks. I've been there many times and it's always clean and consistently delicious. There is an incredible amount of choice. It's not the best sushi, but it doesn't cost much for all you can eat. Without reference to price, I would give the food 8/10 for the sushi and 7/10 for the other dishes. But since it is very cheap at lunchtime (under 20€) and a little over 20€ in the evening. So you can stuff yourself with good sushi until you burst. Therefore one of the best price-performance ratios I know. And that with sushi. Therefore 10/10 overall. The service seems a bit surly and there is a slight language barrier, but you always get what you want without words. So I would describe the service as functional. The sushi is always freshly prepared after ordering. You can even watch it. The ingredients all seem to be of high quality. In addition to the sushi, I can recommend the miso soup and the fried pangasius. The big all you can eat package is not worth it at all. You always have 2 hours and a certain number of rounds in which you can order a certain number of dishes. But don't worry, it's enough. I eat really, really much and I've never had any problems. Once I was there with my friends and we didn't start right away, so we didn't finish and the time was simply extended for free. There are occasional problems with the technology because the orders are placed on a tablet. If that happens you can just go to the waitress and they will know exactly what to do. So all in all, highly recommended and authentic.

Dirty Overpriced Food cold and no longer fresh

Really not worth it. There isn't much choice for vegetarians and the food isn't particularly good. Once and NEVER again.

I think it's an outrage that you often wait several rounds for your food, have absolutely no idea how many portions are already on the table and in the end you get a rude awakening and there are 5 whole chickens on the table, for which you then have to pay a fine? Sorry, with such a system I expect my ordered food within a maximum of 10 minutes and that is the absolute upper limit. But to put 10kg of chicken on the table after 40-45 minutes, when nothing had been served the whole time, I just find it unprofessional and outrageous. This has happened every time so far. We'll probably come back anyway, but that's a bummer, if not almost a scam. Because in the end you have to pay for the uneaten food, even though you ordered it almost an hour ago. I find it funny and so do the other 13 people at our table.

Very tasty sushi and the warm dishes are exactly as you would expect. The atmosphere is inviting, the chairs are comfortable. You can even watch the sushi being prepared.

Even after our delay, our loudness and our long stay, the service remained highly professional and quite accommodating. We were not pushed or put under pressure. A very good recommendation, food and drinks more than top. After ordering a tablet, the food arrives within a few minutes and every minute.

The food is good. Service is quick. The main room is clean and tidy What bothers me is the toilet taps are broken, the sink is broken, the urinal is blocked.

I was here at the weekend with my female companion. The system that allows you to order multiple rounds using the tablet is pretty cool. The food was also very tasty. Unfortunately the service wasn't that good, there was a lot going on in the store and the staff were very busy, maybe that's why it seemed so. I would still come back👍🏻

The food was quite OK. The order delivery times were also ok. We were probably lucky because it was relatively empty. Unfortunately, the staff is terribly ignorant and makes a totally annoyed impression. There wasn't even a goodbye on the way out. There was a tiny smile when paying. Well, you might think they are happy about every customer who doesn't come, and we'll definitely do justice to that now.

It's a shame, great food, good concept. However, the service is very arrogant and unfriendly. During our visit, a group of three were turned away and others were not allowed to order what they wanted. On Sunday evening we go out to eat because we want to be treated kindly. That wasn't the case here. Never again - a shame.

The manager was very disrespectful and not nice at all. Didn't make any compromises or anything like that and doesn't speak German very well. (Without being disrespectful) We even found a piece of hair in the food!! Really bad. The health department should actually be informed.

