Very nice hotel but just a lot.

The rooms are fine and clean. The mattresses are a bit uncomfortable and warm due to the stain protector. Power adapters are available at reception. Housekeeping is excellent. The gym is good and clean, and has water available. Your room key is required for entry. There are convenience stores and several restaurants near the hotel, near the S41 metro station.

As always, I am completely satisfied.

The room is comfortable, the souvenir shop is small but has good products, and everything is very nice. Although it's a bit far from the center, it's very close to the Sonnenallee station. Although we were charged extra for an "accident," which hasn't been corrected.

THE place for grand proms! Perfect collaboration with the client, always willing to listen to special requests, a spacious hall and seating, impeccable stage and lighting technology, sensitive background music and, later, the perfect disco music from the DJ, as well as a hot and cold buffet that left nothing to be desired... My sincere thanks and appreciation go to the hotel management.

I am deeply disappointed with the service at the Estrel Berlin. One receptionist in particular stood out to me: Willi Möller. His manner was rude, disrespectful, and unacceptable. He responded to simple questions with a rude and arrogant demeanor, as if he were being disturbed. Such behavior is absolutely unacceptable in a hotel of this category. I have rarely experienced such an unfriendly reception. For me, this is a clear reason not to recommend this hotel.

I can't say much about the hotel. We only saw the show, and it was great. The drink prices and the parking garage fees, however, are beyond belief.

Unfortunately, I have to start with a bad report. We were given a dirty and smelly room. They tried to find us a replacement room and gave us two welcome drink vouchers as compensation. Breakfast was included in our bus trip. €25 per person would have been too expensive for me, but there are plenty outside the hotel. Breakfast times are very good. All in all, a good hotel. Mistakes happen.

Everything was nice—the rooms were clean, spacious, and air-conditioned. The service was fast. The hotel lobby was large and beautiful, but in the summer it was hot and there was no air conditioning. I recommend the hotel.

The hotel was ok , not bad not very good either, outdated room even though the reception was quite modern . The first recepsionist had the bad attitude, so I moved to the other one who was really great guy and I left the tip for him. The area was very very bad . Definitely not worth the price

Simply a fantastic hotel with a view over Berlin! The staff are always friendly, helpful, and competent. The rooms are very clean... The Ringbahn (circle subway) is a maximum of 5 minutes' walk away and takes us everywhere quickly.

Good connections and renovated, modern rooms are on the plus side. On the other hand, the breakfast was just average, which would even cost an exorbitant €25 per person and is not worth it. The cleanliness of our room was also only mediocre. You shouldn't leave dark, curly hair lying around where there are white shelves. (We're blonde). 50 percent of the staff were very friendly, but I don't want to say anything about the other half because it's always a matter of luck. Parking is quite expensive, but there aren't many spaces available in the area. The rather expensive cocktails were not at all convincing, especially the Aperol Spritz. My request for an extra shot of Aperol was only granted very reluctantly, and it still wasn't particularly tasty. Probably weird sparkling wine or too much water.... I can only recommend the hotel to some extent if there are special offers; for normal use, it is too expensive overall for me.

The hotel's location is very convenient; the city center is easily accessible on foot. The hotel itself is modern and stylishly furnished, and the rooms are attractively designed and extremely clean. The breakfast was also delicious and offered a good selection.

Easy check-in! Very friendly staff, especially at breakfast, a large selection of cereals and delicious coffee, and a clean, spacious room—what more could you want? The S-Bahn connection is fast.

I'm there every year for the K5. I can't comment on the rooms, but the staff is always courteous and very polite.

Very nice hotel. Despite the large number of rooms, you don't feel like you're staying in a mass accommodation. Everything is clean and well-maintained, and the staff is very friendly. The breakfast selection and quality are excellent. The underground parking isn't exactly cheap at €22 per day. The location isn't exactly perfect, but public transportation is just a 3-minute walk away. Unfortunately, people seem to be smoking "herbal cigarettes" in front of the main entrance, which creates a distinctive odor that you notice when you enter the hotel. All in all, however, the hotel is highly recommended.

You only stay here if you're attending a conference or event. Everything works as it should, but you also only sleep here. You're actually paying too much for what you get. The main thing is that you're right at the event venue. The staff everywhere are very friendly, and check-in can handle even the heaviest traffic. Everything is clean and functional.

Centrally located. Near the river. Quiet. Standard amenities. Hotel is easily accessible. Garage available. Negatives: Elevators are overloaded when everyone is leaving. The shop is not open 24 hours as advertised. ☕️ + Tea should be provided in the room with a kettle. There wasn't.

Large hotel, many rooms, but great service 👍

The rooms are okay, but lack heart; it's too big for that. What wasn't great was the Aperol in the evening; it wasn't good and too expensive. The breakfast also needs an overhaul at €25 per person. No egg station, no pancakes, no good cheese selection, few salads, no freshly squeezed juices. The competition is simply better!

