Sehr enttäuschende Erfahrung. Ich bestellte eine Pizza und erwartete etwas Frisch zubereitetes, doch was ich bekam, sah aus und schmeckte wie eine Tiefkühlpizza aus dem Supermarkt. Der Boden war trocken, der Belag spärlich, und die Gesamtqualität lag weit unter dem, was ich von einem italienischen Restaurant erwarten würde. Restaurantpreise für etwas zu zahlen, das wie eine aufgewärmte Tiefkühlpizza aussah, ist einfach inakzeptabel. Wenn Sie authentische italienische Küche suchen, sollten Sie sich woanders umsehen.

Sehr schön am See gelegen, sehr nettes Personal und lecker Essen zu vernünftigen Preisen.

Hervorragender Service, fantastisches Essen, fantastische Preise. Dieser Ort verdient mehr Anerkennung, absolut empfehlenswert.

Sehr freundlicher Service. Das Essen war wunderbar. Saltimbocca war klasse und auch die Crostini als Vorspeise waren richtig gut. Die Portionen waren gut und sehr gut zubereitet. Klare Empfehlung!

Zufällig entdeckt, zum Mittagstisch. Sehr fairer Deal: in meinem Fall offensichtlich hausgekochte Suppe & solide Pasta, Brot & Getränk für 12,90 - und das in netter Atmosphäre, keine sterile Kantine. Netter Service. Angenehme Überraschung in dieser Lage. Daumen hoch!

Sehr leckeres Essen in einer tollen Atmosphäre. Der Service ist auch sehr freundlich und lädt zu netten Gesprächen ein. Wir waren in unserem Urlaub gleich 3 mal dort essen und jedesmal sehr zufrieden. Absolut empfehlenswert.

Service Mangelhaft! Wir wurden leider vom Service Personal so unfreundlich und respektlos empfangen, dass wir das Restaurant wieder verlassen haben – und das, nachdem wir dabei waren ausgesuchtes Essen zu bestellen... Obwohl wir sehr hungrig waren... Ein derartiges Verhalten gegenüber Gästen ist inakzeptabel und zeugt von fehlendem Berufsethos. Grundlegende Höflichkeit ist das Mindeste, was man erwarten darf. Wer so mit potentiellen Kunden umgeht, hat offenbar kein Interesse an Gästen. Wir werden sicherlich nicht wiederkommen und können einen Besuch auch nicht empfehlen!

Guter Mittagstisch zu gutem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Das Essen ist sehr lecker, die Portionen ausreichend groß und die Bedienung freundlich.

Wir fühlten uns von Anfang an sehr wohl. Die Mitarbeiter waren alle sehr freundlich, das Essen schmeckt sehr gut und Preis/Leistung ist hervorragend. Wir werden auf jeden Fall noch einmal hingehen. Das Servicepersonal ist dabei hervorzuheben. Für uns ein Geheimtipp in Berlin.

Ein halber Liter Wasser kostete 7 Euro, ziemlich teuer. Das Essen war gut, aber nichts Besonderes.

Das Restaurant Giotto ist sehr zu empfehlen. Abwechslungsreiche Speisekarte, günstige Preise, hervorragendes Essen und freundlicher Service.

Merry Christmas! I went into the restaurant and politely asked if I could get some delicious pasta and red wine in an hour, and the charming Emilia said, "Yes, we can do that." It was truly delicious! Because an hour later I was at the Friedrichstadt-Palast for a fantastic show! I can highly recommend this Italian restaurant!

We didn't particularly enjoy our food. The sauce on the vitello tonnato was tasteless and there wasn't enough of it. The fish soup was bad and too salty! However, the coffee was very good and the staff was friendly.

Excellent value for money! Lunch for €12.90 includes antipasti, bread, a full 12-inch pizza, and a drink; espresso is optional for €1.50. Everything was delicious, fresh, and served quickly. The restrooms were also clean.

Good Italian restaurant with authentic cuisine. I've tried pizza, pasta, salad, and antipasti on several visits. Only the ciabatta could be fresher. Very dry. Ideal restaurant before visiting the Friedrichstadtpalast or the QCC.

