I know it is a busy place but the employees could take care of their customers belongings. As it's a very popular place any kind of security should be in place!

Complete chaos in a nice bundle of awfulness. Rudeness from the employees, trying to scam us by claiming we didn't pay 40€ for a single course meal... Not English friendly, had to twist myself to understand the language on top of insults behind my back... The atmosphere was ok, mostly because no one was lunching there.. I wonder why ...

Some things are even decent (the potatoes are good), but unfortunately there are others that are really not good: burnt and hard meatballs and rice with very hard grains, for example. The staff nothing special. Finally, really expensive for what you eat and for the fact that it is still self-service. The only positive thing was the abundant dishes.

The food was not bad but having to pay to go to the bathroom I don't see as right. Having consumed on the premises is the minimum. Plus point there is a blackboard with the food in Spanish

Beer just like beer but the mess around was just painful and inconvenient to sit with. I don’t mean the mess in the table but under your feet on the ground. Staff instead of talking to each other, I recommend you to start cleaning and doing something for that business because you are a representative of that place.

The Berlin Pavilion is within sight of the Berlin Reichstag. With the many tourists who come through here, you would have expected something different. The piece of cake tasted good, but like the latte macchiato with it, it was nothing special. Unfortunately, the staff at the checkout in the restaurant were a bit unfriendly when I visited. You pay €1 for the toilet, and if you eat something in the restaurant you get a chip (upon request). The toilet could be cleaner. The souvenir shop next door has the usual range of souvenirs.

It's actually a nice location, but the tables could be washed more often, they are very dirty and greasy. Therefore 4 * for ambience. See, it's a shame

As far as I know, it's the only beer garden near the Reichstag, so there's little competition and it's rather mediocre. But you can go there if you're thirsty.

For self-service, quality of the hot food and ambience, the "restaurant" is quite overpriced. The apple pie there, however, tasted good. Conclusion: I wouldn't eat there again.

I ordered a Schnitzler but the breading was raw.....4 mushrooms counted as a side dish....I tried to complain but the waiter didn't even calculate it...they don't even deserve €1.....rating 0 🤮🤮🤮

Bottomless impudence, we ordered schnitzel and got chicken schnitzel. Koch was of the opinion that you could mix it and it wouldn't matter.

Very little portions of food, they don't know the difference between chicken and pork, their whole whole kitchen exists only of microwaves, the waiters were very rude and made a long discussion about a small problem that they caused. Overall a horrible expirience.

Good home cooking. Self-service. Friendly staff. Sitting outside and inside possible. Beer garden.

Bad service. The water had no price tag so we thought it was free, later we found out that it costed 3€ per bottle. After I paid for it we were offered it for free.

The ambience, especially with a view of the Reichstag and the Tiergarten in the back, is quite nice despite the bus stop. The employees are actually okay, not overambitious, like a "Turi clearance", but not unfriendly. Unfortunately the food wasn't good at all: Oily fried potatoes, baked potatoes rubbery or at least a very strange taste, the fried or curry sausage was unfortunately not satisfactory in terms of taste, and last but not least, nothing was particularly warm. The prices are reasonable if it tastes good.

Excellent location next to the Parliament Building But the food tastes terrible and is not cheap. Self-service is required to go to the toilet for 1 euro. Highly not recommended

The most convenient place to eat/drink right near the Reichstag. There weren’t millions of veggie options but the fried potatoes were AMAZING. Outdoor and indoor seating. Had to pay a euro to use the toilet.

Yesterday evening I went to Pavillon Berlin to eat currywurst and it was very tasty. There was a very nice older lady in the kitchen who served me lovingly. I ordered a beer and there was a man who talked to me about how I was a pretty lady and where I came from, which I didn't want to answer. Then I went to the checkout and there was the same man and he kept trying to find the conversation. He wanted my number and I think that's harassment on the part of the employee. Then I went to eat outside and then he came after me and smoked in front of me. I immediately left my food and left. This counts as harassing and you should tell your employee how to behave towards customers!

Unfortunately not a very inviting cafe with canteen-style self-service. But the employees are friendly.

We had dinner with the family this evening and the food was delicious 😊 and the chef was very nice and served us very well. I give the chef 5 stars but the cashier at the checkout was unfriendly. I asked the woman at the checkout if she could clear my table and clean it for me. She then told me that there weren't enough staff and she didn't have the time. There were 9 of us and we paid a lot and didn't even get a clean table, that's a disgrace!

