Excellent service, where you will not be left without attention. The waiters always take care of what you have on the table and what you need. Delicious carpaccio and aperol spritzer. Italians know how to make this cocktail. Favorite place

Way too long a wait, about 20 minutes before wine arrived, and about 30 minutes before a pizza arrived. 50 kr for a bottle of water 😖 too expensive.

We are staying in Berlin for a few days and have had breakfast on two occasions in restaurant Mola and everything from the food, service and the price was excellent. We have just had dinner and again it was excellent from food to service and price. Highly recommend if you are staying anywhere near the KaDeWe store in Berlin.

Just right for a small celebration - whether coffee & cake or small & large meals - there is something for every taste. Cakes are excellent and the pizzas were very good! We were served very courteously and warmly at a separate table for 10 people. Thank you Café Mola for this great visit.

Good pizza for in between, nice and attentive service - everything went well together!

Durante un reciente fin de semana largo en Berlín, desayunamos en este encantador restaurante italiano. Buena comida y buen servicio. Deliciosas tortillas y la granola parecía más un helado de helado, delicioso! Lo disfrutamos tanto que miramos el resto del menú y reservamos para la cena de la misma noche. Otra gran comida, súper pizzas y grandes porciones de pasta. Este fue un gran hallazgo, recomiendo este restaurante.

I'm an Irish lady, english speaking, who travels for work alone, I've been to Berlin 4 times now and have eaten in this restaurant many times, I can't recommend the food, wine and decor enough as its traditional Italian food with a very cosy and stylish decor, The staff I have found to be mostly friendly and accommodating. However, tonight, as I was paying my bill, one of the male staff made a comment in German towards me, and the other staff members ran off laughing... I felt quite uncomfortable and couldn't leave there quick enough. I shall never visit again! Very rude!!

Had a nice dinner here. Good portions, nothing special, but overall a nice restaurant, nice staff, and good food.

Had lunch at Molazu and it was really excellent and very tasty. The Insalata Mista was also dressed with a delicious house dressing. Delicious pasta delicious pizza. We can recommend Mola 👍

I don’t recommend this place, although the people working there were great the bad atmosphere coused by the chef of staff was easily sensed even by me and my family as guests. The runners were clearly frightened of him he was impolite to them in surrounding of costumers. Meanwhile they were doing all the hard work he was sitting with some guy friends who didint even order anything, chatting and laughing while keeping the table occupied for guests that were waiting to eat. I was feeling embarrassment for people working there really. Despite our food was alright, i really recommend you nothing else but to avoid this place. I don’t stand up for bullying and unpleasant work environments. Going to that restaurant you support this kind of behaviour!!!

Although we have often eaten well, we were extremely disappointed today when we were “forced” by a female waiter to take a small table for two despite the restaurant being empty!

Had a cup of tea and ate a pizza. Tea was okay but expensive. The pizza, on the other hand...there was nothing Italian about it. Soggy base and no crispy crust. I make them better myself (and am not a professional). This could really be much better! There won't be a next time

We didn't have a reservation but we got a table easily. The Toscana pizza was the best in a long time. The staff is helpful, relaxed and very friendly. Price-performance is top. Gladly again...

Very nice restaurant and nice ambience. But unfortunately for New Year's Eve I personally reserved a table for 8 p.m. On New Year's Eve they told me that I had one hour because they would close at 9pm. Although they didn't say anything about it when we made the reservation. In an hour I had to stress-eat the starter, salad and main courses and leave the restaurant. My New Year's Eve meal was ruined. Too bad

First of all, it took way too long for the starter to arrive. People who came after us were already eating dessert. When the main course arrived after a longer wait, it was cold. After a while it came back a little warmer. But my partner had already finished eating. An interim order for another glass of wine also took so long that we had to ask for it again. Another waiter tried to make up for it with coffee and limoncello but we declined. My evening was already ruined.

I've eaten there several times now. It was always tasty. The service is quick and courteous, the atmosphere is cozy. In summer you can sit outside with a view of Wittenbergplatz and KadeWe.

We had an Italian meal in the evening and breakfast in the adjacent café in the morning and both were very good and special. The ambience of the restaurant is very impressive due to the ceiling paintings. A very nice waiter served us and we ate fantastic pizza - at the end we got an amaretto on the house. The breakfast the next morning was also very good and beautifully presented. We were welcomed very friendly and looked after. Gladly again on the next trip to Berlin.