There were 11 of us there - and we ordered "All you can Eat". That was nothing at all. Every now and then small "bites" arrived completely unexpectedly - supposedly ordered on a tray - but not in reality. Cheapest bites at the maximum PRICE. The business is made with the drinks. You order 1 non-alcoholic wheat beer on a tray - and get 5. Then you order 1 apple spritzer and get 4 etc. Completely terrible service. It's a shame that the graduation party was ruined by the wrong choice of restaurant. From our point of view the restaurant is "superfluous" :-)

I can agree with most of the previous speakers. The food is probably the best thing about the restaurant. In summer it gets extremely hot in the store, there is no air conditioning and if the customer wants to sit in a place near the fan, they are forbidden to do so. Or the waitress often chooses the seats for you and you don't have a free choice. And we also encountered snotty, unfriendly waitresses more often than friendly ones. I prefer to go to restaurants where I am treated better.

We are restaurateurs ourselves and understand a lot of things. But what they allow themselves to do here is really crazy. I have never experienced such rude staff in my entire career in the catering industry. The food doesn't taste bad now, but the service needs to be reworked.

I love this store, the selection is great and varied. All food and drinks are always wonderfully prepared. The service staff is courteous and friendly. The only point deducted is because of the toilets. These are always in a really unsightly and broken condition.. :( what a shame! Maybe they can be improved and it will be perfect ♡

We were there yesterday with 5 people to actually have a nice and relaxing evening! Right from the start we were harassed and pressured to place more orders. We felt like we were being accused of fraud for no good reason because we apparently didn't order enough for 5 people. At over 100€ that's understandable 🙃🙂! The constant observations showed this as well. It was simply not accepted that we should stick to the order we had placed (even after several notices)! During the course of the evening we were constantly observed and ordered around by a service person (a bit corpulent, wearing jeans and a black T-shirt). 1. Ordering via tablet - incorrect. Nothing was explained, the order time was delayed without being pointed out and without an apology. 2. The waitress watched us all evening! Again and again! It was not served as ordered. The service person mentioned immediately pointed out to us in a very unfriendly manner that one too many water bottles had been delivered. This is due to her mistake! 3. It was raining heavily. The food was left outside in the rain. No reaction! The waitress then calmly delivered the soaked food back onto the table inside. Very disgusting and disrespectful! The location inside also seems rather run down, everything is cluttered and there is an unpleasant smell! No ambience and no nice atmosphere! 3. While serving, the waiter smoked occasionally without washing his hands and without taking into account that customers in Germany usually do not like to eat while inhaling cigarette smoke. 3. The food was constantly delayed. This means that the rounds to which we were entitled simply could not be used. Only 1-2 rounds of 5 could be served per buffet! will be realized. The mere reference to the fact that only 2 kitchen staff were available today simply did not fit with her precision, which she pointed out to us more than twice in a very unfriendly manner (see above). Unacceptable and anything but customer-friendly! 6. When it came to the bill, she also wanted to charge us for the soggy leftover sushi as leftovers! After all the events she had endured up to that point. We've never seen anything like that and were beyond horrified! After a long consultation with the boss, it was decided that the leftover mushy food would not be charged! Incomprehensible! No apologies, no customer service, no consideration! Overall it was a very frustrating evening! That was definitely the very last time! For the quality and also the terrible customer service, we regret having even left a cent there! Catastrophe! Incidentally, the shop was also completely empty on Saturday evening. And that in the middle of Cologne in summer! I think that speaks for itself!

**Restaurant Review: A Disappointing Visit** Unfortunately, we were disappointed during our visit to the Nagoya Restaurant. One of the most noticeable problems was that the drinks were served in glasses rather than bottles. This may seem unimportant at first, but the lack of carbonation in my cola significantly affected the taste experience. The cola tasted stale and was therefore almost inedible. This detail, no matter how small it may seem, can significantly detract from the overall impression of a meal. In addition, the food itself was unfortunately not very varied. The menu offered only a limited selection and the dishes offered hardly differed from one another. The few options that were available showed little creativity or culinary variety. Each course seemed to be a repeat of the last, which made the entire meal offering very monotonous. Overall, the visit left a bad aftertaste. A restaurant that fails in such basic aspects as beverage presentation and culinary variety can hardly be considered recommendable. It is unfortunate that potentially good approaches have been overshadowed by such avoidable shortcomings. I hope that in the future the restaurant will pay more attention to the details to provide its guests with a better experience.

