RELAX - FOOD, DRINKS & YOU in Berlin

The food is delicious there. The only downside for me personally is the small tables. There's not much room on them when you have an aperitif, drinks, and food on the table.

It wasn't my first stay at this hotel and its attached restaurant, but this time I felt truly unwelcome. I was in Berlin for my birthday on business and wanted to enjoy a pleasant evening at the restaurant. Even the greeting was very cold. The waiter constantly made me feel like I had to apologize for my orders. Rolling eyes, facial expressions, and lack of answers were the methods of communication. After a drink and a poorly prepared meal, I cut short my stay and preferred the room. Even when I tipped the waiter 10% of the bill at the end, despite his behavior, I didn't receive a friendly face, let alone a thank you. I've never experienced anything like that before. It's a real shame, because my stays there have always been very pleasant.

The Relax-Food was not in operation on 30.9.22 and 01.10.22.

Gute cold cuts und Burger, spannende Crafts zum entdecken. Im Innenhof kann man super relaxen und auch frühstücken. eine richtige kleine Oase

Bar restaurant du Mercure. Nous avons testé leur sélection de bières locales, ok. Service normal, rien d'exceptionnel La carte a l'air accessible, ils proposent de la poutine (curieux choix...)

No te dejes engañar por los anuncios en el hotel. La hamburguesa Angus es seca y gris, sin sabor. Incluso los bollos eran miserables.

Se juntan hombres a tomar cerveza, y de relax queda el nombre y nada mas.El personal es eficiente y simpatico.

Finally, a hotel restaurant that rocks! I love cold cuts and burgers that are different from the rest of the crowd.
