Very tasty and absolutely affordable. Friendly service. It's no problem staying and chatting after the meal. Stylishly decorated, but perhaps a bit dark for reading the menu. I'd definitely go back.

The pizzas were delicious! There's such a wide selection, it's hard to choose 😄 I had a pizza with potatoes and Italian sausage, which I really liked. They also give you a free bottle of spicy oil, which I think is great. The restaurant's prices are also totally reasonable; they offer pizzas for €6.90.

I've been a regular for 15 years, and what I experienced today... Horrible, I was scared, and was already thinking about calling the police. We complained about the food once because the steak wasn't medium as ordered, but rather well-done. The story is beyond words, indescribable. We were scared!!!!! NO LONGER RECOMMENDED!!!!!!! ONLY FOR TOURISTS

I eat here with my wife quite often, and we're always warmly welcomed by the chef and the waiters. Today we had a delicious rump steak. And it was incredibly beautifully presented, beyond words.

In short, the food was delicious and, above all, warm! The staff was refreshing and attentive. The value for money is good! It's bigger than expected, with plenty of space inside and outside. See you next time!

We were here four months ago, and everything was fine. What happened? We were at San Marco today and ordered schnitzel with Gorgonzola sauce and chicken with pepper cream sauce. The wrong food arrived, so we approached the waiter, and he started arguing with us, saying we had ordered it. We denied this, but he looked at the menu and agreed with us and replaced the food. The food arrived poorly dressed and without salad. The sauces were completely bland. The bruschetta appetizer was also off the mark. You could count the tomato pieces on the slices of white bread, there was so little topping. It's a shame. We used to enjoy going to this restaurant because everything was perfect: service and good food. Unfortunately, they're out of stock.

A cozy Italian restaurant on Schönhauser Allee. The food is good and reasonably priced, and the service is very friendly. The menu features typical Italian pasta and pizza dishes. Occasionally, there's a special menu with seasonal specialties. The lighting is quite dim, and I'm not sure if the three turtles in the tank at the back of the restaurant are being kept in a species-appropriate manner.

The value for money is excellent. The food and cocktails aren't Michelin-starred, but they're very good for the price. The waiters are very friendly, customer-oriented, and always in a good mood. I've been here many times and have always been satisfied.

The pizza is cheap. That's the end of the positives. The dough was very soggy. The ingredients were spread too thinly. The biggest mistake was the drink. I had to pay €7 for a 0.4l tonic. Not a gin and tonic! That meant the one drink cost as much as the pizza. Incidentally, the bill included two 0.2l tonics for €3.50 each. Congratulations: One less guest in the future.

We were there on the weekend of June 7th, unfortunately for the last time. The restaurant used to be really good, but since the new owner took over, a lot has changed for the worse. The service was very disappointing. You aren't served with friendliness or attention, but rather with arrogance. The staff seem disinterested – they don't check on the guests, don't come over to take your order, or ask if you want anything else. Instead, they're playing on their phones, smoking outside, or talking loudly among themselves. As a guest, you feel more like an intrusion than welcome. The situation when paying was particularly annoying. We were told that card payments weren't possible, even though we saw that other tables were paying by card. So we had to go out and get cash. This was not only inconvenient, but also seemed dishonest. Additionally, you get the feeling that you're being gossiped about or even insulted in a different language – you may not understand it, but the tone of voice and the looks unfortunately speak for themselves. Overall, a very disappointing visit – a shame, because the restaurant used to have a completely different, much more welcoming atmosphere. The way it's currently run, the food is good, but unfortunately, we can't recommend it.

I visited your restaurant today with a friend, and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. I ordered two pizzas: one with tuna and one with mushrooms. Instead, I was served a single pizza with both tuna and mushrooms together, even though I clearly asked for them to be separate. I politely explained the mistake to the waiter and clarified that I wanted one pizza with just tuna and one with just mushrooms. However, instead of correcting the pizza with tuna by removing the mushrooms, I was simply brought an additional mushroom pizza, and the incorrect tuna-and-mushroom pizza was left as it was. I’m deeply disappointed by this situation. It’s really upsetting that even after pointing out the mistake, no real effort was made to fix it. :(

Ordered drinks and food. Drinking came quickly. Pizza didn't arrive for 30 minutes. At the empty restaurant. When paying, the waiter simply kept the change and saw it as a tip. The pizza only tasted like cheese and there were hardly any side dishes on it. That was the first and last time I ate and drank in this restaurant.