There are many things wrong with this "all you can eat". Ridiculously overpriced for the quality you get, they advertise the cheap pricing but the menu is incredibly small once you are seated where they try and push a bigger menu for more money. FALSE ADVERTISING, forgive me but since when was an "all you can eat" limited to a number of things you can order? I understand the wastage fee but if you're going to advertise a bottomless buffet, you're going to stick to that or it's just a scam. Another ridiculous restriction imposed on diners is the fact you can only order 5 items per person every 10 MINUTES, this is laughable because 1 nigiri counts as 1 item. What a joke.

We were there relatively early on Friday evening (6 p.m.) and it was really great. The food came very quickly and everything was really delicious. The price for the “large” all-you-can-eat is totally okay (around €28). We had a very nice evening.

The tastiest sushi I've ever eaten. Ordering via tablet (we always take the large round for €27) is easy. The selection of sushi, drinks and snacks is fantastic. The food is always freshly prepared and is therefore very tasty. The size of the restaurant means it doesn't feel cramped and you can enjoy your time among yourself. Always my pleasure!

The food is alright. It Tastes somewhat dull. The worst thing is The Service. It is truly horribleThey didn't smile and weren't nice at all. Also that one woman there practically stalked us. We really had the impression of being judged. Also: it is stupidly overpriced. Considering the fact that we payed 2.50 € for one cup of tea, we were expecting good quality. The only thing we got was a tea bag from the brand "westcliff". Normally you would pay 1.57 € for 100g of tea. Here we payed, like previously mentioned, 2.50 € for just one tea bag. + the tea wasn't good at all. If there was an option of giving 0 stars, I would. The location is cute though

Was there with my friends it was very very expensive. Almost like my last vacation. And the food wasn't good, I had a stomach ache afterwards and had to throw up at home. I don't recommend this restaurant

First of all, things always arrive 10 minutes late and the other tables who ordered after us got them straight away, which didn't bother us, but then when we got home we felt very sick and we just had to throw up. I'll never go there again can't recommend it either

We had a very tasty lunch buffet there today. The sushi is visibly freshly prepared in the restaurant, which is reflected in the quality of the food. Ordering is done via tablet. The service is attentive and friendly. The sanitary facilities are clean. The restaurant is largely barrier-free.

Just don't go!!! Nobody speaks German, incorrect information is given about the prices (I think it depends on the person) and ultimately they say we misunderstood it. I was there today with my girlfriend. We ordered the large all you can eat menu and only received the small all you can eat menu on the tray. When we noticed it was already too late and we were full, unfortunately we still had to pay for the large menu , even though it wasn't our fault, it was disputed and we were to blame. How can you react like that??? It's pure impudence. Unacceptable. I will never enter this store again and advise everyone not to do so.

An exciting idea with an all-you-can-eat character. You can choose 5 things to eat per person in a maximum of 5 rounds. Select on the tray, order and after 10 minutes you can send the next order within 2 hours. But 5 rounds is already intense and hardly possible. At some point the selection is just a repetition with 5 options per round. There's a bit more choice missing for the price of around €29 for the upgrade menu with meat and no drinks. Still a nice idea for a few sociable hours. Afterwards you roll outside with your stomach too full😅 Unfortunately, since it's downtown, you have to park your car at an expensive price.

Food and value for money is good. We always opt for the all you can eat because you can easily order with a tablet. Unfortunately the air conditioning didn't work in the summer, so it was very hot in the restaurant. I have already encountered 1-2 unfriendly employees.

