Easter Sunday, as always very good. The food was simply amazing and absolutely delicious. I can only recommend it.

Not so good anymore. The service is really lacking :( But food tastes good when it's not already cold :/

We had pizza, all three were average and nothing special. Enough for a quick meal. Wouldn't go there again.

For all good things they say walk an extra mile . For good wheel pasta this place is worth the distance . I have so much praises for the pasta . How a simple dish can be elevated with the right cheese . I dont think there is anything i can review here that can justify the quality of food here . So creamy and art like :) Simply visit because it’s worth it .

Well-intentioned 4 stars for the food. The price/performance ratio is very good. There's still a bit of room for improvement in terms of taste. Very child-friendly employees!

Great food, everything freshly prepared. Even when it's busier, you'll receive courteous service. Staff nice and friendly, there's nothing to complain about. If there is something left on the plate because the portion is too big (which they all are), they will automatically offer to pack it up to take away. So far two years ago. April 2025: Bread basket has probably already been used, empty mayonnaise bag in it, and no plate with butter, olive oil or similar. Asparagus is ok, potatoes with dark spots are served with it, the whole thing lukewarm with hollandaise sauce from the tetra pack. There is also better tiramisu. The service is still friendly and nice, but if the glasses and cups are empty you might ask if you want something.

Food and drink always fair and good. Although it's quite a large venue, they are very stingy when it comes to seating. If you come with two people, you sit in the aisle. If there are ten of you there is a table for eight. Even when asked about it several times, nothing was changed. When told that no one wants to sit at the end of the table, both ends of the table are still set. So a table for 14 becomes a table at which 16 have to sit. That's a real shame and completely unnecessary given the time of day (it wasn't full) and the size of the trattoria

The people are friendly but the service is very slow ,and i ordered spaghetti and it was still hard not well cooked yet. The vibe is good but they need to improve the staff and ask if the people want to have the noodles well done or half cooked.

Ob einem das eigenwillig-dunkle Ambiente gefällt, ist Geschmackssache .... Das Essen, dass unserer Gruppe serviert wurde, war aber einwandfrei mangelhaft. Dosen-Champignons statt Steinpilzen (hat jeder Supermarkt getrocknet), vom Hummer in der "Hummersauce" keine Spur, geschmackloser Fisch, pampige Saucen usw. Nicht empfehlenswert - dieses Urteil von auch der ordentliche Primitivo nicht mildern.

We ordered pizza today and picked it up. Unfortunately I had to realize that the pizza was by far the worst I had eaten in a long time. Ingredients slapped on carelessly and messily and then analogue cheese, disgusting, I threw it away after two bites, my son had a salami pizza, but every frozen pizza looks better, he ate it all, but he eats everything at his age. That's why it doesn't count, before the operator changed the pizzas were 1A

I recently dined here drawn in by its good reviews and convenient location near my conference venue. While I can acknowledge that the food was excellent, the service was an absolute disgrace. From the moment I walked in, I felt unwelcomed. It took several minutes before anyone even acknowledged me to take my order, despite the restaurant not being particularly busy. When I was finally served, it was with an air of disinterest, as though my presence was an inconvenience. Throughout my meal, I noticed that other guests who arrived after me were being attended to with much more enthusiasm. Their candles were promptly lit as soon as they sat down. Mine? Ignored. Even after making eye contact with my server multiple times, it remained unlit, a subtle but telling gesture. When I was ready to leave, I had to wave my hand multiple times just to get the bill, while other patrons were effortlessly guided through the usual offers of dessert and coffee. I received no such courtesy. I hate to assume the worst, but as the only non-white person dining in the restaurant at the time, the pattern was glaringly obvious. Whether intentional or not, the message was clear: certain customers receive different treatment. It’s truly a shame that such a well-reviewed establishment allows this kind of behavior to persist. Good food doesn’t make up for bad treatment.

Food good. Service very nice and attentive. Since the restaurant is very spacious and was very full on the Sunday we were there, the background noise was loud. The air was sometimes stuffy. But still recommended. The seating is very nice, and the food and staff make up for the air and noise.

Lunch is recommended, apart from the already dry salad.

Excellent real Italian pasta and pizza.

It's the BEST Italian restaurant in BERLIN (Germany). HANDS DOWN. And I'm from PHILLY!!!