The head waiter or manager (whatever he is) was rude all the time for some reason. That is no way to treat customers. Did not expect that to happen. Food was not great either. Will definitely avoid this place because of the behavior of the head waiter/manager next time.

The staff was racist they were insisting on knowing where I was from (even after letting them know they were insisting I was not from that country) on top of that the head waiter was mocking, talking rudely (as if food and service was free or he was paying for my food) and also asking irrelevant questions. The worst service and food, Do not recommend at all.

The first impression during our visit was okay and if you're in the mood for Berlin canteen food, you'll definitely be in good hands there. We didn't even get that far. We (3 adults, a 4 year old child) sat down at a free table and were choosing something from the menu when a waiter threw two signs onto the table without comment. That's how we found out that we had almost 45 minutes to choose and order food... No excuses, maybe you want to change tables or something... He just grinned when he saw us reading the signs. We then changed the restaurant so that we could eat in peace.

We bridged the waiting time to take bus number 100. Clean self-service restaurant with very nice staff. Toilet very clean and a souvenir shop right next to it.

I ate a delicious currywurst with Weckle here, it was really great! There's even a toilet chip for a clean toilet, I like that! If you're feeling exhausted from sightseeing, Take a break at the pavilion! The currywurst with Weckle, tastes really great! Flawless!

Simple but good food at reasonable prices. Self-service.

Everything is self-service, when you pay you stand in a queue, like in the cafeteria, you pay in peace and then the food is soon cold. The prices for fries or currywurst are simply outrageous. For a currywurst 6 euros (5.99) with just enough sauce. "Large" portion of Pommer costs a whopping 8 euros (7.99), although it is about the same size as a slightly larger normal portion at any snack bar. A portion of currywurst with small fries 10! Euros (9.99).

The prices were appropriate for the position. I paid €30 for schnitzel with fries, spaghetti bolognese and two cokes. The ambience. The tables are quite close together and you have to squeeze between the backs of the chairs. The employees were all very nice. But in the middle of ordering, the employee suddenly walked away and misunderstood my order twice. My schnitzel was still partly pink inside. Not a problem for me, but I think it is for others. Funnily enough, the sign in front of the entrance said “Summer Offer”. It is December and Berlin is not in the southern hemisphere.

Great place for a quick bite. The fries I ordered were crisp, rightly salted, and flavourful. Also enjoyed a slice of scrumptious pastry afterward. There were numerous other options to choose from; both eatables and drinks. Despite being a self-servicing cafe with fairly long queues, it sure does have a comfy vibe to it.

Die Preise sind ok, aber die Qualität ist sehr minderwertig. Dem Küchenpersonal fehlen Handschuhe, und Freundlichkeit ist nicht vorhanden. Und das alles beim Reichstag im Zentrum Berlins???

Also würde ehrlich gerne minussterne geben. Unfreundliches gelangweiltes und langsames Personal. Alle Tische mit resten und schmutzig ,keiner räumt auf, keiner an der Kasse. Gespräche sehr schwierig da die Sprachkenntnisse beschränkt sind. Selbstbedienungskonzept das keinen Sinn ergibt da man dann doch wieder vorne steht und auf den Koch warten muss der auch keine lust auf seinen job hat. Wirklich verschwendeter guter Standort. Vom Huhn garnicht zu sprechen. Sehr trocken und leider ungenießbar.

Enttäuschend. Es war für meine Begriffe wie in einer Bahnhofsvorhalle. Kalt, laut und ungemütlich. Das Ambiente wie in den 70ern. Das Personal war dafür sehr freundlich, zumindestens die beiden Damen. Einen Minusstern möchte ich auch für die sanitären Anlagen vergeben. Obwohl man 50 Cent zahlen muss, damit sich das Drehkreuz dreht, steht ein Toilettenmann dazu noch draußen mit seinem Teller.

Nice place to have a coffee or some quick snacks. It was nearly full of tourists as it is tourist attraction points all around. It was freezing so I just grab a coffee and move on.

I can’t vouch for the hot food but it did look good. We had a slice of cake each, I had the apple cake (I think) and my wife had the strawberry gateau type cake and 2 coffees. The drinks came out of a machine so they were fairly average but the cakes were on point.