The breakfast was really good, fruit was fresh, eggs were tasty. But... Weirdest thing. I ordered a coffee with milk, and ten minutes later they brought me coffee with two creamers. So I repeated my request for milk, and after I had to explain to the waiter that no, creamer isn't milk, it took them ten more minutes to bring milk, so my coffee wasn't hot anymore. They also brought the tiniest little metal container I've ever seen and I have a strong suspicion it was just filled with creamer and not actually milk. I ordered a second cup of coffee WITH MILK, they brought my second cup ten minutes later with packaged creamer again. What, are they growing the beans back there? Are they milking the cow themselves? And it wasn't busy either, there were three tables sat. Just an odd experience.

09-12-2024 the four of us ate a soup. 10-12-2024 enjoyed a nice breakfast with the four of us. Well organised. Not a nuisance but a commercially strong waitress.

The food and the atmosphere was excellent specially the service staff (Onur) was amazing.

My daughter ate pizza here with her friend last night and then had a stomach ache all night long and vomited three times and the room was full of cheese. Please be careful at this store if you want to order pizza or eat here.

We were there spontaneously and without a reservation on a Sunday. We received a very friendly welcome and were assigned a table straight away. The service was super friendly and the food tasted very good. The whole thing is rounded off by a very cozy atmosphere. If we are in Berlin again we will come back.

Extremely great restaurant that I always like to visit when I'm in Berlin once a year!

I have always chosen MOLA Ristorante & Café to celebrate my birthday because the restaurant was known for its delicious food and polite staff. However, my visit yesterday with a party of 13 completely changed my opinion. The most outrageous incident occurred when one of my guests was served a dish containing a metal paperclip. My guest narrowly avoided swallowing it in front of everyone at the table. We immediately called the waiter and the chef, who admitted that the paperclip had come from their kitchen. Unfortunately, this was just the beginning. One of my guests had earlier asked the waiter if a 0.7L bottle of Jack Daniel’s was available. The waiter responded that they only had a 1L bottle. When we received the bill, we discovered that this bottle was charged at €160. When I asked to see the price listed in the menu or any official document, the waiter told me that the bottle was “brought from home” and that the price had been set at their discretion. This response was both unprofessional and unacceptable, as restaurant service should not operate this way. Additionally, when I politely requested a discount due to the paperclip incident, the waiter reacted aggressively, waving his hands and stating that the replacement dish was compensation enough. In the end, instead of enjoying a celebratory evening, we were left stressed and disappointed. One of my guests nearly choked, and the restaurant violated basic service standards by charging for alcohol at an arbitrary price. I kindly ask the restaurant owner or head manager to contact me via WhatsApp. My phone number is listed in your booking system. I speak only English and Russian Thank you!

It was very busy, but drinks and food came very quickly. Everything was to our complete satisfaction.

Enjoyed breakfast for 2 with my partner this week. Tasty and well prepared, the ambience and service were perfect. The prices for the great location of the rest are completely fine. Also cheap lunch for €14.50. I will definitely be here again on my next visit to Berlin

We recently visited Mola Ristorante & Café in Berlin and overall had a pretty pleasant evening there. The restaurant has a lot to offer, although there are a few little things that could be improved. Eat The food was consistently delicious and we had nothing to complain about. The dishes were served at a convenient time so we didn't have to wait long. The price-performance ratio is definitely right here. service The service was a highlight of our visit. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. An example: When my friend accidentally ordered a dish that she didn't like, our waiter tried everything to find a solution. Unfortunately he couldn't change anything because the boss had a different opinion. Nevertheless, the waiter's efforts were commendable and demonstrated his efforts to ensure the guests had a pleasant stay. The dish was eventually returned, but was still billed. Facility and cleanliness The restaurant's decor is beautiful and creates a pleasant atmosphere. However, there were deficiencies in the cleanliness of the tablecloths. It seemed like the cloth tablecloths were just roughly wiped down and not replaced or washed regularly. That somewhat tarnished the otherwise positive impression. Sanitary area The toilets also left mixed impressions. They were rather cold, there was only soap at one sink, and the broken shutters and partially exposed plaster didn't exactly make for an inviting impression. More emphasis should definitely be placed on maintenance and care here. Conclusion The Mola Ristorante & Café scores with delicious food, friendly and attentive service and a cozy interior. However, there is clear potential for improvement when it comes to cleanliness and sanitary facilities. If you can overlook minor defects, you will still have a lovely evening here.