Not only in summer, with the tables outside under the beautiful trees, a recommended restaurant. Recently we had a big celebration and we got a nice place a little away in the pavilion. So that we could sit together a little more undisturbed. The service was first class and looked after us very well. All the drinks came before the meal and the food came almost all at the same time, which is certainly not easy with such a large group. We all enjoyed it very much and we would definitely like to come back again, but then in a smaller group or sometimes individually. Thank you for the lovely time with you.

Absolutely recommended! About the service and the food served...it's just great. If you are visiting with several people, you should make a reservation as the restaurant is always very busy. Keep it up 👍

Trattoria with a classic, rather dark ambience. Luckily there was no blaring music, communication was possible despite a lot of conversation noise in the room. Friendly, personal service and fast kitchen service (with 70% capacity!). We were there with 7 people and the reservation went well. Everyone was happy with the food. Good portions and for me a sufficiently large Calabrese pizza (No. 66) with salami, peppers and chili. Request for "extra hot" was fulfilled with a whole bowl of chilies marinated in oil. After payment there was a “bouncer” schnapps on the house. Perfect! .

The last time we were there, the waiters were under fire!! He did the math! And he used the difference between the bill and the amount as a tip!! That was bold!!!

Lunch menu 10.90 with salad or soup. The Venetian liver was good and the Primitivo too (0.5l 11€). The pizza is large but too dry for me (I tried it twice) I prefer to order something with meat there

A stylish restaurant with nostalgic charm and delicious cuisine. The service impresses with exceptional friendliness, professionalism and courteous attention. The prices are fair and reasonable.

We had chosen this restaurant for the great ambience for the 83th birthday. The service was very good, the restaurant in winter is always beautiful from the inside. Unfortunately, the food leaves something to be desired. On the starter plate there were eggplants and zcchini slices which spent their best days in the fridge and were unfortunately only served afterwards. Truffle pasta was ordered at the table and it was brought, but unfortunately the alcohol from the flambéing hadn't completely gone yet and so the pasta still tasted like it in places. Finally, as a very kind birthday surprise, a piece of tiramisu studded with a torch. The surprise was a success, but the tiramisu was already rancid and smelled bad... when the waiter pointed this out, there was only a mild "aha okay" and no further comment was made. Very disappointing!

Trattoria Romana ist seit seiner Existenz in Dahlem, d, h, seit vielen Jahren, mein italienisches Lieblingsrestaurant in Berlin geworden. Nicht nur die Qualität der Küche und die Familienatmosphäre, die das Personal ausstrahlt, sondern auch das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist optimal.

The food is impeccable, the waiters are helpful, the atmosphere is warm in the winter. It is worth a visit.

Somehow the romance was over with empty Chiant bottles on the ceiling and Italian music playing too loudly. The whole ambience, right down to the toilets in the basement, screams for modernization. The Tonno pizza was so-so, the base was too soft and the calamari with pasta was a tasteless mess.

Previously a classic family Italian restaurant with adequate food and prices, always friendly service and a warm ambience! After the change of operator, from an Italian mom to a Turkish family, the quality in all areas (food, service and hospitality) decreased. The management seems overwhelmed and responds rudely to personal feedback! Unfortunately, a great shop, especially on the terrace in summer, is no longer frequented by us!

Nice atmosphere and service, but not very flexible. I only wanted half as much cheese and twice as many onions on the pizza. At first they said, we won't do it, then twice the amount of onions was delivered for an additional charge of €1. It tasted very good.

Great rustic atmosphere and nice service. Pizza and pasta tasty and large portions, ok priced. We will come back to try the menu.

Meist gehen wir vor 16 h dort hin, weil bis dahin Pizza und Pasta im Preis reduziert sind. Wir sind immer sehr zufrieden mit den Speisen, sowohl geschmacklich als auch mengenmäßig. Große Pizzen und auch den gemischten Salat kann man sich mit vier Personen teilen. Der Service ist aufmerksam und schnell. Auch das Ambiente stimmt.

Our favorite Italian! We have been here several times. The price/performance ratio is right, especially if you take advantage of the lunch offer. When it comes to the food, we have never been disappointed. In summer you can sit outside well, there is enough shade and the hedge adequately shields the street. We always enjoy coming here.