We had all you can eat 'Premium' and everything was really very good and tasty. The service was also nice. Unfortunately I have to deduct one point because unfortunately not everything that was ordered was always brought :( why? Maybe it was just too much Full that evening, I can't say... We didn't complain because it worked out despite the lack of delivery and we wanted to enjoy the evening. All in all, a great location and if we go to Cologne again, we'll be back :-)

The food and drinks were very good. Last time, last year, the card payment didn't work but today it worked. The all-you-can-eat offer in Nagoya during lunchtime in the Japanese restaurant is simply unbeatable. From the friendly greeting to the farewell, the service was impeccable. The selection of fresh sushi, sashimi, maki and other delicacies was impressively diverse and of the highest quality. Every dish was perfectly prepared and presented. The atmosphere was pleasant and inviting, and the ambience was just right for a relaxed lunch break. The prices were extremely fair for the large selection and quality of the food. Overall, an excellent experience that I would recommend to anyone who loves Japanese cuisine and is looking for a top notch all-you-can-eat restaurant. He is in very good hands at Nagoya

I was with my girlfriend today. I have to say the food was ok. I didn't think it was that fresh but ok but the conditions were simply terrible. The two ladies, one older and one a little younger, were very rude and very listless, as if someone had forced them to work

Here you can eat good and relatively cheap sushi. I think the ordering method with the tablet is great. After each order, the food and drinks arrived quickly. I think it's good that you have to pay extra for leftover food. This means there is less “food waste”. Both of the waitresses were also very friendly. We were completely satisfied. Price/performance is right.

Essen ist sehr lecker. Der Service ist auch gut. Preislich absolut super. Wir sind seit Jahren mindestens einmal im Quartal hier.

Wir waren schon 5x im Nagoya und das Essen kam immer sehr schnell, das Personal ist super freundlich, es wird sofort abgeräumt und die Preise sind für Kölner Verhältnisse total angemessen.

Meine Freundin und ich waren insgesamt 3 mal in diesem Restaurant. Beim ersten Besuch waren wir sehr zufrieden. Tolles Essen, nette Kellner, schöne Einrichtung. Wir saßen auf der oberen Etage. Beim nächsten Mal saßen wir unten, weil der obere Bereich nicht mehr geöffnet wird. Das Essen war so lala und die Einrichtung vollkommen lieblos und in die Jahre gekommen. Kantinenflair. Heute haben wir das Restaurant noch einmal getestet und waren enttäuscht. Wieder saßen wir unten, weil oben offenbar dauerhaft geschlossen ist. Das essen war wieder ganz okay und die Kellner erledigen ihren Job. Fazit: Wer einfach ohne Flair viel in sich stopfen möchte, ist hier gut bedient. Wer ein schönes Ambiente mit überdurchschnittlich leckerem Essen sucht, ist hier falsch.

Das Essen wurde schnell hergerichtet und war sehr lecker 😋 das Personal war schnell und bei Fragen wurde geholfen. Nur eine winzige Anmerkung..vielleicht mehr lächeln da fühlte man sich als Gast etwas wohler. Ansonsten seht gut 👍

Das Essen ist lecker und die Preisleistung ist OK, das Personal war früher freundlicher. 5 Sushi Stücke, die wir nicht geschafft haben durften wir nicht einpacken lassen, trotz Bereitschaft dafür extra zu bezahlen! Wir mussten es aufessen oder dafür bezahlen, dass sie es entsorgen. Wenn man etwas zum mitnehmen bestellen will muss man explizit etwas von der Karte nachträglich bestellen. Irgendwie unlogisch. Seit einigen Jahren ist das Männerwaschbecken total heruntergekommen sprich Wasserhahn defekt, abgerissene Fliesen und lose Trockenbauplatte… ein bisschen peinlich für so ein Lokal in so einem Viertel von Köln!

Das Restaurant würde ich nur einmal besuchen. Es hat mich nicht begeistert lassen. So nur wenn man großen Hunger zwischendurch hat und man sich in der Nähe befindet, aber nicht für den Feiern oder so. Es gibt reichhaltiges Angebot von den Speisen und Getränken. Für mich war Sushi lecker, alkoholfreie Cocktails 🍸🍹, Eis. Alles andere ist standart ähnlich wie in einem chinesischen Restaurant, nichts anderes. Die Bestellungsmethode funktioniert anders, und zwar auf jedem Tisch befindet sich ein Planschet , wo das ganze Menü gespeichert ist, und nur mit Klicken den Auswahl treffen kann. Das System wird das ganze an den Personal übertragen, und innerhalb 30 Minuten( manche früher) wualja eure Gerichte sind auf eurem Tisch. Salate, Eis - Selbstbedienung. Also, das war nur meine Meinung, jeder ist anders mit eigenen Geschmäcker und Meinungen, deswegen bitte einmal vorbei kommen und eigene Meinung zu holen.