Perfect place for a quick stop to eat during sightseeing, or walking in Tiergarten. Relatively cheap self-service restaurant with warm food, dessert, coffee and tea. Also serving beer and wine.

Its a nice day in a park. The beer garden is right in the middle of everything and offers you a good choice of things to choose. Not pretentious and straight forward its a decent option if your in full tourist mode in the middle of the park

Wir waren innerhalb einer Besuchergruppe vom Bundrspresseamt vor einigen Tagen dort zum Essen. Es wurde eine Suppe serviert, besser gesagt grün gefärbtes Wasser und dann Nudeln mit einer Tomatensauce ohne irgendeinen Geschmack. Die Nudel schwammen noch im Nudelwasser und die Sauce einfach darauf geklatscht. Das Essen war ehrluch gesagt eine Zumutung. Natürlich erwartet man bei einer Besucherreise kein mehrgängiges Menue, aber andere Restaurant können es besser auch bei einem kleinen Bugdet.

Pessimo. Cibo scadente, personale poco attento, prezzi esagerati per ciò che viene offerto. Ho preso una cotoletta di pollo con le patatine inutile dire che fosse immangiabile.

Wer schnell am Reichstag in einem schönen Biergarten sitzen möchte, der sollte hier dringend vorbeischauen.

Ho letto qualche recensione prima di andare e speravo di non dover dar seguito a quelle negative. Purtroppo invece non mi sento di consigliare questo posto. Siamo andati a cena prima fare la visita alla cupola del Parlamento. Era vuoto e in ogni caso posto c’è sia fuori che dentro. Bagni a pagamento ovviamente. Il cibo, oltre a costare un po’ per essere un self service, era freddo. Patatine fritte e pollo freddi. Non è stato molto piacevole doverli mangiare; sicuramente riscaldati sarebbero stati molto buoni. Per non parlare che si pagano anche le singole bustine di ketchup e maionese… Sconsigliato. Mangiate prima da altre parti se trovate

Tento podnik opravdu nedoporucuji. Dali jsme si tam veprove rizky. Byly velke a vypadaly dobre. Vubec nam ale nechutnaly, maso bylo divne, navic byly tak 1,5 -2 cm tluste. Nekolik dni pote jsme trpela zazivacimi potizemi.

Great location. Terrace is shady and cool. It's a self service restaurant and can be very busy. The only problem was Aidan ate all the curry wurst. I mean we hardly got a look in. I would recommend that you don't bring Aidan if you are hungry.

Fairly average beer garden with German food . Had the currywurst with pommes frites . No chips so potatoes instead . Was what I expected for 9:90 euros . Good but not great Service is self service as not many staff . But pleasant enough place for a beer and snack whilst waiting to get into the Reichstag.

Average German style food with a big selection and big portions. Seemed largely understaffed though as waited for around 20 minutes at the counter after we had ordered for food with only one member of staff serving. Staff were also arguing which seemed unprofessional but would probably recommend if in the area.

Zelfservice. Personeel niet gericht op de klant. Terras prima zitplekken. Goede kipschnitzel en friet maar... met salade die bewaard werd in een bak waar talloze fruitvliegjes in zaten. Echt onsmakelijk. Personeel schept echter gewoon op. Salade dus laten staan.

Je moet zelf je eten halen en als je dat beleefd doet wordt je afgesnauwd. De side salad is totaal bruin en zou ik nog niet aan de konijnen geven. De op zich prima aardappel maakt dit niet meer goed. Teleurstellend.

Le cuisinier sert les portions en fonction des clients, il sert les gens derrière comme si nous étions transparent et ensuite il nous sert mal normal ?

Gemütlicher Außenbereich und gutes Essen, hat aber lange gedauert bis für alle Personen das Essen fertig war und bis man bezahlt hatte war das Essen teilweise schon wieder kalt. Sonst aber nettes Restaurant mit guten Toiletten und Souvenirshop.

Der Außenbereich ist ok. Das war es aber schon, was ich gutes sagen kann. Die Toiletten sind unsauber gewesen und es gab kein Papier. Dafür dann 50 Cent verlangen ist schon frech. Kassiererin im Restaurant war frech, der Latte Macchiatio nur lauwarm. Sehr nett war der Angestellte, der den Außenbereich sauber hielt. Er erklärte uns nicht Berliner, wie wir mit der U-Bahn weiter kommen.