I recommend a self-service laundry within the hotel, especially for sports tourists.

Soon in September we will be staying at the location to celebrate LR's 40th anniversary.

The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff is very friendly. The connections by public transport and car are excellent. One clear area for improvement: the underground parking garage should be prioritized for hotel guests. Due to an event, all parking spaces were full – despite making an early reservation and noting the parking space requirement, I had to park 20 minutes away and was late for my appointment.

We stayed overnight for an event. There was nothing to complain about. The room was clean and comfortable. All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent, with plenty of options to suit every taste. Thank you for everything.

I highly recommend this place. One small problem is that whenever an event is held there, it's absolute chaos. Something definitely needs to be done to better manage this car chaos.

Room was clean. The spa is amazing, with free sauna, steam room and luxurious showers. The gym is fine, freeweights don’t go heavier than 28. Only negative is that the rooms stay rather warm, but it’s also pretty warm in Berlin at the moment

We were here for a conference and felt very comfortable. However, I have to say that I had a different idea of ​​what a "deluxe room" would be. Unfortunately, there was no coffee machine in the room, carpeted floors, and a sadly average mattress. It could have been better.

I've stayed at this hotel many times, and it's always spotlessly clean, as well as very stylish and chic. The breakfast offers a wide selection, and the suites/rooms always have a great ambiance and a magnificent view. The staff is very accommodating and friendly. The hotel has a great beer garden and several restaurants. They also host very large conferences. This can make it a bit hectic at times, but at night, you'll definitely find plenty of peace and quiet in the very comfortable beds. It's always a lovely stay there. There's also a sauna and spa area, of course. 😉

We only went to Stars in Concert. But the whole atmosphere is simply fantastic.

I arrived at the hotel a little early and thankfully was given a nice room. It was nice and quiet, and I enjoyed it. The room was really nice and spacious and very clean! The reception staff was very friendly. The breakfast was plentiful and filling.

Beautiful location, great service! We were here for duoSymPos – so I can only review the location – in this case, the hotel's conference center – and the service. And it was truly first-class! Throughout the day, there were several buffet areas with food and drinks, where you could help yourself at any time. Used dishes were cleared away immediately – literally immediately! Even if you wanted to put them on a cart yourself (I tried! 😉), you hardly had a chance – the friendly staff were faster and even took them from your hands.☺️ All-around excellent service – it makes you feel very welcome as a guest. Unfortunately, we completely forgot to take photos… there simply wasn't time.

A nice hotel for weekend stays. Very large but not overcrowded or crowded. I wouldn't necessarily need to stay there for two weeks, but it's perfectly fine for a few days. A big compliment to the breakfast area. At first, I thought, "Oh, it's going to be like an anthill," but NO, on the contrary, it's very tidy, well-stocked, and everything was freshly and quickly replenished. The large glass windows in the ceiling also create a pleasant atmosphere. The rooms and the grounds were clean and in good condition. I would book it again and recommend it to others. The location is good, and the S-Bahn (suburban train) is a 5-minute walk away.

The hotel is truly top-notch. We were able to get into our room early even though there was still time before check-in. Since it's a multi-purpose hotel like a conference, event, seminar, etc., it's very popular. Food and drink are all catered for. Highly recommended. The outdoor beer garden also looked great, but unfortunately, the weather wasn't great for us. The train connection is very close. The price for two people from Friday to Sunday was €370 without breakfast, which was also great. I found breakfast at €25 per person per day too expensive. ...you'd expect to find such a mega-hotel in Las Vegas or at a classic Mediterranean holiday destination—but not on Sonnenallee in Neu-Kölln, Berlin. Everything is top-notch, clean, functional, the staff very friendly and accommodating...and a complete art collection by renowned artists can be discovered on every wall and corner of the hotel.

Unfortunately, I cannot provide any information about the food, as the usual offerings have been changed due to the special circumstances.

This is our third time staying at the Estrel Hotel. We've always been satisfied. Since the conference is being held at the hotel, the location is ideal. It's clean and well-maintained. The staff is very pleasant and friendly. The breakfast buffet has a decent selection. When we go out, we take the tram and subway. Everything was to our satisfaction.

Basically, yes. The room was good in terms of size, the amenities were OK, but could have been slightly cleaner, and the price was overpriced overall. I didn't really notice much in the way of service, but the catering for our conference was very good. The location is really just okay. The construction site of a high-rise building on the other side of the intersection is a bit of a nuisance; they're building another Estrel hotel there. But that will probably be over soon. The exterior of the Estrel takes some getting used to; it looks like a lot of glass and steel, glinting and sparkling in the sunlight.