I don't even know where to start. The positive: The food tasted good, but wasn't a highlight, the ambience is also quite nice. However, it is absolutely not possible for guests to feel like they are being disruptive. The salad is not considered an appetizer and came before the drinks. These were not poured either. Wine, water...you have to pour everything yourself. The waiters are extremely annoyed, perhaps overwhelmed, after all it is a Saturday evening and the restaurant is full. Does that mean you have to be unkind? In general it took over 20 minutes until a waiter came to take the order. Immediately after the salad, the food was distributed carelessly by the waiters, a meal came later, the pasta was already sticky and only lukewarm and nothing at all was prepared in the cheese wheel at the table. Plates are tastelessly prepared, no comparison with the photos on the website, very, very disappointing... I wouldn't go there again. After all, you pay a lot of money for what you have worked hard for and then you want to get something good in return. But what annoys me most is that when I'm friendly, the person I'm talking to doesn't think it's necessary to be just as polite to me.

Unfortunately no... The staff prefer to chat to themselves or play games on their cell phones, preferably in front of the door with a fag in their hand. The pizza is ok, unfortunately a bit too much oil on the pizza. The furnishings were simply old and finished... it was the first and last time there.

Ok, how should I say it?... The pizza was great, but very oily, so much so that it even dripped. The taste is great, but please not like that. The ambience is not nice and uncomfortable. Service is not really there, but many employees chat, smoke in front of the door and "play" on their cell phones are everywhere and omnipresent. But the price is OK, but it's not enough for us... we're out.

Price and performance are always right here. I've actually tried almost the entire menu and have never been disappointed. Lunch is above all a fair offer - everyone gets full from their portion! I'm a guest there at least twice a month.

We had reserved a table for 7 people. The waiter served us very poorly and was very unfriendly.

A new experience with us, the older waiter was really friendly. Since I have gestational diabetes, I can't eat white bread. When I asked to swap it for brown bread he was very accommodating. The prices were reasonable and fair. We will definitely come back.

Except for the broth of the mussels whether tomatoes or white wine. It was like a roux with no taste.

This place holds a special place in my heart because me and my family have been going to this restaurant for the past 13 years and it never fails to disappoint. The food is well priced and most of them have good portion size, the others give you too much but I'm not complaining as leftovers for lunch the next day are fine with me. The service is always good even when they're busy, only had a problem once or twice when they were training staff but that's every restaurant. I'd recommend the pasta gorgonzola or the tagiatella pork pasta in tomato sauce, they are fancy and simple all at once. If you want something simple pasta bolognese or lasagna is always there to make it simple. I would suggest a good wine with some nice pasta or drink some beer with a good pizza. If you want to go a little fancy order the truffle pasta that they make in a parmesan cheese wheel, good price for the experience and food. If you need a well priced and consistently great place to eat this is it.

Ich habe keine Ahnung. Aber meine Rezension bei Google wurde nach Restaurant beachwerde gelöscht. Ich einem beleidigt oder sonst. Wir waren da mut meine Frau und Sohn . Sorry nach einem Jahr Pause ist echt schlimmer geworden. Ambiente ist ok aber essen ist so was von gewaltig. Pizza ist fast ungenießbar da ersten zu salzig ist dan die Kochschinken minderwertige qualität ist. Ok ich habe 2 und 3 und 4 chnce noch gegeben da dachte ich ist nur 1 mal passiert. Nein ist ist ach bei nächsten mal die selbe. Die waren. 2, 3, 4 mal alle pisäzzas zum mitnehmen. Ich habe der Hauptkelner angesprochen den hat mich jur ausgelacht. Sorry so was geht nicht. Und google hat meine Rezension gelöscht aus dem grund Verleumdung, weil den Unternehmer wollte keine konstruktive Kritik hören.. was isst jetzt sollen nur possitive Bewertungen das bleiben da die resteurant nicht wie vorher ist. Werde ich betonen pizza achmeck viel besser von anderen Restaurant.

A nice restaurant with a good atmosphere and delicious food. The disadvantage, however, was that we were harassed by many wasps while eating outside.

I've been here many times with a friend. Since neither of us are “big” eaters, we always share the respective dishes. So far we haven't had any problems with it. A second plate was always brought without any problem or the pizza was divided onto two plates. The food is always tasty and the service staff are cheerful and extremely friendly!