Das Sushi war sehr lecker und das Preis-Leistungs Verhältnis Top. Das Personal war fix dabei das Essen zu bringen und die Teller vom Tisch weg zunehmen. Nettes Service Team. Wir kommen wieder!

Service ist ausbaufähig. Kein Lächeln, schauten eher missmutig. Ich hatte Tee bestellt und das Teesieb auf einen der leeren Teller gelegt, damit er nicht weiter zieht und bitter wird. Die Angestellte kommt die derzeitige Runde abräumen, nimmt das Teesieb vom Teller und legt es nass ohne irgendwas drunter einfach auf den Tisch?! Sagt auch nichts dazu, geht einfach weg und lässt das nass da liegen?! 16,90€ für mittags ist top. Essen ist teilweise echt gut ( Miso-Suppe, gebratener Lachs), teilweise Mittelmaß (Sushi) und teils sehr schlecht (gebratene Ente war nicht knusprig und hatte richtig wabbeliugen Fettrand, Hähnchen war auch wabbelig und glaube nicht richtig durch, frittiertes Gemüse schmeckte nach nichts. Allgemein fast alles Frittierte hatte viel zu viel Panade außen drum). Also insgesamt dann wieder Mittelmaß.

Es ist ein kleineres Lokal nach dem Prinzip Okini und Mikado. Das Ambiente hinkt schon ein großes Stück hinter den großen Vorbildern. Auch die Auswahl ist geringer. Jedoch sind die Speisen teilweise wesentlich besser bei den großen. Ich habe zum Beispiel noch nicht so eine gute gebratene Ente und gebackene Garnelen gegessen als dort im Vergleich zu Okini und Mikado. Die waren sehr gut. Das Sushi ist auf einem ähnlichen Niveau. Was vollkommen abfiel waren die Desserts. Die waren für mich nicht vorhanden. Außer der Gebackenen Banane gab es keine Auswahl, und das am Eingang befundene Buffet machte auf mich keinen guten Eindruck. Es wurde auch nicht darauf hin gewiesen.

Ich gehe seit Jahren gerne hier her. Das All you can eat hat eine große Auswahl an Speisen, die frisch zubereitet werden. Das Personal ist freundlich und bis jetzt habe ich auch spontan immer einen Platz bekommen. Da der Laden gut besucht ist würde ich trotzdem eine Reservierung empfehlen.

Sushi ist ganz ok. Preise sind angemessen. Das Positive ist das es kostenlos Nachtisch wie z.B Eis in verschiedenen Sorten gibt. Auch die Salatbar ist ne gute Sache.

Das Essen war sehr ölig. Alles wurde frittiert oder in Öl gebraten. Der Service war okay aber sehr gestresst. Die ersten beiden Runden kamen sehr schnell an den Tisch aber danach dauerte es sehr lange bis die Bestellungen kamen. Die Sanitäranlagen könnten etwas Zuwendung gebrauchen.

Lecker. Große Auswahl an Sushi und Side Orders, die per Tablet bestellt und zügig zum Tisch gebracht werden. 10 Runden á 5 Items möglich. Ich habe noch nie mehr als 5 Runden geschafft...

Das Essen ist sehr lecker und man wird beim All-You-Can-Eat mehr als satt. 👍 Die Bedienung ist sehr freundlich, jedoch am Wochenende auch merklich unter Stress. Auch das Bestellen via Tablett kann manchmal etwas stressig sein. Leider gibt es in der App keine Hinweise auf Allergene, jedoch kann man diese in einer weiteren Karte nachschlagen. Das Ambiente ist sehr gemütlich 😊