I didn't understand the rather low rating. We had a great time there, although it was quite stuffy inside, but you can sit outside. The service was perfect, ordering was immediate, helpful, food was on the table within 15 minutes. And perfect. Pizza´s dough BRAVO, salads were all seasoned, pasta as well. The portions were enormous. But simply the best staff

The lunch menu is amazing; all the dishes are freshly prepared, and with drinks and coffee, the price is unbeatable at €10.70. I could never cook lunch that cheaply. The service is friendly and hospitable; I felt very comfortable. Thank you for everything!!!

Food was very tasty and very plentiful. We also couldn't complain about poorly seasoned food. If that's not enough, you should simply season your bruschetta with pepper and salt (there's something like that at the table for that). Service was super friendly and nice. And the prices are reasonable. I can definitely recommend the Giotto without reservation.

You should try hard to make pizza that untasty

Als Friedrichstadtbesucher suchten wir nach einem Lokal in der Nähe. Diese konnte aber leider nicht darüber hinwegtäuschen, dass das Essen wirklich sowohl optisch als auch geschmacklich nicht ansprechend war. Penne al arabiata waren nicht ansatzweise!! Gewürzt oder scharf, hätte jedes 4 jährige Kind essen können. Die Pizza lag hell und leichig auf dem Teller und lud ebenfalls nicht ein. Selten bei einem Italiener so schlecht gegessen. Preise sind sehr in Ordnung. Hier scheint einfach der Koch schlecht zu sein.

The food was really nasty, and we had to wait for a whole hour for our order. The waitress only spoke four words to us and was completely unprofessional. Afterwards, I felt pressured to give her a generous tip that she definitely didn’t deserve. The place itself was shabby, and the prices were way too high. I would not recommend this restaurant at all.

¡Vaya hallazgo! Excelente restaurante italiano justo enfrente del Friedrichstadt Palast - que era nuestra siguiente parada en nuestra noche. El restaurante estaba tan ocupado, lleno de comensales pre-teatro y muy popular entre los residentes locales - siempre una buena señal. El personal era muy amable , a pesar de que se precipitaron de sus pies . Teníamos una deliciosa selección de platos principales - pasta y pizza, que eran porciones de buen tamaño. No podíamos irnos sin probar algunos de los exquisitos y deliciosos postres. Tuvimos el vino más increíble de Sicilia - Andrero. El ambiente era genial , la comida increíble y muy, muy razonable precio para un restaurante tan céntrico, darle una oportunidad.

Food not special! Bruscetta too coarsely cut and not seasoned. Dishes with pasta (not good quality) and tomato sauce not particularly good. Tiramisu wasn't what it should be either. We were disappointed.

Like so many others, we stopped here before a performance in the Friedrichstadtpalast opposite. Therefore: location great! However, the service staff seemed absolutely unfriendly, arrogant and annoyed. The food is mediocre but ok for the price. The ambience is okay, but the room is far too crowded with tables and chairs. The waitress bumps into her furniture, which is far too close together, and looks at me annoyed instead of apologizing for the bump. Sorry for being here...I definitely won't come back.

Food disappointing. The location is great if you attend a performance in the Friedrichstadtpalast. Directly opposite! But for our group celebration with 8 people it was a failure. Pasta without taste, poor pasta sauces too. Any canned sauce tastes better. No individual opinion, unfortunately all of our guests felt the same way. But in self-denial they politely ate their plates first... Bruchetta was ok, slightly darkly toasted. The antipasti went. But not a highlight either. Cold cuts are ok, you can hardly spoil them. Cheese tasteless. Fried vegetables also no burner. Except for the onions. Our opinion: a slightly longer route could be worth it. By the way, the facility does not correspond to the pictures on Google.

Splinters of glass in the pizza. My wife and children ate there today. The children couldn't finish their pizza and brought the leftovers with them. I then wanted a piece of it for dinner. Bite deeply into an approx. 1cm long shard of glass that was under the mushrooms. I've been in the world for a few Thursdays but I've never had anything like this. Anyone who processes food so sloppily should be closed.

I've never been to such a bad pizzeria. Dry pizza, expensive and small. No bread was served with the meal, a few olives were carelessly placed on the table. Uncomfortable location, service like in a scary movie. Empty plates were not put away either... No value is placed on satisfied guests here... without passing customers the shop would have no chance of survival.

Small but simple restaurant. Opposite the Friedrich Stadt Palast. This was recommended to us by friends. All I can say is... mega delicious food. Nice service and we didn't wait long for our food. Really recommended