We have dinner at Mola restaurant every night in our annual trip to Berlin. The food is excellent, and the staff is perfect. Great atmosphere. The italian pop music is another hit. Congratulations to all the staff for the hard work 👏👏👏👏👏

For years I have been coming here to Café MOLA with demanding colleagues and enjoying myself. The polite welcome, the friendly service, the good food, the drinks and the reasonable prices are the reasons for this. It is possible to have a private conversation without disturbing others. Thanks to the spacious rooms. I recommend because you will receive excellent service here. As noted, they strive to ensure guests are happy and return.

This restaurant is located in a nice place but the food itself is low quality. Like if you get a ready salad from one of the supermarkets, it taste much better. I don't suggest this restaurant to anyone .

Pretty standard restaurant, nothing fancy. The food was ok, but a little overpriced for the quality and quantity. The staff are nice though! I had the shrimps and a fish soup.

Service and location were very good. Unfortunately, the lasagne only consisted of layers of noodles, hardly any sauce or cheese. The other dishes looked better. The prices are fair.

Very bad homophobic shop. The restaurant manager drives away and insults homosexual people; he gets violent with employees who want to serve them and sends them away. Any decent person should avoid this store and boycott it. We just wanted to sit outside and have a quick coffee. Not more. PS: not a single Italian works at this “Italian”.

8 leather guys, at an event like Folsom, wanted to have a relaxed coffee. The host was extremely rude. We couldn't sit inside, preferably outside (it was cold and windy). When it started to rain, we wanted to move under an awning - this was not welcome. He was very harsh, unfriendly and irreverent. Absolutely homophobic, disrespectful and derogatory behavior.

Update 09/15/24: even if you report the review every time it doesn't get any better! Accusing us of defamation via Google in an older Google review is quite a feat! If you've had a bad experience then that's just how it is and you should be able to deal with it, unbelievable!

What the hell happened? In the past, there was cheerful, relaxed service. With a smile. Now dull, feeling rushed, even though not half of the tables in the restaurant were reserved. The Spaghetti alla Carbonara we ordered was basic supermarket ham and spaghetti. If an egg had been used, it was not noticed. Not to mention salt and pepper. I've never had such a dry Carbonara. Definitely the worst pasta dish I've ever eaten in a restaurant. It's also strange that you don't get an invoice! You will be flashed a receipt on your mobile device, and when you pay by card or phone, you will receive a receipt for the payment. But you don't get a receipt for the food and drinks you order. This place has been seen and experienced, I do not recommend it. Faustus, which serves German food next door, is a good choice.

Were there for the first time and for the last time. The staff doesn't know the words "thank you" and "please". So rude. The food was just OK. Had to draw attention to us several times if we wanted something.

The service is often not very fast with a few exceptions. Breakfast could include healthier bread instead of just white flour rolls. The price is rather high. The location is practical and the atmosphere right on Wittenbergplatz is nice, although unfortunately the individuality suffers due to the takeover by the owner of several restaurants.

You can't complain, the wasps were a little annoying, but the restaurant can't help it, but the staff always helped us quickly and friendly. The food was okay, even if there was far too little bread for breakfast and there was little bread for all the toppings. For whatever reason, the scrambled eggs got cold very quickly. Ambience was okay, not exceptionally good but not bad either. In terms of price, you have to say it's mediocre, especially compared to other very good restaurants. All in all, I still recommend giving it a try.

Después de sentarnos en un lugar fuera de la vista, nos olvidamos por completo después de recoger las placas del plato principal. Always had good experiences. Today I was there just for a quick Aperol Spritz, it cost 6.50 and I paid 8 euros, the dry operator didn't say thank you and cheekily gave me small coins back. You shouldn't get such service for a 20% tip, very disappointed

Not my first time at this lovely restaurant. One of my favorites in Berlin. An atmosphere of maximum European freedom. Smiling and kind service. Simply delicious food. I recommend the chicken salad, one of my favorite dishes. Plus a fine German beer - a pleasure.

Excellent Italian restaurant. Luckily it was right below my hotel. We ate there almost every night. Excellent pizzas and excellent pastas. It is possible to prepare the pasta inside a huge cheese. Really delicious! Highly recommended

The MOLA Ristorante & Café impresses across the board. The food is very tasty and the portions are generous – everyone will be fed up here! Particularly noteworthy is the attentive and fast service. The service is friendly, professional and makes you feel completely comfortable. A small negative point is the toilet facilities, which could do with a renovation and should be cleaned more thoroughly. Nevertheless: A clear recommendation for everyone who appreciates good food in a pleasant atmosphere.