Will order extra next time for €1.50. The ambience of the place could still be worked on a bit, especially what makes for nice lighting. The toilets are at ground level in the back, but are not wheelchair accessible. There are also tables outside, which we will try out in the summer. Let's see how you can sit directly on Schönhauser Allee.

The food tastes good, but there's nothing outstanding about it. The worst thing is the service. Fake smile and arrogant high 10. Apparently no card payment possible. After a loud discussion on her part, when all the other guests were already looking irritated, a card reader suddenly appeared without another word. I think the tax investigators should take a look there.

Unfortunately not available as often anymore due to rising prices. The competitive prices for pizza at EUR 2.70, as I bought it in 2008, are now EUR 6.90. It's also a shame that the garlic cream soup was removed from the menu. And you can only pay with a card if you spend more than €20, which is very annoying if you just want to spontaneously get a pizza.

You feel like you've been transported back 30-40 years. Everyone used to see Italian. Restaurants looked like some kind of grotto and passionate Italian was blaring. Music from the speakers that spoke of love and the blue sea has unfortunately gone out of fashion.. . Service great, chairs stable and comfortable. Gladly again!

Recommendation of a friend, they are quite often there, drinking Lambrusco and eating pizza. First time for me. First of all, I like the atmosphere - evenings they have some candles, tables are nice. The whole place is not that huge, which makes it quite cozy - also not too packed at our time of visiting. Prices are affordable, which makes it a good deal - pizzas are ranging between 6 to 10 EUR. You won't get a Neopolitan for that price, but if that expectation is clear, you will get good food there for a good price. The staff was friendly, actually servicing and responsive. Next time, I'll join my friends for Lambrusco and Pizza - happy to come back.

Die Hygiene ist sehr gut also die Toiletten sind sehr sauber. Die Pizza war geschmacklich sehr lecker der Boden war schön weich und der Rand schön knusprig. Die Preise waren für essen und Getränke sehr günstig das ist sehr gut. Aber das Personal ist echt nicht übertrefflich weil das Personal war sehr nett und Sympathisch. Das Flair war auch gut genau deswegen habe ich alle Sterne gegeben.

We were very disappointed, we had reserved a table for 7 people 2 weeks in advance, we had a table for a maximum of 5 people on a Saturday. In my opinion, we were completely overbooked with 7 squeezing at a table😕 We waited 20 minutes for the first drinks and then it was gone , the show, which we didn't see much of, dragged on for ages, all in all we felt it was a tourist trap and completely overpriced.... Conclusion it was the first and last time and I can't recommend it, at least on the weekend...

We were very positively surprised with the decoration and especially the food. At the beginning we were recommended an Antipasti Speciale for all of us (35 people) on 7 large, generously filled plates. It went smoothly with the starter and the main course. I come to this place from time to time. Usually it happens in lunch time. I really like their Kellner, nice and calm guy w black beard. He understands word 'service' the way I do and always get what I want. I actually order the same things all the time: pizza tonno, mostly wochenangebot #4, sometimes pasta. Honestly, there is nothing special from cuisine perspective. Once I got #4 and it was not properly warmed, so I understood it is a semi-finished product, while I was thinking they cook lunch from 'yesterday's leftovers, but fresh'. The other Kellners are not so nice, i do not show up there other than for lunch.

Frozen pizza tastes better than the pizza you eat here. Instead of lasagna we ate pasta with tomato sauce.

There was a reservation but no table was prepared. We ordered the antipasti plate. The Parmar ham was dry, the vegetables were simply soaked in oil and not typical for antipasti. In my opinion, sheep's cheese does not belong with antipasti. The carbonara is made with cooked ham and cream, it didn't look tasty. The pizza was well topped with everything else except cheese. Orders were forgotten or even ignored. I won't come here a second time. At least the waiters were nice.

Unfortunately, the food at San Marco didn't convince me. I had trouble finding something special. Most dishes are standard in any Italian restaurant, although Italian cuisine has so much more to offer. I then had a simple salad with feta cheese. This one didn't knock me off my feet either. No special dressing and lots of arugula - which made the salad too bitter. All of this at a hefty price. San Marco may make good food, but I don't think it's worth another visit.

The waiters did not inform us before ordering that payment was only made in cash. Afterwards they said there was something on the menu but when we asked to show the exact location the waiter couldn't find it. We were in an awkward situation and had to call a friend to bring cash. They didn't even apologize to us, not to mention that this was a mistake of the waiters and they should have compensated for it. The pizza was tasty but the service is terrible.