The rooms themselves are great, but when I can't get hot water from the hand basin, the shower head can't be adjusted to allow a proper shower, and I have to let the water run for ages until it gets warm, and the ventilation system sounds like a jet engine, then that seriously diminishes the quality. The service staff at the seated dinner could also be better trained. Serving from the wrong side and constantly having to point out that there's no water is simply annoying. I expect more from a hotel like this. The food has been good so far. I also think it's great that they have water dispensers instead of individual bottles. Everything is also very well signposted and easy to find.

Estrel Berlin is an impressive hotel and convention center, known for its spacious rooms, efficient service, and excellent event facilities. Its location is a bit outside the city center, but well-connected by public transport. Great choice for business travelers and large conferences.

The room was clean and tidy but quite bland. The service at the reception was reserved, busy and seemed slightly unfriendly to aloof - overworked? The breakfast for €25 per person is way too high, especially because there are very good, cheap alternatives at a bakery etc. within walking distance. The parking garage is also very expensive - you reach the maximum amount of €22 after just 8 hours, not after 24 hours as usual. Basically it was ok to sleep but we didn't feel welcome.

The Estrel scores with its very good connections - both to the S-Bahn and later to the motorway, which makes arrival and departure pleasant. The reception was less positive during our visit, which unfortunately seemed a bit rude. In the wing 3 area you also had the impression that it was constantly being remodeled - probably due to its character as a large congress center, but still not ideal for a relaxing stay. We found the pricing really unfortunate: €22 per day (after 8 hours) for the parking garage is quite high, a discount for hotel guests would be desirable. We also found the breakfast at €25 to be too expensive - especially since there are cheaper and good alternatives within walking distance. Another small negative point: There was no coffee machine in the room, which is to be expected in this hotel category.

The hotel is very nice but we missed a tea and coffee station in the room. Which will be complete the missing puzzle. The room is nice but not enough power outlets for charging many devices nowadays. The view from the window was very nice. The gym was very good and nice service their like water and some towels for the gym. The location of the hotel is a bit outside the centre of the city. For us it was ok because we didn’t want to make the usual standard tour in Berlin.

There are only construction sites around the hotel. But that's the same in Berlin city as it is in Hamburg city. When we were there it was raining in the evening and the dripping noises outside could be heard loudly. That's why I slept badly. Rooms are well insulated, you don't hear any noise from your neighbors. Staff at breakfast and reception super friendly, helpful, attentive and always eager to work. Thanks

The main advantage of this hotel is convenience—if you’re attending a conference at Estrel, being onsite is undeniably practical. However, that’s where the positives end. The rooms are dated and in need of refurbishment. In-room Wi-Fi was almost unusable (at least in room 220), and our TV remote didn’t work due to dead batteries. We didn’t bother resolving it because the overall service felt brusque and unwelcoming. The hotel is also quite far—at least 30 minutes—from most of Berlin’s main attractions, and there are very few restaurants or shops within easy walking distance. Service during conference periods seems to break down entirely. There’s no dedicated shop or convenience store onsite—just lobby bars for food and drinks. During peak times, these bars are overwhelmed. I waited over 15 minutes trying to buy a pre-wrapped sandwich and soda and was repeatedly brushed off by staff. When I asked if someone could help me order, two different employees rudely said “someone will help you” without further assistance. A third confirmed that any of them could have helped, which only made the experience more frustrating. When I raised this at the front desk, the response was dismissive. The agent interrupted me to say, “Madam, I cannot give you a bottle of water,” despite that not being my request. When I asked to speak with a manager, he simply replied, “Well, you’ve reported it to me,” and ended the conversation. Perhaps this is just a cultural difference in customer service expectations—but personally, I found the experience disappointing enough that I wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

Top location for business & Berlin vibes! I was at the Estrel on business for a software manufacturer's conference - and what can I say: absolutely impressive! The organization on site was super professional, the staff was friendly and always helpful, and the rooms were well equipped. The location is very convenient and everything is easy to reach. Despite the business setting, everything felt relaxed and pleasant – not a bit stiff. The food was also surprisingly good (you're usually familiar with conference buffets...). All in all: If you're looking for a strong mix of business comfort and Berlin charm, you've come to the right place!

Very nice hotel. The staff was very helpful on the phone and also very friendly and helpful on site. Room was also clean and well equipped. The breakfast buffet was a 10/10. Everything very tasty and hearty. There is actually no such large selection for breakfast in Germany. The public transport connection (sbahn) is also a good 5-7 minute walk away. Thank you dear Estrel team.

It is a four-star hotel. The room is a little small and the in-room configuration is not up to par. There is no kettle, slippers and coffee provided. The kettle needs to be paid a deposit at the front desk to boil water. The overall stay in the hotel is satisfactory. As a staying guest, the underground parking fee should be free or discounted. Dogs are allowed, and additional registration and payment are required.

Only stayed one night. Room was clean & had enough space for us. I didn’t try any of the restaurants on-site, but great food options in the area. Berlin’s gastronomy never disappoints!
